bok-su cut her off by grabbing her wrist and pulling her close, her lips inches away from da-jeong’s. "you’ve always hated me, haven’t you?"
da-jeong’s breath caught, her body tense, but she didn’t pull away. instead, her eyes darkened with something unspoken. "i hate you more than you know," she whispered, and before either of them could stop it, their lips collided in a messy, desperate kiss.
bok-su, still hurt by a past betrayal, shows up at her former best friend’s wedding seeking revenge. what starts as a tense meeting quickly turns into a heated argument.
