Summary
A year in muggle London has turned Hermione’s life on its head. She arrived broken and hiding, taking life day by day, surviving rather than living. Working in a bookshop to pay the bills and keeping minimal contact with the wizarding world through the handful of friends from her pervious life she got by, that was until a few unfortunate interactions stirred her from her monotony. A rescuer who always seemed to be around at exactly the right time, letter correspondence with her favourite author and sightings of Bellatrix Lestrange made her confront some of the many things she had been blocking. With the encouragement of the few people who stood by her, her friendship group grew and with it the support she needed to confront these things.
Now reunited with her parents and with the encouragement of her friends she finds herself embarking on her final year at Hogwarts with the aim to finish her schooling, her girlfriend a secret and also the new Defence Against the Dark Arts teacher, Bellatrix Black. This year will have its own set of the challenges, the question is, can they get through them together? And without anyone knowing that they are, in fact, together?Series

With proper supervision and the love of family, Harry excels in ways never dreamed.
Because that wasn't enough of a challenge, I also made a world very similar to Victorian England with harsh discipline, honor, and proper comportment. I created a world where first-gens are used to replenish the magic of families, so while second-class citizens, they are necessary every three generations to keep the family magic alive. Beloved Hekate is the goddess of magic, and she does occasionally interfere, too.

When Sirius found him, he found his godson crying and sporting a nasty lightning bolt shaped scar on his forehead. Sirius had no idea of the changes that lay ahead, and the role that Harry would play in them.
The results were nothing short of astounding and led to an incredible journey of discovery.

After Voldemort takes over the ministry, and boots the Muggle-Born from Hogwarts, he enacts a marriage law to boost the population of magical children. His most faithful Death Eater's of course, get first choice of brides.
After finding out Voldemort plan on starting the age of brides at 15, newly appointed Headmaster Severus Snape has to figure out how to protect his students, as well as minimize the aftermath of those he is unable to protect as much as possible.
And he himself is not immune from being matched. He will need to protect this young student as well as maximize the opportunity the proposed union will present. Because he still has to find Harry Potter and assist him in defeating the Dark Lord.
It is shaping up to be a very difficult school year.

Greenwood Manor is the porthole from Middle Earth to London, England. The house is kept by servants of the King's household from the forest. Legolas is an elf and has to keep that fact hidden.
