Chapter Text
"Good afternoon passengers, we will be arriving at Japan International Airport in 20 minutes. Please remain seated until the flight is over. Arigato."
You looked out the window seat, watching the tall buildings and the cars pass by as the plane was reaching closer to the destination. The sky only had a handful of clouds and the sun shone through brightly.
The plane landed and shook the seats gently, which in turn woke Nana from her slumber, grumbling nonsense and something about ‘lunch time.’ You chuckle and gently take her hand in yours, preparing for the descent.
With the carry on in hand, you both make your way to retrieve the heavier luggage from the conveyor belts.
“They said they sent someone to come pick us up as soon as we landed, starlight. Let’s hurry and meet them so we don’t keep them waiting.”
With a wrinkly smile, she tucks a strand of loose hair behind your ear.
You smile from the gesture.
“Yes, Nana.”
Once the baggage has been claimed, you push the cart with vigor to the pick-up area, narrowly avoiding the slower commute.
“Nana, did they say how they looked? Or if they wore anything specific?” You look around the sea of people, lost.
“All they said is that we would know, maybe they’re not here yet dear?”
You nod in understanding, you push the cart a little bit further and hold onto Nana’s hand, just in case.
“Ah! If it isn’t Nana and (Y/N)!”
Startled, you turn to face the unfamiliar voice that had called out the both of you.
“Joseph! What a wonderful surprise!” Nana rushes over and hugs the massive building of man.
‘Okay, this man is built like a fucking war machine good god.’
You look up to see his face.
‘Okay AND he’s handsome too?’
His eyes were a bright shade of Aqua that reminded you of the ocean. Those eyes kept you in some sort of trance as he spoke to Nana. Tuffs of grey hair stuck out from under his hat, and he wore a clean 5 'o' clock shadow. He was sporting a plan beige polo shirt, which looked as if it was ready to tear if he were to sneeze, and a matching cowboy hat. Dark brown parts hugged his muscular thighs, and he was also wearing gloves? Your eyes follow every curve and every dip of his body, as if trying to memorize it.
'Jesus, whose this guy's trainer?'
“And you, (Y/N)? How did you enjoy your flight? Everything went smoothly I hope?”
You mentally shook your head, trying to form a proper sentence after admiring staring at him.
“Uh, yeah it was nice actually. No turbulence, and the food was pretty great. You didn’t have to fly us first class, you know?”
He simply waves his hand and chuckles deeply.
“Nonsense! You both deserve to come here comfortably. You can thank the Speedwagon foundation for that.”
You smile and start pushing the cart of luggage toward Joseph.
“Woah woah woah! Watcha think you’re doing there, (Y/N)? Allow me.”
And then, as if it couldn’t get any better.
He just carries all 3 suitcases in both his arms.
Your jaw drops slightly and your eyes widen as big as dinner plates.
'Okay actually what the fuck?'
You stare in disbelief on the new development that Joseph Joestar is an actual monster of a man. Nana simply shakes her head and chuckles. You look back to Nana, eyebrow arched and lips pursed,
“Uh, Nana, who did you say this guy was again?”
Nana held your hand and led you to follow behind Joseph.
“Someone important, starlight.”
