They decide the best route is to wipe his memory, taking any memory that he has related to the Hero Community, leaving a blank slate. Thankfully Tim has a contingency plan that will find the real culprit while setting him free. Tim, now a boy named Theo, decided to dive into music to deal with the hole in his memory and his heart that he can't explain.

    Joker slammed the rods into his temples. Tim's vision whited out, pain coursing through his veins. He didn't know how long Joker held them there, but when he took them away, Tim's throat was raw with his screams and his muscles twitched and jerked in the aftermath of the electricity.

    "Ya know I don't like to be left out of the joke, Junior," Joker said thoughtfully. "I'm told lotsa kids your age hide things from their Papa."
