This time it was Jason Todd going after you, albeit less violent and more clumsy. It was even more awkward than his useless attempts from before. You're a paranoid creature, a true Gothamite, but even more than Bruce at times, which is an achievement he thinks you should be adding to your resume (you were not amused when he made that comment). Having your walls so high up he couldn't even see the top, he had to truly commit and do anything to get you to trust him. Opened up himself, tried to find common ground in terms of how you both grew up, made some progress, and then it blew up in his face when his stupid brain told him to try his hand at flirting — it earned him a blank stare and a prompt escape attempt. He stopped trying after that. While he was genuinely making an attempt at being honest, it of course did not entail making it known that he's Hood, because, yet again, he's a moron.

The world faded away. All he could see was the date.
Time travel?
No, couldn’t be. This place was less than 3 hours from New York. Even as a kid, he would have known that an entire city had suddenly ceased to exist.
Peter was more than positive now that the portals led to an alternate universe. But were they also capable of time travel? He was in a city he’d never heard of before 12 years in the past.
He knew this wasn’t his fault- the erasure had done it’s job and was still in tact. He knew that these portals were not created by magic, the clearly mechanical metal ring burning through his newly gained backpack. Peter knew that he had nothing to do with the rings creation.
Knowing that didn’t stop the panic from seeping in.
