This is the motto of the LengshanRu clan, which has been living in seclusion from the cultivator world for more than a century. The cultivators who locked themselves in crystal caves became legends, their products were at astronomical prices.A few years before the beginning of the story, another legend took wing. The legend of the Snow-White Blood Crystal. It is said that the heir of the Ru clan has hair as white as the untouched snow on the mountain tops, and eyes as red as freshly shed blood. He is the pride of the Ru clan, their strongest disciple, the most handsome, bravest young man.
However, the legend does not tell the whole story, the main reason why the clan secludes itself has been forgotten by everyone. Few people know the whole of the Ru clan's motto:
"As a drop of blood the crystal touches the ground.
As the crystal touches the ground, the demon is reborn."
The Ru clan is cursed to be demons descended to earth. Over the past century, they have discovered that the demon within them is only suppressed by blood crystals. Perhaps this is why young Huangjing, the Snow-White Blood Crystal, stepped out of the caves of Lengshan. -

CQL AU Time Travel Fanfic in which Bichen, Subian, Wangi, and Chenqing plan and execute time travel in which WWX and LWJ return to 1 month before WWX's parent's death.
LWJ falls into a coma, and LQR uses empathy to discover the cause. He sees LWJ and WWX's lives up to their parting after the events at the temple of Yunping City. He knows he must rescue and take WWX as his own to save him from the Jiang family, allowing WWX and LWJ to find their love. Once he rescues WWX (and Chenqing), he loses all memories gained through Empathy with LWJ and retains a strong feeling that he must save his sister-in-law and convince his brother to leave seclusion, that he must give the courtesy names to both boys, and that WWX's sword must be named Suibian and where to have it crafted.
WWX and LWJ start to dream of future events and must use the clues to save Cloud Recesses and the cultivation world from the Wen Sect's aggression.

Summary
4 years ago, Xiao Zhan filmed 'The Untamed'. A lot of things happened since then.
He woke up one day at a rather familiar place with some familiar faces. It was the day of his first lesson in Cloud Recesses. Thinking that it was a vivid lucid dream, he broke out of character to satisfy his curiosities. The next day, he still woke up in the same place. After a week of screaming upon waking up, he finally accepted in despair that he was not dreaming, and he was in MDSZ novel universe (or is it?). He determined to not die like Wei Wuxian, prevent tragedies and change the future.
The first time Lan Wangji met Wei Wuxian, they fought on the roof. When he dreamed of the cliff scene and felt the sorrow and regret of losing someone he loved while watching helplessly at the falling figure, it plagued his mind greatly. He became even more disturbed when he noticed Wei Ying's changes.
The two became close. Really close. Together, they planned to save the world and while they were doing just that...
