A Compilation of Supports written (formerly) for Project Thabes

Summary:

A compilation of support conversations written for the Fire Emblem Awakening remix Mod Project Thabes (some implemented already, some to be implemented still.) New supports will be posted periodically. This collection will include supports by yours truly, as well as the other lovely members of the Project Thabes discord! (Supports written by others will be labelled accordingly.)

EDIT: Certain circumstances have led to this project being altered. However, if the mood ever strikes, I will still add fanmade Awakening supports to this as standalone projects.

Do please continue to enjoy the work that I and many others have put into loving this game and it's characters ^_^

Notes:

(See the end of the work for notes.)

Chapter 1: Lissa x Lucina

Chapter Text

~ C Support ~

Lissa: Hmm… now just a little touch there… ooh, missed a spot here…

Lucina: Er… aunt Lissa? What exactly are you-

Lissa: WAH…!

Lucina: Gah! I-I apologize!

Lissa: Oh GEEZ Lucina it’s just you! Gods, I think you scared me so bad it aged me…

Lucina: Erm… I should hope not?

Lissa: Hmm… well, no gray hairs that I can see. I’ll let you off the hook this time!

Lucina: Hee hee… you’re as gracious as ever aunt Lissa.

Lissa: So! Didja need something? I’m a bit busy at the moment doing… important things. Super duper secret important princess-y things.

Lucina: …is that so? What is it you not so subtly hid behind your back when I walked in? Something to do with your so called “princess-y things?”

Lissa: Ahaha… whaaaat? I have no idea what you’re talking about!

Lucina:

Lissa:

Lucina: …I’m going to look.

Lissa: NO WAIT DONT HOLD ON-

Lucina: Welllll?

Lissa: Fine fine, you win… I’ll tell you, on one condition! You have to PROMISE to keep quiet, alright? It’s super important!

Lucina: Hmm… well, alright! What’s a little secret between an aunt and her niece?

Lissa: Heh heh! Fantastic. Well, if you’ll look here then, I’ve devised a way to stick glitter to frogs using one of the spells Robin taught me…

Lucina: (Oh dear. I suppose she’s as rampant a prankster at this age as she ever was.)

Lissa: Lucina! Focus! This is top notch pranking advice I’m giving you, yeah?

Lucina: Ah, of course! My apologies. Go on, I’m all ears…

Lucina: Dear gods, I haven’t seen so much glitter in one place before… I swear Father’s going to be finding it in his ears for a week.

Lissa: Oof… yeah I think I overloaded the spell somewhere. Lesson learned!

Lucina: But… well, I don’t think I’ve seen father laugh like that in weeks. He sounded so exasperated, and yet the smile refused to leave his face.

Lissa: Hee hee… yep! That was the plan after all! Thanks for keeping quiet about it Lucy. From now on you’re my honourary partner in pranking!

Lucina: A-ah… yes, right…

Lissa: Oh… unless you don’t want to be of course. You don’t need to feel like you’re obligated to… keep up with my childish antics. I’m sure I’m not the picture of what you expected your aunt to be-

Lucina: W-wait, no that’s not… that’s not it at all, aunt Lissa. I just… the you from my future called me the same. Her “honourary pranking partner.”

Lissa: Oh…

Lucina: Hah… I still remember the chaos you’d let me get up to. Do you know that one time you let me put so much pepper in Robin’s tea he couldn’t stop sneezing for 2 days straight? Ooh, or there was another time where you put me on your shoulders and we balanced a bag of flour on-

Lissa: …ergh…

Lucina: …is… something wrong?

Lissa: No, it’s fine. I just guess I expected the future me to be more… mature. Ladylike. From what it sounds like I never really matured, let alone was a good influence. It’s just disappointing I guess.

Lucina: Hmm… I’m afraid I may have given you the wrong impression then. Yes, you did often get up to antics, and countless times over it was an immense source of joy for me…

Lissa: I’m sensing a “but” incoming…

Lucina: …but that all but faded over time. Do you know how often us children would come crying specifically to you, aunt Lissa? How often you were our only source of succor?

Lissa: I… well, no I couldn’t possibly.

Lucina: …you were the last of them, you know. Of the Shepherds. You were the last one to keep us safe. To keep the people calm. And as your face grew harder, your eyes more weary, even despite the undoubtedly crushing weight on your shoulders… you never showed it. Not to us, anyways.

Lissa: …o-oh…

Lucina: Every memory I have of you, you’re smiling at me. Even when the smile didn’t reach your eyes, and I grew up enough to understand what that meant, you still smiled. I… we would have been lost without you, aunt Lissa. I… I would have been…

Lissa: Sniff… L-Lucina… I-I don’t… oh you poor thing, come here…

Lucina: Sniff… I’m just happy… to see that you’re the way you are now. I hope you never change the way you make us smile.

Lissa: …I’ll do my best Lucina.

Lissa: Aghhhh! This stupid needle is evil! EVIL I say! I cast thee unto the depths of… something! I don’t know, somewhere fiery and terrible!

Lucina: …Aunt Lissa, maybe it’s best if you put away the sharp implements? Before anyone gets stabbed again… or burned.

Lissa: Forget it! I said I’m making us matching armbands, and I’ll be DAMNED if I let this slip through my fingers!

Lucina: …I fear you’ll have no fingers left at the rate you’re going.

Lissa: Ughhhhh, fine… I’m not giving up, but I think if I try anymore I’m going to go mental…

Lucina: Duly noted. Now come here and let me heal your hands.

Lissa: Geez, this is giving me deja vu… wait. Heal? Lucina you can heal?

Lucina: …Only a little bit. You taught me once before, after I begged and pleaded and pestered you to teach me for days on end. It was most unseemly I promise you.

Lissa: Hee hee… now that sounds like a sight to see! Little Lucina, begging Aunt Lissa to teach her things!

Lucina: Ahem… Yes, well… I never got any good though. The best I can do are mending little scrapes.

Lissa: Aww, heck don’t say that! I’m sure I could teach you some tricks here and there.

Lucina: …you know, I haven’t thanked you properly yet.

Lissa: Eh? What for? I don’t remember doing anything.

Lucina: Just… for being you I suppose. I love you very dearly aunt Lissa. And… despite everything, being able to see you again like this is a dream come true.

Lissa: Oh… you silly goose, you’re gonna get me all teary eyed…

Lucina: Promise me that you’ll stay the way you are? Even if you still have growing up to do in your own eyes, I want to keep my smiling, room brightening aunt around. I hope I’m not being too selfish.

Lissa: Hmm… well, I guess I’ll just have to say yes. You asked so nicely after all! BUT! Only if you promise me that you’ll let yourself relax from time to time! No one in this army is harder on themselves but you, and if you want me to be smiley, you better come to me if you need a place to unwind!

Lucina: Heh… it’s a promise aunt Lissa.

Lissa: Awesome! Now uh… where did I throw those needles?
