  Summary

  Artemis Rosestone, barely fourteen, was never supposed to go to the games. If she'd been from any other district, the nation would have praised her. Any other district and she would have been seen as brave and inspiring. Instead, they would see her as a typical career tribute, using the weaker tributes.
