NEST base, Diego Garcia
Tony Stark stood in front of Optimus Prime, Sonya Blade, and Colonel William Lennox, all of whom were looking at Tony with Stupefied expressions.
Lennox was wondering if Tony had lost all his brain cells from what they had just offered the Autobots to sign the Accords or be captured and experiment by Ross, similar to how Sector 7 did with Bumblebee.
Sonya wanted to actually snap Tony’s neck for even thinking of that for her friends and family, her husband and daughter, threatening them to sign the Accords or capture them, Nightwolf, Smoke, Sub-Zero, Scorpion and all the other Earthrealm champions who have powers (which kind of makes her wish they try to see anyone they send to fail spectacularly).
Optimus was one who was know for his legendary patience but even he had limits, especially in regards to something that reminded him far too much of the Caste System back on Cybertron, the whole fragging reason for the War itself. If Megatron were here, he’d kill Stark without batting an eye and take great pleasure in it, more so than usual.
“Absolutely not.” Lennox said firmly.
“No.” Optimus said curtly.
“Fuck off.” Sonya added before elaborating: “We aren’t joining you. Not a single one of us, Autobot or enhanced will join you. Remind Ross that if he wishes to live, to stay away from Hanzo Hasashi and his hellfire temper.”
“Or Ironhide and Hound’s itchy trigger finger.” Lennox muttered.
“Says the one protecting murderers in Scorpion, Noob Saibot, and Decepticons Deadlock, Dreadwing, Breakdown, Knockout and Cyclonus.” Tony growled.
Sonya and Lennox laugh at him.
“Hanzo and Bi-Han were both under Quan Chi and Shinnok’s influence and ever since they have been freed, try to atone for their actions. As have the other former Decepticons. And its Drift, not Deadlock.” Optimus said coldly, glaring at Stark, who felt small under the Prime’s gaze.
“What’s your excuse with James Buchanan Barnes, who was brainwashed for decades as a Hydra assassin?” Sonya inquired in disgust.
“He killed my parents. He deserves to die.” Tony growled.
“Like I said, he was brainwashed and tortured for decades. He was innocent and you blew off his arm. Hell, during the fight, all Captain Rogers and Sergeant Barnes were doing is trying to escape and merely leave you there.” Sonya pointed out.
“Um…. How did you know that?” Tony stammered out.
“We have a few friends who are really good with technology. Sub-Zero and my goddaughter are very adept with tech as my daughter.” Sonya said proudly.
“And Wheeljack, Perceptor, and Ratcher were able to break through all your encryptions. They said it was their equivalent of a Kindergarten quiz.” Lennox said cheekily, smirking at the indignant and shocked look at Tony.
“We’ve had friends who’ve not only died and been resurrected, manipulated and mind controlled, forced to kill innocents but have nightmares of constantly remembering what they did, all the lives they took. For Christ Sakes, Sub-Zero, Smoke, Noob Saibot and Cyrax were raised to be assassins and taken from their parents before they were even double digits!” Sonya hissed. Tony merely looked angry at her.
‘Jesus, he’s a fucking child. Even Johnny wasn’t that bad at his absolute worst. He still had some human decency.’ Sonya remarked in her head.
“I would also like to point out that the Accords are as bad, if not worse, than the Caste System back on Cybertron.” Optimus said angrily. At Stark’s confused look, he elaborated: “The Caste System dictated where you were placed depending on your vehicle form. Big ones like Tanks were usually in the Mines, particular Kaon, where Megatron and a good portion of the Decepticons were born. I was middle class as an Archivist while those Air capabilities such as Starscream, Dreadwing, and more were what you considered, Elite class. The thing is, you couldn’t change it, no matter how you tried. Along with all death and suffering those in the mines went through and the pure corruption of Cybertronian Guild was the reason why Megatron started the WAR!”
Tony couldn’t help but take a step back, seeing the thunderous expression on Optimus. Lennox also looked murderous, having heard stories from Ironhide and Chromia over the years. The shit they went through because of the Council…
“You’re no better than those on the Council and the so-called Primes before me.” Optimus said, still glaring at the Billionaire.
“I think you should consider leaving Stark.” In to the room strode in Elita-1, placing a hand on her sparkmate, seeing him relive the memories that lead to the War.
‘It’s fragger like these that make me want to leave, Earth.’ Elita mused in her head before looking back at Lennox and Sonya, who sent sympathic looks at Optimus before taking back to Stark, glaring at him. ‘But then I remember how similar we are.’
“Believe when I say, leaving would be the best way for to live, Iron-Man.” Johnny Cage, wearing a simple blue shirt, sleeveless jacket, fingerless gloves, combat pants and boots.
“Don’t believe me, just look at her face. She’s planning at least 10 ways to kill you and hide your body while sending a message to Ross before siccing Hanzo and Bi-Han on him.” Johnny said jovially.
Tony looked like he just swallowed a very bad lemon. He was to get up before a hand on was on his shoulder, making sit back down.
Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Nightwolf, Noob Saibot, Raiden, Fujin, Liu Kang, Kung Lao, Kitana, Jade, Ermac, Sindel, Stryker, Kabal, Sareena, Taven, Smoke, Cyrax, Kenshi, Kotal Kahn, Reptile, Rain, Mileena, Tanya, Erron Black, Skarlet, Li Mei, Sheeva, Frost, Takeda, Cassie Cage, Jaqcui Briggs, Jax and Kung Jin walked in, all of them glaring at Stark.
Ironhide, Ultra Magnus, Chromia, Bumblebee, Arcee, Hound, Crosshairs, Windblade, Jetfire, Red Alert, Chromedome, Rewind, Skids, Mudflap, Drift, Cyclonus, Tailgate, Dreadwing, Breakdown, Knockout, Air Raid, Skyfire, Cliffjumper, Warpath, Ratchet, Jazz, Sidwswipe, Hot Rod, Kup, Wheeljack, Perceptor, Prowl, Breakaway, Evac, Jolt, Grimlock, Swoop, Slug, Snarl, Scorn, Smokescreen, Leadfoot, Roadbsuter, Whirl, Topspin and Mirage all walked soon after, also glaring at Stark.
“This all who are willing to stand against you, Iron-Man.” Lennox, motioning to the approaching NEST and Special Forces soldiers with Shirai Ryu and Lin Kuei sprinkled in, all of them glaring at the Armored ‘Avenger’.
“Leave… now.” Optimus said simply, making it clear it wasn’t a suggestion.
Tony, for once listening to others’ ideas and suggestions instead of his ego, left the room, looking like he held his tail between his legs.
“Oh, and one more thing.” Liu Kang called out to the man, who turned his head around with thinly veiled anger and disgust at them.
“What?” Tony hissed through clenched teeth.
“For the whole Spider-Man being your stary eyed fan boy or more so his clone that you used to replace the original while Ross tortured and experimented on the latter, we found him and Wolverine gutted the clone before my scary looking older brother ripped his head, spine intact.” Kuai said, smiling at the Billionaire.
It was not a nice or even a polite one.
“He was a very tasty meal.” Mileena purred, simply adding to the fire even though she and Baraka hadn’t touched the body. From the deadpan looks her mother, sister, wife, and friends (Jade and Rain) shot her, they saw though it.
It all made Tony shudder slightly, something they all noticed, grinning and/or looking pleased, Bi-Han most of all. He had thoroughly enjoyed it, finally ridding the world of a future Iron-Man and the true Spider-Man, which they all agreed, even Optimus, may just be the greatest hero who ever lived, something Stark could only ever dream of.
“Not surprise he went running so quickly. Guy doesn’t know when no means no.” Johnny said, remembering some of the pieces of shit producers and executives he’s worked with over the years.
Ironhide couldn’t help but scoff in agreement.
“So, what are we gonna do about Ross?” Lennox asked.
Bi-Han, Kuai, Erron, Hanzo, Tomas and Cyrax all looked slightly sheepish but pleased.
“About that…” Erron trailed off.
Flashback
Scorpion, Noob Saibot, Smoke, Erron Black, Sub-Zero, Smoke, and Cyrax all stood over Ross, who on the ground, glaring defiantly at them. They had stormed in to his house, incapacitating all the guards.
They were all taking a nice nap and they’ll probably wake up with a headache, dozens of broken bones and one hell of a hospital bill.
“You’re not worth the blood on my blade or Kunai.” Scorpion sneered in disgust.
Sub-Zero grabbed Ross by a choke hold and was about to snapp his neck before letting him.
“You’re going to live because we want you to see your wolrd.
Erron spit on his corpse.
“Corrupt Politicians and leaders. Things haven’t changed that much over the years.” Erron said repulsion.
“Still think the old Lin Kuei Grandmaster was worse.” Cyrax said.
“I’d rather be under him than this piece of filth. Quan Chi and Shinnok would be more pleasant.” Smoke remarked in repulsion.
They left, Kuai releasing all the info of Ross crimes on the Internet.
Despite what they did, they all smiled at the Assassins of Ross.
“You are officially my new favorites. Get in, I’m taking you guys for a spin.” Jazz, transforming into 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP Weekend Club Racer Concept.
They all reluctantly got in despite the tight fit. Jazz wheeled out of there.
“Still, we should keep an eye out on him. He could try and retaliate.” Kotal pointed out. They all stared at each other before most of them busted out laughing.
Later the informant commonly known as Stan among the Watchers, who are a powerful group observing all the universes, explains these are events taking place.
By the end of the day, the whole world knew about Tony Stark's actions from Ultron to his locking up of former teammates, with even recorded audio about now caring about five more Winter Soldiers. Or the video was taken right from Iron Man's helmet of trying to murder Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers. Needless to say, the full extent of the accords including massive information on The Raft prison was released.
Ross was later revealed for his crimes and was charged along side Tony Stark, who were in prisoned in the Raft, which turned into a legitimate prison where super villains and criminals such as Kano, Daegon, and those who came soon after such as Green Goblin, Venom, Carnage, Sabretooth, Baron Helmut Zemo, and even Decepticons such as Starscream and Soundwave.
While the UN, rooted in corruption, tried to leave the Accords as they were but Secretary of Defense John Keller and Director of Intelligence Charlotte Mearing along with Sonya Blade, Charles Xavier, and King T’Challa of Wakanda pressured them to repeal them, which they did under serious pressure from the Public and said people.
Once Thanos came around, he was defeated in Wakanda by the combined might of said nation, Special Forces, NEST, the reunited Avengers, the recently out of hiding X-Men, the Autobots, Shirai Ryu, Lin Kuei, the true Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Outworld and Edenia, defeating before he even got near the Time and Mind stone, Thor cutting the Mad Titan’s head off.
It showed the world was better off without Tony Stark, his EDITH glasses were never completed after his arrest, which was meant for Peter Parker, or more so his clone. The world would never see him have access and be able to hack any database, follow or kill anybody with his drones.
