    Elphaba Margaret Cynthia Thropp-Diggs has *ALWAYS* been different- inwardly and outwardly. *No surprise there*, considering that she's the child of two very different worlds as well as a Witch born and GREEN: Oz and the good ol' USA, North America! (Not to mention an *AFFAIR child*, which didn't help matters in the least...) Will Stacks??? Fairly normal- just nearly as lonely and alone as 'the Wicked Witch of the West'. They're not exactly what you would call 'friends' much less *'besties'* like Elphaba and Boq Ethan Woodsman... but they're *friend-LY* enough with each other.

     

    And then, one day, a hard-knock life becomes much easier and a rainbow appears in the sky as well as the Wishing Star... Or, Annie Bennett and Will Stacks and Pinocchio Orfano and Elphaba Thropp-Diggs accidentally meet and experience a feeling so SUDDEN and *new* and fervid as a flame the moment they respectively lay eyes on each other. Does it have a name?? *Yes*...!

And so, it only stands to reason...

    But Pinocchio (or 'Pinoke[s], as The Voice sometimes fondly calls him) does not meet his Angel of Music -his guide, his guardian as much as Madrina Antonia, *his CONSCIENCE*- face-to-face until many years later. Not until a certain 'childhood sweetheart' comes back and ignites pure utter *JEALOUSY* in his broken battered slightly tarnished heart that Pinocchio is slowly but surely healing...

Jiminy *well knows* this- he's heard it all his life either to his face or whispered behind his back ...but he NEVER ONCE expected it to turn out to be a *GOOD thing*- for someone putting on a production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's POTO wishing to put some more Leroux and Kay into the mix to say outright, '*You have THE PART*, and THAT'S THAT; never mind that you're *not* French!'

    He's supposed to either HATE or at least *DIS-like* 'le Vicomte Raoul de Chagny' ...but *just HOW* can he bring himself to truly loathe such a fair sweet innocent boy??? (Answer: *he can't*. Not *OFF-stage*-!)

     

    Meanwhile, Pinocchio really truly does reunite with his childhood friend Miss Wendy Moira Angela Darling ...and has his heart stolen almost right away by a certain 'Opera Ghost' with the features of a cricket and the voice of a selkie when they first meet. People usually prefer *Carlo*- but not Signore Jiminy Sebastian Archie Grillo-Gold. *NO, SIRREE*! He very much likes 'Pinoke(s)' JUST FINE, thankyouverymuch...!

    Pinocchio's stepfather Ben and elder adopted sister Asha are both *VERY* skeptical of the existence of spirits- Ben especially so ever since his first spouse Alyssa, a paranormal tour guide, died in a car accident; never mind that he more-or-less accepts *Fae/Fairies* and other kinds of magic dark, light, and grey just fine! ...But Pinocchio believes same as Geppetto, since Jiminy is a *BORN spirit* himself as well as Fae-touched.

    That lapse of faith is put to the test when an exorcist priest comes knocking and asks of Ben, "You wanna be *a HERO*??" And when a ghost mariner plus Jiminy Cricket follows them all home, therefore forcing Ben, Geppetto, 'Nocchi, Asha, Figaro, Cleo, Valentino, and their newest family member Tater-Tot back to the Gracey Manor in order to help Doctor Gabbie and her son Travis along with Madame Harriet, Father Kent, and Professor Bruce Davis against the evil entity hiding amongst the house dripping with souls... they've gotta FIGHT whether they like it or not, or else risk being the Haunted Mansion's 1000th soul trapped for all eternity by *HIM*.

    We all know that *DISASTER* ensues and only gets WORSE in 'New Moon' when Bella accidentally gives herself a paper-cut while opening her birthday presents, triggering former vampire soldier Jasper's shaky blood-lust in response. Same thing yet not happens here- *something ELSE* happens when Bella's flung back against the table and nastily cuts *her ARM* on the shards of glass once known as a table that held her cake and presents. A *Glamour* is dropped, revealing the *TRUE* Bella Swan!!

    ...Or, rather, *someone else*.

    'New Moon' break-up happens afterwards, and STAYS that way, for Edward Cullen's own Glamour is dropped and memories come flooding back same for young *PINOCCHIO*. -But what happens when one of the Cullen family this time *stays behind* to still look after 'Bella' along with Chief Charlie Swan, Jacob Black, and a certain 'conscience' and his triplet brothers plus Chiara Belmagio AKA 'the Blue Fairy'/*Pinocchio's aunt*???

    Basically, a modern-day 'Carmilla' sans the later tragedy and one-sidedness.

    "-She *HATE me*." *OUCH*...!! Poor Bela AKA 'Frankenstein's Monster'/'The Creature'; all he wants besides the warmth and love of family and friends (which he THIS TIME has because Baron/Doctor Victor Frankenstein is neither arrogant, prejudiced, or an idiot) is one day the pleasure and companionship of *a MATE* ...but his created-for-him Bride *LOATHES* him on sight. Not only that, but she COMMITS SUICIDE right in front of him just after- *ONSCREEN*, for *the WHOLE WORLD* to see, at that...!!!

    Needless to say, he's not just heartbroken, but *SHATTERED*- understandably remaining that way for a couple of years. Then, one day, in order to try and cheer his treasured Creation up a little, Victor plans a family trip to not only ToonTown but *the Disney Studio*, where Walt Disney's second *FULL-LENGTH animated feature film* is in the process of being- well, brought to life -and Bela Boris Benedict Blanchard Moritz-Clerval-Lavenza-Frankenstein's hurting lonely life begins anew when he and a certain 'Little Woodenhead' i.e. *Pinocchio* happen to meet each other and actually get along quite well...
