UNSC Sword Of Summer Phionex class vessel 100th fleet AKA Four seasons Fleet in orbit of unknown planet

Silence was all Frey as he projected himself on the bridge of the ship the A.I then pulled up a system report of the vessel everything was green across the board all except for the slipspace engines their last jump caused them to run dry the fleet had been through worse from the Covenant its remnants like Jul mdamas storm covenant Prometheans then the created of The rogue ai Cortana and now the Banished.

after looking over the damage reports of the sword of Summer he then received the reports from the A.Is of the the other ships the Song of Winter, The Harvest of Spring and the Bounty of Fall all had the same reports slipspace engines drained all other systems where 100 weapons where ready To be used and crew life signs are green. Frey then brought up the star map and began looking at every known planet and sector of space that the Cole protocol had sent ships into and this place was new nothing was known about this planet at all completely alien which was a plus for the fleet

Frey then decided it was time to wake the crew from cryo sleep he metalized a holographic sword Sumerbrandir the sword of summer that was used by Freys namesake Frey the Norse god of summer the he held it in a reverse gri[ with both hands and plunged its head into the ship causing its systems to start up and the ship came to life as the crew soon the crew of the ship started to go to their routines the bridge crew got to their stations the hanger deck was once more filled with the sounds of vehicle mantaince and spartans where gearing up on the armor deck.

“Wake up Admiral a lot has happen” Frey said as across the ship the weapons activated and slowly the crew began to exit their cryo pods and got to work on the ships they were aboard

Elijah Scott sighed as he felt the warm water hit his skin after being in stasis for so long he felt cold like getting out of bed first thing in the morning after he freshened up he got his uniform on before sliding a ring on his finger with a green emerald embedded in it his graduation ring from his time at The Academy at Mare Nubium afterwards he walked to the Sword of Summers bridge.

Crew members saluted him as they went along their daily task, he could hear the heavy footsteps of the spartan personnel he then reached the bridge “morning admiral” one of the deck officers said before handing him a mug “thank you ensign” Scott said as he drank from the mug allowing the tea in it to enter his throat. “Frey status report” the Admiral said Frey the projected himself on the holotable “the fleet itself is at hundred percent though the slipspace engines are drained from that last jump so we would need to use normal engine speed to return to UNSC controlled space” The AI said Scott nodded before looking at the planet the fleet was orbiting before he looked at the moon that orbited the planet as well shattered and broken. “Frey I want you to scan the planet and send some sensor probes to see where we are” Scott said to the AI “want me to seen some honeybee drones?” The AI asked “hold off on that until we get have a better understanding of the planet I don’t want to lose the drones to hostile fauna” Scott said as he sipped his tea “of course capn” Frey said “also the good Doctor is up” Scott nodded and headed out to the engine deck.

after a long stroll and a quick elevator ride he arrived and found Dr Pirce looking at his holotable before looking briefly glimpsing the Admiral im gonna need to get down there to study of course” Pirce said “morning to you as well Doc Scott said “Remind me again why you wanted the Engine room to study and not I don’t know the observation deck?” the floor is transparent metal thanks to the huragok we have on board so you don’t need to worry about the floor coming apart” Pirce rolled his eyes “I'll take your advice for consideration Admiral” the doctor said “but just look at the planet” he then shows a holographic scan of it “its intriguing” “not the word I would use” Scott said Pirce nodded "so where do you think we are?" Scott asked "your guess is as good as mine somewhere that is unknown to us" Pirce said before Freys voice comes over the comm “Admiral the scans just found something on the surface the planets inhabited and get this is human life” Scott and Pirce glanced at each other with shocked surprised “Human? Are you certain?” scott said before frey projected a 2D map of the surface showing structures” this proof enough?” the Ai asked scott smiled “of course it is. Have you tired contacting them?” Scott questioned “sorry sir we sent sevral transmissions but nothing as returned” Scott looks at the map “maybe it’s a lost colony like Chorus that or their communications arent working this Is a good start maybe we could ask for assiantance from the locals provided they aren the hostile type Pirce where should we start?” Pirce then looks at the map before gesturing to one location” here admiral this place could be a good place to start though how should we go with making first contact with them?” the doctor asked “i got an idea already” Scott said before activated the tabels comm “Scott to Spartan Ford” he said “Eric here and reporting admiral” the spartan said “i want you to prep fireteam Diamondback for a mission to the planet surface get down there and investigate and make contact with the locals travel light though” Scott said “understood captain recon only ill get Diamondback ready for the mission” Scott smiled before ending the call “well doc time to meet the locals” Scott said as he looked at the planet and the location that was chosen

Ethan Ford inhaled and exhaled as his Gen 2 Mjolnir armor was placed on to him every component attached snuggly into place when The Brokkr Armor Mechanism finished he stepped off before grabbing the last piece of armor His KEYSTONE class helmet then the Copper and white trimmed Spartan walked off to the armory to grab his gear.

When he arrived, he saw Alexis Cortez grabbing her weapons and some First-Aid supplies. Eric coughed a bit causing the Lime Green and Silver trimmed spartan to look at him “almost Finished packing Team-Lead" she said “good” Eric said “where's the rest of the Team?” he asked “Joey is in hear somewhere Ethan, Trev, and Jac are waiting in the hanger bay for us” Alexis said in her New Carthian accent Eric nodded before grabbing his MA40 Assault Rifle and a M90 Shotgun while Alexis Grabbed a MA37 Assault Rifle and a SRS99-S5 AM Sniper Rifle. Alexis was the teams Sniper which was odd given how she also was the Fireteams medic meaning she had to be in the line of fire to patch the others up or needed to lug them back to where she was positioned to tend to them so she didn’t need to leave her sniper pearch she was a good girl a smart one in fact being raised in Pilvros on New Carthage one of Humanities outer colonies but she could get snappy when someone is trying to interfere with her job which would end with the person interrupting her having a dislocated shoulder though this happened rarely. As for Eric he was from concord and spent his life living in the alpine regions of the planet he was 21 when he enlisted Alexis was 20 herself when she joined the UNSC the two then saw Joseph Adrian approached them with a M41 SPNKr Rocket Launcher over one shoulder and a M395 DMR in his right hand while His KEYTONE class helmet was under said arm “Joey how many weapons are you going to be carrying you only got two hands” Eric said to the orange and silver trimmed spartan as Alexis walked out placing her own KEYSTONE Helmet on “well I like to keep my options open that’s all” he said “ I don’t plan on any shooting taking place when we reach the surface” Eric said “well what you plan and what takes place haven't aren't always the same” Joey said Eric looked at Joey for a straight minute of silence before speaking “No launchers, 5 grenades for each of us only” Eric said “What aw come on” Joey groaned “I mean it Joey Admiral said its recon only” Eric said Joey sighed before nodding “Understood” He said as he went to put the launcher back. Eric felt a bit sorry for Joeseph he was the teams Heavy weapons specialist and was always ready to shoot something but he was also the teams heart he made them feel like brothers and sister in a way he was from Emerald Cove and some of its colonist had native islander and poylonisan roots Joey stated that he wasn’t into the grass skirts, flower necklaces and coconut bras which did get a chuckle out of the crew when he was asked but Joey did state that he would introduce the team to some of the planets local cuisine if the admiral allowed them some Shore leave.

After putting the launcher away joey joined with eric as they headed to the hanger and found the other three members of Diamondback Jacob Ashcroft, Trevor Lakewood, and Etham Willams the three were waiting by the D79-TC pelican Dropship that they would be using to get to the surface. “about time you showed up” Jacob said as he was playing with a combat knife “I thought we were going to be waiting forever” he said Eric shook his head “nothing you had to worry about” he said to which the crimson and gunmetal grey spartan rolled his eyes, Jacob was the close quarters specialist handling weapons like the M45 shotgun and the two M7S SMGs he was carrying he had a dark if not morbid sense of humor which was a bit disturbing but he meant well and was someone you should be happy was on your side and not against you Jacob was born on Harvest but when the planet was glassed by the covenant his family moved and he was raised on Sonata he was only two years old when his parents evacuated Harvest.

Trevor then decided to speak up “what do we know about the planet Eric?” the crimson and black trimmed spartan asked “not much only that it has human structures though they can't seem to contact us same for us trying to talk to them” Eric said Trevor nodded as he stowed the MA5D Assault rifle he had on his back while loading the M392 Bandit DMR he was currently holding. Trevor was from Cascade and lived in Mindoro he spent his childhood in the city while his parents worked on delivering goods to the outer colonies came Trevor's family from a long line of explorers and trailblazers mostly on his grandparents side, many of his ancestors helped in exploring the vast tracks of land on many colonies, so it was natural that he became the team's reconnaissance expect weather it was urban rural aeras or the vast wildness of new worlds he was the spartan to count on but this couldn’t help with dealing with some of the female crew flirting with him anytime he was deployed from the ship was a lifesaver for him.

“so we are going in with little intel?” Ethan asked “pretty much” Alexsis confirmed “well...that’s just great” the Yellow and black trimmed spartan said flatly, when it came to having a dry sense of humor Ethan was that spartan He had grown up on Tribute in Casbah City working in the dockyards with his mother his father helped in a soup kitchen to needing people who survived the planet attack and provided food to the workers who were chipping away at the glass to make Tribute wonderful once more. At the age of 20 Ethan applied to work in Shipbreaking tearing up decommission ships before enlisting in the UNSC at the age of 21. Ethan was an expect with machinery able to get a warthog running again quickly but he was very profound with explosives making him Diamondbacks demolitions expert and he became a good friend and partner with Joey as he was the one who carried some of the explosives Ethan needed.

The three of them placed KEYSTONE class helmets on their heads before all six Spartans then entered the Pelicans bay as their pilot started the ship up “alright Spartans hold on tight we are off” the pilot said as the pelican lifted off and headed for the planet's surface before it shook a bit as it entered atmosphere Eric looked out from the pilots window “man look at this place” the pilot said “it's beautiful” he finished “yeah sure is” Eric said as he walked back to the bay and looked at the team Ethan was adjusting the scope of a BR85HB Battle rifle before Eric walked over to them ”alright listen up we have a simple mission recon the area if we meet the local we ask for assistance if hostile we pullback and request backup” he said “we clear?” Eric asked “clear” Fireteam diamondback said eric nodded before looking at Trevor “tracking online?” he asked Trevor activated the Artemis tracking system and nodded “Artemis is working fine” Trevor said Eric nodded before suddenly the Pelican shook violently “PILOT WHATS GOING ON?!” Eric shouted, “something tried taking a swipe at us!” The pilot said Eric the looked though the cockpit window and saw something flying next to them a giant black bird with red eyes before it flew in front of then and face them its face had a what seemed to be a mask like face before it flung its feathers at the pelican “EVASSIVE MANUVALS” Eric demanded and the pelican began dodging it as the Bird continued to attack them the pilot evaded each of the feathers before opening fire with the twin auto guns “BOY SHOULD WERE BE NICE IF WE HAD SOME ROCKET LAUNCERS!” Joey shouted sarcastically “HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WE WERE GOING TO DEAL WITH GIANT FLYING CHICKENS THAT FLUNG ITS FEATHERS LIKE SPEARS?!” Eric said, “can you boys argue when we are out of this mess?!” Alexsis demanded. The pilot kept on shooting before he sees the bird starting to fall “Gotcha!” he said but he spoke too soon as a feather came soaring towards them before hitting the left engine “Shit!” he swore “pilot what happen?!” Eric yelled “Damn bird hit the left engine we are going down!” he said before he sees a black castle like structure “Wait we are near that black structure I might try and land us near it hang on its gonna be rough!”

Beacon academy Ozpins office

“Hopefully this year will be a great year for the students” Headmaster Ozpin said as he took a sip from his coffee mug “with another year beginning and students returning from break it appears like this might be an very interesting year” he said “correct me if im wrong Oz” James ironwood said but I don’t see you having an issue with the fleet being here for the moment”. “well with Vale recovering from recent events I figured Atlas would be able to assist” Ozpin said “at least none of those tin cans of yours are going to be shooting people yet” Qrow brawren said drunkly “oh hush you” Winter Schnee said “no no Winter he has a point” James said “of course gen- headmaster" Winter said correcting herself Ozpin turns and looked out the window of the clocktower office before he sees something on fire heading towards the academy

Beacon academy Library

“WOOHOO I WIN AGAIN!” Yang Xaio Long said loudly “SHHHHHH” Weiss Schnee said shushing the blond brawler “Oh sorry Ice Queen” Yang said “ugh” Ruby Rose groaned as she was on the opposite side of the table her cards layed out Team RWBY had Decided to spend the day playing Remnant the game but Yang had just won once again “ I just don’t get it” Ruby said “ how are you always able to beat me?” yang just shrugged Blake chuckled a bit at her team leaders misfortune “So what now?” she asked “Arm wrestling match?” Yang asked while proping her right hand up “NO” The RWB said “Aw your no fun” Yang complained before looking at Team JNPR “oi Nora” She said the Ginger haired girl looked at her “wanna arm wrestle?” Yang said but before the hammer wielder could answer

A loud boom was heard and the ground shook “what the heck was that?” Jaune Arc asked as Pyrrha Nikos held on to him “An earthquake?” the Champion questioned “I don’t think so” Lie Ren said, “Maybe its ALIENS!” Nora Valkryie said “I highly Doubt that” Ren said as everyone ran outside to see what happened and they saw something smoking just near the school itself with several trees knocked over

Pelican Crash site

Eric groaned as he got to his feet “Status?” he said “we're good” Ethan said “pilots injured but alive” Joey said “Alexsis see to the pilot” Eric said “copy” Alexsis said and headed to the pilot “Eric we have company” Trevor said as he had opened the hatch to the Pelican and pointed out a large crowd of people along with several armed and armored figures walking towards them “shit” Eric swore “alright remember rules of engagement do not fire unless fired upon if they are hostile take em out but we need to see if they can help us” Ethan activated the Artimis and scanned them before noticing something “boss those ones in front are human their machines I think this planet has robotic infantry” Ethan said “well least we won't need to worry about unnecessary casualties” Jacob said with a grin behind his helmet Eric sighed before cocking his assault rifle “alright then wait until they get close” he said green acknowledgement lights blinked in response.

The crowd looked at the smoking crater with speculation and curiosity not knowing what it was but the Atlesian knights that Atlas had brought with them several of them headed into the impact site and then a few seconds later gunfire was heard a booms from shotguns and other weapons could be heard along with something being cut by a blade before something came flying out of the crater it was a mangled AK Head bullet holes over it it landed and rolled for a bit before James stopped it with his boot “well now” Ozpin who was standing in front of him said as a group of armored figures stepped out of the crater all of them armed with different types of guns the copper and white trimmed one stepped forward and gestured to the AK head under James boot “Those tincans yours?” it asked asked with a human voice

The crowd was stunned to be honest at how this group of armored individuals seemingly tore apart atlases robotic infantry and where capable of speaking as the one who spoke must be the one in charge of the group at least that’s the impression the crowd had Ruby was stunned but also amazed by their weapons she was a weapons geek and so they looked amazing but none of the guns seemed to have a blade or mecha shift components on them, Weiss was perplexed by these armored beings they had just turned a group of Atlasian knights to mangled heaps of scrap she wanted to know who they were and what they wanted they clearly weren't Atlas since the one ho spoke asked them if the aks where theirs so proberly a different military she then noticed something on the shoulder pad that each of the armed beings had it was a decal of a snake head wrapped around a perfect cut diamond with a dagger in its mouth “odd emblem” she said to herself “Blake what do you think?” she asked the cat faunus “im not sure but their armor has something on the collar area” she said “what is it?” the heiress asked Blake narrowed her eyes and ,looked closer “it seems to be a falcon or an eagle and there's words under it U N S C?” “what the hecks a UNSC?” yang asked to which Blake shrugged meanwhile Cinder fall was looking at them and felt a bit nervous while clutching her right arm these beings had came out of no where and had decimated a group of AKs who knows if there was more of them but a hand on her shoulder made her snap out of it and turned to see Emerald looking at her with a reassuring smile as mercury flashed a thumbs up cinder nodded before they faced the armored figures Ozpin and James along with Winter, Qrow, and Glynda Goodwitch looked at the new comers with James hand slowly moving for his Revolver “now James lets not be rash about this” Ozpin said “not be rash?” James said “Oz we don’t know who these people are” he said “And the same can be said for them” Ozpin said “the one in the front asked us a question regarding the Knights so it stands to reason that they don’t know that much about us so I belive the best course of action is to see of they mean us harm or not” Qrow took a swig from his flask and gestures to the guns the figures were holding “I say they mean us a lot of harm Oz but I think you might have a point” he said James then sighed “alright we do it your way so what do we do?” he asked, to which Ozpin then took a sip from his mug and looked at the armed group “simple I was going to talk to them before walking towards them James blinked a couple of times.

Eric looked at the crowd before he switched to a secure channel on his comm “well this isn't how I planned for our mission to go” he said “most of these locals are Children” Trevor said in shock “ Why?”. “must be a school fieldtrip or something” Jacob said plainly “a fieldtrip that requires armed escort?” Eric asked incurious “hey I don’t know anything about this colony” the CQC expect said “well this colony must have a focus in robotics and technology if they can make combat androids” Ethan said as he moved one of the machines with his armored boot “I've never seen something like this in any UNSC base or ship”. Have we gotten anything from the fleet?” Joeseph asked “negative all comms are down” Ethan said. “We should be cautious we don’t know where we are or what that bird thing is so we might need to talk with the locals and find out what in the hell is going on” Eric said “you might get your chance cause we got one of them coming up to us” Alexsis said as the group then noticed a man walking up to them

Ozpin approached the group before clearing his throat “greetings I am Professor Ozpin I am the headmaster of Beacon academy I would like to extend a welcome to you all may I ask who you are and what brings you here?” he asked

Eric was a bit surprised by the mans warm welcome “alright he seems nonthreating team lets introduce ourselves” he said as he approached Ozpin before taking his helmet off

Ozpin heard multiple gasp from behind him when he saw the Copper and white trimmed armored figure step forward and revealed that he was a human in armor he had fair skin and dark brown hair cut to the same length as James’s he had green eyes “on behalf of The U.N.S.C its an honor to meet you Headmaster I'm Eric Ford leader of Spartan Fireteam Diamondback” the now identified Eric said a lot of people where stunned by this introduction but this also brought on several questions what's a spartan and what's the U.N.S.C? the other “Spartans” approached and took their helmets off as they introduce themselves

The first was a Crimson and gunmetal grey trimmed spartan who was male like eric he also had fair skin brown hair in a military styled buzzcut “names Jacob Ashcroft im the fireteams close quarters expect that means I prefer being up close and personal nuff said” Jacob said bluntly.

the lime green and silver trimmed spartan approached and removed their helmet revealing that he was actually a she, she had coffee cream colored skin, light brown hair and green eyes “my name is Alexsis Cortez I operate as the teams sniper and field medic” she said to which she received multiple raised eyebrows mainly from those of the Atlas military a sniper who also was a medic? that was new.

The Crimson and black trimmed spartan then removed his helmet revealing he had light skin, brown hair that covered part of his forehead, and blue eyes ozpin swore he head a couple of comments and whistles from many of the females students “I'm Trevor Lakewood I serve as the Teams reconnaissance member” Trevor said

the yellow and black trimmed spartan then walked up and removed his helmet he had a darker fair skin tone he had black hair and brown eyes “Ethan Williams demolitions and tech expect” he said plainly

finally the orange and silver trimmed spartan walked up and took his helmet off revealing to have fair skin green eyes and blond hair “names Joesph Adrian call me joey if you want im the heavy weapons specialist of Diamondback” he said with a smile given the impression he seemed to be the friendliest member of the team to Ozpins impression

“it is a honor to meet you but may I ask what dose the U.N.S.C stand for do you belong to one of the kingdoms?” Ozpin asked wanting to know more about them and then he along with the other remeinants got the biggest bombshell drop ever

“Sir we aren't from any kingdom the U.N.S.C stands for United Nations Space Command in other words we aren't from this planet at all” Eric said causing a lot of dropping jaws and many people asking questions Ozpin though remained the same with a neutral expression which made Eric think the headmaster was better at hiding his amazement then the crowd.

“well that seems to answer your flashy landing though I would have thought visitors from other words would have much better landings” Ozpin said as he gestures to the wrecked pelican “well that wasn’t how we planned on appearing before you sir we got attacked by a giant bird it hit one of our engines thus causing it to crash” Trevor spoke up Ozpin was impressed “so you crashed and survived intact?” he said “survived yes intact well you see...” Joey began but a cry of pain from inside the ship cut him off “shit Lex!” Eric ordered “on it” Alexsis said and ran into the ship “sorry sir but we need help our dropships pilot is injured and needs medical attention” Eric said Ozpin looked at him and nodded “you said a giant bird attacked you was it black with a mask on its face white with red markings?” Eric was a bit surprised but nodded beofre Ozpin took a sip from his mug “very well then Glynda?” Ozpin turned and saw the Glynda had a tint of pink on her face as she was staring directly at Trevor “Glynda?” Ozpin repeated before Glynda snapped out of it “yes Professor Ozpin?” she said “see that the clinic is ready and have a stetcher sent here imminently” Ozpin said “yes sir” Glynda said and pulled out her scroll Ozpin turns to Eric “we will take good care of your Pilot” Ozpin said “thats great” Eric said “you wouldn’t mind if we take shelter at your academy we need to radio our CO and let him know what happened” the Fireteam leader asked to which Ozpin nodded Eric then looks at Ethan “you think you can get the radio Fixed?” he asked Ethan shrugged “it might take some time along with the pelican it might be space worthy if I get to work” Ethan said “the Acedmy has a hanger for our airships some of the pilots could lend you a hand” Ozpin stated “well more hands get the work done faster” Ethan said “then its settled” Ozpin said and Eric nodded before gunfire caused the crowd to jump Eric turned and saw that Joey had unloaded his DMR into an AK that had tried to move towards the team leader “you done?” Eric said “yeah” Joey said “hey uh do you serve breakfast for lunch?” the orange and silver trimmed spartan asked with a smile

Following Diamondbacks crash landing the fireteam was giving a chance to rest and recover inside Beacon each member went off to do their own thing Eric and Trevor where exploring the main campus and being giving a tour of it by Ozpin, Jacob was with Joey who went to the cafeteria, Alexsis went to the clinic to oversee the pilots recovery, and Ethan to the airship hanger to fix up their pelican and get a message to the fleet. now all they had to do is wait and hope for a response.

Beacon academy Clinic

Alexsis looked at their pilot as the medics went about patching him up. Alexis never got a good look at the pilot's face but since his helmet was off, she could the man was around her age maybe a year or two older with stubble on his face a fair skin complexion with hazel eyes and copper colored hair. “Ugh could you hurry this up doc?” The pilot asked, “you were in a crash sir” one of the nurses said, “this will take time then after you're healed you need to rest”. Alexsis rolled her eyes “bandage” she said and one of the nurses handed one to her and she applied it “shouldn't you be on a bed miss?” a doctor asked to which Alexsis glared at him “you try and keep me from my patient I'll put you on a gurney” Alexsis said before returning to patching up the Pilot “there we go” She said “alright get some rest but when the pelican is fixed be prepare to fly” She said The pilot gave a weak chuckle “out of the frying pan and into the fire then back into the frying pan again I guess” he said Alexsis nodded while also smiling “seems like it anyways get some rest” she said and the pilot nodded.

Beacon Academy Cafeteria

Jacob watched as Joey scarfed down the food he had on his tray “let me guess you forgot breakfast or something?” he asked “I was going to have it but when Eric called us to gear up I didn’t get a chance to eat” he said “you should have eaten before we entered cryo” The CQC Specialist said to the Heavy weapons expert he then was about to continue dragging the blade of his combat knife across the table when they see a group of four girls walk to them. “Hi there said one of the girls Jacob looked at the girl she was wearing a skirt what seemed to be a black corset with a cape and hood with a rose flower on her belt her hair was black with some red on it ‘probably dyed’ he thought before seeing her eyes pure silver which was something he never seen ‘she must be contact lenses and she liked the color’ he summarized “hi there” Joey said “so you guys came from space?” the girl asked “yep” Joey said “what's it like?” She asked, “before you start asking questions ask me who you are four?” Jacob asked as he twirled his knife in his hand “oh right I'm Ruby Rose” the girl said the next girl was dressed in a mix of white and light blue with white hair and blue eyes Joey noticed a scar on her face running down across her left eye” I am Weiss Schnee” she said Jacob noticed that she held her name in high esteem perhaps she was related to someone important on the planet.

Jaune looked at himself in the mirror despite his hair growing back into what it was when he first arrived at Beacon so long ago the white streaks of hair where still present “I get back to being a teen again and yet I still have these, Alix must have missed a few spots” he said before he noticed something “uh guys, where did my shaving stuff go? My razor and shaving cream are missing” he asked, “I believe Weiss confiscated them” Lie Ren said “why?” Jaune asked “she must be wanting you to grow that beard you had back” Nora Valkyrie Rens girlfriend and partner chimed in with a giggle “while I don’t condone Weiss taking your stuff Jaune I do have to agree with her about that beard the way she described it made you look attractive in her eyes” Pyrrha Nikos, the invincible girl, Sanctum academy champion, and Jaunes partner and girlfriend said “she said it made me look mature” Jaune said “same thing different way of saying it” Pyrrha said as she hugged him from behind Jaune smiled as he feels Pyrrha nuzzle into his back Jaune gave a small laugh “well I would still like my stuff back maybe when we graduate ill grow it out again” he said

Cinder was cleaning herself up the day's events where unexpected and not how she thought things were going to go but as she finished washing her hands and splashing some water on her face as she looked at herself in the mirror, she froze her reflection stared back with a scarred face and her Grimm hand. Cinder snarled at it “you want me to end it don't you I won't” she said softly “I Won't!” she then said again loudly before punching the mirror causing it to crack and though the broken reflection it showed her with what show was currently an eyepatch and a black and red prosthetic arm “Cinder? you alright?” Emeralds voice said as the door opened and the green haired thief noticed the broken mirror “what happened?” she asked “uh... a fly was buzzing in front of my face I tried to get it but ended up breaking the mirror I guess i still need some time getting used to this thing” she lied Emerald knew Cinder was lying she had been having nightmares and bad dreams and sometimes hallucinations but she was seeking help and getting therapy lessons but still Emerald and Mercury where worried about her ever since the last battle she had been having problems. “Look Cinder as much as i hate to say it you're not fine ever since that battle you've been hurting a lot more than usual” Mercury said, “are you still taking the classes?” Emerald asked, “I have been” Cinder stated bluntly “well maybe later you should go in for another session” The former thief said Cinder then looked before nodding her head “alright ill do it” she said Emerald gave a warm smile while Mercury gave a thumbs up to her.

“Beacon academies purpose is to train young men and women to become full fledge hunters and huntresses to protect remnant from dangers within and without” Ozpin said as he led Eric and Trevor across the main hall “so basically child soldiers?” Trevor asked “no but for someone like yourself i can understand your confusion Beacon academy along with the other major academies Atlas, Shade, and Haven do not just focus on training children how to fight but how to accel at other fields we teach history mathematics and the standard learning any school would teach” the headmaster said. “Quite the curriculum you've got here” Diamondback-1 said “indeed” Ozpin said as he took a sip from his cup “prof I got a question you” said Trevor when we arrived and introduced ourselves you asked us if we were from a different kingdom what are the kingdoms exactly?” Diamondback-4 questioned Ozpin took another sip before he explained “Remnant our world has four major Kingdoms currently you are in The Kingdom of Vale then we have the Kingdom of Mistral where Haven Academy is located, The Kingdom of Vacuo is where Shade Academy resides and finally and not least is The Kingdom of Atlas where Atlas Academy is located” he said Trevor and Eric where impressed “interesting naming” Eric said “Atlas named its own school after itself? As for the woman she was stunning she had a fair complexion, a white dress, golden blond hair done up in a stylish bun but also draped down and sapphire eyes. She almost resembled a supermodel from a runway shoot. Ozpin gave a smile “my apologies” he said to the woman “to be honest i wouldnve asked the same question” the boy said Ozpin nodded before seeing the faces on Eric and Trevor “oh my apologies allow me to introduce Oscar Pine” Ozpin said as he introduced the boy now identified as Oscar who gave a wave to the to Spartan 4s “he is a student here at the academy a close friend to me and my ward as well” before he gestured to the woman “and this is Salem The Headmistress of our Academy and my wife” he said as Salem as she was now identified smiled and nodded to the soldiers “on behalf of the students, the faculty and Staff i welcome you to New Beacon she said
