Summary
I just stay silent, waiting for him to calm down. I wouldn't wish this kind of pain on anyone, not even my worst enemy. "Losing" a parent is horrible, but losing both of them must be heartbreaking.
And I don't think he has any brothers or sisters
He has his aunt, but it's not the same, definitely not the same. Or I don't know, I'm just thinking this from my poor knowledge and experience.
I can assume he hasn't told anyone else by the way he's venting, it seems like he's had it bottled up for a while. I feel like this already happened, and I don't want that story to happen again
