This story addresses the mistreatment of hybrids and the cruelty of humans towards them. This story describes situations that may be sensitive to some readers, such as mistreatment, violence, different forms of abuse, and mature content.

BASIC INFORMATION TO UNDERSTAND THIS FIC:
This story takes place in a universe where hybrids exist. However, there are some things that need to be explained for this particular story:
- Hybrids are considered pets and/or property.
- They are kept in certified facilities (something similar to a shelter) and can be adopted as pets/property.
- Hybrids are trained and nurtured to be submissive.
- It is legal to punish a hybrid during their training in a certified facility.
- Some hybrids can be considered humans, (Human-Hybrid Designation Act). Only hybrids designated as humans have human rights.
- Hybrids are trained to cater to human necessities. Sex is the main necessity.
- It is completely legal to adopt a hybrid for sexual purposes.
- There are certain qualifications a human must fulfill to be allowed to adopt a hybrid.
- People with violent or criminal records cannot adopt hybrids.
- People with kids from 0 to 18 years old cannot adopt hybrids. Because hybrids are considered sexual pets/property and they have a high sexual libido, they are not allowed near underage humans.
- Hybrids that are born from a human and a hybrid, have to be registered in the National Database for Hybrids. If they don’t qualify as humans, the human parent can claim custody.
Human-Hybrid Designation Act.
Human: an individual with a 100% human genome. It is considered a capable individual that can decide and take care of themselves.
Hybrid: an individual with some percentage of the human genome but the majority of it is animal. They are not considered legal individuals and need to be under the care and protection of a human.
Criteria to decide if a hybrid qualifies as human:
- Percentage; a hybrid can be considered human if its genome is at least 90% human. If the percentage is lower than that, they are considered hybrids.
- Independence; a hybrid that does not require assistance in adult tasks. Such as problem-solving, critical thinking, communication skills, decision-making, creative thinking, interpersonal relationship skills, self-awareness, empathy, and coping with stress skills.
- Submission: a hybrid that is fully aware of its own self and will not submit to a master or an owner by any means.
Any hybrid can apply to the Human-Hybrid Designation Act at any moment in their life. For underage hybrids, their facilities are in charge to apply on the behalf of the hybrid.
CHARACTERS:
Kim Seokjin, Jung Hoseok, Kim Namjoon, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, and Jeon Jungkook have been in a polyamorous relationship for three years and a half. They are successful in their jobs and live in a penthouse in one of the exclusive parts of Seoul. Because of their extenuating schedules, they rarely have time to be together, they have been thinking to get a hybrid as an emotional companion.

MORE INFO ABOUT HYBRIDS:
Genome: The majority of their genome is animal.
Cognitive and logical abilities: They have full cognitive abilities, however, they are trained and nurtured to be extremely submissive. (Humans prefer hybrids with slight childish behavior)
Transformation: Only domestic breeds can transform into their animal counterparts.
The fundamental purpose of a hybrid: The majority of hybrids have been raised to cater to human necessities. The main necessity is sex.
•they are trained to only experience pain and pleasure. (They are not expected to have any other sentiments or feelings and if they do, they are severely punished)
•they are not allowed to disobey their owners
•they will do everything necessary to please their owners, even if it is hurtful or dangerous
•total submission
Natural hierarchy or Second Classification. (Like any other animal in the wilderness, there is a natural order and hierarchy among hybrids, this determines the dynamic of the pack): This trait is presented when the hybrid reaches puberty. There are three sub rankings:
•alphas: the leaders of the pack and guardians.
•betas: caretakers and second in command.
•omegas: the ones able to have offspring and emotional comforters.
Age: Hybrids have a similar physical development as a human. When they reach puberty the natural hierarchy is shown (alpha=ruts, Betas=semi-rut (less intense and shorter), and omegas=heats) They are considered fully matured when they turn 17, however they are trained to keep a younger and more submissive headspace.
