Chapter 1: Awakening
Chapter Text
“–I can help! I’m strong enough!”
“Shallot, turn back! Shallot, run!”
A pair of onyx eyes open instantly as they gaze upward at what looks to be…a grey ceiling. Something inside of him had a hunch that it resembled a home, but much larger and looked made of metal. He turns his head to the right, raising his brows at the realization that he had awakened on a slab.
“What the hell?” The man says, his…tail, swaying back and forth underneath him. “Wh-What happened? W-Where a-am I…?”
“Good, you’re awake.” A feminine voice spoke up, making the man turn his head to the left.
“Who–!?” The stranger squints at the new figure, a woman no doubt; evident by her curvaceous build. She looked humanoid and sported light-pale skin, long & bushy auburn hair, and a pair of blue eyes. She adjusts her square, black-rimmed glasses as she gazes at the man with intrigue. She wore what appears to be a white coat, with a blue & red short dress underneath it.
“I’m quite surprised Sixteen found you on his way delivering Eighteen,” the woman says, as she seems to be looking at him as if he were some sort of subject. “a Saiyan not in Freeza Force Armor.”
‘Freeza?’ The Saiyan blinks at the humanoid, as he wasn’t familiar with that name. 'The hell is she talking about?’
A groan escapes his lips as he sits himself up on the grey steel slab, gazing down at his attire: gazing down at blue leather armor, plates, greaves, and armbands. Silver-Blue boots cover his feet, as he wore a black undershirt, sporting shorts matching its color. Onyx eyes gaze down at the black-furred appendage; a tail.
“What is your name?” The woman spoke up to the Saiyan, who turns his attention back to her.
“My…My name?” A glance of bewilderment was set on his face, as he had little to no idea the answer to it.
“Oh, dear,” the auburn-haired woman grimaces in concern, “you must’ve been severely injured. Don’t you remember anything?”
Moving his eyes from the woman, who seemed to be unsure of what happened to him or who he was.
“Shallot, turn back! Shallot, run!”
“Shallot,” he answers the woman, raising his eyebrows. “My name is Shallot,” brushes his right hand across his black, spiky hedgehog-like hair.
“It’s nice to meet you, Shallot,” the woman gives him a slight nod, then turns her attention to a large, muscular man in green.
The Saiyan in leather-blue armor, Shallot, takes notice of something on the right sleeve of her coat, and the man’s…armor? What he was wearing resembled the Saiyan. It was a red symbolic ribbon, with the letters R R in white.
“Eighteen is awake, though rather irritable at the moment,” the man says to the auburn-haired woman. He then turns to Shallot, “Ah, it seems the Saiyan is awake.”
“Hold on,” Shallot moves his legs off of the slab and his feet touch the grey floor, looking around at his surroundings. “What’s going on? Where am I? In fact…who are you people?!”
“Calm down,” the woman in the labcoat places her hand on his shoulder, which seemed to have calmed the Saiyan down slightly. “I’ll explain everything. What matters now is that you’re safe.”
The spiky-haired man furrows his brows a bit, but he simply nods his head a bit. He only knew a few things about himself: He was a Saiyan, named Shallot and he was clearly in a place that wasn’t his home. Wait, what was his home? It seems he can’t remember a thing past those words, his species and name.
“My name is Android Twenty-One,” the auburn-haired woman places a hand on her bust, then gestures to the large man. “and this is Android Sixteen. We can help you…trust me.”
Chapter Text
“Android?” Shallot stares at the ones designated Sixteen and Twenty-One, a gaze filled with confusion. The large, mohawk-styled man turns to the hourglass-figured woman, though stoic, had a look that says ‘time is of the essence’ on his face. “Um, what’s an 'Android’?”
“Well,” the auburn-haired scientist takes a deep exhale, adjusting her square, black-rimmed glasses. “it has different meanings, but we’re on a ticking clock, Shallot. The short version is a human being that has cybernetics that allows them to wield Ki much more efficiently without tiring.”
“Though,” Sixteen speaks up, stepping forward to stand next to the other Android. “there are many types, for I am a purely mechanical type.”
The confusion being replaced with curiosity, Shallot rises from the medical slab he had awakened on and proceeds to approach the large man. Starring at what appears to be green armor, the spiky-haired man proceeds to knock on Sixteen’s chest, loud clanging ringing out. “Holy crap,” he stares in amazement, “a guy made out of metal.”
“I know you have a lot of questions,” Twenty-One says, “but, I did say we’re on a ticking clock.” She furrows her auburn eyebrows, which made the Saiyan nods his head quickly in understanding.
“Gotcha, Gotcha.” Shallot says as he moves his right hand to scratch at the black locks of his hair. “Um, what is happening exactly?”
“Come with us,” Twenty-One gestures her head to a large door with the large ribbon symbol with the two Rs on it. “it’s better to show and explain to give a clear understanding of the situation.”
*THE RED RIBBON MONITORING CENTER*
To Androids Sixteen and Twenty-One, technology is something that is not only everyday life for them, it is the reason for their existence. To Shallot, a Saiyan who seemed to have no genuine knowledge of the feared Freeza or wore armor that seems to pre-date the era of Vegeta’s family. It looked like magic to him, as he then pressed a few buttons on a laptop, seeing words appear as he typed on the keyboard. The scientist found it amusing, though she mentally reminds herself that they needed to focus. Twenty-One sat on a turn-around chair, sitting in front of a large screen with an advanced keyboard in front of it. Sixteen and Shallot stood behind her, as she moves her fingers about on the keys.
Images appear on the screen, which made the Saiyan open his mouth in awe. “Cool,” he comments, seeing what appears to be a man with spiky hair like Shallot has but the style is different. The man has three bangs hanging to the right of his forehead and two hanging to the left, also standing up with four spikes in the front and three bangs in the back. Shallot takes notice of his clothing, wearing a black Gi with a red, short-sleeved undershirt underneath it. “Um, who is that?”
“Son Goku,” Sixteen answers the Saiyan in blue leather armor, “technically, his clone.”
“Clone?” Shallot furrows his brows in confusion, “Um, like a twin?” Then, a stinging headache erupts, causing him to grasp at the side of his forehead.
“C'mon,” a male voice said, “We already went three rounds, you can’t beat me!”
'That was weird,’ he thought to himself, shaking his head as he seemed more interested in what the two were saying.
“Yes and no,” Twenty-One began, “he was created from the DNA of the original Son Goku, another Saiyan like you.”
“Wait? There are more,” Shallot’s tone grew tense, “I mean, it’s good to know that I’m not…ya know, alone. Maybe he knows about my past.”
Sixteen shifts his blue eyes to the woman in the lab coat, who pinches the bridge of her nose. The man in blue armor looked at the two for a brief moment, as if either of them were going to comment. “That would be impossible,” the man with the mohawk hair says, “Son Goku was raised on Earth, having no personal knowledge of Saiyan culture or history.”
“Damn,” the spiky-haired man says in dejection, sporting a slight pout for a while. “Um, are there others?”
“Yes,” Twenty-One answers him with a slight nod of her head, “but most of them are hybrids. The only other full-blooded Saiyan is the prince.”
“Prince?” Shallot looks at her with that same gaze of confusion on his face, “Hmm? He must be pretty important.”
The auburn-haired woman simply shakes her head, “Well, that will certainly feed that ego of his.” She mutters under her breath as she kept her focus on the computer screen. “Back on topic, the Goku clone isn’t the only one. Many were created, copies of the Prince and other strong warriors.”
Any person would’ve shuddered, as the footage being displayed was the recording of man men in black & red colors destroying what was a training facility. But, Shallot felt something inside of him rise, as if the sight of combat excited him. “Wow,” the man in blue leather armor exclaims, “quite the mess. Though,” he blinks, turning to the auburn-haired woman. “where do I fit into all of this?”
“To stop the Clone Fighters,” she says to the tailed man, “we need strong fighters. Sixteen, Seventeen, Eighteen and…well, you.” Twenty-One clears her throat, using her right hand to adjust her glasses while using the left to clutch at her chest.
Sixteen turns to the woman in concern, while Shallot slowly nods his head. “Sounds good and all,” the Saiyan replies, “but, those guys look strong.”
“Yes,” the large man speaks once more, “but, with you being a Saiyan, we can train you to the point of you being able to take on this threat. Seventeen and Eighteen will assist us, even if they will exhibit…misgivings,” he shifts his eyes from Shallot and back to Twenty-One.
’Okay,’ he thinks to himself, taking a deep breath. ’I don’t have much of a choice. I have no memories of who I am except my name and that voice, and I’m trusting my survival to two strangers. Am I doing the smart thing here?’

As said in the previous chapter, constructive criticism is always welcomed.
Chapter 3: A rocky start
Chapter Text
“You have got to be kidding me,” a blonde woman with blue eyes said, her arms folded over her bust as she eyes Shallot from head to toe. “First, these strange waves, then the clone fighters, next Android Sixteen,” the woman’s tone raised in a mixture of rage and alarm. “who should be long dead, then that weird woman and now a random Saiyan?”
The spiky-haired warrior blinks when the woman, Android Eighteen, finished her rant; as it seems that she is not really eager or happy about the situation. Shallot moves his right hand to the back of his neck, scratching at it. He stood in front of the blonde, who was sending a cold glare at him. A few feet from her is a black-haired man, who shared some of Eighteen’s facial features. He didn’t exactly give the Saiyan a scowl, but his gaze was a look of suspicion. The trio stood in what looked like the same training facility he saw earlier on the monitor. It definitely looked like it has seen better days. Scorch marks litter the floor, walls, and ceilings and multiple fist-shaped holes can be seen all around.
“Hey,” Shallot spoke up, grimacing. “I just got here, Eighteen, right?” The woman nods, “Like I said, I just got here, I don’t remember much about myself, and from what Twenty-One told me, the planet’s in danger.”
“And you instantly took her word,” the ebony-haired man, Android Seventeen, speaks up. “Hmm, she certainly picked a naive one.”
“Naive?!” The Saiyan furrows his brows, his onyx eyes turning to the ascot-wearing cyborg, “Hey! I just woke up, you prick!”
“Don’t,” Eighteen shoves Shallot back, “call my brother a prick, you moron. Besides, he’s bringing up a legitimate concern. As I said before, Sixteen was dead.”
The Saiyan blinks when those words left her lips, his eyebrows creasing slightly. “I mean, he’s…well, different from others. He can be rebuilt.”
The blonde let out an exasperated, frustrated sigh, pinching the bridge of her nose. “Oh, my God, you’re barely listening.” Eighteen moves her hand from her face, “Look, doesn’t this seem all…convenient to you?”
Shallot’s tail sways slowly behind his legs, while he purses his lips in thought. “I mean, this is pretty damn bizarre, in all honesty. For me, being on an alien planet with no idea how I got here. For you, being confronted by your supposed dead friend and a weird lady.”
“Sixteen was like a brother to the both of us,” Seventeen speaks up once more, approaching the two to stand next to his twin sister. “then, all of a sudden, when everything goes to Hell due to these clones, he suddenly appears and takes us from our families.”
“Wait?” The black-tailed man’s eyebrows raise in alarm, “What?! Neither of them mentioned that!”
“All the more reason you should take everything they’re saying,” Eighteen says to Shallot, “with a grain of salt.”
“I…I guess,” he says with a shrug of his shoulders, “but at the same time, if I wasn’t found by Sixteen, one of those Clone Fighters would’ve killed me.”
“Or you could’ve been found by my husband and the others,” the blonde points out to the young Saiyan, “regardless,” she says with a sigh. “you’re here, and no point in pondering on what ifs.”
“Uh-Huh,” Shallot replies with a roll of his eyes, “look, if we’re gonna stand a chance against these Clones, I’m gonna hafta be up to snuff.”
“Well,” Seventeen cracks his knuckles, “it has been a while since I’ve had an actual fight.”
Eighteen raises her brows slightly at her brother’s apparent eagerness, letting out a groan of annoyance. “Typical,” she says, placing her hands on her hips.
“Says the woman wearing a denim skirt and vest fitting for a young woman,” her brother replies, “and not a married woman with a daughter.”
“You’re one to talk,” the blonde says in return, as the pair gets into their perspective fighting stance.
Shallot watched this small sibling spat, making him chuckle at this exchange. As if it brought comfort to the Saiyan, a comfort he would know as if he himself had a sibling.
“C'mon, brother, are you taking your training seriously?”
"I am, Giblet! I’m learning all I can from Hanasia!”
“Are you certain it’s fighting and not mating, Shallot~?”
Shut up and fight–!”
Then the spiky-haired man is met with a punch to his stomach, grimacing as he eyes Seventeen; who drove his fist into his abdomen. A part of him felt rather embarrassed by letting himself get distracted by his thoughts, which seemed like…a memory? Shallot skids back from the black-haired cyborg then step forward and give a punch in return; striking Seventeen in the chest. He then shifts his head to see Eighteen charging to his left and is then struck by a spinning kick performed by the blonde. The blue, leather armor-wearing Saiyan is flung from the twin Androids, but manages to land on his feet.
*THE RED RIBBON MONITORING CENTER*
“A rocky start,” Sixteen says as he and Twenty-One watch over the training bout between Shallot, Seventeen, and Eighteen. “though, it seems he remembers how to fight.”
“Interesting,” the auburn-haired woman says, as she sits down in the rotating chair while the mecha-type Android stands next to her. “he seemed to have spaced out for a bit, but quickly recovered. A memory flash?” She turns to the mohawk-haired man, who turns his head to face her.
“Perhaps,” he responded in his usual monotone voice, “though, it proves that he is capable.” He turns his attention back to the monitor, seeing Shallot blocking the twins from attacking him at the same time with a flurry of fists.
“Yes,” she places her right hand underneath her chin, lightly stroking it. “though, is the Linking System assisting in not only strengthening Shallot, but helping him recover from his amnesia? This should be noted for further stud–GAH!!” Suddenly, Twenty-One clutches at her bosom with both hands, slipping out of the chair and onto the floor.
Android Sixteen steps forward the scientist in alarm, an actual emotion aside from his stoic stare. “Twenty-One!” He says in concern, the tone of his voice has notably risen.
“D-Dammit,” the woman says through gritted teeth, “I…I need more time.” She slowly begins to get onto her feet, “Dammit all I need more time,” her eyebrows crease in fear and concern, “or else…I won’t…I won’t stop.”
*TRAINING FACILITY*
“Huh?!” The Saiyan blinks as he was sent flying back once more by Eighteen’s two-footed kick to the chest, the pain not registering to him or the fact that he was falling down to the ground. It seems that Shallot had gotten distracted once more, but not by a memory flash; as if he had heard someone from outside the room. “You two notice that?”
“Notice what?” Eighteen inquires to the young fighter, her brother standing next to her as he dusts off his clothes; which had gotten some dirt due to the sparring.
“I…I can’t really explain it,” he says as he rises to his feet, “a…small explosion?” The spiky-haired man says with a grimace, not fully comprehending the sensation.
“Oh,” Seventeen says with realization, “you must’ve sensed someone’s energy…or Ki, as Krillin describes it.”
“Energy, huh?” Shallot blinks for a minute or two, nodding his head lightly. “Wait?! You two didn’t sense that!?”
“We…didn’t,” Eighteen answers him, “Seventeen and I can manipulate energy, but we can’t sense it.”
“Damn,” the Saiyan comments, folding his arms over his chest. “that’s something.”
“The only Androids who can sense Energy is Sixteen,” Seventeen explains to Shallot, “and…well, Cell. But that monster’s dead.”
“Cell?” Shallot inquires with a raise of one of his eyebrows, “Who the hell’s Cell?”
“It’s,” the blonde says with a visible shudder and exhale, “a long, long and horrible story.”
*ELSEWHERE…28 KS Point 5*
“So, they brought you back as well?”
In the center of the wasteland, where the dreaded Cell Games took place years ago, stands the green, winged monster that nearly succeeded in destroying Earth. Cell, turns to what looks like a small, slightly scrawny male with a tail. White flesh, violet bio gems on certain parts of his body; most notably the top of his head. This being, Frieza stood behind the bio-android with a smirk on his face.
“Yes,” Cell says to the cosmic tyrant, “but, for what purpose, I don’t know.”
“Well,” Frieza says with a small chuckle, “my men, those of the Trade Planet Organization of Frieza Force, whatever you prefer, have gathered information concerning our…resurrection. Information that is interesting…to the both of us.”

It's been a while since I've updated this story, due to technical difficulties and reviewing developments from the recent DBS Movie: Super Hero and the prequel arc in the manga.
Chapter Text
“Kienzan!”
A disc of golden Ki hurled towards the red & black doppelganger of Son Goku, bisecting the clone in half. Krillin, former Orin Monk, dedicated Turtle School Martial Artist and Z-Warrior shouts in triumph. Then, the shout of the Kamehameha can be heard from the genuine Earth-Raised Saiyan. Unleashing the attack upon the clone of the monk. The duo fighters pant as bodies of clones littered the battlefield they stood on. A forest that once hosted many animals, including some herbivorous dinosaurs, before the Clone Fighters laid siege upon it.
“That’s the last of ‘em,” Goku says, “for now.” The man in orange & blue looks around, his onyx eyes scanning the area to search for any foreign Ki Signatures. “Man, it’s like there’s no end to these guys, even if they do look like us.”
“You’re tellin’ me, Goku,” Krillin wipes the sweat rolling down his brow, “I hope Gohan and Piccolo are doing well on their end.” Then, his brows creased in worry, looking down towards the ground.
“C'mon buddy,” the wild-haired martial artist comforts his oldest friend, “I’m sure Eighteen’s alright. She’s strong, remember.”
“I know, I know,” the Earthling Monk replies, closing his eyes for a moment. “But, I can’t shake the feeling of all of this mess,” opening his eyelids, gesturing to the clone corpses.
“I can’t blame ya there,” the Saiyan says in agreement, gazing down at one of his doubles, “plus Frieza and Cell being alive, and our powers being suppressed by these weird waves.” Rubbing his chin, furrowing his brows in thought and concern. “It’s like whoever’s behind this, pulled this off right under our noses.”
Krillin’s brows raised in concern, listening to his friend’s words. “Just like Gero,” the Monk shuddered, the memory of the late, mad Red Ribbon Scientist crossing his mind. “No! No! No!” Goku turns to the dwarf fighter, “I was sure me and Trunks destroyed the sub lab!”
“Oh, man,” the defender of Earth gulps, reaching for one of his ears, pressing his index finger against a white & blue device. “Bulma, can you hear me?”
“Loud and clear, Goku,” Bulma Briefs’ voice can be heard, “picking up anymore clones or the others?”
He shakes his head, “No, but we’re startin’ to get an idea of who’s behind this weirdness. Kneeling down to hoist up the corpse of his clone, "This might be a plan by the Red Ribbon Army.”
“What?” The scientist’s voice rings out from the ear piece, “Seriously? Ugh, but how? How can there be anymore remnants?! I thought Gero was the last!”
A small sigh escaped Krillin’s lips, pressing a button on his own communicator. “It’s a possibility, which can link to Sixteen’s sudden reappearance to Seventeen & Eighteen’s sudden disappearance.”
“Well, now that you say that,” the blue-haired woman said on the other end of the line. “it does make sense, sadly. Right now, we have to cut down the number of Clone Fighters, find our friends and stop any revived jerks.”
“Any word from Vegeta?” Goku speaks up, bringing up the Saiyan Prince.
“Last time I spoke with him,” Bulma begins to answer, “he was fighting against a horde of clones. So, I’m guessing he’s still hunting.”
—-
A shout escaped the Prince of Saiyan’s lips, his gloved fist going through the pale-skinned clone of himself. Vegeta then spins his body around, bringing his foot against the imposter’s cheek. A loud snap can be heard, the Vegeta Clone going down in a heap. Standing proud in his blue, white and yellow armor, the former Frieza Force Elite scoffed; turning his gaze to the other dead clones. Some resembled his rival Goku, or Kakarot as he calls him; others resembling himself or other Z-Warriors.
“Disgusting imposters,” Vegeta says with contempt in his voice, “Zamasu and Black put up a better fight than this.” He looks down at his gloved fists; as the Saiyan may be handicapped by the waves that are effecting strong beings, he was still a force to be reckon with.
He takes a deep breath, closing his eyes to focus; raising his Ki. Then, his white aura erupts around him. Then, opening his eyes, Vegeta lets out a primal scream and he became surrounded by the golden light of Super Saiyan. Due to the power suppressing phenomenon, being in the form felt heavy; bringing him back to the days when he first ascended. The battle against the clown Android and the decrepit scientist, then his humiliating defeat at the hands of the blonde cyborg. The Prince lets out a small exhale, as little by little, he felt himself return to his proper fighting condition.
“I will find those responsible for this,” Vegeta says to himself, “responsible for these wretches…and make them suffer.”
“A wretch you say?” A sophisticated voice inquired, one the Saiyan never forgot. “My, my, even as a Super Saiyan, you still have that attitude of yours.”
Vegeta turns his gaze to the white and purple form of Frieza, the self-proclaimed emperor of the universe, the killer of many races, including his people, the Saiyans. The seasoned warrior grits his teeth, glaring at his former 'benefactor’ with hatred.
“Tch, talk while you can, Frieza,” the Prince says, “but like me, you’re power’s suppressed as well.”
“You assume,” the cosmic tyrant says with a chuckle, “you assume, Vegeta. I was planning to have my vengeance against Goku, but I suppose you’ll serve as a proper warm-up.”
“Warm-up?!” Vegeta’s brow twitches in rage, his golden aura erupting once more as he becomes filled with fury. “Kakarot won’t need a turn when I’m done with you, Frieza!”
The conqueror chuckled, his tail sways slowly behind him as the Prince proceeds to charge towards him. Frieza’s lips turn into a focused frown, taking flight and speeding towards Vegeta. When the two aliens collided, the area around them quaked due to a shockwave created by the impact.
—-
“WILD CANNON!!”
Shallot hollers his signature attack, hurling the Ki Blast towards the group of clone charging towards him. The Attack collided with the grey-skinned clone of Piccolo, causing the energy to explode; killing him and a couple of clones in the process. Panting, he turns to Androids Seventeen and Eighteen, who were battling against clones of Cell and Vegeta.
The black-haired cyborg unleashed a flurry of blows upon the Saiyan clone, who attempted to block his attacks. Seventeen then leans his head back, performing a headbutt on the being. The fighter then launches a Ki Sphere point-blank onto the Clone Fighter’s torso, pushing him towards a plateau. When the clone collided with the rock, it exploded on impact.
Meanwhile, Eighteen fired a volley of Ki Blasts towards the grey & red Cell; yelling in fury. The clone seemed to be stepping through the hellfire of energy blasts, despite it’s healing capabilities being weaker than the true Cell’s. The blonde cyborg then raises her right hand upward, forming a Ki disc in the form of her hand.
“Kienzan,” she yells, tossing the attack towards the Clone Fighter. In a instant, the being was vertically sliced in two; the halves falling down in a heap. She lands down onto the ground, staring at the corpse with intense hatred.
“Violent, Sis,” Seventeen comments, dusting his hands off as Shallot lands next to him.
“Not everyone can calm down from nature, ya know,” Eighteen replies to her twin, dusting off the denim skirt she wore. “Anymore clones left?”
“None,” Shallot shakes his head, “well, none left in this area.” Then, his brows raised in alarm. “Hold on, I sense somethin’.” The Saiyan in Blue & Black says, turning his head to the east. “Two strong powers!”
“Two?” The twins say in unison, concern in each of their reactions. Then, the young Saiyan proceeds to fly off, despite the blonde’s protest.
“Shallot,” she hollers, “get back here, goddammit!” She then reaches for her vest jacket, pulling out a device with the Red Ribbon insignia. “Twenty-One, can you hear me? Shallot’s gone off towards two fighters likely fighting. He’s gonna get himself killed!”
“Really now?” The voice of the auburn-haired woman sounded intrigued, no hint of worry in her voice. “That must’ve been Vegeta and Frieza he sensed. Let him walk in on their pissing contest.”
“Excuse me?” Seventeen says to 21, stepping towards his sister and glaring down towards the communicator. “Are you crazy?!
”You heard me,“ she says to the pair, ”don’t interfere! If you do…I will sic Sixteen on the both of you. You don’t want that, do you?“
The two cyborgs turn their gaze from the device, then turn to the direction Shallot flew towards. Their trust in Twenty-One was shaky from the start, but now, the pair had suspicions of the woman’s intentions; especially if she was seemingly neglectful towards a new ally.
—Red Ribbon Hidden Bunker—
"Twenty-One,” Sixteen raised his voice to the auburn-haired woman, who stared at one of the monitors showing 17 & 18. She turns her gaze to the footage of Vegeta and Frieza’s battle. “Shallot may have raised his power, but…is sending him to fight against Frieza is wise?”
“Not you too,” she lets out a small whine, “Sixteen, Shallot is a Saiyan. They live to fight, they become excited fighting stronger opponents. For God’s sake, review your databanks!”
The mohawk Android kept his stoic stare, but he couldn’t help but to grow fearful of the woman. “He may get stronger should it come to that,” he hypothesized, then his eyes widened. He begins to approach the woman, who watched the cosmic emperor kicking away the Prince’s Galick Gun. “Twenty-One, are you okay?”
“Never better,” she says, her lips spreading into a eerie smile. She drags her tongue across her upper lip. Crimson electricity sparked around her, making the hulkling man step back.
“No,” he grits his teeth, “she’s in control. Your cells are growing beserk!”
“I have the detonator,” Twenty-One’s smile vanished, her gaze focused on the battle between Vegeta and Frieza. “I will not hesitate to destroy you, Sixteen. Remember that? So, you are in no position to negotiate.”
If Android Sixteen could sweat, he’d be sweating bullets at the woman’s demeanor, as if her personality had changed. He shifts his gaze towards the footage of Vegeta and Frieza’s battle, the former growing exhausted and beginning to struggle against the latter.
—-
The Saiyan Prince was hurled by a tail smack by Frieza, landing down onto the earth. Covered in bruises, scars and bloodied scratches. His armor cracked and the blue spandex torn, Vegeta slowly gets up onto his feet. He internally cursed, if only these waves weren’t a issue; he would’ve finished the tyrant off in Super Saiyan Blue. But, no! He found himself struggling against Frieza in Super Saiyan, the very form that defeated him back on Namek years ago.
“Oh, my, Vegeta,” the cosmic murderer laughed, his hands placed behind his back. “It seems these waves are effecting you worse than I originally thought. Perhaps that mental training in Hell payed off better than I’ve anticipated.”
“B-Bastard,” the Prince coughs up some blood, wiping his mouth. “d-don’t get cocky! I promised to kill you, and I will make good on it!”
“Hmm, it sounded familiar,” Frieza clicks his tongue, “was it back on Namek…or was it before I killed your simian king…your father?”
“BACK TO HELL!!” The Super Saiyan Royal screamed, launching a volley of Ki Blasts towards his opponent.
Curling his lips into a amused smile, Frieza increased his power slightly and with a flick of his wrist; he blocked the volley with a shockwave he created. This made Vegeta flinch, witnessing how powerful the tyrant had grown since his attempted invasion of Earth. Pointing a index finger towards the Saiyan, the emperor launches a Death Beam, striking true; hitting his opponent in the torso. The armored man falls down in a heap, reverting back to his normal form.
“I’m certain Goku sensed that,” Frieza said with a sadistic smile, “because that should draw his attention.”
The seasoned warrior coughed up more crimson droplets, a horrific hole where his right lung is. He stared at the killer of his kind with hatred, attempting to lift himself up from the ground. Before he strained himself further, he picked up a new Ki Signature. It was definitely Saiyan power, but an aura he never met before.
Meanwhile, Shallot arrived to the ruined, grassy wasteland; observing the devastation that took place. His onyx eyes then sees a older spiky-haired man in white armor, making him squint.
'So, that’s the Prince, huh?’ The Saiyan in Blue Armor thought, then turns his attention to the man’s opponent. 'Hold on?! Is that–!?’ Suddenly, his mind shifted once more as he gazed at Frieza; as if his thoughts were screaming at him.
—
“Murderer!!” Shallot hollers at the horned invader, purple & orange; staring at him with pure malice. “You piece of shit!!”
“She shouldn’t have gotten in my way,” the dwarf being says, “this is the fate of those who dare oppose Lord Chilled.”
“I’ll kill you,” the young man says, as he became surrounded by golden light, “I will make you suffer!!”
—
“C-Chilled?” He muttered underneath his breath, then furrows his brows in fury. “CHILLED!!” The young man shouts at the top of his lungs, golden sparks crackling around his muscular form.
This made Frieza cease delivering the fatal blow upon Vegeta, turning his attention to the newcomer. “What’s this now?” He studied the youth, taking notice of the tail and armor he wore. “Another Saiyan…? Hold on, Sadalan Armor? It’s been years since I’ve seen such rubbish.”
“Sadalan?” Vegeta blinks in confusion, turning his attention to the Saiyan the cosmic emperor noticed. “Hold on?! That’s…the armor before we joined Cold! B-But how?!”
“I don’t know how you got here,” Shallot spoke, landing onto the rocky earth. “but I won’t let you slaughter more people like you did before!”
“My, my,” the white-skinned alien snickered, “I believe you’ve mistaken me for an ancestor, my dear boy.”
“Like I give a shit!” Shallot snaps at Frieza, “I’ll make you pay! For killing my fellow villagers! For killing my Parents!” An emerald aura erupts around Shallot as his fury grows, “For killing Hanasia!!”

LONG AGO, PLANET SADALA...
Shallot's onyx eyes glared in hatred toward the dwarf being before him. The invader was surrounded by the bodies of his fellow villagers, including his and Giblet's parents. His older twin brother was on the rocky soil, groaning in pain from his attempt to bring down the horned being. Despite the being's lips, it was definitely male; as he sports an orange "dome" on his head, sharing the same color as his 'leotard'. His face, hands, chest, legs, and feet are all light violet; while he sports white armor-like pieces around his wrists, upper shoulders, and ankles. The being also has two short spikes on his shoulders, and the horns protruding from his head are small, short, and twisted. Though the invader was small and round, he had evidently left destruction in his wake. Now, this 'Lord' Chilled has greatly wounded his brother and now has snuffed out the life of the young woman in his arms.
"Murderer," Shallot hollers at the horned invader, staring at him with pure malice. "You piece of shit!"
"She shouldn't have gotten in my way," Chilled replies to the Saiyan, "this is the fate of those who dare oppose Lord Chilled."
"I'll kill you," the young man says, as he became surrounded by golden light, "I will make you suffer!!"
The youth in blue armor charged toward the murderer, leaving behind a trail of dust in his wake. As Shallot got close, he throws a right hook toward the purple & orange alien's face, which was missed due to Chilled evading it. The malicious being proceeds to raise his left leg and pushes it into Shallot's abdomen. He lets out a pained yell, is hurled up into the air, then is brought back down to the earth by gravity. The space pirate laughed at the boy's attempt, as he had more sport from his twin before he made an example out of him. The few survivors of the village looked on in horror, as they watched their neighbors being slaughtered by this demon from the skies.
"Is this your best, boy?" Chilled calls out to Shallot, "I thought you were going to 'Kill me'," he says in a mocking tone.
~
PRESENT DAY, PLANET EARTH...
"My, my," the white-skinned alien said as he caught Shallot's left fist that was aimed at his face, "I suppose you're very confused. Where did she pull you from?" Freeza, the leader of the Freeza Force inquires with a mocking smile.
"Shut it!" Shallot snaps at the being, as he pulls his right fist back. "This is between me and you, Freak!"
"Hilarious," the tyrant then whips his tail, snapping it at the young Saiyan's right wrist.
Tugging it back, he brings the warrior forward as he raises his right leg. The spiky-haired youth found himself kicked in the chin, and being hurled away but he manages to stop himself. Floating in the air, Shallot grits his teeth. He rolls his right arm, expecting Twenty-One to call him up to retreat or at least give him some instructions, but no response. If he was being honest, he didn't need her yelling at his ear at the moment. The warrior lets out a battle cry, becoming engulfed in his emerald aura, and then launches a volley of Ki-Blasts at Freeza. The white-fleshed alien simply smirks, evading the volley of energy blasts; moving around the rocky earth as if he was dancing around the surface. A scream of frustration escaped the fighter's lips, his firing becoming more rapid by the second.
"That idiot," Vegeta mutters as he rises up to his feet, "he's going to get himself killed."
Frieza launched himself toward Shallot, charging toward him. The Ancient Saiyan was met with a headbutt to his chest, being struck by the violet 'dome' of the tyrant's head. Then, the young warrior was struck with a whack of his tail, being brought down toward the earth. The Saiyan crash-landed on the soil, leaving behind a noticeable crater. The Arcosian chuckled in amusement, beginning to approach the injured Saiyan.
"Now," Freeza spoke up, coiling his tail around the youth's neck and lifting him from the ruined soil. "to give you a taste of my monovalence." Folding his hands into fists, the tyrant began to punch Shallot in the abdomen. Blood escaped his mouth each time the being's knuckles smashed against his covered stomach.
"ENOUGH, FREEZA!!" Vegeta shouts, charging toward him in Super Saiyan; tackling the alien into the ground. "I'M NOT THROUGH WITH YOU!!" The Prince screamed, jabbing the white-skinned alien in between his eyes.
The Arcosian grunts as he was met with a punch by a punch by the Saiyan Prince, violet blood spilling from his nose and lips. Like Vegeta and any other strong being, they were hampered by these damned Waves. But, Freeza learned from his defeats on Namek and Earth; grabbing a hold of Vegeta's right wrist and delivering a swift jab to his face. Rising from the earth, the tyrant shoves his knee into his former subordinate's abdomen. Before he could attack him again, he found himself struck in the back of his skull. A curse in his people's tongue left the Cosmic Emperor's lips, skidding away from the Prince but remained standing; turning to see Shallot. The young man was surrounded by a golden glow, which made the being's eyes widen in alarm.
"No!" Freeza shouts, turning his compact body around and firing a Death Beam at the youth, who ducked out of the way. "I will not let another arise!!"
A primal roar left the teen in blue's lips, as his body became engulfed in the golden aura; but he didn't resemble a Super Saiyan. His skin turned yellow and his onyx shifted into a flowing orange tinge. His pupils completely vanished, a sign that the teen's mind seemed to have given into the rage. Freeza was met with a devastating blow to his stomach, causing more blood to spew from his mouth. The Tyrant was caught off guard, as well as Vegeta by this sudden energy; as it was wild and a sign that the boy had no control of himself.
~
"This is unexpected," Android Sixteen stated as he and Twenty-One watched the battle between Freeza and the Saiyans unfold.
"Indeed," the auburn-haired woman nods her head in agreement, her brows raised in obvious alarm. "I didn't expect him to unleash...whatever this is."
"I highly doubt that's the usual Super Saiyan Form," the large Android said, his cyan eyes shifting to the golden-haired Prince on the monitor. "Shallot has lost control of himself. Will the Soul manage to reign him in?"
"Why not watch and find out?" The spectacled woman says with an intrigued, yet plotting smile.
~
Shallot hollered like a wild Oozaru, as he grabbed Freeza by his throat and slammed him down onto the earth; creating another crater in the already ruined landscape. The young Saiyan's rage was solely focused on the white-skinned alien, as he drove his fist into his face again and again. But, he could've sworn a voice in his head was screaming at him to calm down; even if it was a mass murdering monster. Vegeta shakes his head, making sure to get himself out of his shocked stupor. Even if the monster who decimated his people was getting his just deserts, he was unsure of the boy in this state.
"Control yourself, boy!!" The Super Saiyan royal shouts, making Shallot stop his assault on Freeza. "You're going a this like a wild animal!!"
"H-Huh?" The Boy in Blue Armor blinks, his onyx eyes reappearing as his flesh and hair return to normal. "T-This isn't Chilled?"
"D-Damn Ape," the icy alien spat out blood, quickly whacking Shallot with his tail; hurling the youth towards Vegeta.
The Prince luckily caught the younger Saiyan, leading the alien to make a quick escape; as shameful as it was. But, Emperor Freeza wasn't going to die on this backwater planet the third time. Cursing under his breath as Freeza's Energy vanished for the moment, Vegeta returns to his normal state, his onyx eyes staring at the youth in Sadalan Armor with curiosity. His irises shift to the black-colored tail, which made the Saiyan Royal's eyebrows raise slightly.
"Who are you--?" Vegeta inquires but felt a quick blow to the back of his neck. "UGH!!"
"Sorry, Prince," Android Seventeen said, quickly catching the now unconscious warrior with one hand as his sister gets Shallot. "but, we can't let ya run off with this one, even if we think it's best."
"W-Why?" Shallot inquired groggily as Eighteen assisted in standing him up on his two feet, "Why did ya do that?"
"Precaution," the blonde answers the young Saiyan, "I'm going to be straight with you, we don't trust Twenty-One, and we don't know if she messed with Sixteen's programming."
"But," the warrior in blue armor blinks, rubbing his forehead. "doesn't she want to stop this mess?"
"How do you think this mess started?" Seventeen spoke up, "She seems very knowledgeable in these Clone Fighters, plus has a keen interest in Freeza."
"Uh," Shallot grimaced, as he considered the black-haired cyborg's words. "I mean, it's weird she would be interested in a demon that resembles that monster Chilled."
"Chilled?" The twins said at the same time, and both of their eyes widened.
"Someone who resembled that Freeza guy," the youth answers them, "he said Chilled was his ancestor." The Saiyan exhales, scratching at his spiky locks.
"You don't mean...?" Eighteen squints, having heard of Freeza and King Cold from Krillin. "Okay, this has gotten weirder than it is, and the king's a dog."
The Saiyan in Blue leather armor blinks in confusion for a moment, then shakes his head. "Uh, never mind that bit," Shallot waves his left hand dismissively, "I...I don't know what Twenty-One's true goals are. Is she trying to genuinely fix this, or trying to gain some strange opportunity from it?"
~
The auburn-haired woman sneers slightly, and her left eyebrow twitches. Sixteen stood next to her, his own brows raised slightly. The buxom researcher takes a deep breath, placing her fingers on her forehead.
"This isn't going as I expected," Twenty-One says to Sixteen, "and to think, I had him on board with her goals."
The large android sneered at the spectacled woman, "You have some nerve."
"Oh, spare me," she rolls her eyes, leaning against her chair. "though, he's getting strong, those two disobedient trash heaps are going to be a problem." Hearing those words made Sixteen clench his fist, which the researcher noticed. "But, at this moment, where I'm still in control and she's in the backseat, I still need that gullible monkey on my side."
Notes:
So, if you noticed that short period of that form, it was False Super Saiyan from the Lord Slug film. A bit too early in the story for Shallot to go true Super Saiyan.
