Well people, here is the October challenge, 31 days, 31 stories, my little attempt at doing it, which is why I haven't updated the most important stories, without further ado here is the notice of my attempt at the TCOAALTOBER 2025 challenge!!! They will be short stories, which I may expand on in the future, varied content, no story is intertwined with another, but I still hope you enjoy it, without further ado here it all begins.

Just a fun little prequel / sequel to the current Burial ending. (As of Decay Pt1) And as the name implies it won't be just demons they will encounter on their travels.
This story will start pre-game before going into Burial. I have also tweaked the world building a bit, though everything seen in the game is 100% Canon. (Episodes: 1-2 + Decay-Pt1) Since the world Building is vague as hell I decided to do my own thing, a mild dystopian take on it. This Fic will play with canon a bit loosely. So if you are someone who knows every detail, and has a full timeline of the game, and hates mischaracterization, you're going to be gouging out your eyeballs reading this story, lol.

Alas, if only things were that simple, especially when a double whammy of a situation happens: His sister returns, and a hostile force has come to reclaim its battle fortress... What else could POSSIBLY go wrong for poor Andrew? A lot, perhaps.

It's a bit of a character reconstruction study for Ashley, wrapped in a dark lesbian romance.

"I don't know about you, but it drives me crazy that these characters, no matter how hard they try, always meet tragic ends. That's why I wrote this story with the intention of giving them a chance at happiness. To achieve that, of course, they'll be a little out of character (I think I'm writing the least 'Rene' Rene of all the alternate universes, but oh well). I hope you like it!
The story explores what would have happened if Andrew hadn't listened to his sister and saved Nina, and if Rene had taken her children's behavior seriously. Those are the themes I want to touch on here."

Leyley always came first; she needs him.
Andrew likes being needed.
And Leyley always needs him.
Maybe that’s why it starts—Leyley wants to be close, and so she gleefully skips past all of the lines in the sand that he draws, erasing them with her feet and pushing more and more. It makes sense. He’s all she really has, after all, and it was normal for siblings to push boundaries.
He’s just not great at enforcing them.
So, when she comes to him one day while he’s hunched over at his desk and trying to finish an essay (high school fucking sucked)—holding one of the books that’s he’s carefully kept hidden, one that he’s pilfered from the nearby library and forgotten to return—(a favorite of his, though despite the fairy tale-like name and inspiration it was definitely not for kids) he knows that he should snatch the book from her hands, tell her to leave his shit alone and they she had no business reading something like this. She’s smirking too, looking like a kitten that had eaten and disemboweled the canary.
He doesn’t do any of that, though. His heart thuds and his hands sweat as he sits rooted in place.

After Andrew stepped through the swirling, ominous portal created by Lord Unknown, he was thrust into an unfamiliar landscape; the eerie, pulsating streets known as "The Blood City". A city full of maniacs, psychos, and backstabbers.
Madness danced under a crimson sky, and the air was thick with a sense of unpredictable danger. The Serial killer would serve under one who ruled this Mad City: Kazuya Mishima, Lord Unknown's partner and pseudo-son.
Andy had always believed that Ashley held the title of the most malevolent person he had ever known. However, that belief was put to the test as he worked under Kazuya, a man who embodied pure evil, unrelenting cruelty, and power. In The Blood City, which Andy reluctantly accepted as his new home, He looked for a purpose, a reason to live without his Leyley; even so, how could he? When there were worse people than Ashley ever was, and it was evident that there were no angels in The blood city.
