Chapter Text
Elise was most definitely not happy today. Rintarou hadn’t even gotten her the cake she asked for 20 whole minutes ago. Honestly! Just because she was an ability didn’t mean the stinky old doctor could just ignore her requests! She let out a hmph as Mori continued chatting idly on the phone. He seemed calm but being his ability gave her some quirks. She could sense what the doctor was feeling and what he needed. And right now, what he needed was for whoever was on the phone to hang up.
Ever since stupid Osamu left, Rintarou has been more busy lately but never had it been up to the point where he wouldn’t even acknowledge her! What was sooooo special about the person on the other side of the phone anyways? Last time this happened, it was because Osamu had called up Mori for his assistance. This was not Osamu. Osamu Dazai does not unnecessarily stretch out his calls with Rintarou for 5 bloody hours!!

Mori Ougai, former underground doctor and current Port Mafia boss, needed this stupid rodent to shut up and let him sort out his problems. He could quite literally feel Elise-chan waiting for his attention, albeit impatiently, and he needed to call Yukichi. When will this deranged animal hang up??
Mori let out an internal sigh as the rat continued talking, its squeaky voice really wasn’t good for his ears.
Mori had met Nedzu a few years back, around the same time he had met Yukichi. The rat had assisted him in finding a certain person outside of Yokohama, in Tokyo, a place he had rarely frequented. He had barely any information on the place except for things found online. Nedzu had instructed and helped him with his endeavour, and in return, was promised a single ever-lasting favour from his truly.
When the doctor had made that deal, he had not intended for this to happen.
Part of the reason why Nedzu had even agreed to help him was because Mori had bullshitted his way to gaining his trust, lying to the rat about how he was a co-founder of a hero school. One with only a select group of students and extremely hard to get into. Thus, Koritsu High School for Elite Heroes was born. Not knowing any other people around his age, Mori had stated Fukuzawa as the other co-founder. Grave mistake number 6.
Now the little sewage rat was requesting for a group of students from his own overrated, ugly, modern hero school to attend Koritsu High for a month or two (unfortunately, Nedzu had decided on two) and learn about the way the only hero school in Yokohama operated.
Which led to his current problems right now. Planning and finding a mansion to fix up as his “elite school for heroes”.
He can gladly say that Yukichi was not impressed.
