Summary
The Chain has arrived at Rito Village in the midst of a severe snow storm with mystical origins. Resources are low, the rito are starving, and so far nobody has been able to identify the cause of the storm.
Wind is a sworn ally of the avian people, in both this era and his own. Although he's never gone as far into the sky as this adventure asks him to, he's determined to resolve this phenomenon. He'll help Tulin any way he can as they ascend through the clouds. And he won't be the only one, either. This is Wild's era, so surely he has a better idea of what's going on? Or maybe a few other heroes are more experienced with grand adventures in the realm above the clouds.
All the while, voices of past sages whisper to him on the wind.
