After watching the series on DVD, I had to draw him. Thankfully the behind-the-scenes documentary had a character sheet that I could pause to see!
Duckman was a 1994 cartoon sitcom starring Jason Alexander as a sex-crazed, schadenfreude buffoon of a detective. It's up there with The Critic.
