Chapter Text

1. "Born sick, die quick", I was told
Green pale skin with sticky sweat
My days full of labor breaths
With my Mother growing mold,
With my Father bubbling dread,
I think I too, become cold.

Natural orders, it spill over
Red sky, red eyes and red fire
"In life and death we part".

2. From three now one, I live
Poor orphan, lonely student
I make myself impudent,
I make myself imprudent,
Heart and Brain, which should forgive
Grief or passion, one must give.

A sob story for them eyes
The Lord's new adopted child
(Have I always been this vile?).

3. Lord's Sorcerer, honest work
I live just to be alive
That is until you arrive
Swiftly I'm charmed, mesmerized
In love with your every quirks
Yet, for your grace, some eyes lurk...

Our little boy, our angel
Warm as sunshine, just like you
Maybe this, I will not ruin.

4. His envy gives way to wrath,
How can that foul new Lord dare
Try to sway me off my path
Defame me, saying I'm "bad"
Disgrace you, naming you "mare"
Call our love "this small affair"!

I plan, but then foolishly
I trust, a fatal weakness
It fails, this too I have ruined.

5. From three now one, I live
So I am my Father's son
Born to forever outlive
Born to forever relive
To rise and fall with the Sun
Then be mortally undone.

I am fatefully Mother's
Her love is fated to born, to die—
But what is Fate to decide?

6. Death is an old friend by now
Therefore, I'll ask a favor
Red blood, red eyes and red vow
Natural orders, this last hour,
Upturn them, with my prayer
Bring them back, Hell raiser.

Where does it end and begin
My love for you, for power
"In life and death we part".
