OR: Izuku can use One for All without suffering any backlash because his quirk is highly compatible with One for All.
(Based on the past theory that All Might has a secret quirk, which in reality that All Might with OFA was at singularity like Tomura which is why he gets buffer and taller between his Young Age and the start of canon and the electricity-like sparks around him with his second fight against AFO, his body couldn't hold the energy anymore. Meaning that if Izuku' unlocked 50% or so he possibly could've gotten a buff form.)
