Summary:

THIS IS NOT ABANDONED (4th of November 2021)!!!! Hallo everyone, as it is forbidden to post a note as a chapter, I will contact you this way. Recovery is going well, but for now I wish to concentrate on 'A different Kind of Hero' the very first fan fiction I ever posted. People are waiting even longer than you for me to finish it. Also, I want to go over each chapter and do some clean up.

Death and his three sisters the Norns had important plans for one Harry Potter and they would not let them be destroyed by a mere muggle.

After Harry's fifth year at Hogwarts, the violence at his relatives' house gets out of hand, but instead of dying that day, he awakes in Asgard.
Happy for his new chance, he tries to lay low, but as always in his life, things do not go as planned and soon he draws the attention of a certain Jötun sorcerer.

Loki has tried to save his realm for millennia, but with his adoptive father Odin Allfather refusing to give him the Casket of Ancient Winters, he grows desperate as he watches his land and people die. And his own magic is far too destructive and violent to save the land. What he needs is a source of creative magical power.

Hallo everyone!

I was quite inactive lately as I had been very busy with my studies. Also, my beloved Beta, the great Jayson Levinson is moving to a new town and I am unable to reach him right now. That in addition with a bad case of depression had let to me not writing in weeks. I feel so bbad about it, but many of my works-in-progress were planned together with Jayson and I feel unable to continue without him at the moment. We planned them together and in my mind are so many questions I want to ask him but can't.

However, three days ago I red the brilliant fan fiction The Tale of the Odinson and the Frost Giant by LokiBitch07 and it inspired this crossover.

I hope you all will like it and support me, because I really need some cookies right now to get me going again.

Hallo Everyone,

this will probably earn me a massive shit storm, but I have had enough! Ever since posting the second to last chapter or so, I have gotten nothing but comments that I mentioned the letter Harry has written twice! Yes, that's such a massive, huge mistake, that it's apparently all consuming. Never mind that you can read your fellow readers review, or that I have retorted to some of those already, or that I mentioned I would go back and straighten out this story soon anyway. Frankly, it has taken away all enjoyment I once found in writing this fit. You should all realise that this is a hobby and I do the writing on top of studying at university, caring for my grandmother, a house, two dogs and working. It was supposed to be fun and relaxing but it has stopped to do that for me quite some time ago. I am totally uninspired by now, even though I have the outline for about 20 more chapters already written down.

Maybe I will post the story once its all tidied up again. Maybe I will never feel like it, I frankly don't know at this point. Suffice to say that I don't want to see it posted or re-posted anywhere else. If this story is online and open to read is not any of your decision. But maybe this can be an inspiration for some of you to sit down and write yourselves, see how it feels to deal with comments often so annoying or frankly stupid that you wonder what's went wrong with the world. Comments that make you question if your readers have actually read the story they are commenting on. Like those questioning me when Thor will finally become Allfather. Or those that say, they can't wait to see Harry finally getting together with Clematis!!! I mean... what the actual f***????

 

Just as a side notes, I know many fellow authors and they often feel equally frustrated, it's not just me being sensitive. It's just frustrated after putting 10h+ into each single chapters to get such stupid and/or annoyingcomments in return.
