Summary
The pair of Jiang Wanyin and Wei Wuxian are sent to represent the YunmengJiang Clan in the once triennial Guest Lectures of the GusuLan Clan. As they arrive at the borders of Gusu, gossip about suspicious foreigners, and rumors of grave robberies, missing and oddly acting corpses, and both disappearing and murdered maidens, catch the attention of YunmengJiang’s Head Disciple.
Determined to investigate, it’s a race against the clock as they risk being tardy for the lectures. He must not only search for clues, but also precariously balance the explosive temperament of YunmengJiang’s heir.
