Summary
Percy finds his missing tie, it's wrapped around Keyleth’s thigh, part of an intimate play.

Things go a little differently after Percy escapes Whitestone. He finds Ripley earlier, before he even has time to forge the weapon that haunts his dreams. He still gets caught, that part doesn't change, but no one comes to his rescue this time and after becoming tired of caring for his prisoner, his jailer sells him off as a slave for a tidy profit. Exhausted from the manual labor and rough treatment, Percy wakes up one morning to find he had been purchased by a new master - one Syldor Vessar.
Tasked with serving Syldor's twin children, who still reside in the city of Syngorn with him, Percy forms a new path to his destiny and learns that perhaps even as broken as he is, love can still fill in the cracks.

While traveling, Vox Machina find themselves the target of an ambush. While falling rocks aren't something they're too concerned about, the rainy weather has decided to screw everyone over... them, their ambushers... everyone. The ralling rocks are accompanied by a full mudslide, and not everyone is able to get out of its way in time... Now, it's a race against the clock to get their people out. Grog is fine; he only got partially buried, they got him out no problem (his pants? That's another matter, much to the varied amusement and chagrin of the rest of the party). But Percy... Percy disappeared in the mud slide... and Vax had tried to go back for him and got caught up in it, too...
They have to find them... And the Champion of Ravens can feel that the blades of the Shears of Fate are closing down upon his lover's fragile Thread of Life...
aka the one that's supposed to be angsty, but Grog is naked the whole time, so Captain Winky is also a featured character
