Chapter Text

Space Near Saturn.

Captain America sat in a cell with tears on his costume and had a thin beard.

He sighed before remembering when he was captured. After being replaced, he was taken to a Skrull ship. There he took their punishment and interrogation by the Skrulls but stayed strong a Skrull came in with an interrogator wearing a monocle.

Suddenly the Avengers ran in and knocked out the Skrulls and freed Cap who bent down to undo a shackle on him. "You think I'm stupid?" He asked before punching Iron Man, having him turn into a Skrull.

Quickly the Captain takes out the impostors and kidnaps the interrogator. In an isolated area, Captain America asks the interrogator where they are. The two walk down a hallway and find a room with many windows in it. There the Captain is surprised to see Saturn.

Other Side Of The Ship.

The other Naruto was in a cell and looked up with red-slitted eyes as a light came on showing his clothes had tears on them from wearing the same thing for a while. As well as shakes melted on the floor. He then stood as he heard the Skrulls outside the cell speaking English before walking to the door.

(A/N: Since Kurama isn't with Naruto, no bold for his dialogue.)

"Again, huh?" He asked in a deep voice knowing that he as well as several others were tortured for information or to find a way to break them.

As soon as the cell door turns off, the Naruto bursts through it with red chakra covering him hitting a group of Skrulls. He then kicked off the wall into the air and grabbed a pipe to swing kick another two aliens before dropping and spun around two more to run down the hall. "After him!"

The Naruto turned the corner to run down another hall before coming to the end of the T-way and took a right. And saw another Skrull before wall running past him and kicked him into the corner wall. He then jumped up to grab a light source, turn, and brought it down on another Skrull that was behind him before turning to run down the hall.

Another Skrull ran out of a door having the Naruto crash into him into a metal beam and dented it before running to a door with a metal catwalk. The Naruto then jumped to grab the railing, having it break, and swung him to the lower floor where he ran into another hallway. Coming to a stairwell at the end, he vaulted over the railing to the lower floor passing a Skrull on the stairs.

Going halfway down the next set of stairs, the Naruto just jumped over each railing to go down them before seeing a Skrull at a doorway after going down several floors. He then flips over the railing kicking the alien before coming to another Skrull on the staircase before slamming him into the wall and jumping over another to run into another hallway and saw a group of Skrulls.

Seeing a door to his right, the Naruto went into it and jumped over a catwalk down several floors before landing in a crouch and turning to run into another room. Coming to the other side he saw another catwalk before jumping up to the one above and grabbed the floor to flip up to it as a Skrull fell from the bottom catwalk trying to tackle him.

Going up the stairs, the Naruto came up to another Skrull before punching him in the face then threw him off before running to the end of the catwalk and jumped down onto a floor of other Skrulls. Looking to his right, he saw a wire leading to the bottom before picking a strap up and ran to it just as a door opened up beside him.

He then kicked the door closed before running to the railing and jumped up, wrapped the strap around the wire, and zip-lined down to the bottom where he landed in a crouch.

Then he saw Captain America and Madame Viper with messy hair and a tear on her though in a cell with the interrogator Skrull.

"Hey Cap." The Naruto said, getting Cap's attention.

"Naruto?"

"Kinda, I'm in a clone body of his."

"Then who are you?"

"I'm Kurama… I'm Naruto's Hulk for a simpler explanation. He lets me out once in a while to stretch my legs. Last time was when these bastards tried taking Naruto but got me instead."

Cap then turned to the Skrull and asked why Earth is targeted by them. The Skrull explains they believe in a prophecy that told of the end of their world, and it came true when a being called Galactus came to their homeworld: Skrullus, and consumed it. After the destruction of their homeworld, the Skrulls scattered across the galaxy.

And after hearing rumors of a new world where they could live, the Skrulls start replacing humans on Earth. The interrogator then says that the invasion has already ended and that the humans have lost. Suddenly the cell is attacked by Skrulls, but the three people easily defeat them. Captain America then shoots a circuit board with a rifle, causing all the cells containing humans to open up.

Kurama saw Clay Quartermain, Mockingbird, King Cobra, an A.I.M. scientist, and Henry Gyrich. After getting them on board to escape Cap walked to a cell that had the Invisible Woman in a bubble asleep. "I'll carry her," Kurama said after they broke her out and carried her piggyback.

They then ran to a hanger and saw a muscular Skrull.

Madame Hydra shoots at him, he simply deflects the laser with a force field. "Uh-oh," Mockingbird said as Kurama gave Invisible Woman to Cap. Smiling, Super Skrull's arms catch on fire, and his arms turn into Thing's arms.

"Get to the ship," Kurama said before gold chakra covered him. "I'll be there in a second."

Stretching out, he attacks the humans. Blocked the Super Skrull, having all but Madame Viper run onto one of the ships to launch it. When the A.I.M member tries shooting Kurama and Madame Hydra, he's knocked out by the S.H.I.E.L.D agent, before Captain America tied him up and saw Kurama disappear for a second before reappearing in front of the Super Skrull with a punch and knocked him into a wall.

He then dashed over and hit the Skrull who turned his body into the Thing's skin and was hit with a Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) through the wall and down a floor in the other room. "You alright?"

Kurama dispelled the chakra as he saw Viper looking at him. "Yeah, let's get out of here."

They then ran to the ship just as Quartermain hit the console and they flew out of the large ship and disappeared as the Skrull ship had explosions going off. Due to the destruction of their ship, the Skrulls cannot chase them down. The commander of the ship contacts Skrull Queen Veranke via hologram.

"I'm sorry, my Queen. They escaped and are flying to Earth. And we are unable to pursue due to the damage to our ship. I have failed you"

"You haven't failed, you found out how to make the humans submit. Their faith in this Captain America." She said as the Skrull in Captain America's costume came up beside her.

"Contact the fleet Commander. And begin the invasion of Wakanda. And send the rest to New York City and Washington D.C." He said turning back to Captain America.

New York City.

Naruto was walking down the street before a purple-gloved hand pulled him into an alley. There, he saw a man in a green suit with purple gloves, mask, cape, and boots with a gold pouch belt.

"Can I help you?"

"You have something I need?"

"And that is?" Naruto asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I know all about you and Shinobi, how you take pictures of him and split the money." The man said as Naruto sweatdropped.

"Yeah… That's it. So what the hell do you want from me? Who the hell are you?"

"'Know your enemy' huh Uzumaki? You know me." The man said, taking off his mask revealing he's African-American.

"No idea who you are."

"You don't remember me? I'll refresh your memory so you don't forget the name, Hobie Brown."

Hobie explained he was a petty crook working for a relatively small crime lord named Iceberg. However, he was not satisfied with his cut. He explained he started stealing from Iceberg but was caught. Iceberg tried to kill him so he ran. He also found that his girlfriend got tired of his ways and fell for another man.

And a few weeks ago, he found Naruto walking one night with Felicia, and grabbed her purse. However, Shinobi suddenly appeared and caught him warning him not to attack Naruto again. He was then sent to prison for his crimes and violating his parole. He explained that while he was in jail he met a man named Richard Fisk.

He saved the man from some people attacking him. Soon after, some hotshot lawyer helped get Hobie released. He then met Richard's father, Wilson Fisk who gave him the power suit that he has on and goes by Prowler. He then finishes by explaining he confronted Iceberg, defeated him, and turned him into his servant.

However, the Kingpin appeared via hologram and explained the suit required constant recharging and would shock him if he delayed. Additionally, the Kingpin would only recharge the suit if Hobie worked for him.

"Why come to me?" Naruto asked, crossing his arms.

"Because I need Shinobi."

"What?"

"He's the only person who can help me take out the Kingpin," Hobie said before being shocked.

"Go to the roof, Shinobi will be there in a second," Naruto said as Hobie jumped to the fire escape and walked up putting his mask on.

Getting to the top, he saw Shinobi dropping down.

Later, a helicopter went to the top of a skyscraper where the Kingpin waited as the Prowler walked out. "Hobie, I am glad to see you." Kingpin said, pulling up a remote that shocked Prowler before a kunai hit it, having Naruto drop down in his costume before he and Prowler ran into another room.

They then ran to a computer with his suit's schematics on it before Naruto had Prowler go to a chamber where two arms pulled his buckle off and had his suit deactivate before the Kingpin walked in after creating a hole in his door.

The Prowler held the buckle up before Naruto grabbed him and they disappeared to another building. "Thank you and Uzumaki for that."

"What now?" Naruto asked, leaning against the stairwell door.

"I know I'm not going back to this crap again. The only power that means anything to me is my own power over myself… My life and the choices I make. I know a girl named Angela looking for a man to love… Maybe I can be that man for her. It might not be too late."

"You never know," Naruto said before the Prowler jumped onto a fire escape and ran down.
