Lottie started to develop a discomfort in her current gender and current body, and while dealing with her abusive parents, violent tendancies, even getting LOCKED UP in JUVIE, and constant bullying and alienation from her peers, she is left with no choice but to be pushed to the absolute edge while on her way to Summer Camp. Vowing to never put a child through that Hell and Misery, destined for the life of a proxy, you do the only thing you know to do: haul ass outta there. But the Operator doesn't like giving up its murder puppets up so easily, however and your ex has a history of tracking you in his sleep.
The mix of Slender Sickness and Morning Sickness sure make for one hell of a roadtrip. The smell of your hitchhiker in the trunk doesn't help things either. That's Steve. He's just sleeping. Don't worry about him.
