As you slowly opened your eyes you could see the light from outside seeping into the polar tang windows, and lighting up the room. You bed felt emptier then normal, someone was missing. As you turn over, you notice your boyfriend Law has already woken up, and got out of bed. You lay there for a bit, before deciding to do the same. As you slowly make your way out of the bedroom you see your boyfriend reading a book of some kind on the couch. You smile, and walk over to him. Once there you look over his shoulder at the book he was reading. It seemed like it was about ninjas.

“Good morning.”

He says as he closes his book, and looks over his shoulder at you.

“Morning.”

You say as you smile at him, and sneak your arms around him.

“What were you reading?”

You ask, a big smile on your face as you cuddle your face into his neck. You had just caught him being his nerdy self, that he tried his best to hide.

“Just a book about human anatomy.”

He replies as he leans his head against yours.

“An anatomy book called ‘The stories of a ninja’?”

You ask as you point at the cover of his book. You could see the slightest blush appear on his face as you point out what he was actually reading.

“Yeah,”

He says as he looks over at you, still standing his ground that it’s not a book about ninjas. He was so cute when he’s like this.

“If you say so.”

You say as you smile, and kiss his cheek.

“Do you remember..”

He said as he pulled you over the side of the couch, and onto his lap.

“We got to meet a ninja when we went to Zou.”

He said as he smiled, and pulled you up against him. Instinctively you smile, and wrap your arms around him.

“Yes, I do remember. You were so happy when he showed you his shadow technique.”

You tease with a smile, and look up at him.

“Well it’s a cool technique, how could I not be happy?”

He asks as he leans down slightly, and places a kiss on your forehead. He must be feeling quite affectionate this morning.

“Ah, yes. The notorious pirate, the surgeon of death, Trafalgar Law fanboying over a ninja.”

You continue to tease him as you lean against him, and wrap your arms around him.

“Ninjas are cool.”

“Whatever you say captain.”
