Wu Ming said nothing, his hand twitched at his side, and it slowly came up to cover Xie Lian’s around his throat. Hesitant to touch his skin, but his cold fingers pressed, and pressed, and pressed, until he too was helping Xie Lian in his endeavor to strangle him.
“My life was yours,” He said, his voice strained and raspy, but it held no malice, just honesty that made Xie Lian sick. “My death is yours, as well.”
