Summary
Commander Peepers always prided himself on his plans. This one was simple: 1. find strong but dumb villain 2. gain his trust 3. amass powerful empire together 4. overthrow him and take the empire for yourself. So simple a child could do it. But not simple enough for Peepers, apparently, and now he lives with the consequences.
Humiliated, downtrodden, and heartbroken, he makes a Hail Mary call to a shoddy hotline that promises "life-changing inspiration," not even expecting an answer. But a deal that's too good to be true almost always is, and Peepers finds himself under the thumb of a villain more sinister than he or Hater could ever dream of being and with ambitions bigger than the galaxy, or even the universe.

Summary
Months of planning led up to a crucial invasion for the Hater Empire, which aimed to obtain the resources it needed to defeat Lord Dominator. But after a failed sneak attack due to Lord Hater's impatience, Commander Peepers gets hurt. Tensions are high between Hater and Peepers, and both of them start to wonder if Peepers is of any use now that he's stuck in a hospital bed. Will they be able to persevere through this difficult time, or will Hater decide that he no longer needs Peepers by his side?

With a new galaxy growing and getting greener all the time in the wake of Dominator's defeat, Wander and Sylvia set off to explore and return their friends to their home planets. Meanwhile, Lord Hater and Commander Peepers will turn their attentions to conquering. The only problem is, Hater's new reputation seems to be proceeding him, and it's not exactly the reputation he wants. We will spend time with familiar faces, and meet new friends and enemies. But after all, isn't an enemy just a friend you haven't made yet? Through it all, Hater will have to decide who he wants to be and what is really important to him, and Wander may be reunited with some faces from his past. I hope you all enjoy our adventure in the new galaxy and wild and weird encounters we have along the way. Formerly Wander Over Yonder: The New Galaxy. This is now the first work in a series, and that title is now the name of the series. The first part is complete, and the sequel will be out soon!

Still getting used to his new relationship with Wander, and not entirely sure how he feels about conquering the galaxy anymore, Hater puts a hastily conceived plan into action and inadvertently pulls every villain in the galaxy into a battle royale. How will Dominator factor into all this, and what will it lead to afterward? As the threat to the galaxy becomes more urgent, and Peepers decides to put his own plans into action, Hater and Wander will have to figure out how to navigate these dangerous waters together, of course, with a little help from their friends.
