Summary
Ten years after defeating the Netherbrain Astarion and Francys are content with their domestic life. That's until Francys discovers that something is deeply wrong with him, something only one person can help him with: Halsin.
So, obviously, instead of talking to his husband like a normal person, Francys runs away and shows up on the druid's doorstep instead. Knowing his husband better than he himself, Astarion catches up with them and soon the trio faces great obstacles in their quest of finding a a cure.
There's snowstorms and freezing temperatures, Shadow creatures, uncomfortable truths - and, perhaps worst of all, feelings that lay unresolved for the past ten years.
