A pillow struck the other in the face, silencing him with a croak as he scrambled.
“It’s the neighbor across the hall.” Shen Yuan sighed in exasperation, sinking into his computer chair, finally resting his aching calves.
“THE SCARY ONE?” Shang Qinghua yelped, jumping back. “You can’t go on that date, Cucumber Bro, he’s psycho! He’ll kill you!” He said while shaking dramatically.
“Whoever you’re talking about must have a roommate; this guy has only been friendly. He literally saved my ass from falling today.” Shen Yuan reasoned, eyeing Shang Qinghua boredly as the other huffed and crossed his arms.
“For your sake, I hope it is a roommate! Otherwise…” Shang Qinghua shuddered and put his face in his hands. “It’s been nice knowing you.”
A slipper bounced off the mousy man’s shoulder next.
