A Day of Family Arguments, Blossom Bread, and Frogs - DinLuke Fanfic

Summary:

It was supposed to be a nice lazy day at home, a nice pleasant Saturday when Din didn’t have to go into work and Grogu didn’t have school. If it wasn’t going to rain Luke was planning on getting ice cream and taking Grogu to the park, but then he got a call from his mother. Padmé was inviting them over for a nice lunch and thinking it was about time for them to finally meet their son’s boyfriend and son. Nervous about the interaction, Padmé was right. He and Din had been together for almost half a year. Maybe it was time for them to meet. But then soon realize that really reason Padmé had invited them over was to make sure that Anakin didn’t murder his sister’s fiancé.

Chapter Text

The sound of the alarm was piercing through the small room, Luke groaned at the sound of it. “Crap,” he said, forgetting that he set it last night. He reached over to his phone; it took three tries because his eyes were still closed. Once Luke grabs his phone he sighs and turns off the alarm showing that it is seven in the morning, and it was a Saturday. He turned off the phone and shifted over to see Din was still in a deep slumber. He smiled at him, he had fallen asleep with his glasses on again and papers scattered around him. Luke smiles and picks up the papers and neatly places them on his nightstand, then he reaches over to take Din’s glasses but then he feels a pair of strong hands wrapped around his waist. “I thought you were still asleep,” Luke whispered. “Let’s go back,” Din mumbled. Luke nuzzled into Din’s neck, “Let hope Grogu didn’t hear that,” Luke preyed. But from the sound of little feet echoing down the hall interrupted that prey. Luke pecked one eye open as he saw the bottom half of the covers left up and watched a little lump crawled up between them. Soon a cute little tan and freckled face with a mop of dark curly hair pops up between him and Din. “Good morning munchkin,” Luke sighs. Grogu gave him a toothy smile and reached up to touch his face. Luke smiles at little ones' touch. “I take it, you want some food?” Luke asked. Grogu nodded his head and then reached over to Din and patted his cheek. Din stirred but still didn’t fully wake up. Luke picks the little boy up and kisses his forehead, “Come on now, let your dad sleep a little longer.” Before getting up Luke leaned down to Din’s ear. “I’ll get the coffee started.” he said, and Din waved his hand in agreement.

This was their normal morning routine, and it was almost a year since it all started.

Luke was almost done with college, finishing off his degree in special ed education, the summer before his final semester Luke was working for his Auntie Ashoka. She started and ran her own daycare slash outreach programs with children and young adults with special needs. And on his first day he met Grogu. Poor little guy was just sitting by himself near a window with a silver little ball. Luke had read his files, Grogu was on spectrum and non-verbal but was incredibly bright for his age. He was almost four years old, but he could already read and write. But all day he was staying in a corner by himself with a book and his silver ball. Auntie Ashoka had told him that Grogu might be feeling overwhelmed because he used to spend all his time with his dad. But Luke thought that might be a good opening. He went over to the seat next to him. “Hi Grogu.” the little boy didn’t look up. “That’s okay. I just want you to know that it's okay to feel nervous about being here. I remember on my first day of school I cried like a baby because I wasn’t in the same class as my twin sister. It was the first time we were ever apart. But we promise each other that no matter how far we’ll be from each other we'll always love each other.” he said. He got a few glances from Grogu but he kept looking down at his sliver little ball. Luke looked sigh, “Well it might take a little more time for him to be comfy.” he thought to himself and stood up. “Well, it's time to get lunch started.” Luke said. But as he took his first step, he felt something catch his leg. He looked down to see Grogu had clamped himself on to his left leg and his little arm was raised up like he was reaching for something. “Um thank you,” Luke said to the boy. He tried to take a step, but Grogu’s grip tightened. Maybe he did reach out to him. “Grogu, do you wanna help me with lunch today?” Luke said. Grogu nodded into his leg. “So cute,” Luke said to himself then off his hand to the little boy.

For the rest of the day Grogu had become Luke’s shadow and Luke loved every minute of it but he did get worried about it at the end of the day. All the kids were picked up by their parents, but Grogu was the last one. It was nearly four-thirty and then they could hear the sounds of motorcycles coming from outside. Grogu rushes over to the window and Luke follows him. He gaps at the sight of the large motorcycle with a sidecar coming into the pick-up lane. “Oh, please don’t tell me,” Before Luke could finish the sentence Grogu was already running out the classroom. When Luke had caught up to him outside Grogu was already jumping into the Rider's arms and nuzzling into his chest. Luke’s face was flush, mostly because of the running but also the fact that man was standing before the physical Greek god. He couldn’t see the Rider’s face due to the heavy gray helmet on his head, but he stood at about six feet two, a dark gray undershirt with worn out leather jacket and ripped jeans and boots. Honestly it reminds Luke of those country boys he would see those cheesy music videos. From the look of how Grogu was grabbing on the collar his undershirt Luke could see a tattoo pecking from the Rider’s right shoulder. “Hello,” the Rider’s deep and rough broke him from his trace. “Oh, I’m sorry.” Luke said and straight himself out.

The Rider then left up his visor from the helmet, relieving deep dark chocolate shade eyes. Luke felt his core begin to melt as his eye locked on to him. They are steely and strong, holding him in place like they are looking beyond his soul search for the truth of every being. The Rider tilted his head. “Oh, I mean.” Luke stammered and hoped that he wasn’t blushing too hard. “Pick up is at three-thirty.” he said and mentally slapped himself across the face. “Really Skywalker! That first thing that's comes out of your mouth.” “Sorry about that.” the Rider said and turned out to the sidecar and strapped Grogu into it. The little boy's smile somehow grew bigger as the Rider strapped a bright yellow helmet with a cartoon frog on it. “Did he have a good day?” the Rider asked. Luke blinked, “Oh yes Grogu was my special little helper today, so yeah it was a good day.” Luke said. The Rider then looks over at the little boy. Grogu nodded his head as if he was confirming him. “Good, I’ll guess we’ll see you tomorrow. Mister…” “Oh it’s Luke. Luke Skywalker, I'm the new aid here.” she said. The Rider then off his hand to Luke, “Din Djarin.” he said. Luke took his hand; it was coarse and rough but also warm. “I guess we’ll see tomorrow.” he said and hop of the bike. “Don’t be late tomorrow,” Luke said. Din chuckled and it sent a ripple through Luke. “I’ll try my best to be earlier,” he said and rode off.

“Smooth move Little Skyguy,” Luke jumped at the sound of his aunt’s voice. Ahsoka was smirking as watch the whole scene. “You know,” she said. “I’ve seen Din without his helmet and let me tell you that he's definitely your type.” Ahsoka teases. “I’m not listening to this.”

The next day around lunchtime, Luke and Ahsoka notice that all the kids were gathering around the window. He walked over there and saw that Din was outside. Leaning on his bike just casually scrolling through his phone. Grogu had his little chest puff out and everything. Making sure that everyone knew that was his dad, and that Dan was a very cool dad.

“You should ask him to come inside,” his aunt nudged him, only for Luke to blush once more. “What?” Luke said. “Or at least you should bring him something to eat.” Ahsoka said and shoveled a tray of food into his hand. Luke took a breath as he did. Din was grateful for the food. “Thanks,” he said. “No problem. I’m glad I got you to take my advice on being earlier, but it might be too early.” Luke said. Din just shrugged his shoulders, “I’m off work today and it was kind of too boring at home.” he said. Then a little ding pop inside Luke, “Um do you want to come inside?” he asked. “Are you sure that's okay?” Din asked. Luke was blushing harder, but he tried to hide it. “I’m sure Miss Ahsoka won’t mind and,” he looked over to the large window with the kids standing by it. “You kind of have a fan club growing,” he said. Din looked over at the kids. Grogu's smile grew bigger and started to wave at his dad. Din just waved his hand at his son. “Yeah, that would be nice,” Din said.

Then Luke heard the snap of Din’s helmet. What happens next, from Luke’s point of view it plays out like a scene from one of those old cheesy romance dramas from the 80s. It was slow and their pop song came on from a nearby movie car. He had dark brown hair that curled around his ears and neck, peach fuzz, and his eyes. They were a deep shade of chocolate brown, almost the same shade as hot chocolate, and in fate looking into gave Luke the same feeling as if he was drinking hot chocolate. Warm, intensely passionate but also protective. “Damnit Auntie Ahsoka was right. He is definitely my type.”

Since that day when Din had a day off from work both him and Grogu would come to school. And everyone loved it when Din came into the classroom. He was kind of like a big teddy bear for the kids to play on. Luke loved watching him take charge with them, every game Din was leader, every snack time the kids tried to share their snack with him. And every Storytime Grogu would take his dad right to the middle of the Storytime rug and sit him down in the middle of it and the other kids would crawl right on top of him. And when the school day was over Din would help Luke clean up the mess. On one practical day, when finger painting got a little out of hand, Luke decided that it was final the day he was going to ask Din on the date. Nothing too serious, just grab a cup of coffee. He was over the moon when Din said, “yes,” but when the day came Luke learned that Din, besides being very cute, was also very dense. On the day of the date Din had brought Grogu with him. He thought we’re going over lesson plans for the class.

It was a nice day. They got coffee, Grogu had his first strawberry milkshake, and they finished the day at the park. Around sunset Luke got a notification that his uber was ready to pick him up. And like a gentlemen Din and Grogu walk Luke over to the car, that is when Luke kissed Din on the cheek. Luke tried his best not to break into laughter as he watched Din’s face turn red and his eyes bug out his head. At that moment Din had realized what the day was supposed to be. The next day at pick up Din showed up with a large bouquet of roses and handmade note by Grogu had made asking Luke on proper first date.

And a proper first date led to a second one, then a third one, then forth one, then a fifth one and so on and so on. It was around the twenty-third or the twenty-six when Din asked Luke if we want to move in. Luke was basically already living in the small apartments already this way he figures that this way he could save on money, and he loves waking up in the same bed as Din every morning and cuddling him at night. And the rest was history.

Luke watched Grogu strapped himself up into his little booster seat they had in the kitchen for him, then hit the power button on the coffee maker. Grab a bowl of cereal for Grogu and mugs for him and Din. “So, munchkin, what should we do today?” Luke asked. Before Grogu could lift his head up his phone rang.

Din rubbed his face as came out of the room. Last night was a rough one. But the sweet smell of coffee causes a smile to tug on his lips. “Thank the gods,” he said. Hopefully all he needs is just one cup this morning, or maybe two cups. But then he stopped halfway toward the door of the kitchen. Din froze in place when he heard Luke answer his phone. “Hey Mom,”

Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Summary:

Luke raised his eyebrows as he saw the familiar chibi face icon on his phone. It was strange to see that it was mother. He does talk to his parents on a weekly basis, but it was never this early morning though. Growing up Luke always knew that his mother, Padmé Skywalker-Amidala was never a morning person. When he and Leia were kids, their father Anakin took on the morning shift. He would be the one that made the breakfast and made sure that they got to school on time. Padmé would come out of the bedroom around 11 o’clock and even then, she still needed a strong cup of coffee to start her day.

A chill went down Luke’s spin as the memory of mother day in the early 2000s when Leia and he were around the age of nine. They had made the mistake of trying to bring breakfast before the sun came up.

Luke then took a sip of his coffee and took a deep breath before he answered the phone. “Hey Mom,” “Hey Sunny,” Padmé said. Luke tried his best not to sigh as hear his old childhood nickname. When he was a baby and through his toddler stage, Luke was called, “Sunny,” or “Sunshine,” mostly because his parents always say he was just a ball of energy like the sun.

Luke raised his eyebrows as he saw the familiar chibi face icon on his phone. It was strange to see that it was mother.

“So, what's up?” Luke asked. “I was wondering if you want to come over for lunch today?” Padmé asks. And just like it felt like a cold bucket of water was dumped on Luke. “Come on now it's been almost a year and Leia already met him and that cutie Grogu. Come on I’m backing blossom bread.” She said, that was true, but then again Luke didn’t know when the right time was to bring them home. “I’ll talk about it with Din,” Luke said. “Thank you, love you, Sunshine.” his mother said. Luke smiled, “Love you too Mom,” he said and hung up the phone. Luke sighs as he puts his phone down and lets out a breath. “Okay you come in now,” he said. And Din slowly walks into his kitchen, like a stray cat walking out from the shadows.

“How much of that did you hear?” Luke asked. “Most of all of it, so your mom wants to meet us,” he said. “Yes, and how are you feeling about it?” Luke asks and hands the mug over to him. Din took it due to the fact that when Luke was on the phone with his mother, Din’s throat had become bone dry. He swallows the whole mug without letting it cool down. Luke sighs and walks over to the fridge and for a cup of crushed ice. Din happily took the cup of ice. “Thanks,” he coughed. “Well, it seems normal, we have been together for almost a year and we’re already living together. So wouldn't it be normal if we did meet them?” he asked. Luke took a breath, “It was normal. Although the Skywalker clan has been known to be anything but normal.” He took a slip of his coffee. “And this isn’t the first time my mother has called me about meeting you guys.” Luke sighs. Din’s eyes widened at that, “It isn’t?” He asked. Luke took another slip of his coffee. “Luke. "Another slip. “Luke how many times?” Din asked in stepper tone. The same tone of voice that turns Luke’s ears pink. “It the third.” He whispers.

“What? Please tell me your joking?” Din said. Luke took another slip. “Why didn’t you tell me about it?” Din said. “I had reason.” Luke said. “Well, I think I deserve to know what it was,” Din said. “It’s a stupid reason.” Luke said and put down that coffee cup. “I still need to know,” Din said. Luke took a breath and looked up in Din’s eyes. “Because I want to keep you two all to myself. I want it to be selfish.” Luke said. Then it clicked inside Din’s mind and the images of what he knows of Luke’s life.

Luke was a twin, since the moment he and his sister had come into the world he had to share everything with her. Toys, clothes, books and bedroom until they’re freshmen year of high school. Even in school Luke was thrust into the spotlight, he was the captain of every sports team and president or vice president of every club. Luke was never a selfish person, he put others before himself. Din always admired that with Luke, but he did wish that Luke was selfish sometime. The memory of the first time he saw Luke sick came to me.

It was raining when he and Grogu walked into the daycare. He was surprised at only Ashoka in the day. “Moring Din,” she said and waved at Grogu. “Morning Miss Ashoka, where is Luke?” He asked. “Don’t know yet. I was just about to call him.” She said Din thought it was strange, Luke was never late. Then with a thundering boom Luke stumble into the doorway of the classroom. His clothes dissolved and hair was a mess. “Sorry I’m late,” Luke said and look up at them. His voice was horse and face were bright red, nose stuff and his eyes were daze. “Are you okay?” Ashoka asked. “I’m fine,” he coughed. “I slept through my alarm,” “You look like you got hit by a bus,” Din said and went over to him. He put his hand on Luke’s forehead. “You’re sick,” he said. Luke looked at him. “No, I’m not,” “Yes you are,” “You can’t tell that by my forehand.” Luke coughed. “I don’t have to, but I did double check myself. Now come on, I'll take you home.” Din said. “No, it’s Picture Day and Auntie…” before Luke could finish his stance Din had thrown him over his shoulder. “Din put me down.” He groaned. “Nope we’re going home.” Din said and then he felt a tiny hand tugging on his jeans. He looked down at Grogu, his large brown eyes filled with worry. Din sighs and put hand on his son’s head. “Don’t worry kid. Mister Luke isn’t feeling too good so I’m going take of him.” He spoke. Grogu then took Din’s hands and link their pinkies up and looked back at his Dad. “Yeah, I promise.”

Din got an Uber, on rainy days he never rides his bike, as soon as they rode to the school Luke was out cold. Din managed to get Luke in his bed and went downstairs to make him some soup. When it was finished Din went back upstairs to find Luke trying to get out of bed. “Oh no you don’t,” Din said, sitting down on the soup and rushing over to keep Luke in the bed. “But Din I have to go to work, it’s Picture Day. Auntie Ashoka needs my help.” he coughed. “They can handle it and you have a hundred-five fever so you'll stay in bed.” Din said. “No Din I need to get up.” Luke said. “Hey,” Din said in a very strong tone. The type of tone that turns Luke’s face even brighter. “Now you're going to listen to me now,” Luke could feel his mouth going dry. “You're going to be a good little boy and let me take care of you.” Luke blinked at Din and slowly shifted back into bed. “That's it now,” Din purred, a smirk growing on his lips. Din got up from the bed and got the bowl. Luke reached for it but Din then snapped his hands away from it. “I told you I would take care of you.” He said. Luke couldn’t tell if the reason why he was sweating was from his fever or from Din. He tried to clear his throat. “When you say take care of me?” “Only if you're a good little boy,” Din said as he took the spoon.

Din spoon fed him the whole bowl. “This really good soup,” Luke said as he finished off. “Thanks, it's just store bought.” He touched Luke’s forehead once more. “Still pretty high. I’ve got some medicine in the bathroom.” Din said. “You don’t have to do that.” Luke said. “Hey, I told you that I’m taking care of you.” Din said, coming back with the medicine. “You know you can be selfish when it comes to me and Grogu. You are never going to be a burden to me or to him.” Din said and put his hand up to Luke’s cheek. “You can be selfish to your heart is with us.” he said.

Din sighs as the memory fades away. He was right, he told Luke can be selfish with him and Grogu. “You're right I did say that, but you should still tell me about this. Family,” he eyes drifted over to Grogu, “It’s important.” “You right I should have told you Din, I guess I was just scared too.” Luke said. “Scare of what?” “Well,” Luke tenses and takes a breath. “My parents can be a little tense.” Luke said. Din rose his brow. “What does that mean?” he asked. “I mean they can be pretty embarrassing. And I didn’t want them scaring you off.” Luke said. Din chuckled, “Nothing could scare me off.” Din saint walked over to Luke and wrapped his arms around. “Well, more like nothing could scare me away from you.” Luke melted into his boyfriends tough.

Luke chuckle into Din’s neck, he could feel his peach fuzz tickling his ear. “Well, my mom did say she was breaking blossom bread. And she only makes that on special occasions.” Luke said. “What kind of bread?” Din asked. “Basically, it is a large piece of bread in the shape of a flower with layers of brown sugar, cinnamon, and frosting.” Luke said. Grogu then let out a happy noise. Din and Luke look over at the smiling boy. Grogu always did have a sweet tooth. “Well, I guess Grogu gave his vote.” Din said he broke the hug and went over to pick up his son. Luke smiles at them, “Why did they both have to be so cute?” Luke smiles and walks over to them, “So what do you vote than?”

Chapter Text

“So, what do you vote on then?” Luke said, nearly whispering into Din’s ear. Din looked down at the handsome blonde man, “Such a cute little tease,” Din thought to himself. Din could feel Luke's hand begin to wander up and down his back. He loved when Luke did that, mostly because his back is always hurting but Luke also knew just how to heat up his core. “I’m thinking..” he pauses. Din reaches up and tucks a lock of Luke’s hair behind his hair. “I’m voting yes.” Luke smiled and stood up on his tip toe and gave him a happy kiss. “Thank you, I’ll call my mom to see what time we can stop by.” Luke said and slowly pulled away. Grogu reached up to him, “And let's get you cleaned up. We’re going to make you extra cute looking to score extra blossom bread for us.” Luke said and disappeared back upstairs.

Once they were upstairs Din felt as if someone had dropped a cold bucket of water on him. This would be the first time he would meet his partner’s parents.

Din did have a few partners before he and Luke started going out, but they weren’t anything serious. At most his longest relationship lasted about a week and that was just random sex ever so often. And the shortest was a one-night stand. Din never really cared about any kind of relationship before, he was fine with just being the lonely old man at the bar. Or as his friend Boba would tell him, “You and I are just two simple men making his way through the galaxy.” That all changed when he adopted Grogu. Well, he saved Grogu from. Din shook his head before dark memories could break free.

Din looked down at his mug. “I need another cup,” he said. As Din started up the coffee maker once more his eyes drift over to a homemade finger painted Grogu made the other day. Din, Luke and Grogu were in the middle of them. Luke really had changed their life. When he first met Luke, Din thought he had a pretty face, but he was a bit scatterbrain. But then again, Din didn’t know that their first date was a date. “Focus on Djarin, you knew to think about this with logic,” he said to himself and reached out his phone. He looks over his contacts to find Koska’s number. Best part of working/owning your private security business is having employees who aren’t afraid or who definitely have broken a few laws. And Koska was definitely one of those people who had broken a few laws.

“What do you want?” she asked in a grumpy tone. “Well, aren't you a ray of sunshine,” Din said. “Not in the mood,” she said, typing loud on her keyboard. “When was the last time you got any sleep?” Din asked. He knew Koska got this crabby only when she didn’t sleep. “I’ll ask you again. What do you want?” she said. Din rubbed his temple, best not to bite the hand that can give you the information you need. “I need you to look some people up for me.” Din paused. “Also, can you promise that you're not defrauding a major corporation or trying to embezzlement offshore banks again,” he said. “Oh, you're no fun.” Koska said, and hard type of keys. “Also, can’t you just use Facebook or Insta. That's how normal people stalk everyone nowadays.” “What’s Insta?” Din asked. Koska just sigh, “Fuck your old.” she said. “Koska,” Din hear Bo-Katan’s voice on the line. “You should respect your Commander,” Bo said. Koska than let out another loud and annoying groan and typed away on the computer.

“Give me the names,” she said. “Anakin and Padmè Amidala-Skywalker.” Din said. “Those high-profile names,” Bo said with a worried tone. “Are they clients for a mission?” Koska asked. “No, they’re not. They’re Luke’s parents.” Din said. Din could swear he heard both Koska and Bo eyes roll at that statement. “Seriously you could have just used Facebook for the Djarin,” Koska said. “This does seem like a waste of our resources.” Bo said and cleared her throat, “But yeah you should just use Facebook.” Bo finished. Din just rolled his eyes, but then it dawned on him. “What do you mean by high profile names?” he asked. “Seriously,” Koska said. “You really don’t know,” Bo said. “Can you two please be straight with me.” Din said. “Well, your boyfriend’s parents are kind of local celebrities. His mother Padmè Amidala was the senator of California for almost seven years now she teaches political science at Stanford, and his dad, who I may say is very nice to look at.” “Koska,” Bo snapped. “Sorry but it’s true,” Koska said. “As I was saying Luke’s father, Anakin Skywalker former military is also a professor at Stanford teaching robotics. He specialties in robotic prosthetic limbs. Oh, even a robot arm too, that even sexier.” “Koska,” Bo said once more.

Din was a gob smack. “You didn't know about this.” Bo said. “Well not really,” Din said. Luke had talked about his family before but he just said that his mom works for the government, he may have said more but when it came to politics Din always zones out. And that his father was in the military and built robots. Luke even showed him a picture of him and his dad when he was younger.

Luke was ten years olds holding a blue ribbon with a model drone ship with a young man, who Din honestly thought was his older brother at first. Luke was spitting images of his dad, dark hair and blue eyes with a scar across his brow. He wore an old fade out heavy metal band t-shirt with ripped blue jeans and red and black flannel. To think that was his father.

Din groaned, “What am I going to do?” he said. “Well off the top of my head, pray that you don’t make an ass of yourself when you meet your future in-laws.” Koska said. “Koska,” Bo snapped, “But she is right.” Din just rolled his eyes at them. “Well thanks for the sage words of wisdom.” Din said and hung up the phone.

He felt one huge amount of pressure grew on his shoulders. “Ay dios mío,” he said. Then image of what Bobo and Fennec would say a worst-case scenarios. What if they don’t like him? What if they don’t like Grogu? No wait, that is a lie everyone loves him he is too adorable to be dined. What if they convince Luke that he isn’t good enough for him and they break up? “What the hell? Stop Djarin.” He snapped at him. “That won’t happen, you love Luke, and he loves you. You just need to be focus and be confident. Think of it just like a mission,” he said to him. He left his mug but then realizes it was empty and he was still in his boxers. “I should get another cup and put on some pants,”

Luke had dressed Grogu up in a dark green t-shirt with three little frogs sitting under an apple tree, dark blue shorts, green socks and his favorite brown hoodie. “Do you want your hat?” Luke asked. Grogu happily nodded his head. Luke smile and went over to the little nightstand and grab Grogu’s favorite beanie. His heart flutter at the memory of the story of this little beanie came to mind.

It was shortly after Din adopted Grogu, the poor little boy hated when people would touch his head. He would always wore his hood up. Din’s co-work suggests getting Grogu a hate would help him out, but when they went to the store Grogu hated all the ones they had. Then the idea of making Grogu his own hat came to mind. Din’s mother used to knit, even taught him a little bit. But after his parents died, he stopped, but Fennec being Fennec, the woman of many talents and mystery, knew how to knit and show Din how to again. It had a few extra knots and holes, and two large floppy pieces of fabric. They were supposed to have frog eyes but instead they turn into two large rabbit ears instead. Grogu loved it, and still does.

Once Luke placed that on Grogu’s head he bopped the child's nose. Grogu giggled and grabbed Luke’s finger. “Now if you start to feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable let me or your dad know okay,” Luke said, Grogu grabbed one of the floppy ears. Luke smiles and kisses his forehead, then raises his right hand. He signs, "Today is going be a good day." Grogu smiled back and signed the message back to him, “That’s a good boy,” Luke said and grabbed the little boy off from his bed and set him on the ground. “Okay little froggy, go and hop down to your shoes. I’m going to check on your dad.” Luke said. Grogu smiles back to him and then literary hop out the room like a cute little frog.

When Luke got back to his and Din’s bedroom, he was surprised to find clothes scattered across the floor and bed. “What's going on?” Luke said. Din turn, he was wearing a brightly colored Hawaiian shirt, tight black leather skinny jeans (which Luke liked very much to see him wear) and two different shoes. Din’s face went red, and his throat dried out. He was about to open his mouth but then ding from his phone came from the bed. Luke looked over at his bed and saw the phone and sigh, “You asked Koska to look up at my parents didn’t you.” Luke said. Din’s face then crumbled into shame, as Luke sat down on the bed. “I’m sorry I thought I should prepare,” “Din don’t be sorry. It’s my fault anyway, I should have been more truthy about my parents.” Luke said. Din stayed quiet, then took a seat next to him on the bed. He didn’t have to say anything, Luke liked it when did that. Din was always such a good listener.

“You know you were the first person I’ve ever met who didn’t know who the Skywalkers were. I liked it, I loved it. You didn’t see me like the prodigal son, a future robotic scientist like my dad or future senator,” Din chuckled, the image of Luke as robotic scientist or senator dancing in his mind. “You just saw me as,” "Luke,” Din finished. “Yeah,” Luke whispered than lean his forehead into the crooked of Din’s neck. “Even when I told you my name you still saw me as Luke. I want to keep it like that.” Luke said. Din looks down at Luke, watching him through his blue eyes shine through his blond curls. Those eyes made Din feel like he was flying through an endless blue sky and Luke was the.. “You’ll always be our sunshine.” Din said. Luke groaned into a smile, “Really wish I didn’t tell you about that nickname.” he said. “Well, it is true,” Din said. Luke chuckle, “Well if I’m the sun than are you my brave moon?” Luke asked. Din chuckled and wrapped his arm around Luke’s hips and pulled him into a deep kiss. Luke hummed into the kiss, wrapping his arm around Din's neck to deepen the kiss as both fell into the bed.

When they pulled back from the kiss Luke was frowning, “What wrong?” Din asked. “Well, I really want to continue this,” Luke nudged his legs around Din’s. “We have to finish getting ready,” Luke said. Din groan and let go of his own sunshine, “Fine.” he groaned as they both sat up. “Help me find a good outfit,” Din asked. Luke smiled and kissed Din’s cheek. “Gladly. Firstly, you're keeping those pants on.” he said. Din had wicked grin on his face. A dirty thought was passing through those brown eyes. And Luke very much wants to play with that dirty thought but unfortunately, they didn’t have the time. So instead, he raises his hand again and sign to him, "Today is going to be a good day." Din smile back and trying to sign it back to him, but he messes it up which made Luke laughed. “I did wrong again, didn't I?” he said. “A little bit but you're getting better at it.”

Din’s nerves were still building as strapped Grogu into his car seat, and his son could tell. Grogu then put his hand on top of his dads. Din gave his son a small smile and kissed his forehead. “Thanks buddy,” he said, then strapped himself into the passenger seat. Once he got in, Din felt Luke’s hand on his this time. Din looked up at his shining sun, “Hey we’re going to be okay,” Luke said. Din’s nerves began to melt and he leaned over and kissed Luke’s cheeks. “Thanks,” he said. It was a three hour drive to the Skywalker home. They stop by a cute little flower market, Luke told them that his mother’s favorite flowers were sunflowers, so Din thought it would be a good idea to show up with some. And Grogu wants to bring a gift too. When they return to the road Luke was starting to tell him stories about his family.

When Luke was roughly around Grogu’s age he was considered a Mama’s boy, his parents didn’t worry too much about it, considering that his sister was Daddy’s girl. But whenever Padmė had to leave for work or confance Luke would have a huge tantrum. It would only last about an hour or so. Anakin kind of thought he did it because got extra dessert after he calmed down.

When he and Leia started school, he was considered to be the shy twin. Leia was always so outgoing, making friends and getting notice was easy for her. It took a little while for Luke to warm around everyone. In fourth grade is when Luke met Hans Solo. He was considered a trouble maker, a space case and possible adhd. The reason Luke met him is because he was assigned to tutor him. But Luke didn’t see Hans as any of those things, well might have adhd but he was a cool kid. He was more of a dreamer with a few scuff edges. The two became thick as thieves, and that was saying something cause Hans would on occlusion would steal snacks for him and Luke from time to time. And thanks to Luke Hans managed to get through elementary, middle and high school. He want to go into the airforce to become a pilot. But unfortunately he couldn’t get through base. Hans didn’t want to conform to a government puppet, his own words, so now he is currently working at an auto shop.

Leia came into the picture around the time middle school started, and boy did they hate each other. The little thing would start a fight between them or a random companion between the two of them to see who was better and make random bets with each other. In fact their first date was the result of Leia losing a bet. Luke knew that Leia would never admit it but she lost that bet on purpose.

Then Grogu made a happy noise as they drove pass a large lake. “Oh that’s Naboo Lake.” Luke said. “Naboo Lake?” Din asked. “Oh yeah, my mom grew up here too so she named everything around here.” Luke said. Grogu then signed the word, “Swim,” at them. Luke gave him a little frown at the boy. “I’m sorry buddy but we can’t, we didn’t bring your swim trunks.” he said. Grogu then ported and his little bottom lip began to quiver. Din then reached behind his seat and grabbed his son’s right shoes, “We’ll do it next time kid.” he said. Grogu was still grumbling but then he raised his pinky up. “Yeah promise,” Din said and tried to reach over and hooked his own pinky around son's. Luke snicker, “What?” Din said. “You two are just so adorable.” he said.

The jeep turned a right corner pulling up to a large two story ranch style house, there was a large garden in front of the house, nothing but sunflowers and daisies. There was a large stone mailbox that definitely had few dents and broke bricks on it and a loud creaking porch swing. Then Din saw a woman swing on the porch. She was incredibly beautiful, long wavy chestnut brown hair tied in a tight braid with a few specks of gray. She wore white button up blouse with teal and golden sweat and dark blue jeans with hiking boots. There was a table on her lap and a stack of flies and books next to her.

When the jeep stopped in front of Din felt his heart go up in his throat. Luke notice it and place his hand over Din’s and kisses his cheeks. “Hey they won’t bite and I’ll be right by your side too.” Luke said with a cute little smile. And with that Din’s anxiety melted away. “Thanks,” he said, kissing him back.

Once Luke got out of the jeep the woman got up from her spot and rushed down the pathway. “Lukie,” she chimed. “Hey Mom,” he said, hugging Padmé. Din went to the back of the jeep and pulled open it to find a sleepy Grogu. “Guess that was a long drive for you.” Din said as he slumped his sleepy son and the sunflowers. Padmė welcomed them with a warm smile, it was the type of smile that all mothers had. Warm and offering, like she would bring an ice cup of lemonade on a summer day or pick you up if crying from a scraped knees. “Hello mam, I’m Din Djarin.” he said. He tried to offer his hand to her but with Grogu and the sunflowers in his arm made it difficult. “No need to be formal with me, please call me Padmé.” she said, then she leaned over at Luke. “Oh honey, he's really cute. A lot more than how your sister put it.” “Mom,” Luke hissed as both him and Din started to blush. “Oh I’m your mother Luke, all parents are allowed to embarrass their kids.” Grogu then let out a hump noise, and raised his sunflower. Padmé looked down at the little and her eyes imminently got large. “This must be the infamous Grogu.” she said. He offered the little flower to her once more. “Oh you're just the cutest little thing,” Padmé gushed, she wanted to pick the little boy up in her arms but she knew he respected his boundary, but she did take the flower. She brought the little flower up to her nose and smelled. “Oh this is just perfect, you're such a little gentleman Grogu,” Padmé said. Grogu smiled and let out a very big yawn.

“Aww what big yawn for a little guy,” Padmé said. “Sorry, it might be past his nap time,” Din said. “Well if you like too he took a nap in Luke’s old bed.” She offered. Din blinked at, it would be nice for Grogu to lay down for a bit. A part of him was worried about leaving Grogu in new space but another part of him did want to see Luke’s childhood bedroom. “You don’t mind,” Din said. “Of course, I know all too well what happens to children when they don’t have their nap,” Padmé said, eyeing her son. Luke sighs, “You throw one juice box at a fresh painted wall you never hear the end of it.” Luke grumbled. Din chuckled as he fellow Padmé and Luke up to the front door. The front door was a bright shade of green and made a very very loud cracking noise as Padmé opened it. Grogu let out a cry and quickly covered his ears. “Hey it’s okay bud,” Din said and started to rub his son’s little back. Grogu quickly nuzzles himself into his dad’s chest. “I’m so sorry Sweetie,” Padmé said. “It's okay, I just need to get him down for that nap,” Din said. “Dad still hasn’t fixed the front door.” Luke said. Padmé just let out a frustrating sigh, “You know how your Dad is Luke. Anakin would spend all day in the greenhouse working on his latest project, but getting him to do stuff around the house is like pulling teeth.” she said.

“I’ll go get you dad, can you show them upstairs,” Padmé said. Luke nodded then turned over to Din and Grogu, “Follow me,” he said. First thing Din noticed when he entered the house was the large carpet staircase, next to it was a wall with rows and rows of pictures. A timeline of the Skywalker family. The first one was of Anakin and Padmé, some sort of wedding day picture. It was strange because Anakin was wearing a college graduated robe and cape and Padmé was in a wedding dress in front of the courthouse. The second one was of a very pregnant Padmé in front of the crib. The third was taken on the day Luke and Leia were born, cute newborns sleeping in the hospital crib. It was for their first birthday, second, third, fourth and fifth. Then the first day of elementary school, middle school, high school, high school graduation and final college graduation.

Din’s chest tightened a bit as he saw the college graduation one. Luke had invented them to come watch him walk down the stage but he declined. Mostly out of fear of how Grogu would react to the large crowd, but mainly because he didn’t overstep his boundary. He and Luke were just starting to date, he didn’t know what the bound, the lines he could and couldn’t cross yet. Luke turn over to face him, he could still see that neverse expression on his face. “You okay?” he asked. Din blinked into reality, “Yeah just thinking.” he said. “I know your thinking face,” he said and lean forward and kiss Din’s cheek. “I promise it will be alright.” he said and grabbed Din’s arm. Luke open the door with his name painted on the door, “Wow mom really never change it,” he said walking into the room. It felt like stepping in a timecaples. The walls were painted a faded color of blue with posters of his old high school bands and movie posters of his favorite sci-fi movies thumbtack to the wall. A desk with his old lego and sci-fi figure and ships that he built in spare time.

Din smiled at the sight, “So you were always a dork,” Luke rolled eyes. “I would have called myself one the smart kids with a particular set of interests,” he said. “So a dork?” Din said again. “And let me you were a jock that chased cheerleaders after football practice,” Luke tease. Din shrugged his shoulders. “Nah I’d played hockey, I never cared much for football.” He said walking over to the bed. Din tried to lay Grogu down but his son cling to his arm. “Um Luke,” Luke smiled. “Need some help,” “Yes please,” He said. Luke grabs an old worn out teddy bear from the bookshelf. He looked at the little toy with a hint of nostalgia. Its dark fur was thinning and the hood around its tiff ears, one deep rich bear and had fade down to the color of dirt. He brought the bear’s forehead to his lips and kissed it and then walked over to Din and cranky Grogu. He rose his hand up mouth and began sign out the words to him, “Hey Grogu can I introduce to someone,” Grogu still clinging to his dad arms whip some pecking tears away from his eye and nodded his head. Luke than present the bear, “This my old friend Wick. He help me a lot when I couldn’t get any sleep,”

Grogu looked at the bear with wide eyes. Din on the other hand was holding his breath in. His son was very particular when it came to stuffed animals, or in other words if it wasn’t a frog Grogu would have flung it across the room. But to Din’s surprise, Grogu happily took the stuffed bear and nuzzle it deep into his chest. Din exhaled, “I still had no idea how you're able to do that with him but I’m grateful,” Din said as he laid his sleepy son on the bed. Luke snickers and knelt down to Grogu’s level and began to sign once more. “We’ll be downstairs but we'll check on you in 15 minutes,” Grogu just gave him a wobbly thumbs up before allowing sleep to claim him.

Luke left the door creak open just enough to see Grogue sleeping but then he looked over to see a fidgeting Din. Luke took his hand and kissed his cheeks. Din looks into Luke’s eyes and melts at his blue eyes. Din love when Luke makes that face at him, the type of face that makes you want to spill your guts or just give them endless kisses. Din went with the kissing urge and kissed Luke’s lips. Luke happily melted into the kiss and when they pulled away Luke stood on his toes and kissed Din’s forehead. “Ready?” Luke said, taking Din’s hand once more. Din squish his hand back, “Ready,” he said.

“There you too are,” Padmé smile, “How Grogu?” “Out like a light but we’ll check on him in a little while,” Luke said. “There my boy,” a new husker voice echoed into the room. Din’s back is stiff as he turns around to see Anakin Skywalker coming from the kitchen. Din could hear Koska’s phantom voice echo in his ears. Anakin Skywalker was handsome. He was about the same height as Din, long brown salt-pepper hair tied back in a ponytail, with dark blue eyes that remind him of storming clouds about to strick. He wore a very fade gray Guns and Roses band shirt under a dark black and red flannel shirt with the sleeves rolled up revealing muscles tattooed arms, work pants and heavy black boots. Din strained his back and raised his hand, “Hello Mr. Skywalker,” he said, hoping that his voice was shaking and stuck in motion on whether he should shake his hand or salute him. Anakin just smirks at him. “What branch?” He said.

Din blinked, “Excuse me,” he said. “Luke told us that you were in the military, so what branch?” He said. “Oh Marine Corps, I was in the Mandalorian force.” He said. Anakin smirks, “Impressive, by the way, where is that little Squirt?” he asked. Luke’s cheeks puff up in anger, “Seriously that nickname you chose for him?” Din blinked and looked over at Luke. “Ever since we’re little, Dad's only called kids by nicknames,” Luke said. Padmé nodded in agreement, “The only time he called the twins by their actual names was when they were in trouble, and even that was a rare occasion,” she said. Din noticed that Padmé said that last part under breath. “Still you could have chosen something nicer than “Squirt,” Luke said. “I haven’t met him yet. So it is still undecided. But where is he?” “Oh he upstairs, he got tucker out from the long car ride.” Din said. Anakin grinned at that. “Long car rides work on twins too.” he said. Din felt his anxiety slowly begin to melt away. This has been going good so far.

“Well come on to the back I got the food almost done.” Anakin said and the trio followed him into the back yard. The first thing Din noticed was how large the backyard was, it was immense. There is a small garden, a large oak tree with a treehouse and swing on it and even an old beat up trampolin. Din was a little jealous of it. All his life he wanted a backyard. When Din’s parents were alive they did have a backyard but it was small. Din’s mother had started a vegetable garden and there was only a small swing set. After his parent’s pass and Din went to live with his grandmother, that small backyard was turned into two small plant boxes hanging from a small apartment fire escape. After he adopted Grogu, Din started a little shoe box plan of buying a bigger house. Get out their small two bedroom place and give the kid an actual back yard. Maybe after today Grogu could call this his own until he can give him that big house.

“Hope you guys are hungry,” Anakin said, leaving the large lids of the grill. Din could feel his mouth salavat at the sight of the food. Hamburgers, hotdogs and a small section of ribs and few meat and veggie cobbs. “What would you like?,” Luke asked. “Everything,” Din said, than he quickly hope that Anakin and Padmé didn’t hear him. They did but they smile and offer food and drinks. Once they were settle Anakin offer Din a beer, “So Din,” Padmé said. “Luke told us that you have your own security company, did you start it after you got out of the military?” She asked. Before Din could answer they could hear the bell from the front door. Luke look over at his parents, “Were you guys expecting anyone else?” He asked. Anakin shook his head and took a swig of his beer, “No just you too,” Padmé said. “I’ll go get it,” Luke said. “I’ll fellow, that probably woke up Grogu,” Din said.

Once they were back by the front door, Luke mange to sneak a kiss on Din’s cheek. “I think it going pretty good,” he smiled. “Meet too, thinking it's going smooth so far.” Din said. Just as Luke open the door, a new wave anxiety hit them as they saw Hans Solo standing at the front door.

Chapter 5: Chapter 5

Summary:

“What are you doing here?” Hans asked. Luke furrowed his brow, “This is my parents house, why are you here?” He said, than he saw the large sunflower baroque and the wads of paper stuff from his old leather jacket. “Is Leia here?” Luke asked. “No,” Hans than quickly looked over his shoulder, “Yeah just me,” he said. “Luke, who is it?” Padmé yelled from the back. “Please don’t rat me out,” Hans said.

Chapter Text

“What are you doing here?” Hans asked. Luke furrowed his brow, “This is my parents house, why are you here?” He said, than he saw the large sunflower baroque and the wads of paper stuff from his old leather jacket. “Is Leia here?” Luke asked. “No,” Hans than quickly looked over his shoulder, “Yeah just me,” he said. “Luke, who is it?” Padmé yelled from the back. “Please don’t rat me out,” Hans said.

Luke looked into his best friend's eyes, he knew all too well with that kind of exciting, reckless and almost nervous look in Hans' eye that he was planning on doing something stupid. Another thing Luke knew about Hans was that he was also incredibly stubborn. You tell him not to do something he was going to do anyway. He was going to do something stupid and nothing was going to stop him from doing it. “No mom, just some people asking if we heard the “Good news,” Luke said. “Thanks I owe y…” Before Hans could finish Luke grabbed him by the collar and growled, “Upstairs now. And be careful Grogu is napping,” he said. Hans nodded and rushed up the stairs.

“What is he doing here?” Din asked. “I don’t know but we can’t let my parents know. Especial my dad.” Luke said. “Why thought you said your parents like him?” Din asked. “My mom likes him but Dad can’t stand him.” Luke said. Din could agree with that, he still wasn’t sure if he liked Han Solo.

He first met Solo on a poker night. He want to get to know Luke’s friends better so he offers to have it house. Within the first fifteen minutes of the first game, Hans want to play strip poker. After they finally decline him, Hans decides that losing hands must have a strong shot of whiskey and vodka. And Din had the most of a losing hand. The next morning Din woke up to one the largest headache he ever had. He was also in his underwear and the words “Womp rat Sr.” were written on his cheek in permit marker. “Good morning Mando,” Hans said loudly. Din groan and look up to see that Hans was in the kitchen and Grogu happily munching down on some cereal.

Din quickly got up and got his pants on, once he got to the island kitchen, Grogu waved at his dad. Din pat his son’s head but noticed the cereal he was eating. It was one of those super sugar ones with those bright cartoon characters on the box. Din rolled his eyes, great he's gonna be a ball of energy. Grogu and that kind of sugar don't go well. Wait neither he or Luke would buy something like that. Did Hans deliberately go out of his way to buy this? Hans noticed, “Oh yeah sorry, this little guy was hungry and I can’t cook to save my life so Grogu and I went off on a grocery store adventure.” He said and gave the kid a thumbs up. Grogu giggled and gave him a thumbs back up. ”And don’t worry I notice you out stuff so I grab them too,” Hans said and open the fridge. Din eyes widen a bit. It was full to the brim, mostly of sugary snacks but it was still food. “Thanks,” Din said.

“Also I owe you this,” Hans said. It was an apology card, with a cartoon cat with big mournful eyes surrounded by a large pile of spilled milk. Din was confused but took the card. And when he opened his confusion and became annoyed, there was a message inside the card.

Sorry I cheated at that game, but it was pretty funny watching you get wasted. You’re a good egg that for sure, I like you.

Treat Luke right or half to deal with Leia and I.

PS

Seriously, you really don’t want piss off Leia.

Love Hans ☺

Since then Hans and Din had a fifty-fifty relationship. There were good days, like the day he left work in the auto shop and gave seventy-five discounts on parts. Then there were bad days, when Hans would show up at the house or the school unexpectedly with expensive gifts for Grogu and they spend the day pranking around and stealing the spotlight.

“Let’s nip this in the bud,” Din said. Luke nodded, “Hopeful it will only take five minutes,” he took Din’s hands and arched his back towards the back door. “We’re going to check on Grogu,” “Okay,” Padmé said. “Hope he is hungry,” Anakin chimed. “I hope he's still sleeping,” Din lightly preyed.

Grogu wasn’t asleep, he was wide awake and happily giggled as Hans was bouncing him up and down on his knees. “I miss you too, how is my favorite little buddy doing? Did you miss your favorite uncle?” he said. “Oh great,” Luke sighs and pulls the little boy into his arms, although Grogu wasn’t too pleased to pull away. “Aww come on, we're just having fun.” Hans said. Luke was glaring at him, it was the famous Skywalker Glare, or maybe it was called the Amidala Glare, since the twins learn from their mother. “Okay, I was hoping at least your parents would be alone, at least you mom because..” Han’s cheek became a light shade of pink. “Because I need to ask their permission for something,”

Luke raised his brow, “Why the h-e-double hockey sticks do you need permission from my parents?” he said. Hans burst into laughter, “What did you say?” Luke sighs, “We don’t curse in front of Grogu.” Luke said. “Since when?” Hans said. Luke and Din let out a sigh, “Solo please tell you haven’t been teaching our kid curse words,” Din said. Luke flinched a bit when he heard Din call Grogu, “their kid,” Sure Din had called Grogu theirs before, but for some reason, saying it inside his old family house. Why did it sound so odd? Kind of give him the feeling of longing, that he wants to hear Din say it again.

“Okay we’re going to circle back to that, why do you need my parents permission? You never need permission for anything. Even when we were in school, you fake every field trip permission slip. And that includes the fifteen minute bus ride to the zoo.” Luke said. “Field trip permission slips are a gateway of how the government tracks future taxpayers.” Hans said. “Isn’t your girlfriend a senator?” Din said. “Ironic isn’t it,” Hans said. “We’re getting off topic, why do you need my parents' permission?” Luke said.

Han felt his own cheek begin to heat up, “Well, you see. I want.” he became even redder. “I want to…” he said. “What to what?” Luke said. “I need their permission, well more like their blessing,” he said. “Blessing,” Din whispered. Han let out frusting groan, “I want to ask Leia to marry me and I need you parents blessing to do it,” he said. Both Din and Luke went still at that, “Come again,” Luke said. Han put his hand to his forehead and swept away a few beads of sweat and parted a few strands of hair. “I want to ask you sister to marry me but before I can do that I need to get your family’s blessing.” Hans said.

Time seem to freeze around them when Hans said that. “Okay I have a few questions,” Luke took a deep inhale. “But before I get there I would like to say that I better be your best man or at least offer the ceremony.” Luke said. Hans let out a chuckle. “You definitely qualify for both kid,” Hans said. Luke grumbled at the name, Hans was only six months older than him and Leia and he never let them forget it. “Okay first, does Leia know you’re here.” “Nope,” Hans said. “Okay, now why do you want my parent’s blessing? You and Leia always seem like the type to run off in the sunset and elope.” Luke said. “Well yeah I thought so too but.” Hans' eyes drifted to an old high school picture on Luke’s desk.

It was their homecoming picture. Luke and him were wearing match tuxes but then Han’s light green bow tie was stretched down his neck and his arms were both Luke and Leia. Leia had her hair down and it was rare for her to do that and long light ocean blue dress with long sleeve with sapphire gemstone and pearls down the chest to the skirt of dress in the form of the major twelve constellations and dia around her forehead with a lapis stone in the middle. In the picture Luke was waving in the camera, Hans was grinning ear to ear, his arms both around the twins and Leia. Leia was kissing Han’s cheek and giving out a peace sign to the camera.

“Leia desiver’s better than that,” he said. Both Din and Luke couldn’t fight the grins that were coming to their faces, but then Luke let out a deflecting sigh, “You always did have the worst timing to be nobel Solo,” he said. “What do you mean?” Luke then explains this was the first time his parents were meeting Din and Grogu. “Well that shouldn’t be too hard, you're a cool dude,” he gestured to Din, “Thank you,” he nodded. “And you got this cute little anklebiter,” he got up and poked Grogu’s freckle nose causing him to giggle. “That little face could win over anyone,” he said. “That is also true,” Din said. Luke sigh, “All right we just need a plan first, which means we need to get you out the house before my parents see you.” he said. “Already ahead of you.” Hans said standing up from the bed and doing a series of stretching, “What are you doing…” Before Luke could finish his sentence Hans walked over to the bedroom window and jumped out of it. “Did he,” Din said. “Yep.” Luke said. “Wait, doesn't your bedroom face the backyard.” “Yes it does,”

“Lucas Benjamin Skywalker!” Din felt all the color leave his face as he heard Anakin’s voice. Luke just let out a defect sigh and then kissed Din’s cheek then Grogu’s curls. “Watch your Dad for me, I’m gonna take care of this,” he said. Once he heard Luke close the door Din took a few seconds then sat on Luke’s bed. He looked down at his son, Grogu was still smiling but also he was searching too. Looking for his fun uncle and for his… Luke. Din leaned his chin on top of his son’s head and let out an exhale. “So much for this being easy,” he said. Din eye’s than drift over to the homecoming picture on the desk. The Skywalker twins and Hans have always been so close, Din wondered if he could be like that with them. The words Hans said earlier were still bouncing around his head. Maybe one day he could be brave enough to ask the same question about Luke.

Images of a nice little white chapel, or maybe a nice little ceremony outside the gazebo, by the water. Grogu would be the ring bearer in a little green suit or maybe his frog onesies, whatever he felt comfortable. Then the cake. What kind of cake should they have? But the Grogu's stomach began to growl, waking him from his fantasy.

Grogu then began to shift around his father’s arm. “Sorry little guy, hold on,” he said. Din was still hungry too. But he wasn’t sure what was going on downstairs with Luke and his parents, and Solo. He groaned as he thought of Hans’s name. It doesn’t sound like they were fighting but he still didn’t want a take of Grogu seeing it. He sat Grogu down on the bed and kissed his head and handed him the stuffed bear. “Stay right here,” Din said.

As soon he opened the door Luke was stomping up the stairs and the front door slammed shut. “Unfreakinbelievable,” he mumbled. “Are you okay?” Din asked. Luke turned around to face him, his cheeks were reddened and he look he was about to cry. “Um yeah, I mean,” He took a breath. “I don’t know I just,” before Luke could finish Din pulled him into a deep hug. “You wanna talk about it,” he said. Luke just nuzzled against Din’s neck. “Or we could just cuddle.” Din said and Luke nodded again.

Once Din opened the bedroom door a little bump against their legs. Din and Luke look down to see a little frog at their knees. Luke smiled and picked up Grogu, “Hey munchkin,” he said. Grogu then left his head and pushed the little bear up to Luke’s lips. Luke smirks and kisses Grogu’s forehead. “You are too sweet to me,” he said. Grogu smiled but then his little tummy began to growl again. Luke giggled, Grogu’s tummy was the loudest part of him. He kissed Grogu again, “There some sweeties downstairs, if you asked my Mom nice she’ll give a big slice of blossom bread,” Grogu grinning ear to ear and hopped out the room, “Hold on to the rail,” Din shouted. Once the cute little frog was safely down the stairs, Luke once again melted into Din’s arms, and they fell down on the bed. Luke sighs, as Din caresses his cheek and tucks a lock of hair behind his ears. “Want to talk about it?” Din asked. “Can I have a minute?” he mumbled into Din’s shoulder. Din nodded and let Luke bury himself in Din’s chest. Din sighs as pulled Luke closer and begins rubbing Luke’s back. Both of them made a slight wish that they could stay like this forever.

Luke then took a breath and looked up at Din’s face, “You ready?” Din asked. Luke nodded and while still on, lay down to face him. “Can I be selfish for a little bit,” “You don’t have to ask me that, you can always be selfish with me,” Din said. Luke smiled and took a breath, “Whenever we get in a fight like this I always feel like I’m sixteen again and he just got caught sneaking Briggs Dightligher out my window.” Luke said. Din tried not to wince as he heard that sound of Luke’s ex boyfriend. “Sorry,” Luke said. “It’s okay, what happened.” Din asked. “Well long story short, my dad still see me as a little kid. Yelling at me like it was my idea that Han was here and then somehow he went on “Back in my day,” speech and told me that basically should have joined the air force instead of going into child development.” Din knew that feeling all too well. He could still remember the horror when he told his grandmother that he was going into the military instead of working for the family church but eventually she supported him. Din wished Luke had that kind of support. Maybe if Anakin would see Luke around the kids.. “No not right now,” Din push the thought down as he could feel Luke nuzzle deep into his chest. Din sigh, he and Grogu are so much alike sometimes. Cuddling fixes everything. But then he felt Luke’s ankle crossover to his. “Din,” he whisper.

“Luke,” Din said. “Can I be a little more selfish,” Luke whimpered into Din’s ears. His lips trailed down to Din’s ear, neck and his collarbone. Din’s face began to heat up as Luke then slowly got up, stradling Din’s waist. “Well I was going to save this for tonight,” Luke said and looked around his bedroom. “Being in here kind of gives me some idea,” Luke said looking down at Din and was slightly biting his lower lip. “Damn it,” Din said and sat up. “Wait, what about your parents,” Then the two loud creaks came from downstairs, “Woah that is a loud door. Wait, did they just leave?” Din asked. “Yep, whenever Dad’s in a mood his angry power walks down to the lake,” Luke said. “What about your mom?” Din asked. “Well the oven was going off when I came back upstairs.” Luke said, his blue eyes had a fire behind them. “Fuck it,” Din said, reaching behind Luke neck and pulling him down and crashing their lips together.

Padmé let out a frustrated groan as she walked into the kitchen. As much as she loved her husband, Anakin was a stubborn and arrogant asshole. Padmé always thought that Hans was a sweet kid, and coming over here to ask for permission to marry Leia was very noble and respectful. Anakin didn’t do it, but then again. She groaned once more. Padmé loved that she and Anakin did elope but she was hoping that Luke and Leia wouldn’t have to sneak off to the 24 hour chapel for a quick ceremony, which she and Anakin almost did until Anakin’s brother Obi caught them. She want to give her children a proper wedding, something small by the water, white roses and red velvet cake. The oven bell ding wakes her up from her daydream. Padmé put on her mitten and pulled the sweet smelling blossom bread. The sight of the frost vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon made her mouth water. She then reached over for a plate and knife. “Oh who are we kidding?" Padmé said. She put the plate and knife down and reached for a fork instead. When she turned around she saw a little hand in the pan. She looked down to see that Grogu had scoop a handful of blossom bread and put his little mouth. He went in for the second handful but then noticed that Padmé was staring at him. Grogu made a little yelping noise and ran behind the island and then under the table. Padmé blinked and then burst out laughing. Memories of when Luke and Leia, hell even her sister and her used to do that whenever someone in the house cooked blossom bread. No one can resist it. Padmé grabbed the kitchen rag and ran under the sink and grabbed a plate of the bread and walked to the diner room table. A cute little shadow was waiting underneath the table cloth. Padmé giggled as watch Grogu’s little hand reach for the plate and rag. Then she walks back to the island and grabs her own plate then walks back to the table. She knelt down and gently knocked on the table cloth. It took a few seconds but then Grogu left the table cloth.

Padmé smiled as scooted underneath the table. Grogu happily went back to the bread. “It's nice down here.” she said. Grogu let out a happy hum. “I used to do this a long time ago, with Luke and Leia when they were younger.” she said. On rainy days or bad school days Padmé would pull out something sweet and they eat at the kitchen table. It was so simple back then, when did that all change? When did her little Sunshine and Moonbeam grow up? Grogu looked up at Padmé, she looked troubled. He didn’t know why she looked like that and he was kind of mad about that. Padmé seems like a nice lady, she should be happy. He made a humming noise and leaned against her arm. Padmé looked down at the little boy, that right today was supposed to be him and Din.

Today was supposed to be the next chapter of Luke’s life. Yes her Sun and Moon are grown up, but that was the point. They had their own lives. Lives were they brought good things into the world, Leia working in government and Luke working with sweet kids like Grogu. Yes Padmé would give anything to have her kids be little just for a bit but her kids had become sweet, smart, caring and compassionate people. And that's what mattered, and this sweet little boy is leaning on her. “Grogu,” she said. He only briefly looked up at her.

Leia was going to marry Hans without her and Anakin’s blessing, she was just or even more stubborn than her father. And if they get married, maybe soon Luke and Din would too. Not getting her hopes up too high but it would be nice, they really do seem in love with each. Din was certainly Luke’s type but much nicer than his ex-boyfriend Briggs. And if they get married that would make Grogu her and Anakin. Padmé made a giggle noise, never thinking of having grandchildren before. Even when it did cross her mind she was looking at her old friends on social media holding newborn babies in front of the camera she couldn’t help but feel… well feel old. But now with Grogu here and if Leia and Han had some too. Padmé almost couldn’t hold this giddy feeling inside. Maybe that would bring Anakin out of his.. Padmé sat her plate down and looked down at Grogu. “Hey, do you wanna go to the lake?” She asked. Grogu grinned, grew and ran toward the front door, well hopped like the little frog Luke had told her about. “Hold on there someone needs to get first,” Padmé said and offered her hand to him. Grogu heaved for a second but her look up at smile and took hand.

Hans sighs at the roughly up flowers as sat on the stoop of the Skywalker House. What was he even thinking? He knew that Anakin Skywalker would never give him his blessings. Hell he never liked the idea of Leia or even Luke dating, he would never approve of their marriage. Hans reached into his pocket and felt the ring box he bought for her after the first night when they moved in. He knew as soon as Leia fell asleep on their single mattress on the ground. (They were too tired to put together the bed frame) That this was a girl. The girl he wants to spend his life with. Hans was too deep in thought that he did see a pair of white ankle boots in front of him. “What are you doing here?” Leia said. Hans looks up to Leia standing over him. Still in work clothes with his Jean jacket over her shoulder. “What are you doing here?” He asked. “This is my parents house. And my mom called me,” she said. Then loud cracking sounds of the front door got their attention. “Dad really needs to fix that door,” Leia huffed. Then an old golden retriever hopped through the door. “R2!” Leia squeals as the dog comes up and greets her. “How my old sweet boy,” he pet the dog. “Hey Moonbeam,” Leia look up to see Padmé and little Grogu coming up to her. “Grogu,” the little boy happily hoping for Leia's arms. “How my little green bean,” she said. “Sweet as ever considering he ate two plates of blossom bread,” Padmé said. “Is there anything left?” Leia asked. Padmé snicker. “In the kitchen but first,” she took Grogu from her and handed the little the dog’s leech. “You too,” she gestured over to Hans needing to talk. “Need to talk. I’m gonna go get your Dad,” Padmé said. Before the left Padmé had ruffle Hans scuff hair like she did when he was just a kid. Hans looks up with a confused but hopeful smile. “For the record I approve it,” she said before her and Grogu heading down to the lake.

Chapter Text

The mattress was a little firmer than how Luke remembers but he didn’t care as moan a little bit as he could feel Din’s hand ruffle underneath his shirt. Roaming up and down his back. “So,” Din whispered as his lips made his way to Luke’s neck. Slowly kissing an inch of skin as he made up to his right ear. “What kind of ideas did you have in mind?” he whispered again. “Well, um…” Luke slowly scooted up. “Well you know how I told you how I lost my virginity,” he said. Din nodded his head. Luke only had one boyfriend before Din, Brigg Darklight. Din never met him but if he did he would punch him in the stomach and give him a swift kick in the mouth.

From what Luke had told him he was the kind of guy that didn’t or try their best to stay in the closet. He knew how Luke felt about him but he continued to toy with him. Briggs would drag Luke into the janitor closet or the nearest coat room and for a shameful make out session then make him wait five minutes for the coast to be clear. He would only text Luke when he was in the mood and never once took him out on a proper date. When they finally had sex for the first time Briggs ghosted Luke for two weeks. When Luke had finally found him, he poured out his heart to Briggs and Briggs just pushed him away and told him to leave him alone.

Din could never do something like that. Never do something to anyone, especially to someone as sweet as Luke. Din kissed Luke’s collar making him shutter. “What about it?” he said. “Well since we’re in my high school bedroom, I was thinking I could get a do over with you,” Luke said. Din left his head up. “A do over?” Din said. “Well if you don’t mind we could…” Luke had turned absolutely red. “You know I’m down for any role play but if you don't tell me.” Din once again started to kiss Luke’s neck up and down again then slowly parted his lips and hover over his ear. “Tell me mi amor,” Din said. Luke tried to hold his groan and his eyes rolled to the back of his head. Whenever Din spoke Spanish it would drive Luke crazy. If Luke was a looney tune character he would hit himself over the head with a hammer and his tongue would be rolling out down to the floor. “So what’s going to be?” Din said. “Well…” Luke gulp. “If you don’t make fun of me.” “I won’t,” Din brought Luke’s knuckles to his lips.

Luke blushed and deepened. “Well can we pretend that we were kind…” “What kind of thing?” Din teased. “That we’re back in high school.” then it clicks for Din, “Oh,” he stretches out the vowel. “You want to do the handsome, charming, and charismatic.” “And big headed,” Luke said. Din clicked his tongue. “Jock that sweeps for the smart, awkward but incredibly adorable class president, off his feet.” he said. Luke rolled his eyes, “Well you did say you play hockey.” Din snicker and lean close to Luke and whisper, “So how should we do it, Presidenta de clase,” Luke shutter but then look down at Din’s pants. “Well since you dress up for me,” he said, ringing one of the loops on Din’s pants. “Let me dress up for you.” Luke said. Now it was Din’s turn to melt. Luke giggle at the excited face, he slowly got up from the bed and kissed Din’s check as he walked up to the closest.

A few minutes of Luke stumbling and grunting he walked out his closest and Din was going to explode. Luke was dressed in his old high school uniform. Light blue pants, white button up shirt and golden, white, blue plaid sweater vest. “Dios mío,” Din whispered and sat straight up. Luke giggle with satisfaction. “So we were in high school, we were in the library I was tutoring you in.” Din snicker, “You tutoring me? I may have been a jock in school but I was on the honor roll too.” “Ok okay,” Luke sighed. “You were tutoring me,” Luke exclaimed. “In what subject?” Din asked. Luke looked at him. “I just want to make it realistic,” Din said. Luke smirks, “You were teaching me Spanish,” Luke said. Din laughed at that. He knew Luke had a kinky for when he spoke his native language. He even tried teaching him a few phrases, but Luke could never remember any of it. “But we stay late and you being the rough but also very sweet hockey player offer to walk me home,” Luke said as he was now standing in front of Din. “And we get to your front door,” Din got up and took Luke’s hands into his own. “I say thank you for the walk.” A few seconds of silence. “Now do I take the lead or do the shy and adorable class president.” Before Din could finish his sentence Luke, as always stood on the tips of his toes to kiss Din. Din happily hummed and started to kiss Luke back and his hands roomed to his waist and back. This was Din's favorite type of kiss he would share with Luke. The type that sparks it up. It was like when you tried to light a candle with a lighter, you could feel the sparks skitter across your fingertips. Then you finally light and hear that hiss of air ignited the flame.

“Do I have your first kiss?” Din asked. “Oh you definitely do. Do I have yours?” he asked, his finger tangled around the Din’s patch bread. Din smiles and leans down and kisses Luke once more. “You have my second one too.” Luke giggled. “So class president? Are you parents going to be home soon?” he whispered. Luke grinned, “Oh they are going out of town for the night.” Luke said. Din then brought Luke’s knuckles to his lips and kissed them, “So class president Skywalker, can I hold you tonight. ¿Puedo abrazarte por primera vez?” Luke busted into giggles, not just from Din’s speaking Spanish and kissed his knuckles. It was all too much, Din always knew exactly how to make him melt. How he really wished that he and Din went to school together. “So can I?” Din whispered, “You can if you can translate that for me?” Luke said. Din sighs and leans his forehead into Luke’s shoulder. But then he looks and starts kissing up Luke’s neck to his ears. “Can I hold you for the first time,” he whispered. Luke whimpered and tight his grip around Din’s shirt, “Yes, please hold me.” Din smiles and turns them around and slowly leaning Luke down onto the bed.

Kissing each other as if they were only two people in the world. Din’s lips trace Luke’s mouth, his nose, his cheeks down to the collar. “I really don’t want to take this off you.” Din said into Luke’s shirt. “I’ll be sure to pack it when we leave.” Luke said. Din took over Luke's sweater vest, and started unbuttoning Luke’s shirt. “Or you can just wear it all the time,” Din said, he unbuttoned and ran his figure around Luke’s chest and collar. Slowly drawing little circles around his skin lead down to his nipples. Luke let out a wimp as Din’s grip his chest. “Sentative already,” Din said. Luke bit his inner cheek but in a giggle whimpered as he felt Din’s tongue at his right nipple as a hand trace around the other one. “Quédate quieto presidente de la clase,” Din said. “I really should have brought something to hold you down.” Din said. “Sorry I’m trying to hold still.” Luke said. “Naughty class president. You need to set a good example for me and the other students.” Din kiss his cheeks, his hand still roam around his chest. “Are you going to be a good president?” Din bit Luke’s ear causing him to whimper. “I’ll try to be good,” Luke said. Din grin, let his tongue roam around Luke’s collar bone, then down his chest, his stomach and then his navel. Luke flinched as he felt Din’s tongue drift past his belly button which of course made Din giggle. “You’re so cute,” Din said.

Luke smiled as heat built as Din’s hand began to leave his hands roam around Luke’s thighs and left his legs over his shoulders . His teeth now edge over Luke’s pant’s sliver buttons. “Oh wait,” Luke said, stumbling himself up to his elbows. “What is it?” Din said. “Let me play with you Captains.” he said and then his brow furrowed. “Hockey players have Captains right?” he asked. Din busted laughing. “Yes love, they have Captains.” he said. “Good now if you please?” The two fools both smirk at each other Luke got on the floor, on his knees. Hungry look at the buttons of Din’s own pants. His fingers tapping against the leather of Din’s knees. “Where did you even get this?” he asked. “Got them in my rebellious youth, when I was just starting out.” Luke smirk “Going for the whole badass punisher kind of vibe,” he said. “I might have gotten over bored.” Din said. “Just a little bit, but maybe next time I can be your next bounty.” Luke said. Din loop his finger around Luke’s sun shine locks. “Maybe we should finish this spontaneous role play session before we start playing our next one.” Din said. Luke grinned, “Fair enough,” his hands began roaming up his legs, then shifted Din’s legs around his shoulder and inhaled Din’s scent. He is still small like oak wood bodywash. Luke moved his hand and unbuttoned them and Din slowly shimmed down his pants. “All the way?” he asked. “Just your ankles to be safe.” Luke said, but then snicker at the sight of Din’s boxers. They were bright blue with pineapples and palmtrees. “Sorry it was the first one I grabbed.” Luke smiled, “Don’t worry I like them,” he said and put his hand in the center of Din’s boxers. He was ready to go but needed a little extra help.

Luke pulled down Din’s boxer releasing his dick and took greedily into his hand. He drummed his fingers around the base and slowly started pumping it up and down, Din groaned and Luke's smile grew. “You ready,” he said. Din smirk, “For you always.” Luke grin as he tucked a lock of hair around his ear, and took Din into his mouth. Luke hum as his tongue touched the base of Din’s dick, he always loved his taste. Din might give off the impression of a touch guy but he was just a big o’s softie. His taste proves it. It kind of reminds Luke of smores, you could say that it's the same as Din's personality. He has a hard crisp shell but a gooey center. Luke giggled at that image. “What is it?” Din asked. Luke slowly left his head, rolling his tongue up like Din’s was tootsies pop, which of course made’s eyes start to roll back. “Just think of something almost as sweet as you.” Luke said. Din smirks and pat Luke’s head, ruffling it up and tucking a strain behind his ear. “Come back up here,” he said. Luke pouted, “I wasn’t done,” she said. “As much as I like being your personal treat, we’re kind of on a time clock.” he said, pulling Luke back up from the bed.

Din flick his hand over Luke’s pants button and he giggles as he watches Luke wiggling out them and Din lets out a low whistle. “Now why would the class president wear a pair of those?” he said. Luke was wearing a pair of red and black lacy panties, with little round cherries print on it and bow right underneath his navel. Luke smirks, “Well ever since you started tutoring me I had the biggest crush on you. I’ve been having fantasies about you.” he purred as he wrapped his arms around Din’s shoulder pulling him closer. Din’s eyes never left Luke’s panties. “What kind of fantasies?” he asked. “See you play on the ice, in the sexy black and grey uniform.” Luke’s hands now find the edges of Din’s shirt and start pulling it over his head. “Of you taking me right in the middle of that ice rink.” Din laughed. “As much as I like that idea it would be very very cold. But I do know a very good bathroom stall we could use.” he said. Luke giggled, but blinked at Din’s stained face. “Wait, are you serious?” Luke asked. “Oh yeah there definitely is one but we'll do that next time.” Din said, taking Luke’s lips once pushing him to the bed. “So class president,” Din brought Luke’s knuckle up to his lips and kissed them. “Can I hold you,” he said. Luke sighs and leans up to kiss Din’s lips. “Yes please,” he said. Din hum and his hand went to Luke’s panties, “Oh wait,” Luke said. “What is it?” Din said. Luke reached over to the night stand drawer and pulled out a plastic pink bottle. “Lube doesn’t expire, doesn't it?” Luke asked. Din’s brow furrow. “I don’t think so,” he said. They would look it up later, right now they didn’t care and they were both very horny.

Din poured the lube on his hand and his mouth went to Luke’s chest and his hand went into panties. “At the same time,” Luke moaned, as Din’s tongue flicked against his nipple and his hand began to pump him up and down. “I want to make you feel so spoiled. You’re too precious to me,” Din said. Luke moaned as Din’s lip found up his neck once more reaching up to his ear, he blew a puff of air making Luke whimper. Din then arch his head and make him face him. Luke’s eyes spark with both lust and love. Din kisses the breech of Luke’s nose. “I love you so much,” so much. Luke reaches behind Din’s neck pulling him close enough for another kiss. “I love you too my darling Riduur,” Luke said and gasped. Din had slipped a figure inside of himself. “Din,” “It’s okay, the class president just relaxed," Luke moaned into Din’s shoulder. “I’m okay,” he whimpered. Then Din kissed the bridge of Luke’s nose, “My sweet Luke,” he said. Luke moans as Din places another finger inside of him. Din started to rub around his spot but shot his head up as Din grasped his member. “Wait.. no.. not at the same time,” Luke groaned. Din smiled and kissed Luke's forehead. “Please look at my sweet class president,” he whispered. Luke opens his eyes, deep into Din’s heavily chocolate brown eyes. Oh how he loved those eyes. “I’ve had your first kiss. And that kiss made me fall deeper in love with you. Can I hold you for the first time? Can I make you mine? Just mine and mine alone.” Din said. Luke began to melt once more and wrapped his arms around Din’s neck. “Please hold me Din,” he said.

Din kissed Luke’s cheeks and smirk pulled back to open up the condom. He leaned down to Luke’s ear, “Take a breath,” he said as he entered Luke. Luke gasps, his arms tighten around Din’s neck as feel him. Din lace Luke’s neck with kisses as he reaches further deep inside. It didn’t take long for Din to find Luke’s spot. “Still so..tight,” Din groaned and arched his back up a little bit. “Din,” Luke gaped, and reached up to touch Din’s face. Din took Luke’s hand and kissed his palm as he thrust for the first time. Luke bit his inner cheek trying to hold his moan. Din smirk thrust one and two more times and leaned down to kiss Luke once more. Luke hungrily kisses Din back, bringing his hand to the back of his love’s head. Curling his fingers into Din’s hair. Din moaned as he pulled back and thrust against Luke core once more. “Din,” Luke said with another thrust. “Is this your first time?” Din asked, he brought his hand around Luke’s hip to lift him to arching his legs a little wider. Luke bit his inner check but then Din rolled his hips in a clockwise motion. Luke almost shouted but covered his mouth. Din smirks and removes Luke’s hand from his mouth and kisses him. “You’re my first time too.” he said and rolled his hips once more. “Din..Din…” Luke moans.

Din could listen to Luke talk like this all day, but as much as he would like to stay in the tiny bed all day they have other things to do. He left Luke’s up, making him sit up down on his lap. Luke whimpered as the core began to melt faster, this position always made him squirm. “Din…wait…I’m…I’m going to.” he said. “I know…My Luke…” Din was on the verge of seeing stars. With a final thrust Luke cried out as he felt Din fill him up and his own seed spilled between them.

Both of them panting as they crumbled on the little twin mattress. The lovers looked at each other and both Din and Luke grin and chuckled at each other. “Well that was fun,” Din said. Luke nuzzled into his chest. “We should role-play more often,” Luke said. Din kissed his forehead in agreement. Luke looked up into Din’s eyes, both of them wishing they could stay like this for longer, but they knew they had to get up.

They got half way dress, just their shirts and boxers. “The bathroom is a little small but it should be fine,” Luke said as he opened his door. To his surprise Leia and Hans were coming out of her bedroom. The twin stares at each other for a second. “Did you too?” Leia said point at her brother. “No you first,” Luke said, pointing at their attire. Leia and Hans' hair was stuffed up, Leia’s skirt was ruffled and she wasn’t wearing her work tights, Hans was only wearing his boxers too. But it was the silver ring on Leia’s finger. It is a silver band with a topaz gemstone, that was their birthstone. But then the loud creak of the front door brought them back into reality. “Shit,” the twins whispered. Luke quickly grabs Din’s hand and rushes down the hall. “We call the bathroom,” he said. “Damn it,” Leia said and pushed Hans back into her room. They couples quickly clean them and walk down stairs trying to look as innocent as they could. But to all their surprise Anakin was holding Grogu in his arm Padmé was holding R2 leech, all four of them were soaked to the bone. “What happened to you guys,” Luke said as he reached Grogu. “We were by the lake,” Anakin said and he took notice of the ring on his daughter’s hand. Leia noticed it too and took Hans hand into hers. “We need to talk,” she said. Anakin took a breath, “Yes we do,” but then a very loud croaking sound came from Grogu’s pockets.
