It's not everyday your criminal ex-boyfriend, his current boyfriend and your new boyfriend all drive to a safehouse together with matching fucking tracker bracelets.
But he'd been hoping against hope that some of the awkward tension would melt away.
All the easy camaraderie they had- or more precisely, he had- enjoyed just days ago had seemingly vanished, leaving behind hesitancy and unfamiliarity.
Markus hated it with every fibre of his being.
Or, the whole drive to their shared safehouse, Markus can't help but worry that this chapter of their lives will get over even before it begins.
