Chapter Text

this is just a sneak peak for this upcoming chapter

Eda clawthorne and raine whispers had just recently moved in together they were in need of money badly so raine offered to work for the bard coven
eda was hesitant and worried at first but raine eventually convinced her and raine took the job
they were amazing at music they had just got done teaching a class of middle school witches
they were very anxious to do the grading because there was a lot
so they grabbed all the work sheets and went to they're office to do they're grading the papers
they were up all night doing the work they finished around 5 the stretched and cracked they're back they yawned and went out of they're office to bring the paper to scooter they're boss after they dropped them off they gathered they're coat and bag to head home like any other work day until raine heard a loud banging noise they didn't know what it was but it concerned them when they saw the guards start to rush too the emperors throne room they quickly grabbed they're key card to open a door to leave they grabbed there palismen fiddlesticks and flew away towards eda and raines apartment as they were flying they were curious on what the noise was earlier and why was the guards rushing towards the throne room too belos they pushed away there thinking as they reached they're house and walked and saw hooty and owlbert playing a card game hoot shot up and went into raines face greeting them

"🦉hello there raine how was work there did a random kid try biting you're legs again is that why you're practically limping"

"heh no I'm just tired from working all night and day also sitting down in a bad chair chair too so I'm not really in the mood to talk right now hooty"

Raine had gotten ready for bed
and fell asleep on they're and edas bed
they woke up to eda laughing at
hooty and albert playing weird games
They got up and changed into they're gym clothes since it was theyre off day
they walked in with they're backpack and waterbottle
And went to they locker rooms to set they're stuff down

they went over too the treadmill and starting running while listening too music
they were running for atleast a good 40-45 minutes and was sweating bad
They took a long sip of water and went to the weights and started to lift
but as they were lifting weights a bunch of notmal scouts were coming to the gym

They all looked the same with theyre out fits and masks execpt for one
who was wearing a gold mask and looked much scrawnier then the others
almost like a kid raine recognized the others but not this dude
they hae never seen the golden mask person in the castle before
was he new or juat recruited but why was his outfit different and why
would the emperor choose someone who looked so young and so untrained when you join the emperor's the is usually a tournament would be set for just the emperors coven to fight since it was only for very well athletic strong and smart and very powerful fighters could only join and the trials were very difficult and the other covens like bards potions plant magic construction would sit and watch the emperor's coven fight and nearly got killed they knew very strong people who have tried too do those trials before and they all almost died or did die
so how in the name of Titans fuck did he get in looking so scrawny and new raine never saw him in a trial or anywhere so how did he get his place this upsetted raine because people worked most of there lifes to get in the emperor's coven fighting too stay alive meanwhile a kid who hasn't faced any trial's has no fighting experience from what it seems somehow got into the emperor's coven
its wrong Raine thought he didn't deserve his place in the emperor's coven
they sighed and put the weights down and went to go take a shower in the locker room since raibe smelt like sweat they have been here for a couple hours now with the scouts and the golden mask person as they were making they're way too the showers the scouts were making jokes and laughing meanwhile the person who stood out was the different coloured and shaped mask person it seemed like the person was annoyed by the laughter the normal lowered rank scouts saw raine and greeted them and the golden kid just ignored raine they all started to hop in the showers some singing or joking or showing off how many weights they lifted early as raine was taking they're shirt off the weird golden mask kid was eyeing them with no shirt they knew this because the golden mask kid was facing raines way and the kid just froze while staring at raine
raine was annoyed then the golden mask kid took his hood and mask off
he was pale had blonde hair and a little scar on his cheek and he had some blush on his face too raine just ignored it and continued taking there shorts off and socks raine took theyre boxer breifs off and wrapped a towel around themselves and walked towards the shower that was open the wall of the shower stalls were low enough to see other people head to there stomachs but u couldn't see the legs or anything else only if u looked over raine and a few other coven scouts started talking to eachother while the kid with blonde hair and was very short went too the shower next too raine and the weirdest thing happened. As raine was talking to the scouts raine saw the blonde kid staring at raine again raine was so confused on what and why the blonde kid kept staring at them Eventually raine stopped talking and just quickly scrubbed the sweat off and after all the soap got out of they're hair they put the other shampoo in they're hair it was mint scented while applying the soap most of the scouts left because they finished they're were only 2 other scouts and the weird blonde boy they continued rinsing off and grabbed there towel as they were walking to there locker to get changed into they're normal clothes that weren't full of sweat musk they saw the kid changing it was just them now so it was awkward the put there boxers on and put there sweat pants on then they applied some deodorant and put some vanilla scented Cologne on and put they're shirt on they started to sit down to put there socks on they once again saw the kid staring at them so raine had enough and spoke up "Do u need something kid? Its rude too stare" The blonde boy looked away embarrassed "No its just you have cool abs and muscles meanwhile i have none heh uh sorry" Raine sighed "Look thats not an excuse to stare and make someone uncomfortable if you want too get fit then work hard for it just leave me alone kid" They were both silent as raine put there shoes on and left the room raine felt bad but they had to say that because it was the truth

They got home an was greeted by eda

"Hey rainestorm you have a good gym day"

"It was weird but other than the weirdness it was fine.."

"Ah well what was so weird ?"

"Well eda there was this weird blonde kid staring at me and said some weird things too me"

"Well that does sound weird maybe he has some problems though so just maye ignore it?"

"Well eda i did try that but he just kept staring so i got angry and spoke up"

"Raine what did you say exactly"
"I just said that it was rude to stare and that he should basically mind his own business"

"Well raine maybe he will forget and he might not talk to you anymore from the talk with him so i guess you dont gotta worry about him anymore babe"

"Yea hey eda?"

"Yeah"

"Thanks for listening to me"

"Rainestorm no problem we are dating so its okay to tell me how bad or good you're day was"

"Well yeah thanks love im gonna get lunch started for us eda"
Raine walked to the kitchen and started getting pans and cooking sprays also some seasonings for what there about to make they grabbed 4 slices of big bread amd grabbed some cheese they cracked a few eggs and mixed them then dipped the bread in the eggs then as they left the bread in with the eggs the got the spices that were seasonings raine loved to use eda wasn't a very big spicy fan but she loved how raine always made her food

raine continued to put all the spices in a bowl and mixed the seasons together

they took the bread out of the eggs and then put them in the seasoning then codes it all over the bread until it stuck too the bread amd was very full so they put butter on the pan and just a tiny spray of

cooking spray just incase

then they put the bread on the pan and put the cheese on top

as it was cooking raine got more eggs ready and started cooking them they added some pepper and salt to the eggs than they got some lettuce and some

sauce ready like killersketcup
or rancidranch and steakbarbecue
they took
the bread out of the pan
with a
spatula and set it on a plate then they added the eggs on the side of the plate and some dipping sauce than raine added the lettuce on the breads that had melted cheese and nice crispy
red bread with loads of seasons on it and they cut it open
the cheese spilt out from the sides

they handed eda hers
and raine ate theirs

They cleaned the plates than washed them and put them away raine and eda
then went on the couch to watch a movie and cuddle

They both over slept

raine woke up and checked the time
they were shocked on how long they slept
raine kissed eda forehead
and got up and changed into
there bard uniform and got onto
there staff and flew away to the castle
the reached the doors and unlocked it with there key card they walked over to there office and sat they're stuff down getting ready to go across the hall to the middle school bard classroom to teach kids music

once they reached the class room and got the music notes out and a few instruments of there own out because sometimes
the kids forget there instruments
or broke them from trying to joke around fighting with there flutes violin guitars or
electric guitar

so they had some spare instruments for
the kids who wrecked or lost they're instrument's
eventually the kids started to walk in
the class room running
and laughing while smiling excited
they greeted raine raine greeted the kids back every one took there seats and took
there instruments out
waiting for raine to come around and give them tips they all had different
instruments with different kind of music notes raine came around to jaylee
and helped her with her electric guitar
and helped her understand a specific note on her paper to help her learn more abiut her cords

then raine over to amber and checked on her
she was doing perfect and told raine she
did not need any help
then the girl next to amber katya
also said she didn't need help because yesterdays her and amber were at each others houses practicing together since they were bffs for awhile now

After helping every one raine sat down and announced if they need help again come up to
them raine started to read there favourite scary horror book that they started
a week ago they were fidgeting with the bookmark while reading
they yawned and stretched

man they hated all the chairs here

maybe i should order a good chair for my office at least
the bard room door opened and saw belos very close scouts and asked raine to step out since emperor belos wanted to see raine
Raine got up and followed the scouts once they reached the emperors throne room
the scouts just left belos and raine alone to talk

"So mx raine whispers i must ask you something"

"Oh alright emperor belos what did u want to ask me did i do something wrong?"

"Mx raine you didnt do anything wrong but can u do me a very big favor for me"

"Sure belos whats the favor sir"

"Well my newphew hunter is new to the emperor's coven he needs more training but he cant train with the other emperors coven scouts because they disrespect and annoy him too much to focus hunter is very picky with who who chooses to be talkative and actually be listened too so
i need you to help train him since you're not such a big talker and you're the strongest bard other than scooter"

"Oh but im in the bard coven hes in the emperors covem what would i be able to teach
Him"

"Well you could teach him some fighting techniques and how to properly work out on the training
and how too communicate if you do this for me Raine ill raise you're pay by alot so you get more money"

"Well i suppose so"

"Also raine in order for him to learn alot he come to you're house for a few months to make very great fighting progress"

"Woah woah wait belos i dont think he could come home with me my house is not so big it only has 2 bedrooms"

"Well raine if u want that raise you will do as i say am i understood"

"Alright alright he can come to my house and stay but only until he gets trained well
them after that he must leave sir"

"Thats fine raine hunter will knock on you're house door later on tonight because he gots to get ready"

"Okay i will head back to my class now my emperor belos"

"Bye mx raine"

Raine walked back to there classroom annoyed that the goldenguard will be spending months at raines house

Chapter Text

Raine saw the golden guard walking to they're office with his suitcase

Once he got to raines office raine told him to hold on because they had to lock up theyre office before they leave too raines house

once raine finished locking up they walked to the exit and opened the door with raines keycard

raine got there staff out and waited for him to hop on fiddlesticks once he did

raine started to fly raibe notice hunter closing his eyes while raine was flying once

raine landed at there house then unlocked it with Raine's key

The light's were tured off and hooty was asleep so raine

whispered to hunter to be quite and don't walk so loud

raine walked upstairs to bring hunter to the extra room that had a bed but no sheets or blankets but it did have a pillow with no pillowcase

hunter stood there and set his stuff down he pulled a big wolfs blanket out and some black sheets with a black pillow case

and he still haf alot of stuff in that suit case raine closed the door to the extra bed room

hunter would be staying in for a few months

raine walked down too the kitched too get some thing too drink for themselves
They got a cup of appleblood and brought it too raine and edas room they got dressed and laid down

raine had work tomorrow so they set a few alarms for 5:30 too start breakfast for eda and raine and the blonde kid

raine attempted to sleep but they kept tossing and turning

Eventually raine fell asleep
then the sun came in through in

the curtain's they woke up and stated breakfast once the were done they called eda down and went up to where hunter was sleeping raine saw hunter sleeping they turned the light on and
Shook him by his shoulder to wake up

he got up and yawned and still had the eye bags under his eyes

he got up and then Raine left so hunter could get changed into his golden guard clothes

once everyone ate eda came dow and question who was the kid and raine had to explain what why and who was staying here for awhile

eda agreed and walked up stairs to put mascara on

hunter and raine started to get fiddle sticks out to head to work when they arrived

The other scouts looked at raine weird on why the golden guard was with raine

but raine just kept walking too there office when raine opened the door and hunter walked in rane closed the door

and told hunter to follow raine

to there fighting room that they have in there office

raine gave hunter a mouth guard so if he gets punched in the face by one of the robots or abominations he wont loose any teeth

"So raine what do i do"
When he talked it sounded muffled due to the mouth guard

"Hunter put you're arms up in fist's get a good stance and try to balance while fighting so you dont die"

hunter had fought the abomination completely losing and nearly got killed if rane didn't step in

raine took him to the healers coven to get fixed up after he got fixed up raine went to get there lunch by themselves because raine told hunter that raine needrd time to themselvs at lunch

hunter nodded and left

and raine ate peace fully

raine was still upset that ever since hunter came into Raine's houses eda and raine couldn't
get sexually intimate

maybe raine eda should go on a date later on this week

Raine was trying to get eda to go on a date with raine tonight

"Raine if we go on a date tonight who is gonna watch hunter"

"Uhm hooty-?"

"Raine you know well enough that hooty is not mature enough to watch hunter"

"Well i mean hunters a teen can't he just watch himself"

"Rainestorm no he cannot u dont know if he would burn the whole house down or break stuff"

"Well then what should i do"

"Well raine maybe he can come with us?"
"Eda no this is suppose to be about us tonight"

"Well if there is no one too watch him and you said he cant come with us i guess we can't go at all"

"Eda come on"

"Its either he comes or we dont go at all"

"Fine the blonde kid can come"

"I'll go grab him"

Eda kissed raine on the forehead and went up stairs too grab hunter

They all got ready and headed to the restaurant to eat the ordered and waited for there food

raine was upset and eda was talking too hunter

"Babe i got use the bathroom I'll be back

" okay eda"

Eda left to the bathroom and Raine and hunter were silent untill hunter spoke

"Soo how long and eda been going out for"

"Why do you care exactly?"

"Because since im gonna be at you're house for awhile well we should get too know each other"

"Look i am not in a mood to talk alright so lets just be quite and wait for eda"

As eda came back she saw the awkward silence between raine and hunter

"Whats with you Guy's"

"Nothing babe just nothing too talk about"

"Yeah"

"Oh come on guys there should be you guys train and work together "

"I dont know sweety we haven't spent much time even though he works with me"

"Yeah raines right"

"Well then i will tell you something you know how both of you have off tommrow how about you too spend the whole day together so you too wont be so awkward and also so u guys can stop fighting when im not around"

"Eda i can't i got paper work too finish before work starts again"

"Yea miss clawthorne raine should work on those"

"No no no raine you have been busting you're nerdy ass and you're gonna take a break tomorrow and no excuses from you or hunter"

"Eda really!"

"Yes raine now hush"

"Wow you and eda are very different"

"Yeah yeah eda i dont even know what to do with him like where do u want me to take him because i dont know"

"Well what about the carnival that is open tomorrow you guys can go on rides play games and eat the food and junk food there Come on raine do it for me"

"Fine "

"Oh uhm so what time will we wake up mx raine for the carnival"

"I dont know like 12:00 "

Chapter Text

The next day when hunter and raine woke up they both left to the carnival because in the morning eda force them both too go

Raine got the tickets for the rides and gave some to hunter and told him not to loose them

"So what ride should we go on mx raine"

"Uh well how about the famous blood splash roller coaster that goes so fast and there is blood at the bottom to the point its basically a pool of blood"

"Okay"

They both headed towards the ride and got strapped in there seats as they were going around the loops hunter nearly threw up as they were coming down the ride ran through a pool of blood and everyone got splashed by it and at the same time everyone got a picture

after the ride they got out a grabbed the photo and put it in there pocket and went too the food court

"Alright lets eat over there"

"Oh ok whats that though"

"Its a a taco stand with a good menu"

They waited at the line for 10 minutes

"Hey welcome to blood taco what can i get for you"

"Can i get two apple bloods and a chicken quesadilla with some crunchy tacos with spice"

"Alright is that all for you"

"Hold on kid what do you want"

"I will just take the same thing as you"

"Ok uh just another order of the same exact things i got"

"Okay that will be 27.35 snails"

Raine pulled money out and handed the cashier the money then raine got there waiting number for there food once the number was called raine grabbed the food and chose a spot for the both of them to eat once hunter took a bite of his quesadilla his eyes sparked up

"Woah this so is good mx raine"

"Yeah i know now don't waste the food okay"

"Ok i promise i won't"

As they finished eating they walked home

they were at the carnival all day and both were tired as it was getting dark when they got home they were greeted with eda and both of them waved and hunter told eda how it went

raine went upstairs and got changed and brushed there teeth

and got into bed waiting for eda to get in as she was taking off her lipstick and mascara
When she finished she laid down next to raine in the dark

"Raine i think hunter is asleep"

"Okay so?"

"Well since we haven't had sex in awhile maybe this might be the time since he's asleep and im pretty sure he wont be able to hear us from the room he's in"

"Eda i don't know it feels weird doing that stuff with him in the house we should wait till hes gone because i dont wanna get caught with you and me hun"

"Well okay then night raine"
Eda kissed raine on the cheek and closed her eyes

they both fell asleep

until something very very veryyy awkard happened

raine got up to use the bathroom and walked in and closed the door
and pulled there boxers down and started to pee Raine was tired and could barley see without there glasses as they were standing and peeing then they heard the door open and saw hunter
and then hunter saw raines genitals turned red and shut the door fast

shit raine thought
Why the fuck didn't he knock didn't he see the light was on crap was he gonna tell eda what he saw raine pulled there pants up and flushed the toilet and put the toilet seat down and crawled into bed and fell asleep quickly after over thinking

The next morning after the incident it was awkward between raime hunter as eda was making waffles she was humming and was confused on why it was quite because yesterday when hunter and Raine got back they both were talking how much fun they had at the carnival

"Whats up between you too"

"Uh nothing Babe just tired"

"Same miss eda"

"Alright well Waffle's are almost done and i gotta pee so keep a eye on them so they dont burn"

"Ok babe"

Raine took a sip of there apple blood and hunter was just flustered from the memory last night
then eda came back and started eating with them both then washed the dishes when they were all done eating

"Alright raine and hunter i got work at the potions and items sell stand so don't fight when im gone"

eda kissed raine on the cheek then left hunter felt a pinch of jealousness
then raine got up and went on there scroll
Hunter sat next to them then raine looked up from there scroll

"What hunter"
"Uhm can we talk about last night raine"

"Whats there to talk about exactly"

"Well me walking in the bathroom when you were uh peeing and i saw you're penis"
"well lets forget about it because i was just peeing"
"Look i know you love eda but is she really worth it"
Then hunter put his hand on raines chest and sliding his hand down towards raines lowerhalf

"What the fuck is that suppose to mean"

raine pushed hunter off of them

"Look just because we went to the carnival and had a good time doesnt mean i like you like that or even at all so just leave me alone"
"Wait what im sorry look i can do better i promise
" get away from me you weird- kid "
Raine went upstairs and hunter was mad at eda hunter went to his room and started to think the only reason raine didn't want to be with him is because maybe raines scared they might get caught by eda shit hunter thought it is her maybe if she wasnt here then raine will love me but how should i get rid of her maybe i should make her hate raine so raine will break things off with her

then he fell asleep even though it was early in the day

With Raine though they were in there room pacing back and fourth what the actual fuck was that kid thinking what am i suppose to do if eda finds out not only that but since this shitty incident happend it will be terrible to be around hunter fuck fuck how am i suppose to get him back out of my house so he can live back at the castle
raine sat on there bed and later on in the day when eda came home raine pulled eda into the room to talk with her and tell her what happend

"Wait so hunter tried to flirt with you and preceded to do all that stuff on you so he basically has a crush on you"

"Yes eda and i dont know what to do with him like should i kick him out go to the emperor and tell him what happened maybe he will take hunter back so i dont have to deal with him anymore ill go talk with him on my next work day"

"Okay raine i trust you but we should proably both talk to hunter too to let him know what he did was bad and that he should never do that again "

When dinner came around they were all quite besides the plates and the silverware clatter

"So hunter raine told me uh about what happend"
"About what nothing happened"

"Look hunter its just you're only 14 and a kid meanwhile raines an adult and you cant do that to an adult and an adult cant do that too you so please don't do that again to raine or anyone"

Hunter got up and ran to the room and locked the door

eda and raine stared at eachother
"Eda u did great"

Raine kissed eda and continued eating there spicy noodles

After they were done eating and hopped upstairs eda began flirting with raine
In the dark room under the covers
"Raine you in the mood for tonight"

Eda kissed raines throat

"Heh eda you really in the mood"
"Always"
Raine flipped them and both began kissing then kissing turned into making out the hickeys then taking eachothers clothes off
raine and eda were very vocal during sex
Raine was quickening there thrusts in eda while there was very loud sounds of moans and raines balls slapping against edas ass
then they both finished loudly and both of them fell asleep

hunter heard raine and eda having sex and cried why didn't raine love him back
He fell asleep woke up and headed to work early so he didn't have to see eda or talk to raine that day then he went to his uncles throne room
too talk to him about whats been going on

"Uncle can we talk"
"Sure what is it hunter"
"Uhm can i come back to the castle fully and live back here i dont like it at raines house"
"Oh but why"

"Its just such a small space ya know"
"Well okay but you still have to train with them even if you move back here understood"

"Understood uncle"
Hunter put his mask on went back to raines house and packed his bags then left and walked back into his old emperors castle room

Raine was still asleep butt naked with eda cuddled up peacefully since this was Raine's day off

Chapter Text

When eda and raine woke up it was around 10 or 11 and both of them took a nice bath together washing eachothers hair
and both got dressed eda combed raine short curly hair back then both went downstairs but realized hunters door was open and everything was gone raine thought that he ran away from everyone so raine called the emperor and the emperor replied that hunter wanted to live at the castle but raine will still train hunter at fighting
raine agreed and hung up and yawned and looked at eda
"He wants to live back at the emperor's castle but i still gotta fight train him"

Eda hugged Raine from the back
and kissed raine
"Well i guess we don't gotta keep an eye on him every seconded and make sure he doesn't try to have his way with you anymore"

"Yeah love i suppose so"

eda and raine left to go shopping and eda saw Lilith and both of them starting talking and laughing like old times and then lilith told eda that she actually adopted a child named luz

"Woah lils didn't know u had it in you"
"Same honestly but i felt bad and she was adorable so i got her now"

"Awh well me and raine were just going shopping wanna walk and talk"

"Sure sister"

"Hey you guys aren't fighting like always"
Lilith and eda started to chuckle
as they were walking towards the shop raine couldn't quite hear what eda and lilith were talking about but they were sure
they both were talking about luz and how cute she was so basically they were talking about kids raine wondered if eda ever wanted kids eda would make a good mom and a cool one too
later on that day eda wanted too talk to raine
"hey raine"
"yeah babe?"
"so remember when we both met luz earlier today"
"yeah what about it hun"
"Well it made me have this weird heart warming feeling and since we've been dating since we were 15 and now we are married"
"mhm"
"Well I was wondering raine if you wanted too try for a baby with me raine"
"wait really"
"yeah raine I think we should add a whispers or clawthorne to the family so what do you say?"
"sure ofcourse wanna try tonight "
"yea I'm gonna get food from the fast food restaurant "
"ok love you eda be safe while flying"
As eda flew to get food there was a long line at the  fast food place as she finally made it in front she ordered her food and grabbed it
And went home too raine and passed the food to raine hooty and to herself

Later on that night they had very loving and passionate sex with eachother and the next morning eda took a pregnancy potion to see if she was pregnant or not she waited an hour and it turns out she was pregnant
She wanted to surprise raine with the news
So she threw a party and when raine got home lilith Steve hooty eda and a few others screamed surprise
At first raine didn't know what it was about until eda showed rain the potion
"Oh my titan you're pregnant already"
"Hahha yeaahh I'm so excited raine"
"Same eda I'm so happy I can't wait"

Raine picked eda up and kissed her and spun her around while everyone was cheering for the both of them and then edas dad and mom and raines dad and mom came up to the both of them to congratulate the both of them on becoming parents kinda because the baby will still in edas uterus and wasn't born just yet because it was very very very soon but still
eda and raine were so happy they were crying and laughing they kissed and ate some cake and alot of the other food that was at the party while listening to music and people singing along

The next day everyone was laying down on couch floor passed out from last nights party
And raine and eda were snuggled up eda putting her face in the crook of raines neck and both of them were both warm covered by a blanket
Meanwhile lilith was laying on the kitchen table after getting very drunk with hooty and Steve the only ones who didn't drink were eda and raine and Ms gwen and Mr dell

When everyone did wake up they helped clean up the trash and threw the trash away
Then chatted with eda and raine then left then eda and raine were by themselves again
"Well eda wanna go get some breakfast some where I'm not really in the mood to cook"

"Mhm sure let's go now cuz I'm tired baby"
"Ok let's go then"
They both left to a breakfast place and sat down and ordered some breakfast foods like eggs juice waffles toast and jam
While eating they talked about how to baby proof the house this week and they knew eda just got pregnant like a day or two ago but still they wanted to make sure before the baby was born everything was set up like a crib and decoration and toys for the baby whens it born and clothes so they both don't have to worry about that later so after eating eda and raine went to a store and got a shopping cart and put light green and got got some white paint and some paint brushes they went to look for teddy bears and a baby monitor to keep an eye on the baby with the sound and camera on the monitor so they know when the baby is crying or is trying to crawl out of the crib when the baby's old enough
