Chapter Text

Rabbit-Fox and Raccoon Going to Anima City

"Are you sure there isn't anything for me to do? You know your father is ready to jump in when we need to him." A woman's voice asked worry for her son who is on the phone.

"Don't worry, mom. We're going to be fine, it's the only way Michiru and I will be able to live a life without hiding anymore. We'll figure something out." A young man in a dark green cloak and hood said to his mom.

"Well, I always knew you would leave to be on your own someday, just didn't expect it would be like this." The mom said.

"I know, but we'll be okay because we got each other." The young man assured that everything is going to be okay.

"Alright, you two be careful and try not to make me a grandmother too soon. I know how animals can be with their mating season." The mom pointed out being concern.

"Mom?! I already told you, we're not like that! We're just friends! Even though I do like her, but nothing to the extreme nor do anything so indecent since we're still so young?!" The young man stuttered while he can feel his cheeks blushing a little.

"If you say so, just let me know when you get there and don't forget to call me at least every week because you know how worry I can be!" The mom requested exclaiming.

"I will, love you, mom." The young man smiled.

"Love you too, Izuku." The mom said it back before the boy hung up.

"Okay, I'm ready." Izuku said.

"Alright, let's go." The girl next to him, Michiru, nodded before going into the old pathway to the station. She is also wearing a dark red cloak with a hood as well.

The two went through the hallway until they found the machine to give them the tickets they need to go somewhere, there is also a poster of a human hand and an animal hand holding onto each other with the words "Let's Hold Hands" below them.

Michiru went in first to get hers then Izuku was about to get his, but they heard footsteps coming and they quickly hide.

Four people came in, two guys and two girls, walking through the hallway to do something fun until they stop in front of the poster and one of the guys decided to mess with it by spray painting the black paint for a moment and the group leaves as they laugh mockingly.

Up in the air vent, the duct is moved by Michiru who was hiding inside and jumps out, then she grabs a long and soft tail to pull down Izuku.

"That was a close one." Izuku sighed in relief whispering.

"Hurry up and get your ticket so we can leave." Michiru said.

Izuku put in the destination for his ticket, but he stops for a moment when he saw what one of the men did to the poster which made him mad on the inside and clutching his fists. Michiru also saw the Japanese symbols saying "DIE BEASTMEN!" which made her sad and can understand why Izuku is feeling mad right now.

"I still can't believe people like those would still treat the Beastmen like this." Izuku disappointed.

"I know, but we won't have to worry about that anymore since we're going to live a new life together." Michiru said with her cheeks blushing a little.

"Yeah, a new life together." Izuku nodded.

"Ten years ago, the Beastmen special zone was set up, but many are still opposed to the self-govern region. Anti-Beastmen protest are in front of the Diet Building." A newswoman reported on a TV screen in a street.

Izuku and Michiru ran past the TV in a hurry then make their way to a bus that is about to leave for one city they needed to go, they hurry and quietly set themselves on top of the bus.

"I feel really bad about doing this." Izuku exclaimed.

"I know you don't like breaking the law like a good little boy, but this is the best way possible for us to ride this bus without the people inside to notice us." Michiru pointed out.

"I know, I know, I'll just have to get with it, but that doesn't mean I'm going to like it." Izuku exclaimed.

Then the bus started moving, leaving the station and out of the city border, once the cost was clear and there aren't any eyes watching them, the two stowaways can be at ease and take off their hood revealing themselves to be Beastmen.

"Man, I thought we were going to fall off, but glad that didn't happen." Michiru sighed in relief.

Michiru appears to be a raccoon Beastman. Her chin-length bob-cut hair and tail are blue in color with black ends. She also has teal eyes, and black pointy cat-like ears on the top of her head. Her hand-paws, feet-paws, and a patch on her face are dark brown while the rest of her fur is light brown. She wears a loose gray tank-top, a black undershirt underneath, navy dolphin shorts with light green trim, a red sports jacket with white trim and an unfolded collar, and white sneakers with red soles. Her tail sticks out from her shorts. Breasts size: F-cup.

Izuku is somewhat short for his age, his round face is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curls up at odd angles around his head, casting noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, their irises the same shade of green as his hair. He has a set of nine whiskers on each cheek with his body covered in emerald-green fur, long rabbit ears on his head, buck teeth, and long feet. He also got a big very light green fluffy tail with a longer tail coming out that almost looks like a fox. He wears an oversize red and blue hoodie, dark blue pants, and a pair of red toeless shoes.

"Finally, we can relax for a while." Izuku smiled as he looks up at the sky.

"Yeah, it's all smooth sailing from here on out." Michiru smiled too and she stretches her arms up.

Izuku looks at Michiru seeing that she can feel relax again after all this time, all the times they both had to hide away from everything they knew once "This" happened to them for a year in their homes.

"(I swear, I will protect you, Michiru, even if it cost me my life.)" Izuku thought determined to keep that promise to her in his mind.

"Huh, is something wrong?" Michiru asked, noticing how Izuku has been staring at her for a moment.

"What? N-Nothing is wrong with me!" Izuku stuttered and tries to change the subject.

"Hey look, I can see Anima-City!" Izuku pointed ahead beyond the large body of water.

Michiru looks on ahead to see the very city they have set out to find since this morning, and now it's within their sights as she smiles with excitement.

"(Wow, it looks great from here!)" Michiru thought commented.

Mirchiru then took out her phone to check the video Izuku showed her a week ago that made her decide on leaving home for the safety of her parents and for her to still have a life. She found the video and started playing it with Izuku leaning in the watch the video about Anima City.

"Ever since the establishment of the Beastmen Special Zone, Anima City has continued to grow as a place where Beastmen are truly able to live as themselves." A woman in the video explained with a smile.

"Sounds great." Michiru smiled.

"I hope we don't run into any trouble in that city, I at least want to know more about the Beastmen." Izuku said.

"We are the sponsors of the Beastmen Special Zone Project: Beast's New Age. Sylvasta Pharmaceutical."

"(Can't wait to get there.)" Izuku thought smiled.

His ear twitches upon his long bunny ears just heard something snaps from a close distant and right behind them, and his instincts kicks in to warn him of danger coming in fast.

"Michiru!" Izuku pulled her into his arms and away from the spot she was sitting on to allow an arrow to sly past them.

"What the…?!" Michiru shocked.

Izuku turns around to people riding two motorcycles and one black van driving towards the bus fast with one person riding on a motorcycle with his friend to reload the bow-gun.

"Oh no, it's the Anti-Beastmen Protesters!" Izuku instantly realized what's going on here.

"But how did they even know we are on this bus?" Izuku asked himself.

"Well, this bus is heading for Anima City, so anyone going there is probably consider a bad thing to them which is stupid." Michiru pointed out.

"(They're gonna try and attack us, but that would also put the people on this bus in danger too.)" Izuku thought worried about the passengers of this bus.

"Michiru, listen to me. We're going to jump." Izuku said.

"Wait, what? What do you mean jump?" Michiru asked surprise.

"Those guys are only after us, but the people might get hurt if the fight ends up damaging the bus with people still in it." Izuku pointed out.

"Just hang onto me!" Izuku stood up while carrying Michiru in his arms bridely style.

"W-Wait! I'm not reaDDDDDYYY?!" Michiru screamed as Izuku jumps right off about twenty feet high and a little over forty feet far from the bus.

The Anti-Beastmen Protesters were a little shocked to see that one of them just jumps off the bus like it was crazy or something, but they wouldn't let those animal freaks get away as they parked their vehicles on the side of the road and hurry after them.

"Izuku! If you ever scare me like that again then I'm kicking your ass!" Michiru screamed before her blue tail grew bigger into a cushion for the soft landing.

"Thanks, your tail really saved us." Izuku thanked.

"Sure, no problem." Michiru panted before Izuku started hopping away again still carrying her in his arms.

"We got to hurry to the nearest place where there are Beastmen probably waiting for other Beastmen like us trying to get into the city." Izuku said.

"How do you even know all of that?" Michiru asked.

"Because I was told by all of this from Kacchan just yesterday, good thing he did otherwise we would be running around the forest for a while." Izuku answered.

"Wait, Katsuki told you and he knows about it too?" Michiru asked shock.

"I don't know how, but it's a good tip for us to get away from the Anti-Beastmen group like the ones just now." Izuku said as he tries going a little faster.

"Well, well, it looks like the little ones have come to us." A woman giggled walking up to them along with two others.

"Huh, people?" Michiru surprised.

"No, their scents are… Beastmen!" Izuku shocked to discover those people are really Beastmen.

"That is correct, bet you didn't expect to see Beastmen like us are able to take on human form as we please." The young woman chuckled.

"My name is Izuku Midoriya and this is Michiru Kagemori, we wish to get to Anima City." Izuku introduced himself and Michiru.

"Oh, getting the names of the little cute couple. My name is Marie Itami." Marie teased with a little introduction.

Marie, in her human form, has a brown skin tone, mauve dreadlocks, and green eyes. She sports a dark gray sweater, pale gray hooded overcoat, brown belt, and cerulean skinny jeans tapered at the end, and black high-heeled boots. For accessories, she dons a pair of green visor sunglasses over her forehead and gold hoop earrings. Breasts size: D-cup.

"We're here as volunteers to help lost Beastmen like yourselves to be escorted to Anima City, and I'm sad to say that the road you two were taking were blocked off by those mean Anti-Beastmen group." Marie informed.

"Oh, it just like you said they would do." Michiru surprised that Izuku was right.

"Oh, so you already know, must have the sharp instincts." Marie impressed and transformed into her mink form: she has a longer, broader neck, a square face with small outward-facing ears perched atop her head. She grows claws on her hands and a long, bushy tail in the back.

"Well, my sharp instincts are telling me that you're suspicious" Michiru narrowed her eyes at Marie.

"That hurts my feelings." Marie acted hurt, seeing this girl has good judgement on others she just met.

"So, how much is this gonna cost?" Michiru asked.

"Huh, but she just said that she's a volunteer." Izuku confused of what Michiru meant by that.

"Gosh, you're slow on this. And would you please put me down! It's getting really embarrassing in your arms!" Michiru begged as she blushes a little.

Izuku quickly realize this, worrying that he might be giving the three Beastmen here the impression that they're a couple, and quickly put her down.

"There they are!" A man shouted angrily.

"Oh, looks like those naughty Beastmen haters caught up." Marie said in a sassy tone.

"That's fine, I was looking for an excuse to beat them up." A male warthog Beastmen cracked his knuckles.

"Let see how tough they once they see my fangs." A female cheetah Beastman growled.

They see the Anti-Beastmen group running through the forest with weapons ready to beat up those animal freaks they hate so much, and just as the two Beastmen were about to go in and beat them up, Izuku jumps in standing in their way.

"The fuck are you doing? Move!" The warthog Beastman demanded.

"No! I'm not going to let you hurt them, but I'm almost not going to let them hurt you as well." Izuku refused to move.

"Huh, you're trying to protect both sides? Are you out of your fucking mind?" The cheetah Beastman angered of this.

"I know both sides have been at odds with each other for over ten overs when Beastmen were discovered, but we still share the same world and I believe we can find way for all of us to truly come together as one." Izuku believed strongly shocking all except for Michiru who just smiles.

"Is that kid for real?" Marie asked shock.

"Yeah, always thought of himself as a hero." Michiru sighed smiling.

"You Beastmen are gonna be fuck in Hell!" One man shouted in rage.

Izuku feared with the Beastmen and Anti-Beastmen were about to duke it out on each other if he doesn't do something.

"The only one going to Hell… IS YOU!"

A motorcycle came through the trees getting everybody's attention and that bike jumps a little with the front wheel landed right on the man's face so hard and sending him crashing hard onto a tree, his head bruised and unconscious hard on the head.

"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" Everyone shouted in shock.

"Well, look what we found on our date ride, some idiots trying to stop an annoying rabbit Deku and raccoon Michi." A young man smirked.

"Ugh, just what we need." Michiru sighed.

"Kacchan!" Izuku smiled.

"Who the fuck are you? A Beastman?" A hooded girl asked.

"Hell no, I'm much worse than a Beastman. I'm Katsuki Bakugo and I'm here to kick your ass!" Katsuki introduced himself with a Devilish smirk.

Katsuki is a young man of average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, sandy blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color. He wears a flaming color theme leather jacket with a white shirt underneath, black pants with one long fire symbol on the right leg. He also sports black, knee-high combat boots with orange soles and eyelets.

"Yeah, you guys are in so much trouble." A girl walked up from behind Katsuki.

"Kyoka!" Michiru surprised.

Kyoka is a petite, fair-skinned girl with a slender build. She has triangular onyx eyes with notably long lower eyelashes and small eyebrows. Her dark-purple hair is chin length, with an asymmetrical fringe that has two reflections shaped like heartbeat monitor waves on either side. She wears a black leather jacket, long salmon-colored shirt with several rips at the collar and hem, black pants, and boots with stereos built into their shafts. She also has two small, triangular red paint marks just below her eyes, a plain black choker, and white fingerless gloves. Breasts size: B-cup.

"You all better leave or else!" Katsuki pointed a metal bat with a grenade shape ball on it.

"Why are you threatening us? You should be hating the Beastmen!" One hooded guy pointed at the Beastmen behind them.

"Why would we hate the Beastmen? They're awesome, like a new part of the Earth family and they're cool to hang around." Kyoka smiled.

"Great, a fucking animal lover!" One bald man disgusted, and suddenly got smacked down on the head by Katsuki.

"I'm the only one who talks to my girlfriend like that!" Katsuki angered.

"Izuku! Michiru! Get going now, we'll hold them off and teach them some manners!" Kyoka called out and threw a kick at one hooded girl down.

"And when you get there, meet up with my contact named Red Riot. He'll help you two settle in." Katsuki informed.

"Red Riot!" Marie surprised to hear that name.

"Thank you, Kacchan! I promise we'll never forget you!" Izuku smiled before he started running with Michiru.

"Fuck off! I rather forget about you!" Katsuki shouted in anger.

"Hope to hear from you soon!" Kyoka waved goodbye.

"Bye, Kyoka! I'll miss you and keep Katsuki from killing anybody!" Michiru said.

"Screw you!" Katsuki shouted again after he knocked down another bastard Anti-Beastmen.

Izuku, Michiru, Marie, and the other two Beastmen hurry their way to the motorboat and sail out of there as the two knew they could never come back to their old life ever again.

Chapter Text

Night Arrival at Anima 10-Year Anniversary Celebration

Izuku and Michiru are riding on the boat with Marie and the two Beastmen as they make their way to the Beastmen city where they would be safe, they look over the horizon to see the city is getting closer for them while Marie is counting the money she got from them.

"So, is it true that the city is really for Beastmen only?" Michiru asked.

"That's right, Anima City. What's your reason for going?" Marie asked the two of them.

"Here, this is my student ID card. What I used to look like." Izuku showed Marie his student card showing the picture of his former human self.

"H-Hold on, Izuku! Are you really sure it's a good idea to show her that?" Michiru asked worry.

"I don't think there's anything to worry about. We can trust her, and I don't think she would go around telling secrets as important as this one." Izuku believed.

"Hold the fuck on! This… Are you telling me that a couple of Beastmen like you actually lived among humans before coming to Anima?" Marie asked shock while looking at the picture of Izuku as a human.

"No, it's actually the opposite, you could say. We used to be full-blooded humans, but then something happened that caused us to become Beastmen." Izuku revealed, this shocked Marie even more as she looks at the picture again.

Izuku's form human life had a round face is framed by a short mop of fluffy dark-green hair which curled up at odd angles around his head, cast noticeably dark shadows onto itself. His eyes are large and somewhat circular, and his irises are the same shade of green as his hair. He had a set of four symmetrical freckles in diamond formations, one on each cheek.

"Hold on, hold on, you're really telling me that you two used to be humans?" Marie asked shock.

"I have no reason to lie to you, even when we don't have more proof. You will have to take that picture of my former human life and my words." Izuku said.

Marie can definitely tell the level of seriousness in his eyes and look over to Michiru who gave her a slight nod, also telling her that she used to be human too. That made Marie's mind explodes with this new discovery.

"Okay, this is shit… I know we Beastmen can change into our ideal human form at will, but I never heard about humans becoming Beastmen. You guys are a whole new breed altogether." Marie commented.

"Oh great, now we're freaks to even Beastmen." Michiru sighed worry.

"Don't worry, I'm sure we can still fit in within the city and maybe we can find something we can do that fits into our new life." Izuku believed with one arm pulling her in a little and his tail on top of hers.

"He's right, you two will be able to sleep peacefully from now on." Marie nodded to confirm this.

"But still, humans becoming Beastmen has never happened before though maybe some old timers or scientists could help try to understand why that happened." Marie said.

Izuku and Michiru look at each other for a moment seeing that they are something of a new kind of Beastmen.

"By the way, Izuku, right? What kind of Beastmen exactly are you, I'm seeing a rabbit and yet you have a fox tail." Marie asked curiously.

"I'm not really sure myself, maybe a Rabbit-Fox?" Izuku guessed.

"Hmm, I heard about few animals are like combined of two animals like the platypus, the bullfrog, the catfish, but never about rabbits and fox." Marie said.

By the time the group arrives at Anima City at a little dock station, it is nighttime and the two newly Beastmen got off safe and sound.

"Alright, we're here! Once we're off this ship, we're complete strangers. You got that?" Marie said because she doesn't want any trouble for doing this.

"We got it, thank you." Michiru understood.

"I heard about Kacchan's contact before, but he never told me about what Red Riot looks like which means it's gonna be hard to find him." Izuku pointed out one problem.

"Well, consider how loud and aggressive Katsuki can be, maybe this Red Riot guy is also loud." Michiru guessed.

"Oh yeah, that guy can be loud whenever he wishes to talk about manly things like helping an old lady cross the street and stopping bullies." Marie giggled.

"Oh, so you know Red Riot?" Izuku asked. This causes Marie to flinch on realizing what she just revealed.

"Shit… I just had to open my big mouth." Marie exclaimed.

"You sound like you're scared of the guy." Izuku noticed that expression.

"Scared, me? I'm not scared of some guy I may or may have not been close to him in a way because it's NOT!" Marie proclaimed with her face looking a little red though couldn't tell because of how dark it is right now.

"Okay, so… Can you at least tell us what Beastman he is?" Michiru asked with a sweat drop.

"He's a Pangolin, and he also has red spiky hair that stands up with two little ones that are like horns, and he also has that stupid yet hard smile that can't be broken no matter how much you'd try to beat him up." Marie explained a few details about Red Riot.

"(I'm starting to think this woman and Red Riot are a thing, or perhaps used to be.)" Michiru thought guessed as she notices how Marie is smiling.

"I'm only giving you guys this information for free since that loud human friend of yours seems to have connection with Red Riot. Now get going." Marie gestured to go now.

"Alright, thank you!" Izuku nodded.

"You have a nice night!" Michiru waved goodbye as they walk towards the city.

Marie watches them leave and then let out a sigh as she is still surprised by what she just witnessed today.

"A human and a Beastman being best friends, two humans suddenly becoming Beastmen, shit. Life is just full of surprise." Marie commented.

Izuku and Michiru walks into the city with no difficulty like through the gate though the rabbit-fox boy can tell that something off is going on as they make their way into the city, but he can't put his finger on it.

"Hey Michiru, I know it's nighttime and all, but doesn't this feel too quiet?" Izuku asked.

"Now that you mention it, everything is dark and quiet. I can't even single light out, not a single sound either." Michiru noticed this, starting to get worried.

Then they find themselves in what appears to be a center of the city or something, and everything is still quiet which gives off a spooky vibe.

"Do you think everyone has turned in for the night?" Izuku asked.

"Nope, it's something much more fun than that." A guy said.

Izuku and Michiru gasp when they heard the sound of someone who just happened to be close to them and not even Izuku's rabbit ears have noticed this at all.

"Huh, hello… Did we come here at a bad time?" Izuku asked.

"Oh no, you two actually came here at just the right time." The guy smirked as he walked up to them.

"Look up there!" The guy pointed upward.

Both newly Beastmen look up at the highest building and saw what appeared to be a glowing majestic wolf standing on top of the building, and they felt like their breath has been taken away.

And then a howling was heard followed by another howl and some dozens of more as the two see glowing yellowish white eyes appearing in the darkness.

"What's going on here?" Izuku asked, feeling a bit scared.

"That is something you two are going to like." The guy smirked.

Michiru clenches onto Izuku a little tightly feeling scared of what's about to happen.

Until the lights came on showing lots and lots of Beastmen together with confetti and cheers shouting around, some are dancing while others are singing and doing some stance for certain things like when you see some in a special festival.

"It's a festival!" Michiru and Izuku smiled realizing this.

"You better believe it is, and it's an awesome festival to behold!" The guy smirked.

The giant jumbo flat-screen TV turns on showing the appearance of a naked-mole rat female Beastmen on the screen.

"It's the mayor!" One Beastman alerted and everyone looks up.

"It's Mayor Rose!"

"Long live the Mayor!"

"(That's the mayor, I think she's that woman from when we the news on the bus.)" Izuku thought almost recognized that woman.

"Anima City is established 10 years ago. However, the division between Beastmen and humans still remains. Nevertheless, this land has continued to serve as a place for Beastmen and exists in peace. So, with that said, let's commemorate the last ten years as well as the next ten years and our future by celebrating our anniversary!" Mayor Rose smiled.

"We really did it, we're really in Anima City!" Izuku smiled.

"We don't have to hide who we are anymore!" Michiru threw her cloak away, and so does Izuku.

With the cloaks gone, Izuku is shown to be wearing a dark green jacket with spikes at the end of the sleeves, a white shirt underneath with the hands of a human and a Beastman holding each other which shows his support for the two races to co-exist, black shorts with green pockets, and has a necklace with a green skull of a bunny on it as a pendant.

"That's right! You just stumble upon the amazing anniversary party that you can only find here!" The guy smiled with his arms up.

"I'm really glad you guys were able to find your way here, BakuBro did inform me about you two coming at night." The guy mentioned a guy.

"Wait, BakuBro? Hold on, are you Red Riot?" Izuku asked, realizing who this guy is.

"Red Riot? You mean Katsuki's contact?" Michiru asked shock.

"Yep, that's me! My real name is Eijiro Kirishima, and it's great to meet you two in person!" Eijiro greeted with an introduction.

Eijiro is a muscular young Beastman of average height and a rather impressive physique for his young age. He has red eyes pointed slightly inwards, and a small scar just above his right eye. He also has small eyebrows and pointed teeth. His hair is bright red and spiked away from his head at all angles with gel, with two more pronounced tufts spiked on either side of his forehead like little horns. His Beastman form is that of a pangolin with his body covered in keratin scales which cover him like armor plates with a tail as well. He wears a jagged sash that joins the one on his left to the right side of his belt, which has a red "R" set into its center, standing for his Hero name, "Red Riot" Below this, he wears baggy black pants and half cape with a ripped hem. He also sports dark red boots and thick rings around his calves. He leaves his chest bare.

"Welcome to Anima City!" Eijiro smiled.

"Oh wow, you are so much friendlier and polite for someone who would be friends Katsuki of all people!" Michiru surprised, her imaginary of the rude boy who is friends with Katsuki has been shattered.

"Thanks, I always thought he and I would be like brothers even though we haven't seen each other in a long time." Eijiro chuckled.

"But don't you get yelled at and hearing curses from Kacchan?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah, he does those yelling and stuffy, but that's just BakuBro being BakuBro and I'll gladly stand by his side for he needs a good friend." Eijiro stated smiling.

"(Whoa, he's so brave!)" Michiru and Izuku thought amazed.

"So, you guys wanna see more of the festival and have fun?" Eijiro asked.

Izuku and Michiru smile with excitement as they look at each other for a little moment before going back to Eijiro to give him their answer.

"Yeah!" They said together.

With that being said, Eijiro took them around to see all the wonderful and fun things here in the festival with seeing a few performances of the Beastmen like dancing and music playing, games to win some prizes which Izuku was actually able to do on two games and win them for Michiru which she accepts.

They even just look around seeing the smiling faces on all of the Beastmen.

"Whoa! It looks just like that wolf we saw on the roof!" Izuku was amazed of the giant silver wolf float passing by.

"Wow, it's like everyone is celebrating like there's no tomorrow." Izuku was amazed.

"That's because it is with ten whole years has passed since this city was finish being build and every Beastmen who ever wants to live in peace would just come here since they had to face so many Anti-Beastmen people who wanted us nothing but to hide away so we'll never be seen again or just dead." Eijiro explained.

Hearing all of this causes Izuku to think back earlier when he and Michiru were getting their tickets and hid away from those humans, the hurtful words they left on posters, and the hateful humans who tried to come after them. He can understand how these Beastmen just want to live in peace.

"I'm sorry…" Izuku apologized.

"Huh, what are you apologizing for?" Eijiro was confused about that apologize.

"I think it's because he and I used to be humans. Katsuki mentioned that to you, right?" Michiru mentioned.

"Oh yeah, sorry. Didn't mean to bring you down like that." Eijiro felt bad now.

"It's okay, I can understand how both sides are unease with each other and yet they also want to reach out to each other at the same time." Izuku said.

"Hey now, let's not get all sad and gloom and get back to enjoying the festival!" Michiru pointed out, but then she bumps into someone.

"I'm so sorry." Michiru apologized, but then look up at the wolf man crying in silence for some reason.

"What an incredible smell. It's the smell of Beastmen fill with joy and happiness." The wolf Beastmen said which confuses Michiru.

"Hey, Shirou! Glad to see you made it!" Eijiro called out as he and Izuku ran up for Michiru.

"Of course, I would come. It's the celebration we Beastmen have been waiting for a thousand years." Shirou responded.

Shirou is a wolf-Beastman with white fur accented by teal fur covering his back and the top of his head. He has gray fur on the bridge of his black nose, and a white diamond-shaped pattern on his forehead. He has a small, disheveled mane of fur around his neck that spills out all over. His eyes are ice blue. He wears a light tan trench coat with the collar up, a black sweater, black cropped gloves, a pair of slim dark gray chinos, and dark brown chelsea ankle boots. Shirou wears a dark brown dog collar with a silver buckle around his neck and a matching belt around his waist.

"You know this man, Eijiro?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah, this here is Shirou Ogami, he's the Social Worker of Anima City and sometimes work with the police force, but he mostly works on his own whenever there's a crime involved." Eijiro introduced.

"Shirou, these are the newcomers I was trying to tell you about yesterday. These are Izuku Midoriya and Michiru Kagemori." Eijiro introduced the new citizens of Anima City.

"Hello." Izuku greeted with Michiru waving.

"Hmm, humans becoming Beastmen. That is a very likely story." Shirou said.

"But it's true!" Michiru said.

"Here, I'll even show you my picture of my former human self." Michiru quickly fetched the student ID card of her former life and showed it to Shirou, but he suddenly disappeared she and Izuku who was also getting his card are shocked by this.

"Huh, he's gone?" Izuku was shocked.

"Yeah, he does that sometimes whenever he has to go or just thinks some things are boring to him. It's like he's secretly a ninja or something." Eijiro shrugged.

"I say he's a very rude ninja." Michiru commented.

"Don't worry, he's a really cool guy and good for others. You'll see that very soon." Eijiro promised.

"Now, how about we go on and continue having fun in this festival!" Eijiro suggested cheerfully with a strong jump in the air.

Though Izuku's mind is still on that Shirou guy, he's been getting a feeling that the wolf man is something more than he's letting on.

Chapter 3: Beastly Hunting of Thugs in Festival

Chapter Text

Beastly Hunting of Thugs in Festival

The scene shows of Mayor Rose looking down at the city from the tower of her office and seeing the lights at the center of one area where the festival is happening right now, she is happy to see that every Beastmen down there is enjoying the ten years of peace they were able to gain.

"Ma'am, you have a message from the Prime Minister." The pangolin Beastman Secretary, Kōichi Ishizaki, informed the mayor.

The mayor, Barbara Rose, knew that man would call him for something when an important event is happening right now.

She went ahead on answering the call through a holographic screen that is the size of a very large TV, Barbara and Koichi changed into their human forms as well.

"Congratulations to you, Mayor Rose. It's been ten years." Prime Minister Shiramizu greeted in a slight friendly manner with a smile.

"Prime Minister, it's all because of your help." Mayor Rose stated calmly as the city was helped by this man after all.

(With Prime Minister Shiramizu)

The Prime Minister is riding in his limo passing by the people of Japan through the streets on his way home from a long day in the office.

"Yes, well, don't get the wrong idea now. The Beastmen Special Zone isn't invincible. Just remember that if you Beastmen decide to do anything risky, there's no telling what could happen to you." Shiramizu warned as he looks out the window to see some protesters of those against Beastmen outside of the diet building.

(Back in Mayor Rose's Office)

"I count on you to do the right thing." Shiramizu said before immediately hanging up.

Mayor Rose let out a sigh seeing that the Prime Minister is still talking friendly and yet, he almost sounds like he hates having to have a talk with a Beastman.

"He's always like this. Was he congratulating us or threatening us?" Mayor Rose asked, seeing that man can be hard to read sometimes.

"Regardless, ten years has gone by though." Koichi pointed out this is still a good thing for the people.

He holds out two glasses of wine and gives one to the mayor who happily accepts.

"Here's to Barbara's ten years of struggle." Koichi smiled.

"And Anima City's next ten years." Mayor Rose added, and they both clap their class then drink.

(Festival Ground)

Michiru is seen drinking a Fire Bull soda from a cup and let out a happy breath.

"Man, that stuff is strong!" Michiru smiled.

"Are you sure you should be drinking that? I heard it has some traces of alcohol inside." Izuku is concerned about this type of drinking.

"Oh, will you relax? It's fine, I'm going to be 18 in a month, so I think I'm good with drinking this stuff." Michiru assured that everything is fine.

"I don't know…" Izuku worried for her still.

"No way, your birthday is coming up? That is so awesome! Your first birthday in Anima City, we gotta think of something to make it a big celebration for you!" Eijiro excitedly for his new friend's upcoming birthday.

"Aw, thank you." Michiru smiled.

"My birthday is on May 13, and Izuku's birthday is two months after that, July 15." Michiru informed the harden animal boy about hers and Izuku's birthday.

"Ah sweet, now I have to prepare myself for two of those birthdays! It's gonne be sweet!" Eijiro excitedly.

"Well, well, I see you're already helping out the new residents fitting in well." Marie said as she suddenly showed up behind the couple.

"Oh, Miss Marie!" Izuku surprised.

"Hey, you're that weasel!" Michiru shocked to see that woman here.

"I am not a weasel! I am a mink!" Marie stated with some anger in her eyes.

"What's the difference?" Michiru asked.

"Don't you dare mistake me for a weasel, they all have cheap fur." Marie stated as she is proud of her fur.

"Oh, is that right?" Michiru raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah, even I can tell the difference between a weasel and a mink." Eijiro said.

"At least, you have more brains than this girl." Marie smiled, making Michiru feel a bit angry.

"So, Eijiro, how have you been since we last saw each other?" Marie asked.

"Oh, huh, doing great. Been keeping up with my workout routine and even increased the weights by ten more pounds than before, and I can feel my scales getting harder too." Eijiro answered, looking a bit nervous and tiny blushes on his cheeks.

"That's nice, I heard you… visited my mother." Marie mentioned.

"Yeah, heard she got an accident with her leg and is still healing up, so she couldn't make it here." Eijiro nodded.

"I know, I'm planning on getting her a few souvenirs for her." Marie said.

"Hold up, what is going on here? It sounds like you two use to date." Michiru noticed the little tension airing around Eijiro and Marie as they blush a little, but the latter calms down.

"We did, but things didn't work out well between us and broke up months ago." Marie explained.

"Oh, you two were an item?" Izuku was surprised to learn that those two were together.

"Yeah, but things are good between and we're just cool friends!" Eijiro nodded.

"Yep, good friends and that's all!" Marie nodded as well.

"(Just friends, huh?)" Izuku and Michiru thought looked at the two being nervous around each other.

But Izuku's ears twitches to hearing very soft footsteps and something is reaching into Michiru's fluffy tail, he turns to thrust his hand to grab onto the hand of a little monkey man who has her wallet in hand.

"Oh shit, I'm caught!" The monkey Beastman gasped.

"Oh wow, you really caught him!" Marie shocked.

"Marie, you were trying to take people's money again?" Eijiro asked with a sad expression.

"Hehe, yeah… Sorry, the old habit is really hard to die." Marie chuckled halfheartedly as she looks away.

"I can't believe you would do such a thing! Has your parents taught you better?" Michiru angered.

"Now, now, I'm sure they have their reason for struggling with money." Izuku believed as he kneels to the monkey Beastman.

"Here, take this and hope it helps you for a while." Izuku handed 6,000 yen to the monkey Beastman as he was surprised of this generosity.

"Izuku, are you seriously giving him money even though he tried to take hers?" Marie asked shock.

"Izuku always has a big heart even when things were trying to do him wrong, he just keeps on trying to be this big-hearted hero who always dreamt of being." Michiru explained of Izuku's good nature.

"However, I do like to make one thing clear…" Izuku squeezed his hand onto the monkey man.

"If you ever do anything harmful to Michiru again then you best hope that you're reborn in a new life without me in it." Izuku threatened with an intense glare and his fur standing up a little to show some fear into the monkey man.

The monkey Beastman nodded rapidly in fear like he was being stare down by a giant powerful beast and quickly ran off with the money he was given and praying to the Gods above to never cross path with that kid again.

"Shit!" Marie felt she almost wet herself.

"Izuku, are you okay?" Michiru asked. She has never seen him being this angry before.

"Huh, why did I do that?" Izuku asked himself.

"Wow, it looks like you were letting out your inner anger." Eijiro commented.

"Weird, I never done something like that before. Not even when Kacchan gets super fucking angry at me." Izuku weirded out of himself a little.

"Eijiro, why don't you take him to get some of that tasty Yakisoba we used to have together, that should cheer him up." Marie suggested.

"Good idea, he'll love it!" Ejiro agreed to the idea.

But then Izuku started to feel something off, something he hadn't noticed before until now.

What he is feeling is something that makes everyone happy and cheerful with everyone around here in the festival, all of these positive emotions but there is a single bad feeling within the area, and it feels very close that is telling him he's doing something really bad.

Then Izuku ran off to find this negative presence leaving the others behind.

"Izuku, where are you going?" Michiru called out and quickly ran after him.

"Maybe he went to find a bathroom." Eijiro guessed.

"But the closest one is in the other direction." Marie pointed out.

Izuku kept running fast with his rabbit-fox speed until he arrives in a quiet area where the large screen is, and then he spotted a canine Beastman doing something at a pillar.

"Hey, what are you doing?" Izuku asked, getting the canine man's attention.

"Just doing some inspections, nothing to see here." The canine Beastman proclaimed as he was about to get up and go.

But something inside Izuku immediately that this canine man is lying and there something going on here.

Reacting on pure instincts in this situation, Izuku dashes at the canine Beastman faster than he could react and pins him to the ground.

"Tell me, what are you really here for?" Izuku demanded.

"Let me go, damn it! If you don't, then that bomb is gonna go off!" The canine screamed, struggling to break free from this kid.

"Bomb?" Izuku gasped and looked over to see three bombs that were planted at the pillars that hold the large screen.

His eyes widen in shock that they're about to explode and are going cause the large screen to fall over that could hurt lots of people, and he needs to stop them right now even if he gets hurt that doesn't matter to him.

"Izuku!" Michiru called out.

Strangely, everything started to slow down around Izuku, and his eyes are glowing a bright hue of green seeing everything in a greed shade except for the people as they are glowing in his eyes, and then he saw bombs with the wires and the weird thing is that he knows which one to stop them from exploding.

"(I… I can stop this… I can…)" Izuku thought to move towards the bombs.

"(I can save them!)" Izuku thought determined as he blitzes to each bomb and pulled out the correct wire to stop them from exploding.

"Yes! I got them!" Izuku smiled, looking at the wires in his hand.

"WHAT THE FUCK?! HE STOP THE BOMBS?!" The canine Beastman shouted in shock.

"Wait, did that guy just say bomb?" Eijiro asked, this causes the bomber to realize he just blurted all of that out.

The canine Beastman quickly got up and ran for his life hoping to make it back to his friends.

"Stop him! He was using bombs to make the large screen fall!" Izuku alerted.

"Oh, was he now?" Eijiro growled and rolls up to chase after the bastard.

The canine Beastman tries to make his way into an alleyway to lose that brat, but he gasps when he sees something big and round rolling up to him fast and almost trip on his foot.

The canine Beastman made his way at the front of the alleyway and tried to shoot the kid, but the bullets bounce off and was about to enter only for a long hard tail to slam on top of his head and pin him down.

"Like Hell I'm going to let you go for almost ruining the festival!" Eijiro yelled.

Some other Beastmen are a little confused and shocked about what just happened here, not really sure what is happening right now then Izuku and the two girls hurried over.

"Are you okay?" Marie asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine. He shot me, but bullets don't work on me." Eijiro smirked.

"I can't believe that guy was trying to do something so awful." Michiru shocked, she thought all Beastmen wanted to live in peace in Anima City.

"What should we do with him?" Izuku asked.

"I say we get him Shirou; he'll know what to do." Eijiro suggested.

"Funny, I was thinking of coming here myself." Shirou said, suddenly appearing right behind them.

"When did you get here?" Michiru jumped in shock, and saw that Shirou is still crying.

"Shirou, sir! This man was going to use explosives to destroy the pillars holding that large screen." Izuku informed.

"He did?" Shirou was surprised by this.

"Yeah, but Izuku here was able to stop him!" Eijiro added.

Shirou is surprised again, he still didn't believe that he and that girl with him were both former humans, but to think this kid would go out of his way to stop something that could've hurt him like he doesn't have any fear like a honey badger.

Then he turns his attention down at the canine man.

"Now, you're going to tell me what the purpose of trying to ruin the festival." Shirou growled as he kneeled down to him.

"Fuck you!" The canine Beastman flipped at Shirou and threw a small item that exploded into a very bright light.

It turned out to be a flash grenade that blinded everybody and the canine Beastman was able to free himself from Eijiro's tail and make his getaway into the alleyway.

"Oh no, he got away!" Michiru gasped.

"Shit, I'm sorry! I should've held my grip tighter!" Eijiro cursed at himself.

"Don't worry, what's more important is that you're not hurt." Shirou said, now no longer crying.

Shirou closes his eyes and took in a deep sniff to get the scent of the canine Beastman, and everything else around him, and was actually able to recreate the scene in his head with the traitorous Beastman trying to bomb the pillars but Izuku stopped him, and then ran into the alleyway.

"I got him." Shirou said and ran off.

"Wait!" Izuku called out and followed him.

Shirou follows the scent as he can tell that he is getting close, but then a sudden explosion erupted right under him.

"It's really too bad, it was a scentless bomb. Even a Beastman wouldn't be able to notice." The canine Beastman smirked.

But then he felt his leg being grabbed by a hand.

"What's going on?!" The canine Beastman gasped before he was thrown up to crash into a metal structure and came back down.

Then bursting out of the rumble is Shirou, and he is looking very angry.

"Now I'm angry." Shirou glared.

"N-No way! Is he immortal?" The canine Beastman feared and ran away.

"Tell me, why did you try to ruin the festival?" Shirou asked.

The canine Beastman hurried to a van and knocked on the van for two other Beastmen to come out, one's a lion and the other is a deer, and they are carrying guns to shoot at Shirou as he dodges them.

"He's a fast one." The lion Beastman, Tanaka commented.

"What's wrong, Sato? Did you go mess up your brilliant plan?" The deer Beastman, Yamada asked mockingly a little.

"Be careful, that wolf guy is tough. He was able to survive my bomb!" Sato alerted.

"It seems these guys are professionals." Shirou noticed while standing on top of a building, glaring down at them.

He closes his eyes using his powerful scent on the three Beastmen and discovering that they have the scent of four humans, and they smell like Beastmen haters.

"I see… Humans!" Shirou growled, gritting his teeth and jumps down on top of their van.

"So, you three idiots were brought up by the humans." Shirou said.

"How would you know that? Huh?" Tanaka asked as they tried shooting him together, but Shirou disappeared from the spot

"It's impossible to erase the stench of humans from your bodys." Shirou said. And that's when Izuku showed up.

"I gotta say, you have a pretty good scent of smell." Yamada complimented.

"Look! That kid! He's the one who ruined the bombing at the festival!" Sato pointed at Izuku.

"Why did you come here?" Shirou asked.

"You two handle the wolf guy. I'll kill that kid myself!" Sato started shooting at Izuku which he quickly dodges.

"Wait! Why were you trying to ruin the festival? I thought all Beastmen wanted peace!" Izuku confused as he moves around.

"And how would we get paid if everything is in peace?" Sato asked.

"So, the Anti-Beastmen Factor brought you, right?" Shirou asked.

"Nobody buys us, you understand me. It doesn't make a difference if you're a Beastmen or human. We get a job, then we go do it, it's who we are. Nothing else matters!" Tanak stated while they are trying to shoot the two idiots.

Hearing all of that, this got Izuku to feel something like he did with that monkey Beastman, only this time he feels even more angry than ever before as a bullet seem to have hit his head shot by Sato, but that proven to be false when Izuku shows to have caught the bullet between his teeth with burning rage in his eyes.

KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!

Looks like Izuku has just learned the hard way that even a paradise place like Anima City has its own darkness like those three mercenaries Beastmen that were hired to ruin the festival just because they want to as a job, and now they have gotten him angry for that.

Next chapter will be a quick showing of the Harem list, been a while since I've done that.

Chapter 5: Bunny Rage with the Detective Wolf

Chapter Text

Bunny Rage with the Detective Wolf

"The festival you almost ruined matters. Was that your goal?" Shirou asked and blitzes right in front of Yamada grabbing his gun.

"To destroy it?" Shirou asked while spin the Deer Beastman upside-down and stomp his head and antlers into the ground.

Tanak tried shooting him from this close only for Shirou to push the gun down wasting a couple of bullets at the ground, then Tanak started to feel a little fear when being stared at by this wolf guy's glare.

"You'll pay for this. You'll pay with your life!" Shirou growled before striking Tanak with his own gun and then punched him down to the ground.

"Hold the fuck still, you little brat!" Sato was angered that he couldn't get one hit on this rabbit kid.

"You would be willing to hurt your own kind, all for money?" Izuku asked.

"Is that what you're upset about? Hate to break it to ya, but Anima isn't exactly the paradise that bitch of a mayor has been going on about." Sato grinned.

"And it's like my friend said, when we're on a job, we do it because it's what we do best, and we get the job done no matter what. Heck, I would kill my own mother if I was hire to." Sato grinned.

Immediately after saying that, Sato suddenly finds himself pinned hard against a wall and drags through the stone concrete up by Izuku who then threw him back down.

"To think me and Michiru were looking for a new home to settle down, but…" Izuku landed in front of Sato who became scared.

"It looks like there are trouble here in Anima." Izuku glared down.

"Izuku!" Michiru called out as she, Eijiro, and Marie arrive at the scene. But she saw something off with Izuku, seeing him with such an expression she never saw on his face before until now.

"Beastmen who sold their souls to the humans disgust me. You don't deserve it… to have my tear you apart with my claws." Shirou glared angrily at the three disgraceful Beastmen as he raised one hand.

"You'll die by my fists!" Shirou declared.

"Bring it on! I don't regret it at all!" Tanak said as he and Yamada transform into beasts further as they roar.

"Let's make this more interesting and call in a few friends." Sato grinned as he pressed a button on his watch.

Suddenly, two figures burst out of the right behind Izuku and Shirou with one holding a big gun in each hand firing a few shots at Izuku who manages to dodge each bullet, then one small blade was thrown at Shirou which he swatted the blade away.

"About time we got call into the action!" The big dog man growled.

"Easy there, Muggshot, they wouldn't have called us if the situation was too much for them to handle." The chicken man pointed out.

"Whatever, Kawazu, I just wanna let loose on some idiots and get our pay." Muggshot said.

Muggshot is a massive bulldog with lilac fur, large muscular arms, and small and seemingly degenerated legs. He has a thick mustache and mono-brow, which are identical to one another.

Kawazu is a large chicken Beastman. He wears an eastern-looking orange apron adorned with a golden diamond-shaped drawing on the front, partly covered by the simple cloth belt he wears over the lower part of it. On his legs, Kawazu dons dark pants reaching down below his knees where his chicken feet begin, with a large stripe descending down each leg's side.

"Even more of you disgraceful Beastmen have worked with humans. How low would you go?" Shirou asked with anger.

"What can we say, Detective Shirou, we're just making a living like anyone else in this world." Kawazu smirked with a shrug.

"I'm sure our buddies already told you, but it doesn't matter as shit whether it's humans or Beastmen because we just do what we do and that's all." Muggshot smirked.

"So, even Beastmen don't live in paradise." Izuku said.

"Worry about that when you're dead in the afterlife." Muggshot pointed his gun close to Izuku's head.

"Izuku!" Michiru gasped loudly, fearing that Izuku is going to die from that.

Muggshot pull the trigger to shoot the bullet through the stupid kid's head and letting pieces of his brain scatter all over the alleyway, but there is no blood nor any brain pieces because Izuku has dodge the gun firing even when the gun was just about three inches close to his head and appeared on the big dog man's left.

"What the fuck…?! How did you do that?" Muggshot asked in shock.

But the only answer Izuku gave him was a strong punch in the side forcing the wind out of the dog man and even making him cough up a little blood, then Izuku brought his head down to the ground with his tail to slam him for several times only to be interrupted by Kawazu with a knife forcing him to dodge.

"I don't know why you're here, but little kids should not be in the business of adults." Kawazu stated.

Then Kawazu pulled out a gun to shoot at Izuku only for them to be deflected away by his tail.

"What the fuck?! Is his tail bulletproof or something?!" Kawazu gasped.

"(That boy, I can feel something raising from within.)" Shirou thought noticed something is happening to Izuku.

Shirou's animal instinct kicked in to make him move backward just a little bit to dodge a claw attack from Tanak.

"Don't forget that I'm still here!" Tanak roared.

"Of course not, I could never forget the ones I'm going to end!" Shirou stated.

Tanak charges in to claw him only for Shirou to catch his paws into a power struggle even though Tanak is pushing him back, Shirou doesn't appear to be struggling from this at all and jumps over the lion man to smash him through a large rock.

Yamada charges into the fray for a chance to pierce the wolf man with his antlers, but Shirou easily dodge that and grab him by the antlers to pin him down.

"Let go of me!" Yamada demanded as he tries to get up.

"Damn it! This isn't how the job was supposed to go!" Kawazu clucked in fear as he kept firing bullets and not one has been able to hit Izuku who has been dodging crushed the gun into the ground along with his featherily hand.

Kawazu screams in pain from the brute strength of this insane kid and that he lost all feelings from his hand.

"You already lost the pride of being a beast, so you have no need for the pride of deer." Shirou gripped on the antlers harder.

"No! Not my antlers! Please, stop! Anything but my antlers!" Yamada begged.

But the begging was death to Shirou's ears as he snaps the antlers right off from Yamada making him scream in pain.

"Shit… Shirou has always been the more brutal animal out of everyone in Anima City." Eijiro groaned, seeing what Shirou just did.

Kawazu tried to fight back with the knife, but Izuku caught it and force the knife into his shoulder making the chicken man feel more pain as blood has been spilled.

"No, please… Don't kill me…!" Kawazu exclaimed, feeling fear big time from Izuku's angry face with a growl.

"You little shit!" Muggshot snuck up from behind and slammed both hands onto Izuku making him bend his knees.

At the same time, Tanak managed to grab Shirou from being with his big paws to snap him to death.

"I am done with you, lousy bastard!" Tanak was angered.

"There's no reason for you to be so rude about it." Shirou used the antlers to hit Tanak hard to make him let him.

Shirou is now right above the lion man and punched him right into the ground harder this time.

Izuku just growls more as his tail wraps around Muggshot's neck tightly making him choke for air as he tries to get the tail off, and then Izuku slams him down as Sato comes in to stab him with a knife only for Izuku to slam Muggshot into Sato to toss them away and then kick Kawazu onto them.

"(No, Izuku…)" Michiru thought worried of what is happening to Izuku.

Izuku in his savage state growls as he walks toward the three animal men while Shirou kicks away Tanak to crash onto Yamada.

"(This isn't you.)" Michiru thought clutched her fists.

"(You always said that you wanted to be a hero. Someone who goes protecting the innocent with a smile, and never bringing yourself to kill any living thing, not even a fly.)" Michiru thought felt tears are about to come out.

Izuku raised one foot over Muggshot's head to stomp him down, to crush his skull.

"NOOOOO!" Michiru shouted as she ran into the fray.

"Michiru! Wait!" Eijiro tried to stop her, but she was beyond his reach.

"That girl is crazy!" Marie was surprised.

"Izuku! Stop!" Michiru tackled onto Izuku at the same time when his foot gone down to smash on Kawazu, but her tail suddenly glows and grew a little bigger to stop the foot from crushing him.

"Izuku, you don't have to do this! What they did was wrong and unforgivable, but that doesn't mean you have to go that far with them. There are better ways to deal out some justice." Michiru stated.

"You told me that heroes don't bring themselves to kill, no matter what. Is this your way of saying you don't want to be a hero anymore?" Michiru asked.

"H-Hero?" Izuku asked, his mind slowing regaining its senses.

"If you do this… If you go through with this now, then there is no going back for you. I'll never see you as someone I care for again." Michiru clutched onto his chest.

"So please, come back as my Izuku. As my hero!" Michiru begged with little tears coming down on her face.

"Michiru!" Izuku fully regained his mind and look at his hand to see there is blood on it, from the knife stabbing on Kawazu's shoulder and is got on that hand when he kicked him away.

"Boy." Shirou called out, getting Izuku's attention.

"If you're not gonna continue, then I will kill them all by myself." Shirou said.

"That's enough, is it? Do you really have to kill them?" Michiru asked, not seeing the point of this.

"Don't you see? The festival was gonna be ruined because of them." Shirou reminded them of their crimes.

"But the festival was saved, the bombs were stopped. There's no reason to go even further than this." Izuku pointed out.

"And besides, they're your fellow Beastmen. How could you?" Michiru asked.

"These three were working for the humans. They're not worthy of being called Beastmen. They deserve this punishment." Shirou looked down at Sato and raised one foot above his head.

"(Shit, you guys don't want to get in this way's way. It's best just to leave things as it is.)" Marie thought believed they shouldn't try to reason with Shirou about this.

"No!" Izuku stopped Shirou's foot by using his own.

"(Yep, this kid is dead.)" Marie thought exclaimed.

"This isn't justice. Isn't Anima City supposed to be a place where Beastmen can live peacefully?" Izuku asked.

"That's exactly why I'm fighting. Humans are the enemies of our city, and that means any Beastmen who work for the humans are as well." Shirou stated.

"Maybe so, but you can't seriously pin the hate on every single human on the planet. There are humans out there who think differently for Beastmen, not all of them are the same." Izuku said.

"…Everyone human is exactly the same." Shirou proclaimed with anger.

"No, they're not." Eijiro yelled, stepping into the conversation.

"Eijiro, what are you doing?" Marie asked worry.

"Shirou, I never told you this because I knew you would be against it, but I'm actually friends with two humans and I even call one of them my bro." Eijiro revealed full heartly.

This shocks Shirou with his eyes widen as he looks at Eijiro seeing that he has been friends with humans outside of the city.

"Eijiro, have you lost your pride as a Beastman?" Shirou asked.

"No, in fact, I think hating all humans is bullshit when there are others who have done nothing against us, nor do they deserve our hate." Eijiro shook his head.

"Besides, I made a promise to Bakubro that I would after these when they used to be humans turned into Beastmen." Eijiro revealed that part out without shame and such.

Shirou's eyes widen even more shocked to hear that the two new Beastmen were actually humans is something he never heard of happening before.

"You idiot, why did you have to tell him that?" Marie asked whispering in his ear.

"Why not? I think the man should know about our new friends." Eijiro believed.

"(Curse you and your bleeding heart.)" Marie thought exclaimed.

"You two were humans?" Shirou asked.

"It's true. Here is a picture of us when we used to be humans." Izuku pulled out a photo of him and Michiru, when they were humans, for Shirou.

Shirou took a look at the photo and back at the two new Beastmen claiming to have been humans, he took a deep breath through his nose to take in the scent of the two, and he started to see a clearer picture about Izuku and Michiru being true.

"I don't think I can let you two live." Shirou glared at the two causing them to flinch.

"Wait, wait, wait, can't we talk about this!" Izuku pulled Michiru closer for protection.

"Shirou, don't even think about doing anything to them! I promise to look after them and give them a good life here!" Eijiro shouted.

"How do we even know these two won't do anything that can harm our city?" Shirou asked.

"I understand your concern, but I promise we don't intend on causing harm to innocent lives. If anything does happen and I'm the cause, then you can do whatever punishment you want on me but only if you spare Michiru." Izuku stated strongly.

"Izuku…" Michiru was surprised to see Izuku willingly take the heat.

"I think it's okay to let him go, Shirou." A woman said, entering the scene.

Everyone turn their attention to the newcomer revealing to be a fox woman holding a gun.

"Carmelita Fox." Shirou uttered the woman's name.

"I see you've done your brutal method again, Shirou. I thought we had this talk about delivering justice." Carmelita said.

Carmelita is a Fox Beastman with a slender-yet-athletic physique, orange fur with almost the entirety of her face and her stomach being a lighter, apricot-like color, and long, wavy dark blue hair with bangs, which is kept braided-down by gold-like colored hair tie. She also has golden-brown eyes with a small beauty mark under the left eye, a muzzle with a small black nose, and black-tipped ears with the insides colored apricot, and with the left ear sporting a small gold hoop-earring. She also has a signature large, bushy tail with an apricot underside. She wears a top completely resembling a bra, dark blue zipped-up miniskirt held by a brown belt with a golden buckle, brown heeled belt-buckled boots with flaps, and her golden-yellow glove jacket's sleeves are rolled up above her elbows. Her gloves matching the jacket are fingerless and elbow-length. She also got a thick, dark blue choker with her INTERPOL badge hanging as the pendant. Breasts size: JJ-cup.

"And I told you that I'm not going to show mercy to those who goes against the peace of Beastmen." Shirou proclaimed.

"Not where I'm standing." Carmelita said.

"I overheard everything about these two, and I want to believe they can live a good life here. After all, I was raised by humans in Mexico." Carmelita mentioned, this shocked both Izuku and Michiru.

"Shirou, just let these kids go. There is no need to spill any blood, even to those who deserve it." Carmelita took out some handcuffs, for the bad guys to be taken away by the authorities.

"Just call it a night. We don't need to worry about these two, just let them be since it's been a long night for everyone, we can even check on them tomorrow morning if you want." Carmelita offered.

Shirou didn't like this, but looking at those two not sensing any evil intentions at all.

"Fine." Shirou walked away from the scene past Eijiro and Marie.

"(This man, I don't know why, but I can feel that he's really sad. Much sadder on the inside.)" Izuku thought felt this sad emotion from him.

KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!

The fight with those mercenaries was brutal as you expected, especially when Izuku gave into his anger to beat up the mean animal men, but he was stopped from taking the fight further thanks to Michiru calming him down and an offer Carmelita got Shirou to leave the two alone despite being angry about them being former humans.

Chapter 6: New First Day in Anima City

Chapter Text

New First Day in Anima City

"Thank you for the help, Ms. Carmelita." Izuku thanked the fox woman who is tying up the three bombers together.

"De nada, and I'm sorry you had to see that we Beastmen have our own problems in this great city of ours, even during the festival time." Carmelita apologized to the new newcomers.

"There's no need to apologize for that. None of us knew what was going to happen, I'm just glad nothing seriously bad happened." Izuku was relieved by that.

"But what is the deal with that Shirou guy? Does he always get brutal with his approach on crime or something?" Michiru asked, not liking that wolf guy.

"Please, don't hold it against him. Shirou had gone through a lot that none of us would be able to understand, he's just trying to look out for everyone even though his approach is brutal." Carmelita explained a bit about Shirou.

"Even though he can be really scary most of the time." Marie commented to herself.

"Inspector Fox, I see you handle the criminals that were disturbing the festival. Great work as always." A dog Beastman walked up to Carmelita and complimented her on a job well done.

"Actually, Investigator Tachiki. These thugs were already dealt with by Shirou, almost gave them a beating to death." Carmelita mentioned Shirou being here.

"I see, so we were a step behind once again." Investigator Yuji Tachiki sighed as he looks at the scene.

Yuji Tachiki is a Great Dane dog Beastman with dark gray fur, a black nose, big floppy ears, and a droopy snout. He wears a gray suit, a white collared shirt, mint turquoise tie, light olive overcoat, and a purple-gray newsboy cap.

"Well, I'll take these men off your hands." Yuji said.

"Thank you. I'll be taking these people out for them to get some fresh air, have a good night." Carmelita walked away with the others following her.

Izuku and Michiru are glad that they have to be taken by the police for questioning about the bomber thugs, but now they have to be careful since they are in a new place since there are bound to be Beastmen out there in the city who hates humans.

"By the way, how much of the Beastmen do you know?" Carmelita asked the two newbies.

"The Beastmen were a discovery of new humanoid species that we humans stumble upon decades ago, there were a lot of bad things happening between the two sides resulting in deaths until this city was build ten years ago to help the Beastmen to live in peace and hopefully make peace with humans too." Izuku explained on what he knows.

"Yeah, Izuku here likes to study a lot when there is something that caught his attention." Michiru said.

"Then I take it you don't know that we Beastmen can transform into human forms to blend in with other humans." Carmelita mentioned.

"What did you just say?" Michiru asked, not sure if she heard that right.

"It's true, all Beastmen can transform between our true Beast form and human however we want like this." Eijiro showed his transformation into a human, shocking both while Marie does the same.

"No way! I can't believe you guys can do that all along and we never knew about it!" Michiru was shocked to see this.

"But I believe this may also cause some problems with humans already hating Beastmen for being walking humanoid animals, with Beastmen having human transformations would make things a little more complicated." Izuku pointed out.

"That's right, it's actually normal for us Beastmen to be in our human forms most of the time hoping to show the humans we're fellow living beings sharing the same planet." Carmelita said.

Izuku and Michiru look around to see all the other Beastmen have indeed transformed into their human forms.

"Oh man, I thought everyone here were always Beastmen all the time so me and Izuku wouldn't have to worry about exposing ourselves." Michiru exclaimed in shock.

"Yeah, sorry to break it to you, but that just how the normal is around here." Marie grinned.

"So, have you guys even tried changing yourselves into humans before?" Eijiro asked.

"No, in fact, I don't think we'll be able to do the same transformation ability as you guys can since we were never Beastmen to begin with." Izuku theorized strongly about this.

"Oh man, this totally sucks!" Michiru complained.

"But still, you guys have other things like the way Michiru made her tail all glowy and grew so big and Izuku was crazy strong too!" Eijiro smiled.

"How about we talk about that later, in the morning." Carmelita suggested, but Izuku notice something about Carmelita.

"Huh, Ms…?" Izuku said to her.

"Por favor, please, call me Carmelita." Carmelita insisted with a cute smile.

"Right, Carmelita, I was wondering why you are still in your Beastman form and not in your human form like everyone else?" Izuku asked.

"Yeah, I have always wonder about that." Eijiro said.

"And yet, you never ask her." Marie pointed out.

"I didn't want to be rude!" Eijiro proclaimed strongly.

"It's fine, I always get that kind of question when I meet other Beastmen who don't know me all that well." Carmelita chuckled.

"There is a saying that my foster family lives by for generations. Sé fiel a tu corazón para que todos lo vean." Carmelita said the family saying in Spanish, but that only leaves confusion to the four who don't know Spanish at all.

"That means what?" Izuku asked.

"Be true to your heart for everyone to see." Carmelita translated for them to understand.

"Oh, sounds cool." Michiru commented.

"Thank you. My family has taught me to always embrace myself no matter what everyone else says, they showed me that I don't need to hide what I really am on the inside whether I'm a Beastman or a human. Let yourself be known to the world and they will feel your heart." Carmelita explained.

"In other words, embrace everything the world has to offer you." Izuku said, understanding what she's saying.

"But we never ask to be like this." Michiru pointed out.

"Maybe not, but we're here now and will make the most out of it, together." Izuku held onto her hand making her smile.

"Great! Now I'm going to take you two somewhere you'll be able to live to get settle in." Eijiro smiled.

(Later)

"Alright, now hold still." One man said, then rips a bandage from each newcomer to look at their furs.

"Is this really necessary?" Izuku asked.

"Just wanted to make sure that you two are really Beastmen despite the evidence showing me otherwise." The man said while looking at the student ID of Izuku and Michiru.

"So, there's never really been a situation like us before?" Izuku asked.

"I'm afraid not, unless you were suddenly hunted down by a Beastmen and bitten with his gems entering your systems." The man said.

"Ew! No! Nothing like that ever happened to us!" Michiru was grossed out from that, especially about the gems part.

"Honestly, you never tone down the way you talk." Carmelita sighed.

"That's just him being manly." Eijiro believed.

"Honey, you shouldn't talk like that." The woman scolded her husband.

"So, your names are Izuku and Michiru, right?" The woman asked if she got the names right.

"Yes, I'm Izuku Midoriya." Izuku said.

"And my name is Michiru Kagemori. It's nice to meet you." Michiru bowed at them.

"And my name is Melissa. You met Gem here, and despite appearance, he is head of the Beastmen-Cooperative. Part of our job is to look after all newcomers." Melissa introduced themselves to them.

Gem Horner has fair skin, and red hair is slightly disheveled and swept to the left side, black pupils, and red mustache and beard. He wears a white collared shirt with a hunter green tie, red-framed glasses, a mustard yellow v-cut sweater, blue-gray trousers, and brown loafers.

Melissa Horner has tan skin, shoulder-length, auburn, permed hair, and black pupils. She wears a cerulean cardigan, white blouse, a long gray skirt, white socks, and gray slip-on shoes. She carries a gray notebook around.

"Anyway, you're going to need to fill this out so you can register as residents to the city hall." Melissa handed them papers that are registrations for them to fill up.

"But how exactly do we fill these up, we're two former human beings." Michiru pointed out.

"Hmm, yes, that is quite the pickle." Gem stroked his beard.

"If anyone finds out about what you two really are, it'll most likely cause a bit of panic and an angry mob coming after you. You might even be taken away to become lab experiments." Carmelita talked about the worse outcome for them.

"That would really be bad, so let just put in Beastmen on the safe side, not like we could anything about it." Izuku said.

"Fine." Michiru sighed.

"Hey, did you guys have a room prepare for the two like I asked?" Eijiro asked.

"Yes, we have thanks to you calling us ahead of time." Melissa nodded, leading them to the rooftop level.

"Shit…" A young woman groaned in pain.

"Easy there, Kuroi. Just walk it off, we're almost to your room. Ribbit." A younger girl said.

"(Ribbit?)" Izuku and Michiru thought was puzzled by that.

"Oh no, did she get into trouble again?" Melissa asked worry.

"Relax, old hag. I didn't get into any fights, just got tricked into drinking some shit and now I'm getting a fucking headache." Kuroi explained before groaning again.

Kuroi is a young woman with shoulder-length black hair and blue eyes. She has a distinct "D" tattoo on her right cheek and lots of tattoos all over her body and a piercing on her lower left lip. She wears a black metal-like tube top, black leather skirt-like cloth held by a black belt with a silver buckle, dark violet leggings, and black high-heel shoes. Breasts size: FF-cup.

"I was on my way home with my family until I saw her down in pain, so I decided to help her out." The ribbit girl explained.

"Thank you very much, Tsuyu." Melissa thanked.

"This here is Kuori Tasuku, she's a fellow resident here. You'll be seeing her a lot though she can be quite troubling, so please help her out." Melissa introduced them to Kuori.

"Shut the fuck up, hag. I'm doing fine, I don't need your help." Kuori looked away, hiding her tiny blushes.

"Hello, my name is Tsuyu Asui. Nice to meet you." Tsuyu introduced herself to the newbies.

Tsuyu is a short girl with a relatively slender build and has notably large hands. Her appearance is rather frog-like; she has a wide mouth, which dips down a little in the middle just like a common frog, and oval-shaped eyes with large, black irises, their lower eyelashes visibly pronounced. Her hair is a dark sea-green color and is very long, reaching to her hips with the ends tied together at the bottom in a large bow of hair. She has two armpit-length clumps framing her face and shorter bangs between her eyes, some partially swept to each side. She wears a bright green kimono with a cute little frog head on her head. Breasts size: G-cup.

"Oh, let me guess, you're the cutest frog in the world." Michiru teased.

"I guess my mom would still call me that, but it's my little sister who is cuter." Tsuyu stated bluntly.

"Hey, Tsu! I didn't think I see you here." Eijiro showed himself to her.

"Hey Eijiro, are you doing more volunteering work here?" Tsuyu asked.

"You could say that, these two just arrived in the city and are looking for a place to stay for a while, so I recommended this place." Eijiro explained, gesturing to the two newcomers.

"Interesting, you two must've had a rough time getting away from the humans who were trying to kill you." Tsuyu said.

"Huh, yeah, it was really hard for us." Izuku said nervously while Michiru just nods rapidly.

"(More than you think.)" Izuku thought wondered how this girl would react if she found out that he and Michiru were originally humans.

"Here we are. I hope this room is okay, it is on the rooftop where you can have a great view outside." Melissa showed them their new room.

"Wait, so we're gonna be sleeping here together?" Michiru asked, causing Izuku to flinch with his face blushing.

"Yeah, Eijiro only said to prepare a room. I thought you guys wouldn't mind since you two appear to be very close to each other." Melissa said.

Michiru and Izuku look at each other feeling their hearts beating and quickly turn away, they have known each other since childhood and all, but that doesn't mean they were that close to each other. Does it?

"It's fine, we can manage." Izuku said.

"Just know if you need anything, give me a call since I gave you my contact numbers. And you could also ask Shirou since he lives here too." Eijiro mentioned that last part.

"Wait, he does?" Michiru asked.

"Yes, he works for us as a Social Worker. I know he may come out as a bad person with his glares and dark attitude, but I can promise you he's really nice." Melissa assured them.

"(He does seem to care for others like the Beastmen in the city, but it's like he got a lot of things going on and venting that out into frustration.)" Izuku thought wondered if there is something going on with Shirou from his past.

Izuku and Michiru decided to hit the hay and lay on the bed together, the problem with the bed that it's a little small for them and their bodies are really, really close together.

"So, this is how our new lives are gonna be from now on." Michiru said.

"Yeah, we came to Anima City, and we already experienced something crazy out of the blue. I'm just glad you weren't hurt." Izuku was relieved by that.

"Same for me with you. I never seen you got that crazy before, it's like you were angry beyond belief." Michiru mentioned.

"I don't know what that was exactly, but I'm really glad that it was you who pulled me away from that anger. I felt your words and your body onto mine, like our souls were being connected." Izuku said.

"H-Hey, don't make it s-sound like a big deal or a-anything." Michiru blushed, and then she felt her body being pulled onto his body by his arms and tail.

"Izuku?" Michiru was surprised by this.

"I promise that I'm never going to leave you, nor will I let anything bad happen to you. I care for you too much to lose you." Izuku admitted.

Michiru couldn't believe what she was hearing just now, it almost sounded like a confession of love though maybe not entirely, but she'll take that as a means of the two of them being together more than she could ever hope for and hug him back.

"Then from now on, we'll care for each other." Michiru smiled.

(The Next Day)

Just as the sun raises from the horizon, the two jump out of the bed in shock when they suddenly hear a very loud crow.

"Huh?" Izuku wondered as he looks out the window to see a Rooster Beastman crowing on the rooftop.

"Oh, good morning, Izuku! Hope you and your friend had a goodnight sleep." The Rooster Beastman smiled. Izuku recognizes that voice to be Gem.

"Ah, so you're a rooster. I was wondering what kind of Beastman you are, guess that is something we're gonna be hearing every morning from now on." Izuku said while Michiru groans a bit.

"That's right, now you two should get ready for city hall." Gem said before heading inside.

(Anima City Hall)

"Here we are! Anima City Hall, as you can see, it's packed for lots of Beastmen to get some paperwork done including helping out newbies like you." Eijiro gestured to the place.

"It's really packed." Michiru and Izuku commented.

"See you later." Shirou said, walking away.

"Huh, I thought you were going to keep an eye on us." Izuku was surprised that Shirou is leaving them.

"I happen to have a few errands I need to run here too. You got those two to look after you." Shirou said about Eijiro and Carmelita.

"Oh right, you have to make your report to the mayor." Carmelita remembered that.

"Huh, hold on a minute. You know the mayor?" Michiru asked in shock.

"Hey!" A man shouted impatient.

Chapter 7: Learning More about Anima with Rabbits

Chapter Text

Learning More about Anima with Rabbits

Izuku and Michiru turn to see where the yelling was coming from one large-looking man seems to be cutting in line.

"Move it, I'm in a hurry." The tall man with a scar over his left eye demanded.

"I was next here." Another tall and muscular man said, walking up to the scared guy.

"Yeah? I don't think so." The scared man said before changing into a large dog beastman, this causes the other man to change into a bull beastman.

"Oh no, is a fight about to break out?!" Izuku panicked.

"Yeah, this sort of thing always happens among Beastmen whenever they want to show which one is the stronger one or for something stupid like cutting in line for not having the patient." Eijiro explained.

"For real? This always happen?" Michiru asked in shock.

"Yeah, but don't worry, whenever something like this happens, they're put under control, especially with her around." Eijiro smiled.

Before either of them could ask what he meant by that, Carmelita moves faster before they notice her running towards the two beastmen who are about to cause a ruckus in city hall, which is something she is going to allow to happen, not on her watch.

Carmelita jumps to be above and right between the two beastmen as they were about to fight.

She performs an aerial-acrobatic move that strikes at both beastmen at the same time making the stun for a bit as she lands right between them, then she pulls out her gun to shoot one shot for each beastmen to flew past them as a warning to them.

"Just what do you two think you're doing?" Carmelita asked in a harsh scolding tone.

"Oh shit, it's Carmelita Fox!" The dog beastman realized in shock and fear, seeing the fox woman here now.

"Crap! Should've known she would be here now!" The bull beastman said with his body shaking with fear.

"Tell me, were you two going to cause problems for City Hall for something so stupid like cutting in line?" Carmelita asked.

"Well, you see… I'm doing errands for a cousin of mine, and I have to get it done soon." The dog beastman explained.

"And I'm just here to renew some paperwork for my company." The bull beastman said.

"And yet you couldn't wait in line like everyone else? We maybe animals, but we are better than this. In other words…" Carmelita paused, then she kicked the dog beastman in the stomach and instantly elbow the bull beastman in the chin knocking both down and out.

"You both should behave better and wait your turn like everyone else!" Carmelita scolded.

"Whoa, she was so cool!" Izuku and Michiru were amazed by how Carmelita handled that without breaking a sweat.

"Oh yeah, Carmelita is always the one who helps stop these kinds of fights whenever she can and showed them, she's no pushover just because she's a fox." Eijiro explained with a smile.

"Well, it's nice to know there aren't gonna be trouble for us anytime soon." Michiru sighed in relief.

"Alright, let's get you kids those new IDs." Carmelita said.

"(Of course, she would get in the way of what's natural to us beastmen.)" Shioru thought disliked how Carmelita couldn't let those two just deal with their issues the true beastmen way.

But it's not like he could do anything to change her mind or anything since she takes her job to uphold law and order way more than any enforcers of the law in Anima City, so he might as well just leave them be and meet up with the mayor.

Suddenly Carmelita pulls out her gun and shoots a taser bullet close to a man who was about to steal a wallet from a sleeping man.

"Walk away. Now." Carmelita glared, making the thief man nods rapidly and walks away from the sleeping man and running out of city hall.

"Wow, nothing gets by you, does it?" Michiru was surprised that she saw that guy about to steal a wallet.

"Nothing escapes me." Carmelita twirled her gun back into the holder.

(Mayor's Office)

"We appreciate the captures of the bombing perpetrators." Mayor Rose thanked Shirou for stopping those bombers.

"Turns out, they were terrorists hired by the human anti-beastman organization." Mayor Rose revealed.

"They would target their fellow beastmen in order to make money. It's really quite tragic." The Mayor's Secretary commented, not like how things turned out.

"They bring shame to every beastmen on this planet." Shirou hated how some beastmen like thos bombers from last night could do such a thing, making his stomach and heart uneasy with anger.

"On that note, before you leave, I have another request to make of you." Mayor Rose said with a small smile.

(With Izuku and Michiru)

"I can't believe we're officially citizens of Anima City!" Izuku smiled, looking at his new ID card.

"Pretty cool, right?" Eijiro chuckled, feeling happy for his new friends.

"You know, you guys might see that we beastmen aren't really that different from you humans, on the inside, that is." Eijiro said.

"Like what?" Michiru asked.

"While this city is a great place for us beastmen to live our lives, we also have our fair share of problems like those beastmen bombers from last night, other crimes probably happening somewhere in the city, gangsters, not to mention the few deaths that happened in this city." Eijiro listed the bad things that can happen here.

"You're kidding?! I really thought this place would be the paradise where me and Izuku can live in…" Michiru was saddened by this new revelation.

"Don't worry, there are still plenty of good things in Anima City that I'm going to show you and believe me, this city is still a paradise for beastmen!" Eijiro believed strongly.

"Oh yeah, give them a little hope, why dotcha." Marie giggled, walking up to them.

"Hey Marie, how did you sleep last night?" Eijiro asked.

"Fine, thanks for asking though one of my friends had a little trouble with a little errand, but he's fine too." Marie answered before looking at Izuku and Michiru.

"So, now that you two are part of this big city for beastmen, what are your plans for spending the rest of your lives here now?" Marie asked them.

"Oh, we're not sure yet, we're hoping to just get settle for a while and maybe take a little sightseeing." Michiru said, not sure on what to do.

"Oh, speaking of sightseeing, maybe you should go pay a visit to Gram Grandma." Marie suggested.

"Oh, that's a great idea! Gram Grandma could use a lot more help, especially when it comes to helping out with the kids." Eijiro smirked, liking the idea.

"Huh, who's Gram Grandma?" Izuku asked.

"You could say she's the boss of a satellite municipality place called Rabbit Town, and you best be careful not to get on her bad side or else she'll make you sleep with the fishes if you get what I mean." Marie grinned.

"Don't worry, she's a really nice old gal once you get to know her." Eijiro smiled.

Izuku and Michiru look at each other for a moment, maybe going to this Rabbit Town wouldn't be a bad thing to see in Anima City.

(Rabbit Town)

Izuku and Michiru are standing right outside the entrance to Rabbit Town though the sign looks broken down with one or two of the letters, some of the buildings there look rundown too.

"Huh, looks like this place hasn't been kept clean." Michiru commented.

"Yeah, we've been trying to get this place clean up to make it really awesome to be a proud part of Anima City. It's a lot of hard work, but we're doing our best to get the job done." Eijiro explained.

"And now that we got more help, that just brings us one step closer to that goal!" Eijiro believed.

"Well, I guess anything can be beautiful when you look at it from a different point of view." Izuku smiled.

"Even though this place doesn't scream rabbit." Michiru pointed out.

"So, you mentioned about helping the kids." Izuku brought that up.

But before Eijiro could answer that question, they are suddenly approached by several women with very dark glares at the trio making Izuku and Michiru feeling scared, but Eijiro is unfazed by this and approach one of them.

"Hey girls, I hope you don't mind that I drop in, but I want to introduce two new volunteers to Gram Grandma." Eijiro pointed his thumb at Izuku and Michiru.

"Uh, hi…" Izuku greeted them nervously while Michiru just tries to smile.

"You want them to join in our gang? They don't even look strong to survive any fights." One woman walked up to him.

"No, no, it's nothing like that, Mirko. They're not here to fight." Eijiro said.

"Oh yeah, then why are those two morphed! You know that in this town, those who have morphed are ready to fight!" Mirko reminded him of the rule here.

Mirko has an athletic build with muscular arms and legs. She has dark skin, red eyes which are tilted slightly inwards, and straight white hair reaching down past her waist. On her head she has a pair of long white rabbit ears pointing upwards with a slight crook. Along with these, she also has a round white tail. She wears a sleeveless white leotard with a dark purple trim around her shoulders and waist, a wide, yellow crescent moon design over her chest, and two thick metal plates on her midriff. She wears purple thigh-high boots to compliment her leotard, with more plating around the heel and toe areas, making her feet look like those of a rabbit. She also has white gloves on her hands, with long cuffs, sporting small triangular protrusions around the edges. Breasts sizes: K-cup.

"But that's because these two are Beastmen that can't transform into humans like we can, they're the rare kind can't!" Eijiro stated, glad he remembered that little lie Izuku told him to do.

"Huh, are you fucking with me here?" Mirko was surprised and looked over to the two newcomers.

"You two really can't morph?" Mirko asked.

"N-N-No, we really can't! We tried many times in our childhood, but we've never been able to do it, like, at all!" Michiru answered quickly.

"But we still want to live in peace with our fellow Beastmen!" Izuku said.

"Anyway, they actually just arrived in the city last night and I was just thinking that maybe they can help out with the kids since we still need more help with that." Eijiro explained.

"(Seriously, hiring a bunch of newbies?)" Mirko thought felt disappointed that there isn't going to be a fight.

Mirko looks over to the two newcomers as they don't appear to be the fighting type and feel kind, maybe they can help out with the kids.

But suddenly she felt something uneasy like there is danger right here and it's coming from the fox-rabbit kid sensing that this kid is dangerous than he looks, which makes her smile.

"Okay, we'll take you Gram Grandma." Mirko said.

The scene changes to show Izuku, Michiru, and Eijiro are inside the big room with the women now all in their beast forms with one sitting on a large chair.

"So, the rabbit woman is Gram Grandma?" Izuku asked.

"Yep, that's her. She runs this entire building and few others in the area including a club or two." Eijiro answered.

"Eijiro, Mirko have told me that you brought in some new help." Gram Grandma said.

Gram Grandma is in her rabbit form having white fur and grayish-purple floppy ears and spots around her eyes. She wears a purple dress with a purple pearl necklace and a black fur coat.

"Yeah, and you don't have to worry about them. These two are trustworthy to handle the kids like reading and writing, they've been to school before." Eijiro promised that his new friends are good.

"Huh, you two actually been a human school?" Elsa, the lioness Beastman asked with a growl and glare at the two.

"Oh, uh, actually, we've been homeschooled since our parents were always afraid of how the humans would treat us in a public school." Izuku said, trying to stay calm.

"Yeah, we're in high school level and Izuku here is the smartest one I know!" Michiru nodded.

"I see, and if Eijiro truly trust you two, then I might as well give you two a chance." Gram Grandma decided to let them help.

"But be warn, if you two do anything to hurt them then you're Elsa's dinner." Gram Grandma warned them while Elsa roars to show she means it.

"(We better not mess this up!)" Izuku and Michiru thought feared.

(Kids' Room)

"Oh, they look so adorable." Michiru complimented on how cute the kids are.

"Are they all orphans?" Izuku asked Gram Grandma.

"Unfortunately, yes. The fact of the matter is that this Rabbit Town is where all those who're betrayed by men eventually end up. For female Beastmen with no clear path to take in life, they are forced to choose one that is more or less a dead end. The pain and struggle of a beastmen life is all these children have ever known." Gram Granda explained sadly about the kids and others.

"If they can at least read and write, they would certainly have a brighter future in this world." Elsa added with a calm smile.

"I see, so that's why you wanted to get more help." Izuku looked at Eijiro.

"Yeah, I may not have grown up in Rabbit Town, but this place has always been through a struggle and I wanted to do my part in helping it make it better!" Eijiro explained.

"To be honest, I tried helping out the kids though I never really taught them how to read and write." Eijiro confessed.

"Huh, why not?" Michiru asked in shock.

"Because all this idiot has ever done is teaching the kids how to exercise and fight." Gram Grandma answered bluntly.

"WHAT?! Are you stupid or something? It sounds like you're trying to teach them how to be assassins!" Michiru yelled at Eijiro.

"Now, now, let's not get all yelling while the kids are around. We don't want to set a bad example to them, wouldn't we?" A rabbit woman walked into the room with snacks.

"Hey there, sis." Mirko greeted.

"This here is my sister, Dahlia. She helps by teaching the kids manners and how to be polite." Mirko introduced them to Dahlia.

"I do a little help with reading and writing, but I'm hoping we could get someone with some real education experience to help them learn much more." Dahlia smiled.

Dahlia is a beautiful woman. She has pale skin almost like snow, blue eyes, and appears to have long white-blue hair braided into two large lops, a small tail, and paw-like hands and feet. She has noticeably exaggerated curves, white fur, and a form-fitting ice-glazed mini dress. A snowflake-shaped earring hangs from one of her ears. Breasts size: K-cup.

"Playtime!" Four little kittens wearing hoods jumped onto Izuku knocking him down.

"Play with us! Play with us! Play with us!" They repeated while tried to get the new guy to play with them.

"Come on, don't hurt your new teachers." Dahlia picked up the four kittens.

"Uh, new teachers?" They were surprised.

Now Izuku and Michiru have begun teaching the kids about reading and writing, they decided to start with writing their names on the chalkboard.

"Okay, now can anyone tell us what does this say?" Izuku asked.

"Is it poop?" One kid asked.

"No, this one here says "Izuku". These kanjis put together make my name, Izuku." Izuku explained.

"Hey, what's your name, sweetie?" Michiru asked one boy.

"Youta." The boy answered.

"Youta, is it?" Michiru smiled, then goes to the chalkboard to write his name. This says Youta. Try writing it." Michiru handed Youta the chalk and have him write his name which he did almost pretty well.

"Good job, you've written your name. You did good, Youta." Izuku petted the boy's head making him smile.

"Anyone else wants to try?" Michiru asked the other kids and all of them raised their hands.

(With Mirko and Dahlia)

"So, how'd it go?" Mirko asked Dahlia.

"Izuku and Michiru are such big help with the others, better than I could've done for them." Dahlia smiled.

"You know that's now what I mean." Mirko said, wanting to get to the point.

"Right, Shirou is on his way for the report now. Once we give it to him, then Gram Grandma is history." Dahlia said with a soft but serious tone.

KO a new chapter is done and hope you all enjoy it!
