But now that his friends and family know, he's dealing with a whole new set of challenges - namely, how he is going to hide the secret crush he has on his Quidditch captain, Oliver Wood from his nosy friends and his rowdy family.
Oliver Wood is in his final year at Hogwarts, and he can't help but feel like it is his last chance to be a good son, a good captain and a good man. The cold, empty farmhouse he shares with his father waits for him the North of Scotland, and he is desperate to forget about it for just this year. He is Oliver Wood - untouchable and loved by all. But, dear God, he always manages to feel like he's on fire when Fred Weasley is around. He can't afford to admit it to himself, but something is changing in him. Only George knew that Fred had been carrying a torch for Harry pretty much since they’d met at Kings Cross, and Fred intended to keep it that way rather than risk losing Harry if he didn’t feel the same way.
Fate has other plans when Fred goes over to Harry’s and finds the omega finally going through his delayed first heat, though.
Pining in secret and staying just friends™ with the omega that made him feel dizzy with adoration and desire was fine. Fred was absolutely fine with it.
Watching Harry start to actually accept courting dates with other alphas was fine. Listening to him and Hermione giggle as they discussed the details of those dates was fine. Overhearing details about his omega having sex with people other than him was fine.

Harry is in his thoughts a lot of the time not paying attention to his surroundings. He's hoping to have a calm year but that would be a lot to ask for. He is fourteen and should be thinking about other things than people trying to kill him, right? But he's not very good at thinking about other things.
Basically a slow burn Harry/Cedric. Harry is in a constant crisis as every bi is and needs a hug. And Cedric is a very kind gentle boy who deserves a lot of love.
