Summary
A handful of years after Alastor’s sudden "sabbatical", Rosie finds her once friend-of-a-friend, Vox, on her doorstep with the proposal of establishing a proper relationship of their own after all this time. Is it a “replacement” or placeholder for what they both once shared in Alastor? Who’s to say. However, as time goes on, and the two grow closer, it’s safe to assume what forms between them is an entirely new “monster” of its own.

Alastor has faced some of the greatest evils that have ever existed - has stood firm in back alleys against overlords stronger than him, has several times dodged exorcist spears and even divine guitars.
He is NOT going to be defeated by a fucking HOTEL ROOM and the desperate housewife from HELL.
Alternative summary: Alastor spends a sizeable amount of time locked in single combat with a hotel room door, Vaggie grows as a person, Lucifer Morningstar is Very Concerned that his ex-wife and current-whatever may be getting along too well, Charlie spends a lot of time being confused, Frederick von Eldrich comes out of retirement with style, the Archangel Michael develops a headache, and Vox attempts to de-bug his conscience.
There are also copious musical references for no good reason whatsoever.

“George?” Alastor asks, confused for a moment before connecting the admittedly far-apart dots.
"I don't know what his name is, I just know that there is a personality in there," Vox says with a slight shrug. "Thought you might be tired of me getting all up in your personal space, so figured I'd offer to vacate it for a bit."
A name..? Alastor never considered it before. It’s not like he discusses his business with others enough for it to be necessary. The master tells the shade to do something, and the shade obeys.

Perhaps he can get some information out of him...
Walking back over to Alastor, Vox leans over his chair and tilts the demon's chin up gently with one knuckle. "What if I want something?"

“Alright..” He mumbles, before pulling out his phone, and setting a timer for 30 minutes. He starts the timer. And then hits the ‘Start Update’ prompt for Vox’s system.
Finally. He's been waiting for this for so long.
He makes sure to position himself, to where the CCTV cameras cannot see the screen itself anymore, instead navigating to the aptly labeled VOX_CAMERA_FEED.EXE
And turning all of the cameras off. It would be too obvious it was him if it wasn't system wide.
He breathes a sigh of relief, before turning back to Vox’s limp body
His hands were going to undo the belt on his annoyingly tight pants before he even thought about it.
“I have half an hour with you. You cranky, stuck up bitch.” He spoke to Vox, even though Vox most definitely couldn't hear him.

Eeliot readjusted his headset as he left the bathroom, breathing in the delicate aroma of Valentino’s smoke as it swirled around the party. Travis was already standing at the bar, one foot tapping against the floor to the music. He collected two shots from the bartender, bringing one to his lips while he cradled the other between his fingers. The alcohol was dark red with a cranberry resting at the bottom of the glass. Travis split the fruit with his teeth, scarlet juice gracing his lips with a slight bloom. Eeliot guessed he’d ordered cranberry cookie shots, desiring a taste of sweetness after a bitter day. Amaretto slipped easily down the throat. There was a gentleness to the way Travis traced the second shot’s rim with his finger as it sat on the bar, his eyes darting across the room in search of a familiar face. Eeliot rushed into the crowd.
He needed a drink, but he refused to take that shot.

Eeliot and Travis have a situationship that is further complicated by their boss' distaste of them being together. Neither of them know how deep their feelings go or how much they keep hidden from each other.
