Summary
Ren wanted to be King.
They said he had been born on a full moon, a wolf child entirely. Ever since, his fate had been written on his face. A vile, evil thing. A monster destined to roam the streets, alone, in shame. The Big Bad Wolf.
The smell of smoke on his face was vivid as he replayed the memory. “You’re just too delicate,” his father would say. “You’ll learn.”
Ren did not want to turn into his father.
If he wouldn’t be his father, what could he be then?
