Chapter Text

Takemitchy woke up in his bedroom. He sat up groggily then recalled the past events.

He rescued Baji and Draken from being murdered, he helped Kazutora heal, he prevented Emma and Izana's deaths, he saved Hinata, he even saved Shinichiro since he was dragged further back in time, and he stopped Mikey from succumbing to his dark impulse.

"I saved them all" he smiled genuinely

He immediately rushed to the bathroom to get ready. He was ecstatic to meet them and see how his actions affected their future. 

He went to the store that he worked at and told their manager that he'll be absent today for private reasons. He saw his manager sigh heavily and waved his hand implying that he can go now. He smiled gratefully and bowed to his manager.

He was taking a stroll when he spotted his partner talking with Baji. He beamed in excitement and ran to catch up with them.

"Chifuyu!" he yelled with a wide grin plastered on his face

The duo turned around with a confused expression. They eyed the boy who was still smiling at them

"Who the hell are you?" Baji asked

Eh?

"I'm sorry but do I know you?" It was Chifuyu's turn to question him

Eh? Are they playing a prank on me? But their expression says otherwise. I can clearly tell they're not joking around

"U-uh. I'm really sorry! I thought you were someone else" he scratched his cheek in awkwardness

"But you clearly called him his name" the fanged-boy eyed him suspiciously with a hint of longing

"R-really? His name is also Chifuyu? Wow! He also has the same name as my friend- Oh look at the time! My friend's gonna scold me if I'm late. Sorry again and bye!" He dashed in the opposite direction leaving the duo 

"That was weird" Chifuyu said because he felt as if he knew the boy for a very long time. His captain also felt the same

"Let's go back to our shop. Kazutora will probably be mad at us if we're late again" the L'oreal guy said

The blue-eyed boy got lost since he was running without taking a look at his surroundings. He walked around mindlessly then bumped to someone.

"Ah! I'm really sorry! I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings" he eyed the hand in front of him and took it. The stranger helped him up

"It's okay. Don't sweat it" his ears perked up from the familiar voice. He looked him in the eye and it was Mitsuya

"Uhm. I'm kinda lost. Can you point me the way to the main street?"

"Sure. Just go that way" he pointed at the right and smiled warmly at the boy which made the smaller boy's cheeks redden a bit

"O-okay. Thank you" he bowed in gratitude and sprinted in the direction the boy pointed

Once he arrived on the main street, he concluded that Mitsuya also doesn't remember him.

"How many people have forgotten me?" he asked himself as he made his way home

On his way home, he saw Koko and Inui but they didn't recognize him either. He closed the door of his apartment and let his tears fall. He sobbed as he made his way to his bedroom and eventually fell asleep.

He woke up but was surrounded by darkness. His heart raced faster as he didn't recall nor recognize where he was. Then, a soothing voice called his name

"Takemitchi"

He turned his head around and saw a bright light. He could barely make out that the light was a woman.

"W-where am I and who are you?" He asked the lady

"I'm the Goddess of Fate and I'm inside your mind"

"Goddess of Fate? What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to inform you that the God of Time and Space punished you for time-leaping and changing the timeline"

"What!? Is that why my friends couldn't remember me? Is that my punishment?"

"Yes" she confirmed and he felt his eyes sting again

"I want to let you know that you may have the ability to change timelines but you cannot escape your fate" she vanished into thin air and he woke up with sweat soaking his shirt and covering his forehead.

"What does she mean I cannot escape my fate?"

However, he was reminded by the fact that his friends could no longer remember him. He sobbed and hugged his knees

Chapter Text

It may not seem like it but Takemitchi had been saving money and had the perfect idea on how to spend it. He's preparing to move out of his old and dirty apartment and into a new one. In the hopes of forgetting about Toman and starting over. It was surprising to witness his manager's sad demeanor after he had already resigned.

It was reassuring to know that his boss was concerned about him, despite the fact that she scolded him for being absent-minded at work. He even wept his eyes out in front of his boss when she gave him his last paycheck, which was a little embarrassing.

He was looking for a place to live right now on the internet. He was fortunate to have found one. It didn't cost a lot of money and it says that everything is included. He was beaming with joy because his sole concern will be food and he won't have to pack much other than his clothes and manga collection.

Everything went off without a hitch. There's only one more thing he needs to do before he leaves, which is to say goodbye to his friends and gaze at their smiling faces.

First, he visited the pet store wherein Chifuyu, Baji, and Kazutora work. He saw them prepare the dogs for a walk and they were laughing their hearts out as Baji got dragged by the dog and almost fell face-first on the ground. 

He eyed the banana-color-haired boy, he was proud of himself that he managed to get the boy to therapy which helped him a lot. He stopped Baji from getting stabbed and Chifuyu from sinking into a pit of despair and guilt because he couldn't save his captain.

He smiled warmly from afar and took off to his next destination; D & D Motorcycle Shop.

When he got there, he noticed Draken working on another bike.  He had a big grin on his face as Inui helped him. As they continued to mend it, they both appeared contented. On the sideline, he saw Koko smiling at them while laying down on the couch. 

He recalled how he had saved Draken from being killed twice and how the inseparable duo had chosen to follow him as their leader in the Black Dragon. He wanted to talk to them, but he knows if he did, no voice would come out but only his tears.

He joined them in their laughter seeing Draken get sprayed with oil from his face and Inui stressing about how to stop it while Koko laughed his ass off. He let out one last chuckle and moved again.

He went to Mitsuya's shop this time. He sat on the bench and gazed up at Mitsuya's building on the second floor. He observed him as he continued styling and measuring what appeared to be someone's wedding dress. Mitsuya's pleased look had an impact on him as well. 

He stayed there for a while and thought about whether to head to Mikey's residence or not. He went to the main street and stopped as he saw the red light. As he waited, he saw Mikey, Izana, Shinichiro, and Emma from the other side of the street.

He panicked for a while before remembering that he was wearing a hoodie and that he had carried a mask with him. He slipped it on and covered his face with it while throwing the hood over his head. The traffic signal went green just in time.

They began walking and he noticed how Mikey's eyes were no longer filled with void. He saw Izana, Mikey, and Emma getting along just fine as Shinichiro eyed his siblings with so much affection. He smiled behind his mask and walked past them.

"Mission Accomplished"

"Good evening, Sir Hanagaki. Your room is ready. I was wondering where you are right now" he heard the landlord speak with worry

"I'm really really sorry. I got too caught up with things. I promise to be there as soon as I can" 

"Of course. No need to rush, Mr. Hanagaki. I'll be waiting outside your door"

"Thank you very much" he ended the call and grabbed his backpack which was full of his clothes and manga collection.

He ran at full speed as if his life depended on it. He successfully arrived and apologized to the landlord but luckily he didn't mind waiting. He opened his apartment and placed his shoe on the shoe rack and dropped his bag on the ground.

The floor was hella shiny and the furniture looked expensive (to his eyes at least since he didn't have any back in his old apartment). He went to his bedroom and it looked cozy and soft.

After settling down and washing up, he went out of his apartment and leaned on the railings. He sighed in contentment as he gazed at the city lights and listened to the faint sounds of cars. He let the wind tickle his face as he breathed in deeply.

"Goodbye, everyone" he said sadly

But his peace was soon interrupted as loud chatters entered his ears.

"Gosh, do kids know how to stay quiet especially during nighttime?" he asked himself

He turned his attention to their direction and his eyes widened in the sight.

TOMAN!?

Takemitchy's eyes widen in surprise as he recognized the familiar faces.

'Shit! What are they doing here!?' he panicked internally as he averted his gaze from them and slowly went to the door. He hoped they wouldn't notice him-

"Hey, you! Stop right there" the fanged boy yelled

'Ah shit! Here we go again'

"Yes?" He turned around as he smiled at him while the other eyed the two in confusion except for Chifuyu

"You were that guy who mistook Chifuyu from someone else, right?"

"Please don't remind me that" he chuckled in embarrassment

"So, what's your name?" Chifuyu asked him

"Hanagaki Takemitchi. Pleased to meet you all" he bowed to them

"My name's Chifuyu. This is Baji, Draken, Mikey and Mitsuya" he introduced his friends

"Takemitchy!" Mikey yelled with a wide smile on his face

The feeling of deja vu warmed his heart. Mikey still called him that even though he didn't recall.

He saw the blonde-boy approach him and he could guess what he was gonna say next

"From now on, you're gonna be my bitch~ ♡"

"MIKEY!" Draken stepped in and smacked the boy's head

"I'm sorry for his rude behavior. Please don't mind him" Draken apologized on behalf of him as he dragged the boy away from him

"You were that guy" Mitsuya started

Mitchy tilted his head in confusion while the others eyed the lilac-haired boy for an explanation

"You were that guy who was staring at me for a long time from my shop earlier" he blurted out and the latter's face reddened in embarrassment since he got caught. Mitsuya smirked as he saw the boy's flustered state

"I-i'm sorry for staring. I know it was rude and weird but I really liked the dress that you made and I was amazed by how talented you are" he bowed and stayed in that position as he waited for the other's reply

It was Mitsuya's turn to flush at the compliment from the pretty boy. In order to hide his face, he turned his head away from him.

"It's okay. You can stop bowing now" he said in a soft tone

The youngster obliged and smiled sincerely at the lilac-haired boy. It went unnoticed by him that the other's face was flushed because he was an oblivious dumbass.

"It's getting late now so I'm heading inside" he excused himself but was stopped by Baji

"You also live here?" 

"Y-yeah why?"

"We live here as well!" Chifuyu smiled in excitement

'WHAT!?'

"That's nice to know. Well, good night everyone!" he smiled one last time and closed the door

He collapsed at the door and silently wept since he missed those guys so much and didn't think he'd be able to talk to them. He was certain they would never meet again. He stopped crying for a moment as realization hit him.

'Kamisama! Is this what you meant by I can't escape my fate!?'

"What the hell, Mikey!? Why the hell did you call him a bitch?" Draken yelled at his bestfriend and commander

"Because I wanted to" he replied simply as they went inside his apartment to hang out

"That was rude y'know? Plus, if you won't stop calling him a bitch, then he'll move away just like our other previous neighbors"

"Why do people keep moving away, though?" Baji asked

"Because we look scary" Chifuyu replied 

"Ha!? How on earth are we scary!?" 

"We're part of the gang before, remember? Of course people would recognize us" Draken stated the obvious

"Well, at least Takemitchy wasn't scared of us" Mikey smiled and the others smiled as well

"Let's try and make him our friend" Mitsuya suggested

"Oho~ Is Mitsuya in love~" Baji smirked

"Ha? How is befriending someone the same as falling in love?"

"We saw you blushed earlier duh" L'oreal guy replied and teased him again

"Shut up. Like hell I didn't notice how you checked him out earlier"

"Shit! You noticed!?" he flushed in embarrassment

"Dumbass bitch" Mikey commented

"Ha!?"

They began fighting and shouting childishly while their crybaby hero had no choice but to stay in his new apartment because he didn't have enough money to relocate to a new place. Damn, his plan to forget them failed unfortunately

Chapter Text

Takemitchy awoke in a familiar place. He was once again encircled by a vast void of darkness.

"Takemitchi" the Goddess of Fate called him

"Kamisama, what are you doing here?"

"You realized what I meant by "not escaping your fate", right?" she asked and he nodded

"Even though your friends couldn't remember you, the God of Time and Space knew you were fated to see them in the future or in the other timelines"

"Why am I always fated to meet them? Kamisama, is this your doing?" he asked

"Yes, Takemitchi. I've tied a scarlet thread in your pinky ever since you were born to indicate who you'll meet in the future." she explained

"Because of that, the God of Time and Space included the God of Death in his plan for your punishment"

"What? What does that mean, Kamisama?" he panicked as he grew paler every second from the mention of 'death'

"It means whenever you're with them, danger would always come and find them"

"Or worst... Death"

"What!? No! I can't let them die again" he cried

"Can't you please undo this string, Kami?" he pleaded as the thread became visible

"I, unfortunately, can't. I'm so sorry, Takemitchi. There's nothing I can do but warn you" she said sadly

"Then, can I please talk to Him? I can ask forgiveness or give him anything" he pleaded once more

"He does not need them for He already has everything. He made sure to punish and make you suffer because you have angered him for messing with his boundary"

Takemitchy woke up drenched with tears and sweat. He was having a panic attack but he somehow managed to calm himself

"This is too much, Kamisama. Aren't you too cruel?" he stared at the ceiling. He checked his clock and it was still 4:00 a.m

To avoid going back to sleep, he decided to wash himself and change into comfy clothes. After that, he went to his balcony and sat on a chair while putting his tea on the table. He was surrounded by a comfortable silence as he waited for the sun to rise.

"Good morning" a voice startled him and he searched for the source of it and it was his neighbor

'Damn. I didn't notice everyone has a balcony'

"Good morning, Mitsuya-kun" he smiled at him

"You seem troubled. What seems to bother you?" he asked as he sat on the chair

"It's nothing. Don't worry about me, Mitsuya-kun" 

The other wasn't convinced but decided not to question him any longer. They were silent again as they watched the sunrise together. It painted the sky with different hues while birds began chirping and the honking of the cars can be heard.

"Mitsuya-kun" he called out

"Hm?" he eyed the boy who was staring at the sky

"What would you do if your presence put your friends' lives in danger?"

He was taken aback by the boy's question but answered nonetheless

"I'd want to get as far away from them as possible. Although it's heartbreaking to see them having fun without me, their safety and happiness comes first so I'd gladly sacrifice myself" he answered and he heard the other hum

"Why the sudden question though?" 

"Nothing" he smiled at him and he did the same

"Oi, Mitsuya! Can I have breakfast at yours?" Baji popped out of nowhere while yawning and stretching his limbs only wearing a white tank top and black sweatpants

"Yeah, sure. What about you, Mitchy?"

"Mitchy?" fanged-boy turned his direction to him and saw pretty boy  Takemitchy sitting there. He was already glancing in his way and starring at his biceps.

"Like what you see?" he teased the other

"I wasn't staring at your b-biceps I swear" he stuttered

"Heh~ Who said you said you were looking at them?~" the boy flushed furiously and pouted cutely

From that moment, the two were shot with riffles by cupid. Not an arrow but riffles. The two hid their face by facing the other direction

"By the way, Mitsuya-kun" 

"Y-yes?"

"I think I'll have to decline your offer. I planned on cooking by myself actually" 

"O-okay but you're always welcome to join us"

"Thank you, Mitsuya-kun. Well then, I'm going inside"

Takemitchy instantly went inside when he remembered what Kamisama told him. He's afraid that danger would come to them soon if he's with them longer.

Meanwhile...

'Since when was I gay?' the duo thought

'No scratch that. I'm only gay for Mitchy'

Chapter Text

After eating breakfast, he headed out of his apartment. He planned on searching for a job to earn money. Once he earned enough money, he'll buy a plane ticket and move to Australia. He already found a company that was in dire need of an assistant. Luckily he knows who he'll be serving.

"Good morning, sir. My name is Hanagaki Takemitchi" he bowed to the cat-like eyed person

Inui was standing next to Koko. He wasn't sure why he was there, but he assumed it was because he was in charge of hiring. It's also plausible that Inui persuaded Koko to hire an assistant since he didn't want his friend to overwork himself.

(Let's skip the part of the interview because I'm lazy af)

Takemitchy was unexpectedly hired and he was overjoyed at the opportunity. Inui summoned him after that.

"You called for me sir?"

"Inui is fine" he smiled gently at the smaller boy

"I'm here to teach you some things about Koko so pay attention"

"Please wait for a minute, Inui-kun" he fetched a notepad and a pen at his bag 

"Ready when you are, Inui-kun" he said determinedly and this made the other chuckle

"He's super stubborn and likes to overwork himself so make sure to scold him" 

"E-eh? How can I possibly scold my boss?"

"Don't be afraid of him, Takemitchy. He's not a bad person" he reassured the latter

"Make sure he eats three times a day. Don't serve him too much coffee" he nodded as he wrote it down

"And most importantly, force him to go to sleep. That's the most difficult mission"

'Can I really succeed?' he cried internally

"One last thing, don't be bothered if decides to spend money on you"

"What?"

"What?" the taller man tilted his head innocently

"I couldn't hear the last one very well. What was it?"

"It's nothing actually. Let's go now" he stood up

"To where?"

"To buy you clothes"

"EHH?"

They were in the mall and Inui was shopping for tuxedos and formal wear for him. Takemitchi declined, citing the cost as a reason, but the other didn't mind purchasing his things.

"Why are you buying all of this for me, Inui-kun?" he whined

"Do you have money to buy formal clothes?" he stopped walking and stared at the boy beside him

"Well... No"

"Then, it's my duty to buy it for you so that Koko-kun won't judge your sense of fashion" the other male audibly gasped

'My sense of fashion? What's wrong with my clothes?'

"Still! You're buying too much-"

"Are you saying you don't like them?" he pretended to get hurt

"W-what? No! I love them and I'm very grateful that you bought them for me. But I feel like I don't deserve it and at least let me carry them" 

"Well, I think you deserve it and I can carry these for you" he touched his chin and made him look in his eyes

"Plus, you look pretty in them" he smirked and the smaller boy reddened at his statement

"Takemitchy!" Mikey yelled and he turned in the direction of the voice. He saw Draken, Baji, Chifuyu, and Mitsuya with him

"What are you doing to him?" Draken asked sternly

"Is he bothering you, Mitchy?" Chifuyu asked

"Don't worry guys. I'm with him" he reassured as he swatted the boy's finger away from him

"Are you sure? Are you being threatened by Inui?" Baji asked as he cracked his knuckled ready to throw a punch

"I swear I'm fine guys. He's just buying me clothes"

"Yes, I'm buying clothes for my Mitchy" he smirked as the other's face darkened

"What do you mean?" Mitsuya asked

"It means... I'm spoiling my baby after all I'm his sugar daddy" he smiled innocently

"WHAT!?"

"INUI-KUN!" his blushed at the other's claim

"Is that true, Mitchy?" Mikey asked

"Of course not. He's buying me clothes because I was hired by his friend's company" he explained and the other sighed in relief

"You got hired in Koko's company?" Chifuyu asked 

"Yes. He got hired. Now, please excuse us" he linked his hands to the other

"Bye guys!" he waved at them with a red face

He saw how Inui teased the smaller as he refused to let go of his hand, leaving the angry simps behind.

"Ha!? Did you see how he flirted with my Mitchy!?" Baji yelled

"Oi! He's not yours" Draken said

"He's ours" Mitsuya stated

"Takemitchy looked cute while blushing tho" Chifuyu said as pink hues covered his cheeks

"We better make Mitchy ours" Mikey stated and grinned

Chapter Text

Mitchy got up early for his first day because he didn't want to be late and headed to the company.  He knocked on the door and a faint 'come in' was heard.

"Good morning, sir. I'm here to assist you for today's work" he bowed and he heard the other hum in acknowledgment

"May I know if you already have breakfast, sir?" he asked and he hummed. He smiled at that and began working as well

The blue-eyed boy moved like the wind as he did all that his boss told him. Getting coffee, printing this, photocopying that, and meeting here and there.

Afternoon came and it was Mitchy's first mission: Get him to eat lunch

"Sir, it's already 12. You should be eating lunch by now" he reminded his boss

"You can go ahead. I'm not eating lunch" he dismissed his assistant

"You must be hungry. Your food from breakfast must have already been digested"

"I'm not hungry even though I didn't eat breakfast" he replied shortly

'What?! He said he ate breakfast! Did he just lie? I failed my mission to get him to eat three times a day!!' he felt angry all of a sudden. He stomped his way to his boss and snatched the papers he was signing

"Inui-kun entrusted me to make you eat three times a day. I even believed you ate breakfast and you're telling me you're not hungry? I'm not failing my mission, sir. So, you better stand up, go outside and eat!" he scolded him with tears in the corner of his eyes. He was angry at himself for getting fooled. He saw his boss with wide eyes as put his hands in surrender

"F-fine" he was taken aback by the boy's outburst. He didn't even get scared in scolding him

"Good! What do you want, sir?" he asked as his facial expression instantly turned into a happy one

"I don't feel like eating food from the cafeteria" he mumbled as tried hard to convince the boy to let him go back to work

"Good thing I prepared food for you to eat" he smiled widely as he fetched his homemade bento for his boss. He gave it to him and the latter had no choice to open it. It was a sight to see actually. It was mouth-watering but his hands were itching to work again

"Give it to me" he obliged and he saw the boy take a spoonful of rice with meat

"Say ahh" he widened his eyes and he blushed because he was being treated like a baby

"I can do it-"

"Open your mouth already" he saw the boy's tears gathering in the corner of his eyes and he sighed

"Fine" he opened his mouth as he avoided the boy's blinding smile

"Is it tasty?" he asked and he nodded

Nighttime came and it was Mitchy's last mission for today

"Sir, it's 9 in the evening already" he informed his boss and he hummed

"You can go home now" 

"How about you?" he asked the other

"I'm gonna continue working-" he was suddenly dragged by the boy and headed towards his bedroom since he had one in the other room

"What are  you doing?" he sighed

"Go and wash up"

"What?"

"Just do it" he commanded the other

'Excuse me but I'm the boss here' the cat-like eyed boss of his thought but decided not to say it aloud since he saw the boy's frowninh face

He finished showering and walked out of his bathroom with only a towel on his waist, showcasing his abs and toned body. He saw his assistant look the other way and he smirked at that

"What's this? Is my assistant getting shy after all the scolding?" he teased and he saw the boy's ears and neck painted with pink

"S-shut up and get dressed already" he crossed his arms while his boss laughed quietly at him

He got dressed in his pajamas and he was once again dragged by the boy. He was tucked in comfortably and he couldn't even complain as he was met by a stern look every time he tried to say something

"Go to sleep" he commanded

"I can't just go to sleep instantly y'know" he stated the obvious

"Then, I'll wait for you to get asleep"

"That's creepy!"

"Shut up" he went to get a chair and sat on the side of the bed. He played at the other's hair and this made him relax. He felt his eyelids getting heavier every second

'His hands are very warm' he thought

"I'm sorry for scolding you all throughout the day, boss. It's just that I heard from Inui-kun that you weren't taking care of yourself properly and I got worried. Plus, you'll die early if you don't take good care of yourself y'know" he heard what the boy said and almost laughed loudly

He slowly open his eyes to see the boy staring out his large window, the city lights reflected in his blue eyes. He blushed as a result of the lovely sight that had been presented to him.

"Koko" 

"What?" he got startled as he thought his boss was already asleep

"Call me Koko instead of sir"

"Okay. Good night, Koko-kun" he smiled warmly and he smiled back. He felt himself being pulled to dreamland. He reminded himself to thank Inui tomorrow for hiring this cutie

Chapter Text

Takemitchy had been working at the company as Koko's assistant for around 4 weeks. It's difficult to claim that Koko was spoiling him by purchasing him clothes here and there while the one being spoiled declined but it was pointless.

His boss even agreed eagerly when his cute assistant begged him to let him stay in another room to sleep. Heck he almost looked like he lived there! But no one dared to point it out of course. Mitchy wanted to stay there since he wanted to avoid the Toman members as much as possible so they wouldn't be in danger and he also enjoys Koko and Inui's presence.

"Mitchy" his boss called him

"Yes, Koko-kun?"

"Later today, I'll go to Canada for a business meeting." he informed him

"Eh? But it isn't in your schedule though" he checked again and he was right

"It's an urgent meeting" he closed his laptop and went to the other room to pack clothes

"I'm coming with you"

"No, you arent"

"Why not? I'm your assistant"

"That place is not for you, Mitchy" he looked him in the eye

"Are you saying I'm not qualified enough to be there?" he lowered his gaze and Koko instantly went to the boy and cupped his cheeks

"That's not what I meant, Mitchy. No one can ever replace you as my assistant. You're the only one I want" he wiped the tears that were in the corner of his eyes

"Then, why can't I come?"

"People there are wild. You're really pretty and they'd do anything to make you theirs. It's not safe for you there" he explained

"I'm pretty?" he flushed slightly

"Of course you are, baby" he said sincerely

"What?"

"I should finish p-packing" he excused himself. He completed packing in a few minutes and headed to the airport with his assistant, where his private jet was already waiting.

"Promise me you'll take care of yourself even though I'm not there, okay?" 

"I promise"

"And don't overwork yourself" he nodded again

"Make sure to eat three times a day. Don't drink too much coffee and get some enough rest" he continued babbling

"I promise. Stop worrying too much. You sound like a housewife" he teased the other and turned pink in a second

"I-I'll miss you" He confessed shyly which surprised the other then resulted in a gentle smile. As he stared into the ocean-colored eyes of the other, he linked their foreheads.

"I'll miss you too, Mitchy" he kissed his forehead and walked away leaving an embarrassed boy behind

As Takemitchy was heading home after riding a bus, he got called by Chifuyu

"Takemitchy! It's been a while!" he yelled excitedly almost in tears as he embraced the boy tightly

"Fuyu?" he hugged him back without questioning him

"You never come home" he finally let go of the hug

"I'm terribly sorry. I was really busy at work so my boss agreed to let me stay in one of his rooms so that I wouldn't be too weary to return to my apartment and the company."

"It's okay. All that matters is that you're here" he dragged the boy inside his apartment

'Did he miss me that much? Even though I'm sure we aren't that close in this timeline since I rarely talk to them'

"Take a rest. Are you hungry?" he asked but told him 'no'

"What are we gonna do?"

"I don't know. Read mangas?" he suggested and they both laughed

'Ah. I miss this feeling. I miss hanging out with Chifuyu'

They fell silent as they both became engrossed reading mangas. Takemitchy was on the other end of the bed with his back against the wall while Chifuyu was laying on his belly on the bed

"You know, I used to hang out like this with my friend" he suddenly blurted it out without thinking

"Really?" he sat up and eyed the boy who was avoiding his gaze but nodded slowly. He cupped the other's cheeks to make him look at him

"May I know who he was?" He could tell the boy wanted to respond but something was holding him back. He then relaxed for a moment leaning against Fuyu's warm hands.

"He was my partner" Chifuyu felt a tug from his heart yet he couldn't explain why. He was about to retrieve his hands when the other stopped him

"Please... Let's stay like this for a while" As he flushed intensely from the cute boy, Chifuyu closed his eyes attempting to contain himself.

Then, they heard a meow. It was Peke J, Chifuyu's cat. He laid down on the boy's lap, stealing all his attention from him. Takemitchy began petting him and smiled cutely

'There goes my moment. You're lucky I love you Peke J'

"Let's hang out together like this again, Mitchy" he wanted to spend more time with his new friend

"I wish" he softly mumbled as tears began pouring out of his crystal blue eyes

"Are you okay?" the cat jumped off his lap when his owner shooed him away. He didn't get a response from the boy as he continued sobbing.

He embraced the boy and pat his back gently in an attempt to comfort him. He also felt crying when he saw the boy's pained expression

"C-can you say something comforting so that I could stop crying?" he didn't want to show his weak side any longer

"Mitchy, you can continue crying for as long as you need. I won't judge nor complain. I'm your friend and it hurts me to see you like this" he reassured him

"But-"

"I'm here, partner" 

He sobbed even more a few seconds later as his eyes widened in shock. Takemitchy had been hoping to hear that phrase for quite some time. He yearned for his friends to hug and console him and he thanked God for providing him with this opportunity today, since his pledge to stay away from them was getting fulfilled by the second but right now he wants to treasure this moment for as long as he could. 

'I wish I could stay with you, Fuyu... I'll miss you, partner'

Takemitchy was wandering aimlessly around the side streets when he remembered bawling in front of his partner.

"That was so embarrassing!" he hid his face in his hands

"Nonetheless... Even if he doesn't remember, he still knows how to console me." he said softly. Then someone pulled the back of his collar, he instantly looked at the person who tugged his collar.

"Baji-kun?"

"You were about to commit suicide if I didn't stop you" he motioned to look in front of him and he did. He was about to stroll down a busy roadway filled with vehicles

"T-thank you, Baji-kun" 

"How much of an airhead are you?" he laughed at him

"S-stop laughing!" he whined

"Let's go to the park" he dragged the crybaby

"What are we gonna do there?" he asked 

"Dunno. But you look stressed maybe going somewhere quiet will help you" they arrived minutes later since the park was near

"What do you do when you're stressed, Baji-kun?" he asked while they both sat at the swing

"I punch people" he broke out in a cold sweat as he heard his reply

They started swinging and letting the wind blow their hair. As they began to speed up, loud creaks could be heard and they became competitive for no apparent reason.

"T-too high. You win, Baji-kun" he stopped competing with the other and slowed down his swing until it was simply lightly rocking.

"HELL YEAH! NO ONE CAN BEAT ME!" he also let his swing slow down

"What made you so stressed, Mitchy? Is someone bullying? Are the people from the company mistreating you? Tell me and I'll beat them up"

"Relax, Baji-kun. I'm fine and they're treating me right for your information" he stood up and began walking

"Where are you going?"

"Home"

"Hell no"

"Wha- Baji-kun put me down!" 

"We're gonna have some lots of fun so hold on tightly!" he laughed as he carried him on his back and started running.

Baji brought him to an arcade where he could play games. He used to go there with his friends to play, especially when they didn't want to go to school.

They started with video games which Takemitchy is terrible at but Baji chose to lose on purpose to make him happy.

"I win again!" he smiled widely while doing a victory pose

'Fuck my pride! If I get to see Mitchy happy like this then I'd gladly choose to lose'

Following that, they played mini hoops, racing cars, pinball, and claw machines (which Baji tried so hard to grab a bunny plush for his cute soon to be boyfriend friend)

"Baji-kun, let's go there" he dragged the boy to the photobooth

They began following the machine's commands, such as making a peace sign, making a heart, hugging one other, and carrying each other on their backs.

I had so much fun today, Baji-kun. Thank you" they exit the arcade

"Glad to know" he plastered his signature smile

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, shouting can be heard from afar. Takemitchy turned around to see a thief wielding a knife and a bag which he stole from a victim. He was about to charge straight at Baji who was completely ignorant of what was going on. When Mitchy saw he was about to be stabbed, he shoved him to the ground with him. Meanwhile, the thief tripped on Mitchy's feet causing him to fall down

"Are you okay, Baji-kun!?" he asked worriedly with tears stinging his eyes. He searched for any bleeding lucking there wasn't

"I'm fine. How about you?" he stood up and helped his savior

"I-I'm fine" 

"You little shit! Trying to kill me, huh?" he went to the thief who was still on the ground. Takemitchy took this chance to run away from the scene

'Baji-kun was about to get killed... It's my fault. I was spending too much time with him. I should protect them by staying away. It's my fault' he repeated it inside his head like a mantra

Mikey saw him from afar with slumped shoulders. He decided to call him since he was just chilling in the river back anyway with nothing to do.

"Mitchy!" he yelled and he saw the other snap his attention to him

"M-mikey-kun" he went to him and hurriedly hugged the other

"What's wrong?" he embraced the other in reflex

"I don't know" he laughed lightly

"I've been really emotional recently. I cry over the tiniest of things." they both sat down on the grass while his friend's hands were still resting on his back

"Mitchy, don't tell me... Are you pregnant!?" the other exclaimed

"Huh?"

"I heard that pregnant people cry easily. Who's the father!?" he panicked but only heard a beautiful laugh from the other

"This isn't a laughing matter" he huffed in distress

"Mikey-kun, I can't get pregnant. I'm a male" he wiped his tears from the corner of his eyes

"Oh" he laid down on the boy's lap

"Sleepy?" he nodded at the crybaby's question

"You shouldn't sleep on a stranger's lap y'know? Who knows what I would do to you"

"I have known you for a little time but... I feel safe and comfortable with you" he mumbled before going to sleep

Mitchy teared up a little bit after hearing that. He was the same Mikey that admired so much. 

"Mike-kun, wake up. The sun is going down" he woke up the latter

"Five more minutes" he whined

"If you don't wake up, I'm leaving you" he shoved him off his lap and he instantly opened his eyes

"Wait! Let's go home together, Takemitchy" he rode his motor and the boy followed him

"Hold tight" he obliged and wrap his arms around him securely while Mikey grinned widely with a slight flush on his cheeks

"Let's go home, Mikey-kun"

Koko wasn't going to return until tomorrow, so he's still stuck at home, avoiding Baji-kun. He was chilling on his balcony when he suddenly heard a pained groan and two worried voices

'Mitsuya' he paled in horror

He skillfully leaped from his balcony to Mitsuya's without even thinking about it. Then he hurriedly opened the glass door and walked to the lilac, who was taken aback by his unexpected appearance.

"Mitsuya-kun, are you alright?"

"I'm fine. Just burned myself a little while cooking" then Mitchy guided him towards the sink and let the cold water do its magic

"Did you just leaped from your balcony?" he asked both in shock and amazement

"Y-yeah" he ushered the boy to sit down and handed him an icepack

"Mister, who are you?" a little girl said

"I'm sorry for my rudeness. My name is Takemitchy. I'm your brother's..." he looked at him and he saw him nod

"Friend" he finished his sentence

"It's nice to meet you. My name is Luna and this is Mana" they both bowed to the older boy

"Why don't you take care of your brother while I clean up the mess... Also, Mitsuya-kun" he called to gain his attention

"Hm?" 

"Do you mind if I use your kitchen for a while?"

"I don't mind. Please help yourself"

After hearing his approval, he mopped up the spilled food on the floor and rummaged through the refrigerator for ingredients to re-cook. He called them to eat a few minutes later while he placed plates for them.

"Wooww! It's curry rice!!" Mana yelled in excitement

"It looks yummy. Thank you for cooking us food, onii-chan" Luna gratefully said

"Thank you, Mitchy" he smiled at the younger and the four started digging in

"Onii-chan, were you scared when you jumped from your balcony?" the youngest ask

"No... I actually leaped without thinking about it which is why I didn't have enough time to be terrified." he laughed awkwardly

"You could have knocked on our door first, onii-chan" the oldest deadpanned

"Yeah, I know I look stupid right now but... I was afraid something bad happened to your brother."

"Thank you for worrying about our older brother, onii-chan" the duo smiled

"Thank you for looking after us, Mitchy" Mitsuya stood up and ruffled his hair

The siblings were playing in their room after they finished eating while Mitchy fell asleep on the couch because he hadn't gotten much sleep due to his continual worrying and overthinking. Mitsuya gazed at him adoringly as he tucked Mitchy's hair behind his ear causing him to awaken.

"Sorry. Did I wake you up?"

"No. It's okay" he groaned as he rolled to his side

"What's wrong?" he sat on the small space of the couch as he eyed the other who remained silent

"I noticed when you arrived at the scene earlier, you were really terrified. Did something happen?"

"But it's okay if you don't wanna talk about it" he was about to stand up when he heard the boy talk

"Baji-kun" 

"What about Baji?" he asked

"Baji-kun was about to get stabbed yesterday"

"Oh! So it was you who saved Baji. He mentioned yesterday that you saved him from danger but he didn't say what type of danger"

"He was both grateful and worried since you disappeared right after" he added

"Is that so?" Then he realized why the other was acting strangely

"Don't tell me you're blaming yourself because of that" His presumption was confirmed by his silence.

"You shouldn't blame yourself because of that okay? You didn't do anything wrong. In fact, you saved Baji and he's really thankful for that. You prevented Baji from getting hurt and you should be proud"

"You don't understand, Mitsuya-kun" He sighed

"But even so... How am I going to face Baji-kun? It's embarrassing because I just left him there like an idiot. Plus, he visited my apartment earlier but I ignored him" he whined as he faced the other and pouted 

'How cute but I don't like the way you keep talking about Baji'

He placed his arms on the side of Mitchy's head as he stared down at Mitchy who had a confused look. Then, he slowly went nearer—

"M-Mitsuya-kun?" he flushed furiously. Then he saw the lilac-haired went near to his ear and whispered

"If you don't want to face Baji right now, you can just lie and say you weren't in your apartment because we hooked up"

"EHH!?" 

"Just kidding. You should go back now before Baji realizes you're here"

"O-okay. Bye, Mitsuya-kun" he left hurriedly with a flushed face

'Why the hell did I say that!?' Mitsuya reddened as he covered his face 

He's not sure why he didn't return to his apartment but he's currently headed towards Draken's motorcycle shop to check on him. Unfortunately, the taller man noticed him and invited him inside which is why he is now seated on the couch, watching the taller man work.

"Baji was looking all around for you, y'know" he informed the other

"Yeah... I'll talk to him later"

"Let's go"

"Where?"

"I'm closing this shop for today to test this" he placed his hand on the motorcycle he was fixing

"Okay!" he yelled excitedly

Draken closed the shop and rode the motorcycle with Mitchy. He informed Inui though in case he was going to the shop.

"How do you think she's doing?" he asked the boy behind him

"She's moving smoothly, Draken-kun" he laughed and wrapped his arms tighter

"That's good news for me" he smiled genuinely even though the boy can't see it

They headed somewhere Mitchy didn't recognize or hadn't been before. Draken led him to a forest until red torii gates appeared

"Wow! I didn't know this place existed" he widened his eyes in amazement

"I was planning on inviting the others but I invited you here first"

"It's like a secret place" he vibrated on his spot and the other chuckled at him

"Let's go" they bowed once before walking along each side of the paths. It's a rule that people shouldn't walk in the middle because it's the God's path so walking on each side is a sign of respect

"Where does this lead to?" the blue-eyed man ask

"I don't know. I haven't explored it yet" 

They continued walking until an abandoned shrine appeared. They stopped walking and looked at each other in the eyes. The taller man noticed in his peripheral vision that he was walking to him slowly

"You scared?" he teased the other

"Of course I am. I've heard rumors that shrines appear out of nowhere then lights would appear inside even though no one is inside"

"Don't believe in rumors so easily, Mitchy" they stepped in the stairs and continued walking. Suddenly, Draken was stopped from a tug on his cardigan. He looked at the smaller man and was faced with a paled expression

"Draken-kun, look" he shakily point out the shrine that was now lighting inside

"Holy-" then they heard someone inside calling them, no, scolding them. It was the caretaker of the shrine. It seems they shouldn't have been there 

"Let's run!" Mitchy held his hand and dragged him

They took off running not pausing to look back. They were giggling as they raced. Draken relished the opportunity to hold his hand with a slight flush on his cheeks. They appeared to be like fleeing because they had been caught doing horrible things.

"That was fun" they both said in unison as they paused to catch their breath. Then, they went back while cold wind brushed their faces as the sun began to set

"Thank you, Draken-kun" he laid his head on his back and wrapped his arms securely

"No problem, Mitchy. It was worth being scolded" he laughed as he replayed the memory of holding hands with him

'It was worth it because I got the chance to hold your hand' was left unspoken and only remained on Draken's mind

"Kamisama, what are you doing here again?" he groaned because he knew something was up

"Are you annoyed by my presence?" she laughed 

"No, it's not that. It just means bad news when you're here"

"You're correct. He is going on an all-out war"

"What?"

"As a result, his plot to assassinate your friends will be carried out immediately. If you get too close to them, they will die right away"

"Wha-"

"I'm not finished yet; I've acquired evidence that Inui and Koko remember you. They only pretended they didn't because they were afraid something horrible may happen to them and you because they remembered the other timelines."

"So, they were protecting me all along?" he teared up from relief and awe

"Lastly, your only hope is those duos. Confront them first and tell them everything you know. Good luck"

Takemitchy woke up and sat up almost instantly. He looked at his phone, which read 3:30. Then, he thought of a quick plan and brightened up when he created one.

"I should pack my things first" he retrieved his bag and packed his clothes and manga. He then took a bath and contacted Inui to meet him in Koko's company because he had returned home the day before.

He carefully opened the door and checked to see if anyone was awake from left to right. Fortunately, he was able to sneak out of his apartment without being noticed.

When he arrived at his boss' office, Inui and Koko were already there and seemed to be discussing something important.

"Good morning" he quietly greeted and their attention turned towards him

"Good morning" they both greeted in unison

"So, what made you summon us here? Inui told me it was urgent" he noticed how the blue-eyed boy tensed

He took a deep breath and calmed himself. He walked towards them and burst into tears

"Whoa- Are you okay?" Koko stood up from his chair with Inui tailing from his side

"Takeemitchy" Inui called out softly but was startled when he embraced them both

"Did someone hurt you-"

"I'm glad you remembered me" they were the ones that froze up this time.

"W-what are you talking about?"

"I know you remembered me and I'm sure you recalled the other timelines as well, right?" he looked up to them and saw them nod. They wanted to lie to him but they couldn't resist those puppy-teared eyes

"I'm glad you remembered us too" they said and hugged him back

After their short yet sweet reunion, Takemitchy explained all of it. Starting from his time-leaping, achievement, and punishment.

"Why are we not included?" the blonde asked

"Maybe because you two didn't know about my time-leaping abilities" he replied

"Makes sense" his boss agreed to Mitchy's reasoning

"Let's go" Koko stood up and motioned the two to follow him

"To where?" 

"To Las Vegas"

"EHH?"

"I called my private jet already. They should be waiting at the airport by now"

"But you both haven't even packed yet"

"We already have a penthouse there" they replied in unison

"Just how rich are you guys?" he mumbled in awe

They arrived at the airport shortly and went inside the jet. It was spacious and luxurious. Everything seems to shining and glimmering

"This jet is bigger than my apartment" his eyes gawked and hurriedly sat on one of the seats. They chuckled at his cute antics and sat in front of him

"So, are you ready to forget about them and live with us?" Koko asked and he looked outside the window to organize his thoughts

After a minute of silence, he turned his eyes to them, who had an expectant expression on their faces.

"I think I will never forget them. They're my friends and they're important to me... But, I'm ready to live with you guys. You're important to me as well, y'know" he smiled confidently

They had a big grin on their faces and were bursting with joy within their heads.

"You can sleep if you want, we'll wake you up when we arrive"

Shinichiro and Izana were back at the dojo house. Meanwhile, Emma was hanging out with her friends so Mikey was all alone in his apartment.

"I should go to Mitchy!" he hurriedly left but was greeted with Draken's back

"Oi, Mikey. Where are you going?" he asked

"Mitchy's" he replied

"Then, I'm tagging along" 

"Ken-chin, no fair! You spend time with him yesterday" but the other didn't listen

On their way there, they were greeted by Chifuyu and Baji who was going in the same direction as them

"Are you going to visit my Mitchy as well?" he pouted

"He's not yours and yes" Baji plastered his signature smile

"GUYS!" Mitsuya yelled from afar

"What wrong?"

"Mitchy is gone" he told them hurriedly

"HA!? What the hell are you talking about?" 

"Calm down, Baji-san. Can you explain further?" Chifuyu asked

"I had gotten up unusually early about 5 a.m. to invite him to breakfast earlier. I knocked several times but he didn't answer or open the door. I assumed he got to the office earlier than usual."

"So?" Mikey urged him to finish his story

"However, I got the unsettling feeling that something wasn't quite right. I climbed to his balcony and saw that the door was unlocked; I immediately checked to see if he had been robbed, but there was nothing. His manga collection and clothes were gone. His apartment looked clean as if there wasn't anyone living there"

"Are you saying he moved out!?" Mikey panicked evidently

"Let's not jump to conclusions. We should check his workplace first" Draken tried to think logically

They arrived there in an hour since they have individual motorcycles. They instantly asked the receptionist about their Mitchy

"I cannot disclose any information to you guys"

"Please. We're his friends and we're worried about him" Mitsuya pleaded

"I'm only doing this today. Our boss and his assistant, as well as another friend, went to the airport around 4 earlier"

"Where are they headed?" Draken asked

"Nobody knows and that's all I know"

"When will they come back?" Chifuyu paled every second

"They won't be coming back here anymore. Our boss has more than 50 multinational corporations around the world. It would make no difference if he's here or not since we're used to it"

"HA!?" Baji shouted in frustration scaring the lady and the people in the lobby

They left instantly while dragging a fuming Baji. They went back to Mikey's apartment to discuss it

"I think Inui is the other friend since he's the only friend of Koko plus I received his resignation letter earlier"

"The question is why would they leave without saying anything? Especially Mitchy" Chifuyu said

"Maybe he forced them to go with them!" Baji yelled

"Let's beat their ass!" Mikey high-fived with his fanged-friend

"I think it has something to do with his time-leaping abilities" Mitsuya said

"What?" he gained everyone's attention

"Have ya'll notice how he would look at us? His eyes looked to be filled with nostalgia and melancholy. He was undoubtedly under the impression that we had forgotten about him since we acted like it"

"We did it for a reason" Mikey said

"He probably has a reason as well why he moved to another country. We know how selfless he is. He would do anything to protect us" Baji said

"Maybe we could seek help from Pah. He also has lots of companies from other countries" Draken grinned

"So, we're gonna ignore Kamisama's warning?" Chifuyu smiled confidently

"Hell yeah!" everyone yelled 

'We never forgot about you, Mitchy. Just wait for us. We're coming to get you'
