The following report is a medical report and is also a follow-up guide for the potential vessel, so weekly physical and mental test data should be added, as well as important events after the child's entry into the orphanage (all relevant actions by the child should be collected with a date), the report will be sent to Haruaki sun-sun, for analysis of the child's potential and it will also be shared with the other caregivers of the children.

Name: Fumikage Tokoyami XXXXX
Gender at birth: Male.
Age: 6 months old.
Birth date: October 30, 20XX.
Health: Tokoyami weighed 3 kilos and was 50 centimeters tall when he was born, at the time of write this, he weighs 8.03 kilos and is 1.9 centimeters tall, he didn't show any kind of health issue, the child also received most of his post-birth vaccines, but will need follow-up vaccinations.
Physical appearance (possible mutations data): Tokoyami has slightly dark skin, crimson eyes, and displays heteromorphic features, the most obvious trait being his head which is physically identical to that of a bird, presumably a corvid, due to the structure of his beak and the dark hue of his feathers, which have not yet fully developed. It also shows a mutation in its collarbones, shoulders, and upper back muscles, mutations that seem to indicate the formation of wings.
However, this development appears to have been interrupted during pregnancy, as these muscles and bones are abnormally small for a heteromorph of its age, and the formation of the bones does not completely penetrate the skin, which may or may not continue to develop.
Other heteromorphic features observed through medical studies and tests were: the presence of a syrinx in the tracheal area (in addition to the accommodation of the larynx, lungs and throat seem to have adapted to the new physical composition), hollow bones (a physical mutation in order to improve the aerodynamics of the body to allow the possibility of flight), larger intestines, an accelerated metabolism and enzyme production, as well as a pH of 2 in stomach acid, and a much more efficient detoxifying system than that of an average human being and a stronger jaw.

Quirk: Sentient Shadow (This section will need expansion in the future, due to the complexity of the quirk, tests will have to be done).
Sentient Shadow is an emitter type quirk with many details and characteristics, Sentient Shadow is a tangible being composed of "shadows" or "dark matter", it can become intangible if it wishes, however, it needs to remain in a dark environment, with minimal light so that it can manifest itself precisely, in case of being in a place with medium to high lighting (artificial or natural), Sentient Shadow will show signs of pain and stress, and will begin to decrease in size until it disappears. Sentient Shadow is linked to Tokoyami by what appears to be an umbilical cord composed of the same shadows, this cord can manifest itself on Tokoyami's back or abdomen, when the environment is very bright, Sentient Shadow hides inside Tokoyami (through what appears to be a pocket reality that only Sentient Shadow can enter, within that reality, Sentient Shadow accumulates and recharges "shadows" or "dark matter"), Sentient Shadow seems to have different desires and thoughts than Tokoyami, however, if Tokoyami begins to despair or get frustrated, Sentient Shadow takes on a slightly larger form and also becomes more aggressive, seems to maintain a symbiotic relationship with Tokoyami, they maintain a bond similar to that of siblings (or in this case, conjoined twins). Sentient Shadow's behavior also depends on the amount of light in the environment, if there is little light it will be very active and noisy, if there is a lot of light, its mood becomes slow and calm. Sentient Shadow does not need food, and shows no signs of having internal organs. On the other hand, it is believed that Sentient Shadow can take any form it wants, but it always appears as a snake with claws (wings?) and a bird's head, and is always attached to Tokoyami by the abdomen or back. (Sentient Shadow doesn't have a gender, apparently)

Behavioral data (Since Tokoyami is really young, the following section will need to be expanded).
Tokoyami displays a calm and observant behavior, shows a natural curiosity about the objects and people around him, cries only when he feels overwhelmed or shows physical needs (hunger, sleep, etc.), on the other hand, he refuses to be fed with baby formula, (due to his heteromorphic characteristics, his psyche is transformed into wild behavior when he is not calm, his mutated syrinx and lungs are very helpful when showing need, due to his terrifying squawks and screeches), as he rejects milk, he is fed raw meat, previously chewed.
Regarding his other avian behaviors, Tokoyami chirps and coos when he feels safe, he also shows discomfort, due to his teeth starting to grow (something very strange and bizarre, if you ask me, since birds were never known to have teeth).
He seems to enjoy being rocked, and spends much of his time with Sentient Shadow.
