Chapter Text
Flint, Alec, Hinawa, Lucas and Claus (the latter two being twins) are relaxing at Alec's cabin, when Claus darts out the house, and shouts at Lucas, "FOLLOW ME! LETS HAVE FUN!". Lucas meekly followed, and found Claus dashing into some Dragos. Claus noticed Lucas, and taught him how to dash. Hinawa called the twins for lunch, and after lunch they headed home. Alec followed them home to make sure they were safe, as they hadn't ventured through the area to his cabin much.
Near Sunshine Forest, near a thrashingly quick river was a stone area. They heard a sound brushing from the trees. It was stomping loudly. Hinawa whispered and stuttered out meekly, "Flint... do you hear that?" But Flint was silent, and he ushered the others to be quiet as well. It seemed like the thing behind the trees had left. The family heard scratching against jagged rock. Flint told the others to still stay still, as he was sure the creature would return, and if it was to notice them coming out from the trees, it would surely attack.
High up on a cliff near the trees, two Pigmasks were talking. The Pigmasks take their masks off, revealing themselves to be Kumatora and Duster. Duster says, "Should we send it back out? I heard some talking so I don't know if people are nearby or it's just the water." Kumatora responds, "Nah, it's probably just the water. Anyways the boss said it's kinda important anyways. And Hinawa and them are still at the cabin. We've got shockers near the village and any other sign of humanity. Just send it back out."
Back at the riverside, the family hear jagged cuts through the rock, followed by a giant thud. The trees rustled again, and out stepped the Mecha-Drago. The Drago roared in competition, and stepped towards the family. Flint told Hinawa and the twins to back off, and they backed off so far, they fell into the river. Flint and Alec attempted to fight the Mecha-Drago, but his attempt was fruitless.
Kumatora said, "See? Hear the splashing? Just the river."
