Walk Through Fire

Summary:

What happens when you cross a sexually repressed gay man and a bratty bisexual who won’t shut up? Sexual tension, duh!

There had always been something between Klink and Hogan, but there is only so much sexual tension in the world before something, or someone, snaps. What happens after the tension does snap; how do Hogan and Klink navigate the shift in their dynamic? This started as a smut fest, with a thinly veiled plot behind it and sort of… evolved from there.

Notes:

I started writing this before any of my posted one-shots, but I wanted to wait to post until I finished writing the whole thing. This will be a multi-chaptered work and It will still be updated regularly chapter by chapter. I'm hoping to stick to a somewhat-consistent schedule but summer gets hectic for me lol.

Chapter 1: Unravel

Chapter Text

Klink knew that not only was it unheard of, it was strictly verboten. It was one of the reasons some were sent to those camps, unlikely to come back alive. But there was a reason that Klink never took a wife, nor was he interested in chasing Fräuleins in the first place. He did his best to hide what the state would call ‘sick perversions’, knowing his fate if he were found out. He entertained matchmaking suggestions from Burkhalter to keep suspicions at bay, even though he knew who’d he rather spend his evenings with.

It all started as soon as that American Colonel was remanded into his custody; Klink knew he was going to be trouble. Hogan always had a cool temperament about him, never cracking under pressure, very level headed. He would get angry from time to time, but there was something attractive about the anger. Not to mention the charm level of the senior POW was off the charts. Klink was convinced that if the American Colonel marched to Berlin himself, he could single-handedly end the war with his smooth-talking ways.

Of course, being the senior POW officer, Hogan was often storming into Klink’s office, either with a ridiculous request or some sort of protest. The two Colonels were often in each other’s faces, however, if Hogan knew what Klink was really thinking during some of their interactions, he’d never hear the end of it. Often, he was thinking about how he could get the arrogant American to shut up, which involved having his mouth occupied in some other way. He both hated Hogan’s presence and craved it simultaneously.

“Colonel, I must protest the cruel and unusual punishment of my men! We’re going crazy being confined to our barracks!” Hogan was practically yelling inches away from Klink’s face.

“Hogan, the men must be punished for the attempted escape a few nights ago! As you know, there has never been a successful escape from Stalag 13!”

“I’m just lucky I have my own private room. After awhile, the men get restless being cooped up inside and certain urges need to be tended to-“

“Hogan!” Klink interrupted, having little interest in hearing about the urges Hogan’s men needed to take care of.

But he did have some interest in hearing about the urges Hogan needed taken care of. But he always assumed Hogan turned his fantasies to women, like a ‘normal’ man/officer.

“I just thought you’d understand.” Hogan leaned in closer across the desk, if that was even possible. “Unless I got my intel wrong.”

Klink looked puzzled, then shocked, then just plain confused. “What intel?”

Hogan looked around the office. “Not here, in case we are interrupted.”

Hogan started for Klink’s private quarters, with Klink following closely behind. Klink was surprised that Hogan couldn’t hear his heartbeat as it felt like it was about to burst out of his chest with anxiety.

What does Hogan know? Does he know? How could he possibly know…?

Klink closed and locked the door behind them as Hogan made way to sit on the Kommandant’s couch, grabbing the two glasses next to the schnapps decanter and pouring the two of them a drink, and taking a sip.

“What intel do you have about me?” Klink asked sternly as Hogan motioned for him to sit on the couch with him.

“Who said it was about you?”

“You said I would understand your situation!”

“Well you’re not married. So I just thought you would understand what it was like to not have a woman in your bed.”

Klink didn’t look satisfied with Hogan’s explanation; it was no secret he wasn’t married. However, Hogan continued.

“I have… a reputation I have to keep up around my men.” Hogan sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose. “I can talk any woman I want into bed with me, but often, it’s not their company I want. I’ve watched you Klink, and I drew my conclusions that you and I… we are not so different.”

Klink was picking up pieces of Hogan’s speech, but not entirely following. Yeah, they were both lonely Colonels, so they were not that different.

“My men wouldn’t understand what goes on in my head. But my wants and desires, they are often more… unconventional.”

“Hogan, would you please stop speaking in riddles and just give me a straight explanation?!” Klink stood up from the couch suddenly with Hogan following his move.

Of course, I’d accept a non-straight explanation.

The two Colonels stood facing each other, faces again mere inches apart. Both of them scanning the other’s face for any type of reaction. Hogan debated saying more, but he knew what he was risking if Klink wasn’t who he thought he was.

“Forget it,” Hogan started as he abandoned his other speech. “I’ll just tell my men that we’ll have to wait out our confinement. But know this Klink-”

Hogan’s thought was cut off by Klink grabbing him by the back of the neck and pressing his lips to his own. He was thrown by surprise, but quickly settled into the kiss and started kissing Klink back. His hands rested on Klink’s upper arms, subtly pulling him closer.

Klink needed Hogan to stop talking for once in his life, and decided to take a chance with his methods to get him to shut up. It was a calculated risk but luckily, it worked in his favour. He was delighted that Hogan even reciprocated the action.

The kiss deepened but Klink started to come to his senses. He pulled away from Hogan, the lust in his eyes was indistinguishable.

“Hogan… we could be shot, or worse tortured, if someone found out about this.”

“Yeah? And have you stopped to think how it’s been torture to be apart?” Hogan asked, his voice matching Klink’s hushed tone full of lust. “Do you have any idea how I’ve longed for this?”

Klink didn’t dare move as Hogan leaned in to whisper in his ear.

“Ever since I met you Kommandant, I wanted you in ways most men want a woman. I had a hunch that you felt the same way. Maybe not with me, but I figured since there wasn’t a woman in your life, you desired the company of another man.”

Hogan’s lips landed back on Klink’s following his confession. Klink felt a familiar twinge in his groin as his hands buried themselves in Hogan’s hair. He couldn’t believe that Hogan wanted him too; he’d never imagine that he would return his feelings.

Hogan pulled apart briefly to gain some composure. His eyes suggested he was willing to take this further, but wanted to make sure Klink wanted the same and was willing to cross that line with him.

“Tell me you want me, Kommandant.”

“I want you Hogan. Ever since you set foot in my camp, I wanted you for myself. You’re everything I shouldn’t want… another man, and an American at that!”

“You think I would choose the company of a male kraut?” Hogan raised an eyebrow. “It doesn’t matter, but when I first looked into your eyes, I could feel my facade crack. I started having fantasies…”

Hogan paused to meet Klink’s gaze while reaching his hand down to the front of Klink’s pants. He smirked to find that the Kommandant’s cock was hard to his touch.

“I’d sneak over to your quarters in the middle of the night, undetected by the guards of course. I sneak over to your bed, gently shaking you awake. Once you’re awake enough to notice I’m not wearing any pants, you take my cock in your mouth.”

Hogan felt Klink twitch at the fantasy he vocalized, so he continued.

“And there’s something extremely attractive about you having my cock in your mouth.” Hogan again kissed Klink, this time a slow, lingering kiss before pulling away.

“Do you ever think about me?”

Klink struggled to find his voice, noticing Hogan took his hand and coaxed him to touch him through his pants. Hogan sighed at the touch as Klink indulged him in his musings.

“You come into my office, spouting off about protests or requests. I would get you to shut up by grabbing you by the shoulders and pressing my lips to yours, hard. Then I realize there’s another way you could put your mouth to work. I tell you to kneel, you’d protest a bit, until I got my cock out from my pants. Then you’d get on your knees and take me in your mouth.”

Hogan moaned as Klink leaned in closer, his lips grazing his ear as he whispered.

“It’s quite a sight I’d imagine. You on your knees, with my cock in your mouth. Moaning into my movements as you reach down and stroke yourself at the same time.”

“Yeah? So how about we stop talking and see what this actually looks like in real life?”

He purposely brought his knee up to Klink’s crotch and gently applied pressure. At the same time, Hogan worked on his own pants, unbuckling the belt while kissing Klink’s neck, careful not to leave marks anywhere visible. Sure, he could pass it off as marks coming from an eager fräulein down at the Hofbrau, but he didn’t want to risk anything.

A bit to Hogan’s surprise, Klink matched his movements; figuring the Kommandant was trying to establish dominance over him.

This could be fun, maybe we’ll finally figure out which Colonel is in charge here. Hogan thought to himself as he started unzipping his bomber jacket while Klink unbuttoned his tunic.

“So, how do we decide who goes first?” Hogan suggested after throwing his shirt down to the ground, leaving him only in his boots.

“I think as the prisoner, you should get on your knees first.”

“Very well.”

To Klink’s surprise, Hogan didn’t fight him too much on his suggestion. He lowered himself down onto his knees; his hand trailing down his leg to stable himself.

Klink moaned as his cock was enveloped in his mouth. His fingers laced themselves in Hogan’s hair, guiding his movements. He used his other free hand to pinch himself, making sure he was not dreaming, that this was actually happening. He made a point to try not to get too vocal, but he definitely made enough noise to let Hogan know that he approved of his actions.

Hogan was slow to start, nothing that the Kommandant was more endowed than he had anticipated. He could feel Klink stiffen as he picked up the pace and spiced up his technique. He knew he was doing something right when Klink’s hand forced his head in place as he thrusted himself further down Hogan’s throat. To his surprise, he didn’t mind the further intrusion and relaxed his throat, letting himself be used in this way.

As he continued, Klink glanced down at the sight in front of him. Colonel Hogan, senior POW officer, with his cock in his mouth, trying to keep up with the Kommandant’s movements. If only he had known he could get Hogan in this position sooner, he would’ve done so during his initial interrogation. His mind was brought back to the present as he felt his climax building and he debated whether he should warn Hogan or not.

He’s your prisoner, you don’t owe him any courtesy. Plus, he doesn’t seem to mind things on the rougher side. Klink thought to himself; yes, Hogan you can take it, so you’ll take it all!

“Mein Gott! Scheiße!” Klink mumbled as he mustered one last thrust before exploding down Hogan’s throat, holding his head in place.

Hogan gagged a bit, but his instincts kicked in and he swallowed what he could. He slowed down his movements so he could be in tune when the Kommandant was completely satisfied. Once he was sure Klink had enough, he slowly stood back up and met Klink’s gaze.

“You missed a spot.” Klink pointed to Hogan’s face, but before Hogan could wipe the side of his mouth, Klink leaned in to lick himself off Hogan’s mouth.

Hogan sighed, every nerve of his being on fire with lust. Klink’s mouth was on his once again, reminding him that he now developed a taste for Kraut. He felt his rock-hard cock twitch, noting that the Kommandant had a hand on him.

“Now since you did such a good job satisfying me Hogan, I will now return the favour.” Klink whispered against his lips before moving them to his collar bone. “Just remember: You are my prisoner.”

“How could I forget?” Hogan whimpered as he noticed new marks on his chest, thankful that could be hidden under his shirt.

“You know, prisoners aren’t supposed to keep weapons on their person.”

“This isn’t a weapon, just my hard cock.”

Suddenly aware of how long it had been since he had been with anyone, Hogan gasped as Klink’s hand was replaced with his mouth. To his surprise, the Kommandant was quite skilled with his mouth and a sweep of the tongue had Hogan curling his toes. He wasn’t sure how long he’d be able last but he was determined to hang on longer than Klink.

Oh Klink, you really think you’re in charge here, in this position? Hogan smirked as he studied the man on his knees, his hand resting on his shoulder. Of course, no one has ever been this skilled before and I’m about to lose my damn mind!

Klink could tell that he was not far from his climax, moaning with each subtle movement. His earlier words lingered in Klink’s head on a loop:

"I’m just lucky I have my own private room. After awhile, the men get restless being cooped up inside and certain urges need to be tended to…”

But it was fairly apparent that Hogan hadn’t been able to tend to his urges; the barracks must not be that soundproof. It became very apparent when he suddenly exploded without any warning.

“Ah, fuck, yes! Feels so good!” Hogan hissed through his teeth with his eyes clenched and his head thrown back.

He would’ve felt bad that he didn’t warn Klink, but he wasn’t warned earlier. Hogan moaned as Klink continued his movements, although slowed down. His breathing was laboured and shallow; no one has ever made him feel this good. Eventually, he opened his eyes as Klink released him from his mouth, impressed at the fact that Klink seemed to swallow all of him, whereas he had issues with that.

Maybe Klink really is in charge, especially when it comes to intimate matters.

“You, uh, don’t get much alone time now, do you Hogan?” Klink asked as he stood back up; satisfied with the state he left Hogan in.

“It’s tough in the barracks.” Hogan replied as he caught his breath. “My room isn’t the most soundproof, but we try to have a system in place for everyone to… relieve some stress. However, being the senior POW officer, I tend to sacrifice my own needs so that my men can… relax.”

“That’s very noble of you. However you’ve been, deprived, of your own pleasures.” Klink’s voice was low as he cradled Hogan’s face in his hand. “So much so, I made you cum. Just. Like. That.”

He snapped his fingers with his free hand and Hogan sucked a breath in as Klink rubbed the sensitive skin under his ear. Hogan reached to trace his fingers along Klink’s clavicle, the two lost in a trance of each others’ eyes. Both of them thinking about taking this even further, and Klink was leaning towards Hogan’s lips.

“I’ve been gone for a while now… my men will start to wonder what’s taking me so long.” Hogan whispered as he briefly brushed his lip’s against the Kommandant’s.

“I suppose you should get going, we can’t afford for anyone to get suspicious.” Klink removed his hand from the American so the two could get dressed.

They were silent until Hogan was fully dressed; both of them stealing glances at one another’s bodies. Klink was buttoning his shirt again as Hogan started for the door.

“Now Hogan, don’t… hesitate to come to me with any issues or concerns. I especially enjoyed the way you unraveled while I sucked you off.”

“Well I enjoyed the way you sucked me off.” Hogan smirked as he opened the door to Klink’s office; relieved to see no one was waiting for Klink and seeing the American senior POW officer walking out of his quarters.

The American senior POW officer that was flush in the face, and still catching his breath.

He’ll have to tell his men he got angry with Klink, instead of hot and bothered with the Kommandant.

“How did you know?” Klink asked as Hogan entered the office.

He had originally had Hogan brought to his office to discuss some mysterious sabotage activity near camp. However, the two haven’t had a chance to interact since the incident a day ago. Klink blurted out the question as Hogan walked in.

“Know what? Sometimes I just have a hunch about when a bridge is going to blow up!”

“I’m not talking about the bridge! I’m talking about the other day in my quarters. Where… you know…”

“Where you had my cock in your mouth?” Hogan smirked with a wink, “I see you’re still thinking of me.”

“Hogan! Can you just answer a simple question?!”

“Ok, ok.” Hogan threw up his hands as he sat down in the office chair across from Klink.

“I knew the second I arrived at this camp.”

Klink’s eyes widened, but he let Hogan finish.

“I think because of the way I am, I almost have a sixth sense when someone else is… like me. I think I can pick it up because I want to be careful with who I show this side of me, seeing as not everyone thinks it’s just another way of existing in this world. So, when we first met, when you interrogated me, I had a hunch that you’d want a piece of me.”

“So you thought I was.. gay, because of a hunch you had?”

“Well… I wasn’t wrong. Am I?” Hogan shrugged. “Plus you’ve never really tried to flirt with Hilda or any other woman from what I’ve seen.”

“No. No, you’re not.”

“How long have you known?”

Klink gave him a warning glare, the one that indicated that Hogan was on thin ice. However, he saw genuine curiosity behind his eyes; he wasn’t fishing for blackmail material. If they were going to continue any intimate relationship, they might as well start being honest with each other. Would they continue an intimate relationship?

“Since puberty really. While friends of mine were starting to get interested in girls, I noticed I was interested in some of them. It has plagued the back of my mind to find a wife, but I didn’t really desire it. I clued in later that most men do in fact find women attractive while I found men to be the attractive ones.”

Hogan nodded and opened his mouth to ask a further question, but Klink asked him something instead.

“Now I get to ask you a question. You seem to have some luck with women. Do you also find them attractive or just men?”

“Yes, both men and women catch my attention. I’ve tried to hide the ‘being attracted to other men’ part of me for a long time, but it’s time for me to stop running from that side of me.”

“Was the other day your first, experience with another man?”

“It was,” Hogan smiled. “You made a great first impression on me, just so you know.”

“I’m glad. You did fairly well for someone who’s never had a cock in their mouth before.”

“It wasn’t your first time though.”

It wasn’t a question, it didn’t have to be.

“Nein. In the Great War, a certain camaraderie was tolerated within the ranks. Men away from home, no women for miles. It wasn’t necessarily accepted, but you didn’t risk your life to relieve some urges with a fellow soldier.”

Hogan nodded; he was no stranger to the Germans’ current policy on homosexuality. He knew what Klink risked being with him, which made him that more attractive to him.

“Did you have any idea about me? Also, what do you find the most attractive thing about me?”

“So arrogant!” Klink chuckled, but proceeded to answer his questions.

“I don’t think I have the same sixth sense you do, but it was your eyes. I’ve had a few years of experience but I notice the desire in another man’s eyes that reads differently than desire for a woman. For example, you have a different look of desire for Hilda or another fräulein, however, when we’re alone in this office, I see a look I’m all too familiar with.”

Klink paused, as if he was reading Hogan’s eyes for that look of desire, longing. He definitely noticed that Hogan was a bit flushed in the face.

“That’s the look! That look says you want me. So attractive those eyes, yet so are your shoulders. But frankly, it’s your personality that makes me want you. You’re arrogant, so sure of yourself, but at the same time, you get a thrill of being told what to do, of not being in charge of the situation. And I love being the one who puts you in that position.”

Hogan didn’t say anything, mostly because he was shocked with how well Klink read him like a book. Klink had him all figured out and decided Hogan was just his type. He liked being in charge, but he needed to be put in his place every now and then.

Klink noticed he was looking hot and bothered, and was loving it. There were a number of positions he would love to see Hogan in. He got up from his chair to walk around to his desk and leaned against it; there was no longer a barrier between the two of them.

“Now my dear Colonel Hogan, what is it about me that you find irresistible?”

“I don’t fluster easily, but around you, I’m easily flustered.” Hogan muttered, feeling the temperature of the office rise. “The fact that you risked it all the other day, when you weren’t even sure I would feel the same way, made me want you all that much more. Also, I like being put in my place; I push your buttons and at some point, I have a feeling you’re going to make me pay for it.”

Hogan got up from his chair, only to kneel in from of Klink. “Also every time you call me ‘Dear Colonel Hogan’ it drives me wild. Herr Kommandant.”

Klink only thought of the door and its unlocked status for a brief second before Hogan started unzipping his pants and taking him in his mouth. He was hard as soon as the American started telling him what made him want to put his cock in his mouth, let alone when he addressed him as Herr Kommandant. He probably wouldn’t last long this time around; he felt Hogan’s throat relax, taking it as a signal to use his mouth for his pleasure.

“Ich mag dich auf deinen Knien mein Lieber.”[1] It was hard for Klink to think in English as he buried his fingers in Hogan’s hair as he felt his pleasure build.

[1]: I like you on your knees my dear.

One of these days, I’m going to have you begging to have my cock in your mouth. Won’t that be a sight to see!

Klink moaned as he once again filled Hogan’s mouth. For a beginner, he was quite good at pleasuring another man; maybe it came naturally for him. Of course it’s not that far fetched to think that Hogan was naturally good at everything he did. Klink felt him completely drain him before releasing from his mouth; it was especially attractive to watch him run his tongue over the corner of his mouth to catch an escaped drop.

“I suppose with more practice, I’ll be able to swallow everything you give me all at once.” Hogan whispered as he stood up, not taking his eyes off Klink.

“It’s a strange sensation at first, but you get used to it. Although, it is quite erotic to see the evidence, even if temporarily.”

Hogan hummed as he ran his hand over Klink’s arm. “So, what’s it going to take to get you to return the favour?”

Klink’s hand held Hogan in place by his thigh. “Call me ‘Herr Kommandant’ again. And say please.”

“Put my cock in your mouth, make me feel amazing. Bitte, Herr Kommandant.”

Klink obliged his request and worked on unbuckling Hogan’s belt and unzipping his pants. He stoked his hard cock before getting on his knees and taking him in his mouth. He hoped that Hogan wouldn’t take a long time, that office door was still unlocked. Another thing he noticed that was attractive about Hogan, was that he wasn’t the quietest person in these situations.

Hogan moaned into his sigh when Klink’s mouth enveloped him. Even though he was now on the receiving end, Klink controlled his pleasure and moved slowly at first, teasing him. He whimpered, hoping that would get him to pick up his pace a bit, which he did. He also noticed that Klink seemed to increase the speed and intensity with his hip thrusts as a signal that he needed more.

“Oh, oh yes!” Hogan whimpered as he felt his climax rush through his body and into Klink’s mouth. He felt Klink swallow around him and closed his eyes to lose himself in the sensation.

Once Klink was sure Hogan was finished, he got up and Hogan got himself back in his pants. Both figured he had been here long enough and to avoid suspicions and Klink had called Schultz back in to take Hogan back to his barracks.

“So, who’s in charge here, Colonel Hogan?”

“You are, Herr Kommandant.”

Chapter 2: Surrender to the Darkness

Summary:

Klink has gotten under Hogan’s skin, is there something more to their arrangement? Something more than quick blowjobs in Klink’s office?

Notes:

I decided to try and update weekly, we'll see if that stays consistent! I'm out of town for the May long weekend but wanted to post the next chapter before I left my beloved internet connection lol

Chapter Text

After his plane went down, Hogan came to in what seemed to be a prison cell. He stretched out and realized how sore he was after the whole ordeal.

‘Well, my plane crashed and I got myself captured. I just hope I’m in the right place.’ Hogan thought to himself as he looked around the cell and the Luftwaffe private noticed that he was awake.

The guard started shouting in German and another man came into view. The sergeant was heavy-set and his hair was mostly grey, from what Hogan could see under the helmet. The two Germans talked to each other and the private left, leaving Hogan with the sergeant.

”The Kommandant will be with you shortly.”

“Where am I?” Hogan asked as he sat up; he figured he would be better off if he started to move his body around to relieve his stiff muscles.

“Luft-stalag 13. Toughest POW camp in all of Germany. There has never been an escape here so you better not break our record.”

Hogan nodded, “Lucky me.”

This was the place London had told him to get captured in. He hoped the interrogation process wasn’t long; he had to get to work to set up camp for his underground operation.

He heard voices speaking in German as a third man came into view, this time an officer. Hogan figured this was the Kommandant. He saluted the sergeant, who’s name was Schultz, and he was left alone with his jailor.

Hogan swallowed the lump that was forming in his throat. He didn’t look like much, but he figured that the camp Kommandant could put him in his place if provoked, and he was going to prove that theory during his stay here.

“Well, well, well. What do we have here?” The Kommandant asked as Hogan felt himself being sized up in the Kommandant’s eyes.

“Robert E. Hogan. Colonel. United States Air Force. 0876707.”

“I see you are giving me the old name, rank and serial number routine. I’m Colonel Klink, Kommandant of this camp, where there has never been a successful escape here. And as a Colonel, that makes you ranking officer amongst the men here. So you better keep everyone on their best behaviour.”

Hogan remained silent, determined to get through this little charade of an interrogation. He watched the Kommandant’s eyes; those eyes that said ‘don’t test me unless you’re willing to find out the numerous ways I can punish you.’

“Not willing to talk, huh? Well since you’ve gone the silent route, perhaps you’ll use your mouth for something useful.” Klink unlocked the cell and walked into the cell with Hogan.

Hogan studied him as Klink unbuckled his belt, not breaking eye contact with the American.

“Okay Colonel Hogan, on your knees.” Klink ordered as Hogan grabbed his cock and put it in his mouth-

“Colonel, wake up! You’re gonna miss roll call, and you know how upset Schultz and Klink get when we’re missing.” Kinch gently shook his superior officer to wake him.

Hogan groaned, just as the dream was getting to the good part. “Great, thanks Kinch. I’ll be right there.”

The sergeant nodded and got up to leave the Colonel’s office. As his hand grabbed the door knob, he stopped to ask a question.

“You feeling okay Colonel? You seemed like you were having a nightmare or something.”

“Yeah, just a bad dream about the Krauts interrogating me. Happens every once in a while.” Only it’s not such a bad dream; I don’t particularly mind this method of interrogation.

Kinch nodded as he opened the door to exit. “Okay Colonel.”

He and Colonel Hogan left the barracks to join the rest of the men in the cold outdoors. The two missing men fell into formation just as Schultz walked over to count them.

Another day, another escape-free day at Stalag 13. Hogan thought to himself as Klink emerged from his quarters to get the morning roll call report from Schultz. Hogan felt himself twitch as his gaze fell onto him and strategically guarded himself by clasping his hands in front of him, just in case biology took over.

He had a serious case of the butterflies and needed to get a grip. Hogan chalked it up to how it’s been so long since he’s been intimate with anyone so now that he was getting a little attention, his body was sending him signals. However, he could do without the urge to jump Klink right in the middle of camp. But it was challenging, especially as Klink winked at him and he could feel the heat rise in his face.

Hogan was barely listening when his men were dismissed to the camp showers. Luckily, Newkirk pulled him from his thoughts and he followed his men to the communal shower.

“You alright sir? You’ve been acting a bit strange lately.” Newkirk asked, noticing Hogan had his head in the clouds this morning.

Hogan realized he was coming from a place of concern but was still irritated. Couldn’t he have an off-day without everyone jumping all over him? First Kinch, now Newkirk? Next thing he knew, Carter and LeBeau would be asking him what’s up.

“The Colonel’s got a case of the late-night interrogation dreams.” Kinch started to explain, much to Hogan’s relief. “We all got a lot to lose if any one of us were to crack under the Gestapo’s methods, but Colonel Hogan’s got the most to lose.”

“That’s what happens when you’re a bloody officer.” Newkirk shrugged as they walked into the shower building.

It was small, so only one barrack at a time could use the showers, and even then, only five men could shower at the same time. Hogan and his inner circle waited until everyone else had a turn. There was only enough water for not even a five-minute shower, but it was a chance to wash up. At last, it was their turn and they made their way towards their personal spots, but there were no dividers or any actual privacy.

“Colonel? I don’t mean to be a peeping tom, but you got some… love marks on your shoulder.” Carter, who was next to Hogan, pointed out.

“Hey! Did someone sneak out of camp last night to meet up with a fräulein?” LeBeau joined in as the rest of the gang turned to the Colonel, eager to hear an explanation.

Great, now everyone’s on my case. Hogan sighed before answering his men. There really isn’t enough privacy here.

“Not that’s it’s any of your business… but it wasn’t last night, it was the night before.” Hogan gave a purposely vague explanation as he grabbed the soap and started the water, hoping his men would follow suit. “You guys know I’m not one to kiss and tell.”

“Well, you seem like a lucky man sir. Most of us would kill to have a bird so excited to be with us, she’d leave little souvenirs on our skin.” Newkirk joined in on the chatter and the rest of the men started talking about the last time they were with a woman.

“Hey, there’s a reason we have that cave in our tunnel system! You guys know the rules.” Hogan interjected as he shut off his water and started drying off.

“Yeah, and it’s my turn to use it next!” Newkirk added with some protests from the other guys. Hogan tuned them out, he was used to knowing when his men were arguing over nonsense, and when he actually needed to pay attention and calm things down.

Having his own personal tunnel system was beneficial. Much like the bunk in the barracks, the bottom bunk in Hogan’s office could transform into a ladder down below the camp. Once underground, Hogan had three pathways: one leading to the main tunnel system, one leading outside the camp, and one to Klink’s office and quarters. He called them the ‘Oh Shit!’ Tunnels since they were originally dug to get him out of a shit hitting the fan situation.

The tunnel to Klink’s office/quarters was originally dug in case he needed to quickly take a German officer hostage. However, now Hogan could see that particular tunnel being useful for late-night rendezvous with Klink. Was that something he even wanted?

He was back in his office while the rest of the men were working on their latest operation. Hogan didn’t need to be there as they worked out the details, so he told his men he was going to try and get some dream-free sleep. Once the door was closed, he went to his classic ponder-and-pace routine when he was deep in thought.

The two Colonels haven’t really discussed what was going on between them. Was Klink just using Hogan as another notch in his belt? Did the two of them just have some… energy and stress that needed to be relieved?

”It’s your personality that makes me want you. You’re arrogant, so sure of yourself, but at the same time, you get a thrill of being told what to do, of not being in charge of the situation. And I love being the one who puts you in that position.”

Klink’s words echoed in Hogan’s brain, making him think that this, whatever it was, wasn’t just a two-time thing. It seemed like Klink thought of this as a relationship of some sorts; he’s proving to Hogan that he is in charge, and man, has he proved that to Hogan. Of course, Hogan had always enjoyed when a woman was a little more adventurous in the bedroom, but this was different. Everything about this was considered wrong; Klink was his jailor, an enemy officer, and another man!

Then why did Hogan want this so badly? Why was he now having some of the best sex he’s ever had in his life? Maybe it was the inherent taboo and danger, if his men ever found out, they would never understand. Some might question his command and he could lose his commission if the information about his bed life got to the right people. Or the Germans find them first and they are both killed, or taken to a torture camp. The amount of times he felt himself catching feelings for another man in the past, he mentally stomped it down and chased after girls instead. But now, he knew how good being with another man was and years of repressed feelings started coming to the surface.

Why am I willing to walk through hell fire for him, for this… relationship? Is this a relationship? Maybe I’m finally losing it. But something has to happen, I have to find out what Klink sees ‘us’ as. I can’t keep acting like this, like a love-struck teenager. Hogan thought as he got out of his office and walked straight outside. He knew his men would have questions for him when he got back, but for now, he had to pay Klink a little visit.

Hogan walked across the compound, with little regard for his surroundings. Luckily, no one was in visiting Klink and he wasn’t on an important phone call so Hogan could walk right into his office.

“Ah, Colonel Hogan! Back so soon I see.” Klink greeted him as he closed the office door behind him. “I didn’t anticipate you were going to find me so irresistible to the point you can’t go a single day without seeing me.”

“Yeah, that’s kind of why I’m here.” Hogan stood in front of Klink’s desk, arms folded across his chest. He wasn’t going to let himself unravel; he was only here to set a date. “Are you busy tonight? I want to talk to you, in your quarters.”

“My quarters? And how do you think you are going to walk right into my quarters without my guards getting suspicious?”

“I have my ways. Let me just say, don’t be afraid if I come crawling out of the floor.”

“Hogan, this isn’t the time for one of your tunnel jokes! What do you plan on telling your men about your whereabouts?”

“Well as senior POW officer, my men allow me some liberties and don’t question my every move.” They were getting distracted in the details. “So are you free to talk or not?”

“Are we talking or… you know.” Klink chuckled as he made a crude gesture involving an invisible object gripped in his hand and being pushed towards his mouth. “No matter, come by at 2100.”

Hogan smiled with a wink as he turned around to the door. “Great, it’s a date.”

It was five minutes to nine o’clock. Hogan was getting ready for his rendezvous with Klink when Carter walked into his office.

“Heading out Colonel?” Carter asked as Hogan ran a comb through his hair and applied some aftershave to his face.

“Yeah, going see that fräulein from the Hofbrau the other night.” Hogan lied, well at least the part about him seeing the same person was true.

“You mean the one that left all the love marks?”

“Bingo.” Hogan smirked as he tidied up his toiletries.

“Just… be careful sir. You’re always telling us to not trust anyone we meet outside of camp since we can’t tell if they’re really on our side or a secret agent. No matter how great a girl is, we can’t risk our operation here.”

Hogan turned to face Carter with a smile. He was proud to hear that some of what he tells his men gets absorbed in their heads.

“Thanks Carter, but I have this under control.”

“Okay Colonel sir.” Carter smiled as he made his exit.

There were a few things Hogan told his men he needed them to just take his word for and not ask questions about. One of them was not to follow him out of camp or use his private tunnels. Luckily his men trusted him and never dared to take the tunnel that lead to Hogan’s private network.

My men trust me, but would they still hold that trust if they knew who I was really sneaking out to see? Hogan thought as he activated the tunnel entrance and climbed down.

It was just after nine o’clock and Klink was sitting on his couch, reading a newspaper. He noticed his wood stove being pushed to the side and Colonel Hogan crawled out from the hole in the floor.

“Don’t shoot, it’s just me!” Hogan warned, jokingly, with his hands in the air as he stepped onto the floor.

“Hogan, is that a tunnel? Are you planning an escape?”

“Yes it’s a tunnel, but how could I dare dream of leaving this place? Especially when you’re here.” Hogan smirked as he moved the stove back to cover the tunnel entrance. “Also don’t worry, my men have no idea I have a tunnel right to your quarters.”

Hogan made his way to Klink’s schnapps decanter and poured the two of them a glass. He handed one of the glasses to Klink as he went to join him on his couch.

“Last time I sat on this couch, I ended up sucking your cock.” Hogan mused as he swirled the schnapps around in his glass.

“Tonight could end up the same way, which I’m not opposed to. We don’t have to ‘talk’ before getting to business.”

Klink was giddy with the thought that he had Hogan wrapped around his finger that he was making secret rendezvous to see him. He seemed to have left a memorable impression on Hogan.

“But I want to talk.” Hogan said sternly, if he didn’t start talking soon, he wasn’t sure he would start later. “What are we doing here? Am I just exciting to you because I’m your prisoner and can’t leave willingly? Am I just a means of relieving stress for you?”

“What do you want, Hogan?” Klink sighed as he threw his newspaper on the coffee table and his arms up in the air. “Do you want me to tell you that I can’t stop thinking about you, that I can’t get the taste of your mouth out of mine? Or how about at every roll call, I see you smirk at me and it sends a shiver down my spine?”

“Well… do you? Is any of that true?”

Klink downed his schnapps, being vulnerable has never been easy for him so he relied on some liquid courage. Hogan stared at him intently as Klink opened his mouth to answer him.

“Of course it’s all true! For the first time in years, my days aren’t filled with dread because of who I am. I used to wish that I would wake up and be straight, but now, I’m glad I’m not, and that you aren’t either. My favourite part of the day is when you walk into my office, unannounced, and talk about whatever grievance you have that day. But it’s my favourite part because I get to see you!”

“So, it’s not just me. There’s something here.” Hogan whispered, “I can’t get you out of my head. If one of my men have even the smallest complaints, I use it as an excuse to march over and tell you. I dream about you, so I can’t sleep and I can feel it affecting me. I spent my whole life avoiding how other men made me feel but I can’t ignore those feelings after being with you. And yes, I know it’s every prisoner’s duty to try and escape but I could never imagine leaving Stalag 13, leaving you!”

Hogan set down his now-empty glass and cradled Klink’s face in his hand before kissing him. The taste of schnapps sat between them, fuelling the passion between the two Colonels. The first time they kissed it was more timid, testing the waters, also Klink was trying to shut Hogan up. This time, the movement was slower, more purposeful, like they were both trying to make it last as long as possible. Hogan only pulled away to suggest a more comfortable location.

“Let’s go to your bedroom.”

Hogan’s voice was low and full of lust with the suggestion. Klink nodded and got up to follow Hogan to his own bedroom. Once they were in the room, Klink locked the door for extra security and Hogan got on the bed and laid down on his back. He gestured to Klink to join him and to his delight, Klink straddled Hogan between his legs and lowered himself on his hands to face him. One hand moved to hold his jaw as he leaned down to meet his lips.

Hogan reached his arms around Klink’s shoulders to stabilize himself and to hold him closer to him. He felt the weight of the world lift off his shoulders at the fact that Klink also saw this as a recurring relationship. He was also freed of thoughts of his men’s opinions, the underground operation he was running, and anything else that wasn’t him passionately making out with Klink in his bed.

The war was the last thing on Klink’s mind as he focused all his attention on the man lying underneath him. He pushed out any thoughts about how this could possibly come crashing down on him because everything seemed so right in the moment. Hogan was crazy about him, maybe even crazier than he was about him! Also, making out in a bed was more comfortable and more intimate than their usual standing position.

“So, do you want to put your cock in my mouth now?” Hogan broke away to ask, keeping his face close to Klink’s.

“We could do that, or I could put it somewhere else that can bring us both a lot of pleasure.”

Hogan raised a questioning eyebrow. He had heard rumours about that particular part of the male pleasure system, but never had an opportunity to test out the waters. He also knew that Klink would only suggest it because it would be enjoyable for both of them. Hogan was curious to see if the rumours were true.

“So, you want to fuck me?” Hogan smirked in his usual endearing way. “I guess I better get undressed then.”

Klink shifted off Hogan so he could take his clothes off and change positions. He worked on his own pants and untied his tie but Hogan stopped him from going further.

“Keep your tie on, it looks sexy as hell loose around your neck like this.”

Once Hogan was acceptably nude, Klink instructed him to get on all fours as he coated his finger in lubricant. He teased his entrance before thrusting his finger in with a moan from Hogan’s lips, his other hand steadying himself with the American’s shoulder.

“Got to get you used to this sensation before I just throw my cock at you.” Klink explained with lust in his voice. “But I promise, it will be worth it in the end.”

Hogan could only whimper as Klink added a second finger. It also helped that Klink has his cock in his hand and was stroking him in all the right ways. He could relax a bit more, allowing Klink to hit the spot.

Yes, that spot.

Hogan moaned, louder than he anticipated, but now every nerve fibre in his body was on fire. He felt Klink speed up his movements and leave a pattern of kisses, and probably more love marks, along his back with each thrust.

Klink figured he could get him off with his hand alone, but he did promise Hogan his cock earlier. He removed his fingers much to Hogan's protest, so he could prepare himself.

“Why’d you stop? That felt so good!”

“If you thought that my fingers were good, then you’re going to lose your mind with my cock.”

Klink gripped his hips as he thrusted into Hogan and his moans continued. He had almost forgotten how it felt to be with another man like this; yes using Hogan’s mouth was quicker, but knowing Hogan was getting some, no, a lot of pleasure from this made it more pleasurable for him too. And Klink was in control of the moment.

“My dear Colonel Hogan, have I ever told you how the sounds you make as I pleasure you drives me crazy? Mostly because you are moaning over something I’m doing to you.”

“I’ll take that into account, Herr Kommandant. Oh fuck!” Hogan moaned as Klink picked up the pace.

Hogan thrusted his hips into Klink’s movements, hoping it would get them both to climaxing sooner. He could feel himself nearing the edge with every thrust, and he moaned with each thrust knowing it was music to the Kommandant’s ears.

“Oh god, yes! Keep going, I’m almost there, yes, yes, yes!”

“Ja, du gehörst mir. Scheiße!”[2]

[2]: Yes, you are mine. Fuck!

Hogan’s inner spasms from his orgasm brought on Klink’s mere seconds after. Weak in his knees, Hogan collapsed onto the bed, taking Klink with him. Both of them breathing heavy, unable to form cohesive thoughts. Klink rolled onto his back and Hogan managed to shift closer to him, taking his lips into his.

The slow, lazy kisses brought both of them back to planet Earth and steadied their breathing. Hogan had a hand on Klink’s shoulder while he had an arm draped over Hogan’s back.

“You got to teach me some German so I can understand what you’re saying when you cum. It’s cute how you revert to your native language when you surrender to the pleasure. I take it it’s all good things though.”

“Yes, very good things.” Klink smiled as he nodded his head. “Here’s a phrase for you: Ich liebe dich.”

Hogan furrowed his eyebrows together. He pretended that he didn’t understand the phrase because he wanted Klink to repeat it in English. He also worked hard to contain his smile.

“You got me, I don’t know what that means.”

“Dummkopf!” Klink smacked Hogan’s arm playfully with the insult.

“Okay, I know what that means! Tell me! What did you say?”

Hogan started kissing Klink’s neck, hoping he could get him to tell him what he said earlier. He focused on those spots he knew would get Klink to tell him what he wanted to hear.

“C’mon, tell me!”

Klink stared into Hogan’s big brown eyes as he finally provided a translation.

“I love you.”

“Oh good, I thought this was going to be awkward. I love you too.”

Hogan chuckled before his lips were captured in Klink’s. He was glad Klink felt the same way about him and this wasn’t just sex to him.

“I was worried it was too early to tell you how I feel.” Klink broke away momentarily, “but when you know, you know.”

“I’ve heard that but never truly understood it, until now.” Hogan mumbled against Klink’s lips. “I thought I’ve been in love before but I wasn’t because now, I really am.”

Chapter Text

The last few weeks passed by very quickly for Hogan. Between his sabotage work with the Underground and his newly developed love affair with Klink, he was keeping busy. On the nights he wasn’t rigging explosives with Carter or meeting an informant with Newkirk, he was sneaking off to Klink’s quarters to be put in his place.

There was one morning where he must’ve fell asleep and Klink had to wake him up so he could get back to his barracks before morning roll call. That was a wake up call that they had to be more careful; Hogan wouldn’t necessarily know how to explain walking out of Klink’s quarters first thing in the morning to his men, or Klink’s guards.

Yet Hogan was in love, and happy. Probably the happiest he’s been since this whole war started. So naturally, he was worried that everything was going to blow up in his face. He and Klink would slip up and get caught by Burkhalter or worse, Hochstetter, with Hogan bent over Klink’s office desk. Hogan would get thrown in the cooler and interrogated with the finest torture methods used by the Gestapo and he’d hear that Klink got transferred. Not to the Russian front, but to the camps, where men entered but didn’t leave alive.

Hogan shuddered himself awake and was relieved to find himself in Klink’s bed instead of Gestapo Headquarters like he was in his dream.

“Hogan? You fell asleep again!” Klink lectured, but there was affection in his voice. “We have to be more careful.”

“I know, I’m just more tired lately. You fell asleep too.” Hogan turned to face his lover, leaning in for a lazy forehead kiss, then sighing. “I had that dream again.”

“The one where Hochstetter finds us?”

Hogan nodded. “Usually when things are going well for me, I think about how quickly those things could get destroyed.”

Klink held him close as his free arm gently rubbed his back. “I’m the same way. Usually because once I have a good thing going for me, it backfires.”

“I promise you, I won’t let anyone split us up without a fight.” Hogan was quite serious, but the part he left out was that they’d make a run for his tunnels and he would enact Operation Bear Hunt.

With a mission as dangerous as his, there was a fail safe that would get Hogan out of his current assignment: Operation Bear Hunt. All he had to do was mention that code phrase to London Headquarters and the gears would be set in motion to get him out of Stalag 13, ideally with his men as well. Now, Klink would probably be in the same trouble as him, and Hogan would put in a good word as to why he should accompany him.

“I know, I have no doubt in my mind that you’d figure something out.” Klink reassured him, but he was also worried. “But I can see Hochstetter and Burkhalter being so satisfied with themselves that they uncovered a sexual deviant in their ranks, and the smug look on their faces as I’m sent to my death!”

This time, it was Hogan’s turn to reassure the man next to him. He trailed his fingers along Klink’s arm as he whispered in a smooth but serious tone. “I’d shoot both of them in the head, or anyone else, before I let anyone take you away from me.”

They laid in the bed for another half hour, limbs entangled, trying to reassure each other they wouldn’t get caught. They ,couldn’t get caught, there was too much at stake.

“Speaking of being careful, I should go back to my barracks. I won’t sleep as well alone, but I’ll see you at roll call.” Hogan kissed Klink’s forehead again before getting out of bed. “I love you, and that won’t change.”

“I love you too. See you at roll call.” Klink replied as Hogan left the bedroom to crawl back to his barracks.

Ich vertraue dir mein Leben an, mein Lieb. [3]

[3]: I trust you with my life, my dear.

Hogan and Klink agreed to pause their late-night meet ups in the Kommandant’s quarters for a little while. Both of them were far too anxious as both Burkhalter and Hochstetter were making the rounds to all the Stalags. It wasn’t worth the risk of the smallest chance of getting caught. However with the lack of their hook-ups, both Colonels were back to their irritable selves. Klink was tougher on the guards and making them do drills, and Hogan was snappier with Klink in his office when he was denied a request.

“How could you deny me, Colonel? After all we’ve been through?!” Hogan yelled, he knew he didn’t mean to get angry, but Klink was dishing the anger out as well. “We just want an extra 10 minutes of light in the barracks!”

We both decided that it was best not meet up so much to drive any suspicion away from us. You were losing your edge, and I was getting too lenient with you and your men!”

“Well now my edge is back. And I think we ought to do something about that!”

“Perhaps you are right, Colonel Hogan!”

Klink and Hogan stood and stared at each other, their gazes unfaltering. Neither of them wanted to break first, both of them were too stubborn.

“Please Herr Kommandant, we both know we’d feel better. It’s been so long since you’ve sucked my cock.” Hogan began, guessing he was going to break first. “Don’t make me beg.”

Klink stayed silent but smirked with amusement. It only took five days before Hogan came crawling back, begging for him, and he was loving every minute of it.

“Or I can suck your cock! I know how much you enjoy that, especially when I do that thing with my tongue. Let me taste you, Herr Kommandant, bitte!”

Klink looked away briefly from Hogan but met his gaze again as he was deciding if Hogan had begged enough. Not quite yet.

“However if you sucked me off, I’d make all those little sounds you find so endearing and you could decide when you’d let me cum. I’ll be putty in your hands.”

“Alright Hogan, drop your pants. If it’ll shut you up, but know that you are going to owe me for this. I’ll get you in my quarters later tonight.”

The office wasn’t the best location, but Klink decided that Hogan had been a bit of a pill lately and needed to be dealt with, immediately. He wouldn’t be so easily satisfied, no, Klink was going to tease Hogan perhaps make him beg again to make him cum. Both men relaxed as soon as Hogan’s cock was in Klink’s mouth and he let out a low moan.

They shouldn’t have been doing this in the office, Klink should’ve dragged Hogan into his quarters to deal with his attitude. If only they did, then what happened next would’ve never happened.

Schultz opened the door to the office, without knocking at first. At least he was alone. “Herr Kommandant, I’m here to tell you-“

Schultz was cut off as he locked eyes with Hogan, who nudged Klink away from his crotch. The three of them yelped simultaneously as they realized what was going on. Klink jumped up from his knees and stepped back away from Hogan as far as humanly possible, Hogan broke a record for how quickly he could pull his pants up and buckle them up, and Schultz was stumbling for words.

“What is going- I see nothing, I know nothing!” He started towards the office door but Hogan and Klink protested and reached out to stop the sergeant.

“Wait, Schultz!”

“We can explain!”

Schultz was stammering as he opened the door, only for it to be pushed open by General Burkhalter.

“Klink!”

Shit! Hogan thought as he looked down, hands in front of him.

Scheiße! Klink thought as he saluted the General.

“General Burkhalter! What a pleasant surprise to see you here! What can I do for you?”

“I should get going.” Hogan and Schultz said simultaneously as the two turned to the door, only for Klink to stop them.

“Nein! The two of you can stay here.”

Hogan and Schultz stood still frozen in their tracks. Both of them knew how and when to take an order. Neither of them could make eye contact with the other.

“Yes, they can stay.” General Burkhalter agreed, “Klink, I’m here to let you know that my sister is in town and I thought it would be a good idea for us to grab dinner tonight at the Hauserhof. My wife and I won’t take no for an answer.”

“Well, I’d love to General, but I-" Klink was relieved that the General didn’t see what Schultz saw, but was anxious about seeing Gertrude again.

“He was about to throw the book at me before you came in General,” Hogan interrupted. “I was caught plotting an escape with my men and the Kommandant was just telling me how he was going to punish me and my men and it seemed pretty intensive.”

Hogan nodded at Klink, hoping it would be enough of an excuse.

“That’s right Herr General! I’m afraid my evening is filled with getting Hogan and his men back in line. After all, we’ve never had a successful escape from Stalag 13 and I’m not looking to start now.”

“I’m surprised at you Hogan, why would you want to leave us here at Stalag 13?” General Burkhalter asked Hogan and was met with a shrug. “I’m sure Gertrude will understand. She’s still in town tomorrow so perhaps we can grab dinner then.”

“I’m looking forward to it!” Klink lied through his teeth, he needed Burkhalter out of here so he could deal with Schultz, and then Hogan.

“Great see you tomorrow. I’ll send a staff car to pick you up at 1930 hours.” General Burkhalter saluted and made his exit. Schultz stood by the door looking at the two Colonels.

“Oh, that was a close one. You’re lucky I walked in here first to warn you that General Burkhalter was on way over here.” Schultz chuckled as he closed the door behind the General and stood in front of it. “Now, what is going on here, between the two of you?”

“Schultz, what you saw earlier, that was-“

“Please! Don’t tell me all the details of what you were doing Herr Kommandant, the image is still burned into my eyes.”

Schultz pinched the bridge of his nose, begging his brain to forget.

“I was getting out of line Schultz, and the Kommandant was trying a new punishment technique-”

“Hogan!” Klink yelled, he was partly mad at him for tempting him in his office. “Sergeant Schultz, Hogan and I, we were, we uh-”

“He lost a bet! I dared him, never thinking he would actually-”

“Hogan! Now the truth is that we were… uh, well we-”

Schultz raised his hand, knowing that his commanding officer was trying to figure out the words.

“It’s okay, you don’t need to tell me. I think I can figure out what’s going on here. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that both of you were a bit cranky but then one day, both of you were in a much better mood. I thought it was a coincidence, perhaps both of you were with someone on the same day. I guess I was right.

Klink and Hogan were stunned in silence as Schultz continued.

“I thought something had happened because both of you started getting cranky again, but, it looks like I got in the way of a little ‘morale-boost’. And now, everything makes sense.”

“Why didn’t you rat us out to Burkhalter?” Hogan asked, skeptical about Schultz knowing about their relationship.

“Because, it’s none of my business. This may surprise you, but I don’t necessarily agree with all of the Führer’s policies. I figure, as long as you aren’t hurting anyone, who cares who you are and you who are in bed with, as long as you’re happy.”

“Schultz, you’re a prince amongst men!” Klink sighed a breath of relief and offered Schultz a cigar. “We are happy, aren’t we Hogan?”

“I’d say so, we’d probably be happier if we weren’t interrupted. I’m glad it was only you who saw us Schultz, and not General Burkhalter.” Hogan agreed as he smiled towards Klink.

“For what it’s worth, you two seem like you make a good couple. And things around camp are better when you two are, let’s just say, getting down to business. Now, should I guard the door so you two can get back to… Colonel Hogan’s punishment?”

“That’d be great, thanks you Sergeant, dismissed!” Klink saluted as Schultz opened the office door behind him.

“I have one request, that you two go in the Kommandant’s quarters where you’re less likely to be disturbed again, and where I can hear nothing.”

“We’ll do that Schultz, thanks!” Hogan waved as he rushed Schultz out of the office.

“That was close, too close!”

“We’re lucky only Schultz caught us and not Burkhalter.” Klink sighed, “however there was a rush to all that. I think I’m more turned on now than ever before.”

“That’s adrenaline for you, and you’re not alone in that feeling.” Hogan’s voice was low and husky with lust as he stepped towards Klink and the door towards his quarters.

“My dear Colonel, shall we continue what we started, in my quarters?”

“Ja, Herr Kommandant.” Hogan smiled as Klink grabbed his hand and walked him through the doorway.

Once they were clear through the doorway, Klink closed it and threw Hogan against the door, his lips hard on his. He locked it just in case, as Hogan’s hand gripped his back, forcing him as close as physically possible.

Five days. They went exactly five days before it became apparent that both of them needed to blow off some steam. The longest five days on record at Stalag 13. It’s a miracle anyone survived before they got together.

One of Klink’s hands was in Hogan’s hair, the other at the front of his pants, making sure he was still hard. When he had his answer, he took his hand away, much to Hogan’s protest.

“Kommandant, are you mad at me or something?” Hogan asked, thrusting his hips into Klink’s.

“I’m mad at you for tempting me in my office, begging me to take you right there!”

“C’mon, you loved it,” Hogan teased. “Yeah, you loved having me plead with you to suck my cock, or let me suck yours.”

“Ja, but you got us caught, so now, I have to teach you a lesson.”

“So, I wasn’t completely lying to Burkhalter when I told him that you were too busy punishing me tonight.” Hogan smirked, “I am a handful, but you knew that.”

Klink said nothing as he backed away from Hogan and started walking towards his bedroom. He nodded his head to signal Hogan to follow, which he did. Once in the confines of the bedroom, Klink closed that door and turned to Hogan.

“Sit.”

Hogan obeyed the order, sitting on the bed, not taking his eyes off Klink for a second. He stood in front of Hogan, making a point of not breaking eye contact with him.

“Now, what do you want the most right now?”

“I want your mouth around my cock, so I can make all those little noises I know you find irresistible about me. I want you to control me, making sure I don’t cum until you let me.”

“I see. Now pick a number between 1 and 3.”

“Uh… 2?”

Klink nodded and grabbed a clean handkerchief from his shirt pocket with a confused Hogan looking at him.

“Good news, my dear Colonel Hogan. We will do what you wanted, but, you’re going to be blindfolded the entire time.”

He wrapped the fabric around Hogan’s eyes before instructing him to take off his pants. He did the same, not that Hogan knew. Once he was seated again, Klink rested his hand on his thigh and took his cock into his mouth, earning a moan from Hogan.

“Oh god!”

Klink was slow as if he was studying every single vein, every curve of Hogan. In reality, Klink was teasing him and seeing how long before he begged him for something more. He used his hand that was on his thigh to hold Hogan’s hips in place to prevent him from thrusting any faster than his mouth. The other one he used to stroke himself.

Hogan’s laboured breathing and low moans were the only sounds in the room. Having his sight taking away made him feel every sensation. Every painstakingly slow sensation. However he’d take the slow sensation over nothing, which is why he whimpered when Klink stopped.

“Tell me what you want and say the magic words, maybe that’ll work out for you.”

“I want you to go faster, please Herr Kommandant.“

Hogan sighed as his request seemed to be granted with an increased speed. He made sure to let Klink know he was happy with the new pace.

“Yes, just like that!”

It was a challenge but Klink managed to keep the same pace with his hand as his mouth. He also was concentrating on bringing Hogan close to that edge, but not letting him go over the edge. Not yet.

“Faster, again Herr Kommandant, please!”

Klink slowed his pace for two thrusts, before acknowledging Hogan’s request and increasing his speed again and having Hogan moan in approval. He would slow down when he felt Hogan get too excited, and then pick up the speed. Klink continued this pattern until he was satisfied that Hogan was desperate for his climax.

“Do you want to cum now?”

“Oh god yes, please! I want to cum Herr Kommandant!”

Klink showed no restraint as he brought Hogan to the edge and pushed him over. Once he was dealt with, Klink focused on his own climax and he wasn’t far behind Hogan.

“Oh, ja!”

He felt himself spasm and released Hogan from his mouth. The two Colonels sat there for a minute, the sound of laboured breathing in the air.

“Oh god, that was amazing!”

“You may remove your blindfold now, Hogan.”

He followed the command and blinked as his eyes adjusted to the lighting. He smirked when he saw Klink again, this time without any pants on.

“Did you have some fun as well?”

“I did, but there’s a mess for you to clean up.” Klink gestured for Hogan to join him on the floor. “In fact, I order you to clean up.”

Hogan nodded as he sat cross-legged on the floor and bent down to run his tongue over the Kommandant‘s thigh and spent cock. He made an effort to lick every last drop, noticing how Klink shivered when his tongue ran over more sensitive areas. Once Hogan had him cleaned up, they both stood up and pulled their pants back on.

“I know the last few days have been tough on us, but I still love you.” Hogan kissed Klink lightly, their hands intertwined. “I don’t want to go five days without being with you again.”

“I agree, and I love you too.” Klink smiled at Hogan. “We just have to be more careful.”

“Speaking of careful, I should be heading out now.” Hogan mentioned, “but I think it’ll be easier to sneak away now that Schultz knows. We’re lucky he’s on our side.”

“That is true, I can have him bring you to my quarters, and no one would be the wiser.” Klink sighed, as he realized his predicament. “Now I got to get through dinner with General Burkhalter and his wife and sister tomorrow.”

Hogan smirked as he pulled Klink into a final embrace before exiting the bedroom. “Well maybe when you get back to your quarter’s tomorrow, you’ll find me in your bed, completely naked and ready to obey your every order.”

Klink met Hogan’s lips for a quick kiss. “I’ll be thinking of what I’m going to do to you to get me through the entire dinner.”

Klink followed Hogan back to his office and called for Schultz to take Hogan back to the barracks. He noticed Hogan winked at him and mouthed ‘I love you’ before following the Sergeant out of the office. Klink mouthed ‘I love you too’ before returning to his paperwork he had neglected.

Hogan followed Schultz outside, noting that the brisk air felt good on his flushed face. He didn’t hide his emotions around Schultz as he grinned.

“So Colonel Hogan, I take it the Kommandant punished you?” There was a chuckle in his voice.

“Yeah Schultz, I got put in my place. I push Klink’s buttons, and he took some disciplinary action.”

“I’ll say this Colonel Hogan. Morale around camp is better when you two Colonels are, how you Americans would say, getting laid. Now, whenever you and the Kommandant are cranky, I‘ll know that the two of you need to… release some tension.”

“I promise, I’ll do everything in my power to make you not notice when Klink and I need to do some mutual stress relieving.”

Hogan saluted Schultz and we walked back into his barracks. He was thankful that the Sergeant could be trusted as a confidant who in return, would probably tease him about his love life. A small price to pay for Schultz’s silence.

Notes:

One of my hc's with Schultz is that he finds out about Hogan and Klink through unfortunate circumstances, or, he has a hunch. Either way, like Hogan's operation, he looks the other way because it's none of his business.

Also, if Hogan chose 1 Klink would've tied his hands together. Option 3 and Klink would blindfold and tie up Hogan's hands 😈

Chapter 4: Secret Affair

Summary:

Hogan’s men think they are onto a secret affair he is carrying out in town with a girl, but they couldn’t be more wrong. Schultz acts as a wingman and helps Hogan and Klink sneak around in plain sight.

Notes:

You didn't think I'd forget about Klink's dinner with General Burkhalter and Gertrude, and Hogan's promise to get his mind off it afterwards, did you? ;)

Yes, I know I'm a day early with the update. I'm gonna be a little late with the next update, apologies in advance, but it'll come!

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Klink came back from a disastrous dinner with Burkhalter and Gertrude; he just wanted to unwind in his quarters. He wondered if Hogan was planning on making good on his earlier promise. He entered his bedroom and saw Hogan sprawled out on his bedspread, wearing nothing but his crush cap and his signature smirk.

“How was dinner?”

“Better now that it’s over and I have an extremely attractive and naked American Colonel in my bed.” Klink was undressing himself as fast as he could to match Hogan’s un-dress code.

“And this extremely attractive and naked American Colonel is ready to do whatever his irresistible Herr Kommandant demands of him.”

Hogan smirked as Klink joined him on the bed. He climbed on top of him and pinned him down between his torso and the mattress. Their lips met as Klink ran his hand over Hogan’s toned chest muscles. It was clear that Hogan’s POW exercise program yielded favourable results.

“So… what do you want to do?” Hogan asked as his fingers trailed along Klink’s back playfully.

“Well, I was thinking tonight we could do something… a little different.”

“What did you have in mind?”

“I was thinking… I could get on top of you while you’re inside me. That way, it is my hips that are still in control.”

“Hmmm, I think I could work with that.” Hogan smirked as his hand rubbed Klink’s hip. “However one of these days, we’ll need to get you to give up control.”

“And let you think you’re in charge?! Keep dreaming!”

Klink scoffed but was interrupted by Hogan’s lips on his. One day he might give Hogan control, but that day was not going to be today. He had to sit through dinner where Gertrude was trying her hardest to flirt with him, with only his thoughts of controlling Hogan in the bedroom to keep him sane. That, and he loved having Hogan underneath him, truly trapped.

His hand reached for Hogan’s cock, and the other one grabbed the lubricant in the bedside table drawer. Klink massaged him a bit as he coated his cock, making sure he got a few moans from him. Klink then shifted himself onto his knees and guided Hogan’s cock into his entrance. Then he lowered himself back onto his thighs and both of them moaned at the new sensations.

“You good?” Hogan asked, noting there was more friction than Klink’s mouth.

“Ja, it’s just been awhile.”

“Take all the time you need, I have nowhere else to be tonight.”

Klink nodded before leaning forward to capture Hogan’s lips in his own. He thrusted his hips slowly, getting used to Hogan being inside him. Klink was surprised that his cock was able to the spot on the first few hips thrusts, but it made his nerves feel like they were on fire. He increased the pace with his hips and felt Hogan moan against his lips with the new speed.

Hogan had had partners on top of him before, eager to please, but with Klink it was different. Klink knew he could get Hogan off with the snap of his fingers but he liked to hold on to the control. His hips were trapped in whatever rhythm Klink wanted and he was focused on not coming until be believed Klink wanted him to cum.

“You feel amazing inside me, my dear Colonel.” Klink whispered as be propped himself up onto his hands to give him more control of his movements.

“I’m glad, because it feels amazing being inside you, Herr Kommandant.”

Hogan moaned as one of Klink’s fine tuned thrusts meant being rougher, as well as faster. He felt himself hit Klink’s spongy soft spot and knew he was enjoying this as much as he was.

“Nur ein bisschen mehr…”[4] Klink clenched his jaw as he felt himself get closer to his orgasm, “Komm für mich!”[5]

“Oh, Fuck! Yes!”

[4]: Just a bit more…
[5]: Cum for me!

He could feel Hogan spasm deep within him as they came together. Hogan rolled his eyes back into his head as his back arched against Klink’s torso. Klink enjoyed watching his chest rise and fall rapidly, his abdominal muscles spasming, his moans of pleasure escaping his lips. He also noticed that his own orgasm coated Hogan’s abs.

“I see you’ve shown your appreciation for me.” Hogan smirked as he used a finger to wipe up some of the fluid and brought it to his mouth. “You know you can still use my mouth, it’s less messy that way.”

“There was no time. You were hitting the spot and I just needed to surrender to the pleasure.” Klink whispered as he stared intently at Hogan’s every move. “Besides, you make the messy parts incredibly sexy with the way you clean yourself up.”

“I think you like making a mess of me so you can watch me clean up.”

Hogan sat up after he was sure he got all of the fluids off of himself; Klink adjusted himself to allow the shift in positions to happen. Hogan wrapped his arm around Klink’s shoulder to pull him in for a slow, lazy kiss. He was sure Klink could taste himself on his lips, and that he would make him pay for that later on.

“It’s getting late.’’ Hogan murmured against his lips. “As much as I’d like to stay, I should go. I’ve been here for a while, waiting for you to get back.”

Klink nodded as Hogan pulled away. His men might be wondering where their commanding officer was, even though they should be asleep at this hour. He wondered briefly what Hogan told them when he was coming over to his quarters, but he didn’t need to know the details. He watched as Hogan got re-dressed and pushed the wood stove off of his tunnel entrance.

“Goodnight Herr Kommandant, love you.” Hogan got Klink in one last embrace and stole a kiss before opening the hatch.

“I love you too, my dear Colonel.”

Klink watched as Hogan made his exit through the tunnel and he closed the hatch panel behind him. He moved the wood stove back into position after Hogan’s departure and then went to pour himself some schnapps as a nightcap.

Well, at least tonight wasn’t a complete failure. However, how is it that I run a prison camp, and yet I’m the one who feels trapped?

Hogan climbed up from his tunnel back in his barracks. It was 0200 hours so he figured his men would be sleeping, and not ganged up in his room when he finally returned to his bunk. He quickly came down from his high from being with Klink as he tried to figure out what his men wanted at this hour.

“What’s going on?” Hogan asked, concerned, as he deactivated the tunnel and turned to face his men.

“We’re worried about you, Colonel.” LeBeau started and was followed by nods from the others. “We all know it’s exciting to get out and meet up with the local girls, but…”

“You’re the one always saying ‘don’t get attached to anyone, you never know when a nice girl may be a Gestapo agent’.” Carter finished.

“Yeah, and if you got picked up by the Gestapo, the whole operation goes buggered up!” Newkirk added, “believe me, no bird is worth the risk.”

Hogan stood in the middle of the room, not saying much. He had his chin on his hand, with his arms crossed, eyebrows furrowed, deep in thought.

“Kinch?” He turned to face his right-hand man.

“I agree with them, Colonel. You have been sneaking out a lot, and while we all understand having needs, and loneliness, well it was you that told us to not linger.” Kinch explained, “even if a woman isn’t a Gestapo agent, she could be followed by them. Sometimes, they’re just at the Hofbrau, and we’re at the wrong place at the wrong time.”

Hogan continued standing, eyes looking around his men and glancing at the floor. As the senior POW officer in charge of their secret underground operation, he did make certain rules about being out on the town and fraternizing with locals. He should also be leading by example.

As he saw it, Hogan had two options. The first one was to tell his men everything. That he wasn’t even leaving camp to get his rocks off. But he didn’t know how to explain that the person whose bed he’s been sneaking in was Klink’s. However, he wasn‘t in the Gestapo‘s sights or earshot, and he definitely wasn’t talking to Klink about their operation.

“You’re right,“ he sighed, deciding on the second option. “What good are the rules if I’m making them but not following them? Why would you ever trust my judgment?”

The questions were hypothetical, but his men offered him some answers. Hogan should’ve known better; he knew the men looked up to him.

“Hey, we’ve all done it Colonel,” Carter chuckled. “We get caught up in the fantasy with a lovely woman and it’s hard to see reality anymore.”

“That’s true, we’ve all gone mad from a dame before and threw logic and rational thinking right out the window.” Newkirk added.

“Oui Colonel. We’re all human, we’re all men. We understand if you’ve taken a break from reality for a mademoiselle. That’s why we have each other to pull us back.”

“None of us think any less of you sir for a lapse in judgement when we’ve all done it.” Kinch finished.

But would you guys trust my judgement, think any less of me, if you knew who I really was? Or at least who I’ve been in bed with lately? Maybe it wouldn’t matter if it was another Allied officer in my bunk, but… I’m in Klink’s quarters, fucking him, getting fucked by him, and loving every moment of it! I’m literally sleeping with the enemy!

“Thanks men, I appreciate the candour,” Hogan smiled. “I know it’s not easy to corner your commanding officer and talk some sense into him, but I needed it.”

He could see his men relax as they felt more at ease around the Senior POW officer. They weren’t wrong to be concerned based on the information Hogan had given them. For all they knew, he was seeing a girl in town. They just didn’t know how wrong they were about the situation.

“I’ll stop seeing her, and I’ll be more covert on our operations, in case the Gestapo remembers my face. We need to remember why we’re here.”

Hogan nodded to his men, who repeated the action. He respected his men for confronting him, especially since he’s had to sit every one of them down at some point and give the same stern lecture. It was a little amusing that the four of them felt like they needed to all be there in order to have the same authority as one Colonel.

“Is that all?” He yawned, forgetting how late it actually was and roll call was in a mere few hours.

“One more thing, we’ve lost track of who’s next to use the cave. Now, I think it’s mine turn but-”

Carter was cut off by the protests of the remaining three. Hogan watched them argue, finding it amusing, but they could all use some sleep.

“How about the first one to get out of my office gets to use it next?”

He watched as the guys bid their commanding officer goodnight and rushed out the door with Carter getting out first. There were a few more groans as the other men conceded their defeat. Hogan got ready for bed once he was alone, and laid on the top bunk, waiting to fall asleep.

I know I’m in a POW camp, but I can sort of come and go as I please. Why is my relationship the most trapping aspect of my life?

Turns out, Schultz was actually quite good at being a wingman; it helped that Hogan was the senior POW officer so he was the liaison between the other prisoners and the Kommandant. Schultz entered Barracks 2 and asked for Colonel Hogan; nothing unusual to his men.

“What does Klink want now?” Hogan protested in front of his men, but got up and followed Schultz outside.

Once the two of them were outside, Hogan turned to Schultz with a smirk as they walked to Klink’s office.

“Had to act like I’m not pleased to go see Klink.”

“Very smart. I take it none of them know?”

“No, and I intend to keep it that way.” Hogan mentioned sternly before changing the subject. “Did the Kommandant say if this was a business call or pleasure?”

“He didn’t say, but I wouldn’t be surprised if business turned to pleasure.” Schultz chuckled, “Colonel Hogan, if I may, can I ask a question?”

Oh boy. Hogan rubbed his temples with his hand. “Alright Schultz, you get one question.”

“The other day, when I accidentally saw… things. Do you and the Kommandant… take turns… how should I say this? Giving and receiving?”

“Yes.”

“I see. And you enjoy both… giving and receiving?”

So much for one question. “I didn’t expect to, but yeah. Sometimes I even like giving more than receiving.” Hogan chuckled, if Schultz was going to ask questions, he’d make him regret it.

“Very interesting. You know, I haven’t met anyone like you and the Kommandant. Not that I know of anyways.”

“Well we’re like any other couple. Except for the fact that we’re both guys and we both have-“

“Please, Colonel Hogan!” Schultz threw his hand up in the air, cutting Hogan off. “I know what you both have!”

“I was going to say needs! Geez.” Hogan snickered as Schultz flustered. “You’re the one asking questions.”

They reached the porch of the office and Schultz stopped as Hogan walked up the steps.

“Just so you know, Fräulein Hilda has the day off today and I will be standing guard out here, to make sure you are not disturbed.” Schultz winked as Hogan saluted the Sergeant.

“Thanks Schultz.”

Hogan opened the door and walked past the reception area, which as Schultz hinted, was vacant. He knocked on the office door, out of courtesy.

“Come in!”

“You wanted to see me…” Hogan trailed off as he opened the door and saw Klink, his jaw hanging open as he was left speechless.

Klink had cleared his desk and propped himself on it. He was on his left side, with his right leg bent. He was also out of uniform, wearing only his boots and his cap. His signature monocle was even absent.

“I take it by the look on your face that you like what you see.” Klink coyly suggested. “Seems only fair you walk into a room and find me in the nude after the other night.”

“I uh…” Hogan started unzipping his jacket as he cleared the lump in his throat. For once, he was at a complete loss for words.

“If your jaw is going to hang open like this, you might as well make your mouth useful.”

Klink sat up on the desk, spreading his legs in the process. He noticed that Hogan’s breath hitched when he saw that he was already hard.

“I just… I wasn’t expecting to see my irresistible Kommandant… already naked and… ready to go.”

Hogan closed the distance between them, cupping Klink’s face in his hands as their lips met, hard. Lust and desire drove the pace of Hogan’s lip movements, fast, as he felt himself match Klink’s level of arousal. He felt Klink match his pace as one of his hands grabbed Hogan’s thigh to hold onto.

“So…” Klink broke away from their make-out for a moment. “Are you going to suck my cock or not?”

“Mmm, I like when you cut right to the chase.” Hogan’s voice low with lust.

He got on his knees and before taking Klink into his mouth, he made a request.

“Talk to me as I please you. Tell me what you like about what I’m doing.”

Klink moaned as he felt Hogan’s mouth enclosed around him. He noticed Hogan had his own pants unzipped and his hand was around his own cock. His hand rested on Hogan’s head as his fingers laced in his hair.

“For starters, I absolutely love seeing you on your knees. It’s such a humbling position to put you in. Once you’re on your knees, I know it’s not long before my hard cock is in your mouth.”

Hogan moaned as Klink obliged his request. Normally he was the noisy one in their hook-ups, but he wanted Klink to talk dirty to him.

“Then there’s the way you suck my cock. It’s hard to believe that you’ve never done this before, because you’re extremely talented at it. You seem to know all my sensitive spots. Not to mention that thing you do with your tongue, it drives me wild!”

Hogan demonstrated the technique in question that was becoming his signature move. Starting at the tip, he ran his tongue along the ridge of the head. All the way around. Then, he would corkscrew his tongue around the shaft, until he reached the base. Then he would apply pressure with his mouth and run his tongue back up towards the tip.

“Ja, ja! Just like that! I love that tongue of yours, especially when you’re using it like this.”

Klink’s voice was getting more breathy and his breathing laboured as he felt his climax starting to build. He focused more on his words, making sure he was translating his thoughts into English for Hogan.

“I used to think about how you could better use your mouth when you’d come into my office ,and started running it about some prisoner nonsense. If only I had known just how good you were with your mouth, more than I ever imagined.”

Once Hogan reached a certain speed, it was easier for him to relax his throat and let Klink dictate the pace.

“Then when I’m getting close, you relax your throat so I can use it, use you, until I cum. I know it’s rough, but… your throat feels amazing. Sometimes you gag a little but… I’m so close!”

His fingers laced tighter in the Hogan’s hair as he made his final thrusts.

“You’re my prisoner. You do as I say! You let me use you for my own pleasure!”

Klink felt himself unravel as his climax moved throughout his whole body. He could only moan for a few seconds before letting Hogan know how he made him feel.

“The way you swallow around me as I cum in your mouth… nothing compares to it. There’s so much sensation, it’s almost overwhelming, but it’s amazing. You also make sure you don’t remove your mouth, until I am completely finished.”

Hogan cleared his throat as he claimed it for himself again. He felt Klink’s thumb run along the corner of his mouth, catching the last bit of fluids. Hogan made a point to lick his thumb, getting that last bit.

“You’re getting better at taking a load. Seems like practice is paying off.”

Klink noticed that Hogan also brought himself to completion during their encounter. He reached for his right wrist, bringing it to his mouth without breaking eye contact with Hogan.

“I see you enjoyed yourself there, my dear.”

Hogan watched in awe as Klink ran his tongue over his coated fingers. He sighed as the Kommandant pulled his index finger into his mouth, making sure to clean up as much of his own fluids as possible. Once he was done, Hogan stood back up, gathering himself into his pants.

“I wanted to let you know that I won’t be sneaking into your quarters for a little bit.” Hogan changed the subject, his voice a bit hoarse. “My men are starting to get suspicious, but they don’t suspect anything between us.”

“Understood. Luckily as senior POW officer, you’re the one I talk to about prisoner relations.”

“And we don’t have to worry about Schultz.”

Klink nodded as I grabbed his uniform off the floor and started getting dressed.

“I can have Schultz bring you to my office and we can have our… liaison meetings. Schultz would rather not think about what is going on here, but we can at least count on him to leave us undisturbed.”

Hogan kissed Klink goodbye as he made his exit; they still had to think about timing of these Kommandant/Senior POW meetings. They can’t run too long or else they run the risk of getting caught either by Hogan’s men or visiting German officers.

Hogan nodded at Schultz as he walked towards the guard, smiling to himself.

“All pleasure today Schultz.”

Schultz chuckled, “What was it today, giving or receiving?”

“Giving. But it was amazing. Sometimes, I can get off just knowing I’m bringing him so much pleasure-“

“Please! I’m sorry I asked.” Schultz stammered, only somewhat sorry. “I hope you got something out of it still.”

“Oh definitely.” Hogan winked as he turned to re-enter his barracks, and Schultz made his way back to Klink’s office.

Schultz had always known that Hogan and his men were running some sort of spy operation from the barracks. However, he often turned the other way because frankly, he didn’t care which side of the war won, he just wanted it over. Some part of the Sergeant secretly hoped the Allied troops would be victorious, especially seeing how Hogan and Klink, two enemy Colonels, clearly felt for each other. Homosexuality was illegal in most Allied countries, but it wasn’t punished like it was in Germany. Schultz was a sucker for love; he enjoyed seeing those he cared about find happiness, even if he didn’t understand the appeal of another man.

Schultz knocked the office door and waiting for Klink to grant him permission to enter.

“So, how did it go?” He winked at his commanding officer. He was 100% in on the plan.

“You should’ve seen his face Schultz. For once, Colonel Hogan was speechless.” Klink chuckled, “I take it he didn’t suspect a thing when you went to get him?”

“Not at all.”

“Excellent. You know Schultz, I can’t recall the last time I was this happy.”

“Well as I always say, when you’re in love, the world seems like a better place.” Schultz stopped as he realized Klink had never mentioned being in love with Hogan, at least to him. “I mean-”

“We are in love.” Klink sighed, “and all because of a war of all things! Maybe that’s why they say ‘all’s fair in love and war’.”

Klink poured both of them some schnapps as they continued chatting. Schultz sat down on the other side of the desk, he would have to get back to his post soon.

“You know, Hogan and I both appreciate you helping us out here. It feels like we’re sneaking around but in plain sight!”

“What can I say? Anything for love.” Schultz toasted his commanding officer.

“Hey Schultz, got a moment?” Hogan asked as he met up with the Sergeant later that night on his evening rounds.

“Colonel Hogan! You are supposed to be confined to barracks after lights out!”

“Please Schultz, I need a favour.”

Schultz grumbled something under his breath, probably in German, since Hogan didn’t quite catch it. He turned towards Hogan to see what he wanted. If there was one thing Schultz knew, it was that he wouldn’t let up until he indulged him in his favour.

“Okay Colonel Hogan. What is it?”

“Can you teach me some German?”

Schultz was a bit surprised and raised an eyebrow at the Colonel. He chuckled with his first thoughts on Hogan’s request.

“Heh, thinking of surrendering?”

“Not a chance.” Hogan glared before turning away. “Forget it, it’s dumb.”

Hogan started to walk away but Schultz called him back over. Hogan stopped and turned back around; it was too easy to pull a fast one on the sergeant.

“I’m sorry! I promise, I will not be a jolly joker anymore! I think it’s great you want to learn a new language.”

“Thanks. I mostly want to impress Kommandant Klink by expanding my vocabulary so I can understand what he says sometimes.”

“I see.” Schultz smirked, knowing Hogan had some sort of ulterior motive. “Anything you want to know in particular?”

“You make me happy.”

Schultz smiled before giving a translation. “Du machst mich glücklich.”

“Du machst mich glückich.” Hogan repeated the phrase, slowly at first then increasing the speed of the syllables.

“Not bad for an American. There’s also ‘you look nice tonight’: Du siehst heute Abend gut aus.”

Hogan repeated the phrase until it felt comfortable and it stuck in his head.

“How would you say ‘I want you so bad right now’?”

Hogan smirked as his vocabulary requests drifted towards more raunchy territory and it ruffled Schultz’s feathers. However, he was surprised when Schultz offered a translation.

“Ich will dich jetzt so sehr. Please don’t get too vulgar Colonel Hogan!”

“I’ll try, but I know some working German. It’s the dirty words they didn’t teach us before flying over here.”

Schultz sighed as he rubbed his temples. “In that case, you might want to know that ‘schwanz’ is the word for… well, you know.”

“I think I like the English term better, but good to keep that in mind.” Hogan chuckled, “Ich will deinen Schwanz.”

Schultz elbowed him, shaking his head at Hogan’s shenanigans. Both of them were chuckling.

“Du hast schöne Augen means you have lovely eyes… you can… change the noun to whatever you want to compliment.”

“Du hast einen shönen schwanz.”

“I’m gonna regret teaching you that word.” Schultz mumbled, “dummkopf.”

Notes:

Full disclosure, I know very little German. French I'm quite fluent in, but not German. Most of what I know comes from the show and no one was saying stuff like "I want your cock" (to my knowledge).

If there's any errors in translations, feel free to let me know (nicely!) either in the comments or over on Tumblr (blog name same as user name here) :) I debated including the last part of this chapter, but I like having this little bonding moment between Hogan and Schultz! And it sets up some scenes in the next chapters...

Chapter 5: Gay Paris

Summary:

After getting a 3-day pass to Paris, Klink arranges to bring Hogan with him as a romantic getaway. With the stress they are under with hiding their relationship, a road trip is just what they need!

Notes:

I'm back!

I've always liked the idea of Klink finding a way to take Hogan to Paris for a weekend, especially to his knowledge, Hogan's never been. Considering he's had some terrible luck in Paris, this is also his way of changing his impression of the city.

And yes, there is a fine line between fluff and smut, and this chapter balances both! The Colonels deserve some fluff every now and then.

Chapter Text

Things were going pretty smoothly at Stalag 13 over the last couple of weeks. There were less sabotage going on in Hammelburg so Burkhalter and Hochstetter were not around as often, and prisoner intake had been low. The Kommandant, along with the senior POW officer were also in a good mood, thanks to Schultz’s wingman services.

Hogan and his men were spending the afternoon outside, it was sunny and warmer than it’s been for a while. Hogan noticed Schultz approach their group, Klink must want him for something.

“Hey Schultz, how’s it going?”

“I can’t complain, it’s nice outside. Colonel Hogan, Kommandant Klink wants to see you in his office.”

“Of course he does. Can’t a guy enjoy a nice day?” Hogan began his usual protest before following Schultz.

They had fallen into this routine quite easily; Hogan would act reluctant to see the Kommandant when Schultz came to fetch him. Once he was out of sight with his men, Hogan would grin, looking forward to what his meeting with Klink would entail. Sometimes, Schultz would ask him about his relationship and how things were going. Other times Schultz preferred to be quiet as he escorted Hogan to Klink’s office. Especially when Hogan was in an oversharing mood, which was usually the case.

“The Kommandant has a surprise for you.” Schultz teased; smirking as he saw Hogan’s eyebrow arch. “Probably not the surprise you’re thinking of.”

“Hmm, care to give me a clue then?”

“Nein! I told Herr Kommandant that I would not ruin the surprise for him. But I think you’re gonna like it.”

“I usually like the type of surprises Klink has for me.” Hogan smirked at Schultz’s uncomfortable expression. “This one time he-“

“Colonel Hogan please! I don’t need every little detail about what goes on behind closed doors.”

Hogan started chuckling and felt Schultz glare at him.

“What, what, what is so funny Colonel Hogan?”

Hogan stopped laughing enough to enlighten Schultz. “Oh nothing, I was just thinking how there’s nothing little about any of our details.”

Schultz groaned at Hogan’s oversharing but he did bring it on himself. “You’re almost as bad as the Kommandant.”

“Oh, Klink talks about me to you?”

“Ja, but sometimes, I wish he didn’t.”

“C’mon Schultz. Tell me one thing he’s said about me. Curious about feedback and see if there’s anything I could improve on.”

Hogan smirked with amusement as the Sergeant was clearly getting agitated. He did know when he crossed a line and would step back, after all Schultz could expose him and Klink at any time. However, it was fun to tease him a bit.

“Apparently, and he said this, not me, but you are… noisy in the bedroom. He doesn’t think you could be quiet if you tried. Not that he’d want you to be uh… quieter.” Schultz stumbled over words, but somehow kept going. “One time, he even did an impression of you.”

Hogan couldn’t help but resume chuckling but he had tortured Schultz long enough for one afternoon. Or had he?

“What can I say? When I like something, I like to let the other party know so they can keep doing whatever it is that makes me moan.”

“Jolly jokers, both of you,” Schultz mumbled. “You and the Kommandant are perfect for each other. However, I wish I had never walked in on you two that day.”

Hogan nodded in agreement. It was one of those rare moments in his life where he saw his life flash before his eyes. It was his fault they got caught too, he just had to beg Klink to take him there in the office. Now, they took more precautions, even though Hogan had eyed the office desk, fantasizing about being bent over it.

Schultz followed him into Klink’s office, which was not unusual. Sometimes the Sergeant did have some business to discuss with the Kommandant before leaving the two Colonels alone. Schultz knocked on the door before being told to enter the office.

“Schultz, Colonel Hogan, come in, come in!”

Klink waved the two in; Colonel Hogan sat in the office chair and Schultz stood some distance behind him.

“Things have been going so well lately, I’ve been able to get a three-day pass to Paris!” Klink began, his energy beaming. “To make things better, I’ve arranged for you to come with me, Hogan.”

Hogan raised his eyebrow, this definitely wasn’t the surprise he had in mind.

“Colonel, as much as I’d like to, I am a prisoner here, and I can’t come and go as I please like you can.”

“Hogan, I’m in charge around here and if I want you to accompany me outside of camp, I can make that happen.” Klink leaned forward at his desk. “Besides, it’s not like you’d use the opportunity to escape. If I recall correctly, you seem rather… happy to be here at Stalag 13.”

“I’ll go where my Kommandant wants me to go.” Hogan smiled, “but how do you explain taking a POW to Paris to the guards? Or my men? Or to people who don’t know about our little… arrangement?”

Schultz chuckled behind them. “From what I’ve heard, there’s nothing little about your arrangement.”

“Schultz!” Klink shook his fist at the Sergeant before addressing Hogan’s concerns. “It’s simple. As of now, you volunteered to be my bodyguard, going undercover as a German officer, my aide.”

“You’ve thought about everything haven’t you? And I suppose Schultz here gave up his position of being your assistant so I could take his place?”

“That’s right. I figured I would only be a third wheel and they always say, leave Paris to the lovers. Also, I’ve arranged adjoining rooms for you at the hotel so you can do… what you two do.”

“So Hogan, are you in for a little road trip to Paris?”

“Of course, it’ll be nice to take a vacation. Haven’t travelled much since I got here.” Hogan smiled at the thought of not having to deal with his men, roll calls, and could spend some quality alone time with Klink.

“Excellent! Schultz, you’re dismissed. Hogan and I have some… other business to attend to.”

“Jawohl Herr Kommandant!” Schultz saluted the two Colonels before making his exit.

“So that’s what I know. I apparently volunteered to be Klink’s aide in Paris for three days.” Hogan briefed his men once he returned to the barracks. “We leave Friday morning, supposed to get back Sunday evening sometime. Kinch, get on the radio to London, see if they need a hand with any missions in Paris while I’m there.”

“Right Colonel.” Kinch nodded and got up to activate the tunnel.

Hogan would rather he didn’t have to undergo any operations while he was in Paris, but he had to keep up appearances with his men. He hoped Paris was as quiet as Hammelburg had been lately since he’d rather spend his time tangled up in hotel bed sheets with Klink.

“You need any backup mon Colonel? In case you need a break from Klink?”

“Sorry LeBeau, but while I’m gone I’ll need all of you here in case the underground picks back up again. Next time though.” Hogan nodded. He knew the Frenchman would love to return to his home country, but this was one trip he didn’t want any of his men to follow him on.

Hogan made his way to Klink’s office after roll call Friday morning to grab his Luftwaffe uniform and change before heading to Paris. He had given his measurements to Schultz once he agreed to go to Paris so the uniform fit him perfectly. As he got the final pieces together, he heard a knock on the bedroom door.

“Well Hogan I must say, a German uniform looks quite good on you.” Klink stood behind him as he wrapped his arms around Hogan’s waist.

“You think I look good in anything.” Hogan smirked as adjusted his cap in the mirror. “Although I’m not too crazy about you outranking me. I feel like I’ve been demoted.”

“Well I couldn’t have my aide be the same rank as me! Besides, Captain is a perfectly respectable rank. I also don’t think you’ll mind me outranking you since you won’t be in uniform for most of the trip.”

Klink smirked as he kissed Hogan’s exposed neck. He shuffled his hips closer to his, pressing his hard cock into his backside. Hogan moaned at the contact but used his hand to block his neck from Klink’s lips.

“Herr Kommandant, I’m not sure we have time for this right now. We have about an eight hour drive to Paris so we should get going.”

“You’re right.” Klink sighed as he backed away from Hogan. “However, there will be no mercy once I get you behind closed doors in the hotel room.”

“I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Hogan smiled as he turned around to face Klink, kissing his lips briefly before continuing for the door. “And the sooner we get to Paris, the sooner you can give me that cock of yours.”

The two emerged from Klink’s quarters, meeting Schultz with Klink’s staff car, away from the other guards and prisoners.

“Herr Kommandant, Herr Kapitän.” Schultz saluted the two officers. “The hotel will have champagne delivered to the room once you arrive.”

“Danke Sergeant.” Hogan saluted back.

Klink was impressed by his German accent; confident no one would suspect he was an American POW and not his aide.

“Now, enjoy Paris you two. I’ll enjoy not having to hear about your affair for the next three days.” Schultz chuckled, “make sure you take some time to see the city outside of the hotel room.”

“Will do.” Klink saluted as Hogan opened the passenger door of the staff car.

Hogan turned to get into the driver’s seat and started the journey to Paris. During their long drive, they spent the time getting to know one another. Childhoods, first loves, favourite colours and foods; they discussed all of those things and more as they headed out of Germany.

It wasn’t long after checking in to the hotel, the champagne being delivered, and a quick but thorough bug sweep that Hogan was swept up in Klink’s arms. Their lips were locked together after what seemed like an eternal drive to get here.

“No paperwork.” Klink whispered against Hogan’s lips. “No roll call, no General Burkhalter, no other prisoners. Just us.”

Hogan moaned as Klink’s lips moved from his lips to his neck, where they left off at Stalag 13.

“Less sneaking around, no one’s here to interrupt us. I say we just order room service; I’m not sure we’re gonna leave this hotel room.” Hogan mumbled in return as Klink worked on unbuttoning his uniform jacket.

“It’s our vacation. Plus I’ve been to Paris a few times. Maybe we just stay here and have stupid, crazy, insane, mind-blowing sex all weekend.”

“I like the sound of that.”

Hogan threw his jacket to the ground, thankful that London didn’t have anything that needed sabotaging in Paris this weekend. He was told to just listen in on any conversations that seem important. However it seemed like the only thing he would be hearing is the sound of his own moans, along with Klink’s. Also, Hogan had also been to Paris a few times, and they might go see the Eiffel Tower or the Seine River, but for now, the only sightseeing he wanted to do was under Klink’s uniform.

Klink backed Hogan up against the wall as he continued to undress him. Hogan worked on Klink’s uniform, realizing that he had a head start on him. He felt the familiar breeze on his naked torso and Klink lowered his lips to kiss and nibble along Hogan’s collarbone.

“You know, it’s a shame you’re an American. You look incredibly sexy in a German uniform.”

“Well for the weekend, I’m your aide Captain Hogan-Schmidt. And…” Hogan paused as he finished working on Klink’s shirt buttons. “You outrank me, Herr Kommandant.”

“You’re damn right I do!” Klink growled as he pushed his hips into Hogan’s. “And I’ve had to go eight hours without doing what I want to do to you! I order you to get on the bed.”

Klink backed up to allow Hogan to fulfill his command. He didn’t hesitate to climb up into the bed after him but not before getting rid of Hogan’s pants and his own. He did make a point of checking out his body before he followed him into bed.

“Any other orders?” Hogan asked while Klink straddled him.

“Just one.” Klink whispered in his ear. “Make those noises you know I love so much while I fuck you.”

Hogan moaned, as if on command, when Klink entered him. Klink’s hand was on his rock-hard cock and Hogan was almost overwhelmed from all the pleasure sensations. Their lips only separated to allow both of them to catch a breath, but there was something incredibly liberating about not sneaking around Klink’s quarters.

“Ich mag es, dich so zu sehen.” Klink mumbled against Hogan’s lips. “I like seeing you like this.”

“Ja? Du meinst unter dir?[6]” Hogan replied. He had recently brushed up on his German, thanks to a reluctant Sergeant Schultz.

“I’m impressed, and incredibly turned on. Yes, you under me is where I prefer you.”

[6]: Yeah? you mean underneath you?

Klink increased his thrusts; just when he thought he had Hogan all figured out, he threw a curveball at him, but Klink loved it. The moment he saw Hogan in the Captain’s uniform, he knew it wouldn’t be long until they were in this position once they got to Paris. They had the rest of the weekend to take things slow, but Klink needed Hogan underneath him, moaning, and he needed to fuck him fast and hard.

“ich bin so nah!” [7] Hogan moaned, arching his back as he always did when he was about to cum. “Ja, Herr Kommandant!”

[7]: I’m so close!

Hogan felt both himself and Klink explode at the same time, talking in German must’ve pushed the Kommandant over the edge. He felt Klink’s body weight crash down on him in the aftermath, but he welcomed the crushing sensation. Klink captured his lips in a lazy, post-sex kiss and enjoyed the feeling of not having to get up right away so Hogan could sneak back to the barracks.

“Ich liebe dich.” Hogan mumbled into Klink’s ear. “Herr Kommandant.”

“Ich liebe dich auch Liebchen.”

It was a good thing Klink suggested they grab dinner before heading to the hotel room. There was no way either of them were planning on leaving this lazy embrace anytime soon. Klink sat up long enough to get his cock out of Hogan but resumed his position of lying on top of him, listening to the sound of him breathing. It wasn’t long until both of them drifted off to sleep afterwards, it had been a long day after all.

Klink was the first to wake up, noticing he at some point rolled off of Hogan and was instead cuddling him on his left side. Hogan was turned on his right side, facing him and still asleep. Klink watched as he snored quietly; he imagined this was a better night’s sleep than the bunk beds in the barracks. His hand drifted to Hogan’s hair and he lazily combed his fingers through the locks, careful to not wake him.

Hogan blinked his eyes open only to see Klink’s naked torso and hand running through his hair. He had the best night’s sleep since flying over to Germany for his mission. He smiled at his lover as he continued stroking his hair.

“Good morning my dear.” Klink greeted, “did I wake you?”

“Good morning. And no, I think I just woke up.”

Hogan pulled Klink towards him to give him a proper good morning kiss; long, lazy, barely any effort to it. Klink sighed into the kiss, allowing Hogan to have one bit of control in this moment.

“I should get going. I’m actually a POW and my Kommandant gets really cranky when I miss roll call.” Hogan smirked as he pretended to pull away, but let Klink pull him back into the bed with ease.

“I have a feeling your Kommandant won’t mind, this time.”

Both of the giggled as there was no rush to get out of the bed. Klink wished they could spend every morning like this, but given their current circumstances of war, it was impossible. So he would just have to be grateful that they had the weekend in Paris.

“So, what do you want to do today?” Hogan asked as they continued cuddling, his fingers trailing Klink’s torso.

“I think this is a big chunk of what I had in mind.” Klink replied, “speaking of things that are big…”

He reached his hand down to feel up Hogan’s cock. His other hand grabbed Hogan’s and guided him towards his own hardening cock.

“Leave it to you to ruin an innocent morning cuddle.” Hogan chuckled, “however I won’t object to your hand on my cock, ever.”

“How about a friendly contest?” Klink suggested as his hand stoked Hogan. “First one to cum has to suck off the winner.”

“Either way, we both win. You’re on.”

Hogan smirked as he quickened the pace on the Kommandant’s cock. He really wouldn’t mind if he lost this contest, at least this time. Perhaps next time he would put more effort into it. He moaned as Klink applied more pressure and picked up the pace. Hogan mirrored the movements but found it challenging to do so as he felt his orgasm building. However, Klink did moan at the faster pace, encouraging him to make an honest attempt.

“Oh god, yes!”

Hogan felt himself lose the contest as he released Klink and leaned into his climax. If they keep up at this pace, they might be able to go one day without needing some sort of sexual encounter when they got back to Germany. Not that he was complaining or anything.

“Okay, you lost Hogan. Now pay up.”

Klink leaned back onto the bed as Hogan crawled between his legs to take his cock into his mouth. He heavily considered deserting from the Luftwaffe, taking his American lover with him, and living out the rest of their days in a small villa in Switzerland to lie around all day. Klink was brought back to reality with Hogan’s magic tongue and him moaning against him.

“Yes Hogan, I’m gonna… yes!”

Klink probably wasn’t far from losing their earlier contest as evidenced by how fast Hogan was able to get him off. He sighed as Hogan came up for air, smirking as he maintained eye contact with Klink.

“Okay, now back to cuddling.” Hogan suggested as he crawled up beside Klink and pulled him towards his torso.

They did manage to leave the hotel room to visit the Eiffel Tower; Klink did promise Schultz that they would leave the hotel room at least once. Hogan had to remember that Klink didn’t know he had secretly accompanied him to Paris before so when Klink said he wanted to show Hogan the tower, he went along with it. It was bittersweet to watch other couples walk by and be able to show their affection publicly, but it did make Hogan believe in his underground cause more. Yes, homosexuality was still illegal in the United States, but not as severely as it was in Germany or Nazi-occupied France.

It was still nice to visit one of the most romantic attractions in the world, even if the two Colonels had to hide their love. However, it did get Hogan thinking about the future, particularly after the war. He had always assumed the Allied Forces would be victorious and that Stalag 13 would be liberated. Hogan had hoped that Klink would surrender and he would put in a good word on the Kommandant’s and Schultz’s behalf.

Would he ask Klink to come with him back to the States? He didn’t want to imagine them parting ways, but how exactly would he ask his secret, gay lover to move across the world? If it came down to it, would he stay in Germany? There would probably be some work involved to get Germany back to a functioning, sane country so it wouldn’t be out of the realm of possibilities. One thing Hogan couldn’t think about was if the Nazi’s did win the war.

Klink noticed Hogan was deep in thought for most of the afternoon, but he assumed Hogan was focusing on his impersonation of a German Captain. He imagined it was tough to hide the fact that he was in fact an American prisoner of war that was far from his Stalag. He had had enough sightseeing, so he figured it was as good as anytime to return.

“Do you want to go back to the hotel now?”

Hogan nodded, being pulled out of his thoughts as they walked along the Seine River.

“Yeah. Sorry if I seemed out of it. Just taking in the city sights. It really is quite nice.”

Hogan smiled at Klink as they made their way back. Both of them were conscience to not walk too close together to not arouse suspicion. Hogan did keep his ears open, in case a passing officer mentioned some sort of military secret, but he was more interested in Klink’s story about travelling to Paris before the war and the occupation.

“There was a bit more openness about Paris before the Nazis took over. Frenchmen typically don’t care who you hold hands in public with.”

“Some parts of California are like that.” Hogan mentioned, careful of his words out in public. “No one would bat an eye if you kissed another man in Palm Springs.”

“Palm Springs, huh? I remember asking you about the ladies in their bathing suits there before… we got together.”

“Let me guess. You’d rather see me in a bathing suit in Palm Springs?”

“Very much so.” Both of them chuckled. “I also remember being careful around you. I didn’t want to make a move before I was sure you would be receptive.”

“So it took you two years and three months between my arrival at Stalag 13 and getting me in your quarters four months ago, before you were sure?”

“Not exactly. I wasn’t even sure then. I just needed you to stop talking and took a risk with the methods I used to shut you up.”

“Well…” Hogan mused, “I’m glad you did. I don’t think I’d ever make the first move.”

Klink smiled as they approached the doors to their hotel. Hogan held the door open for his ‘commanding officer’ and the two of them passed by the reception desk. Once in the secluded space of the elevator, Hogan stole a quick kiss from Klink.

“I’ve been wanting to do that all day.”

“Yeah? Well, I’ve been waiting to get you back into bed all day, Captain.”

“We do have dinner reservations in one and a half hours, but I think I know a way we can kill the time.”

The elevator opened its doors and Hogan and Klink stepped away from one another and made their way to their rooms. Hogan walked through the unused aide’s room, but immediately used the adjoining door and walked into Klink’s room. He walked right up to Klink and pulled him roughly to his lips. Klink immediately worked on his pants; so much for wanting to take things slower this weekend.

“Would you like me to suck your cock?”

“I don’t think I could ever refuse an offer like that.” Hogan moaned as Klink knelt in front of him.

He closed his eyes as he felt the familiar feeling of Klink’s mouth on him. Hogan’s hand rested on his shoulder to steady himself, allowing Klink to dictate his movements and the rhythm of those movements. Of course, Klink had to tease him a bit, but Hogan would be a liar if he said he didn’t enjoy being teased.

“You know just what I like, Herr Kommandant, ja.”

Klink had one hand on the back of Hogan’s thigh, making sure he didn’t try to go faster than Klink allowed. He had learned that when Hogan’s moans turned to more of a whimper, it was his way of letting Klink know that he wanted him to move faster.

“You make me feel… amazing.”

Hogan moaned with the most recent increase in speed. He felt the back of Klink’s throat against his tip as Klink took him deeper into his mouth. Klink relaxed his throat around him, the sensation drove Hogan wild as he groaned loudly.

“Yes, keep going! I’m almost there!”

Klink kept up the pace as he felt Hogan fill his mouth, stopping when he whimpered from the over-simulation. He swallowed around his cock and earned a shutter from Hogan.

“We should get ready for dinner now. But, when we return, I’m definitely going to return the favour.” Hogan smirked as he pulled his pants up. “Want to join me in the shower?”

Klink nodded as he followed Hogan into the bathroom.

The next morning, Hogan was the first one awake. He felt the fabric of the sheets on his bare skin, and the light breathing of a sleeping Klink next to him. Anytime they woke up together, Hogan was amused that they were always facing each other. He attempted to stretch his arms, being careful to not wake Klink up, however, half of his body was trapped underneath him. He wouldn’t trade this method of imprisonment for anything, even if it meant his arm went numb.

Klink eventually started to stir and his eyes opened to the sight of Hogan looking at him, as if he were studying his features.

“Hi there.”

“Mmm… good morning.” Klink mumbled as his lips met Hogan’s.

“How did you sleep?”

“Best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Might have something to do with the fact that I can sleep next to you.”

“Same.” Hogan smiled, “it’s a shame we have to eventually return to Stalag 13. Unless you want to desert. What time is it?”

Klink checked his watch, “it’s 0830. And we need to be back at Stalag 13 by 2130 before we’re declared AWOL.”

“We got some time then, should probably leave here around noon. Let’s enjoy the morning as long as we can.” Hogan pulled Klink as close to him as physically possible. “I’ve really enjoyed my time in Paris with you.”

“Me too. But there is a war on, and I have a Stalag to run.”

“Yeah, and I got to get back to my Stalag before my Kommandant finds out I was gone all weekend.”

Klink pulled Hogan in for another lazy morning kiss. They only had a short time left before the realities of the war and Stalag 13 returned. For now, there was nothing but him and Hogan, tangled in hotel sheets.

Chapter 6: Exposed

Summary:

Hogan learns of a secret Klink has been keeping from him and gets more than he bargained for, deepening their relationship.

Notes:

There's a lot going on here... enjoy!

This is the chapter where this story really clicked for me. It went from random smut connected with a thin plot to: Oh! There's actually something to all this, previous (and future) chapters are referenced, Hogan and Klink start talking about their relationship post-war... *Kronk Meme: oh yeah, it's all coming together!*

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

“Major Hochstetter! What a surprise to have you here!” Klink stood up and saluted as the Gestapo Major barged in, luckily Hogan wasn’t there.

“Rumour has it that you were seen in Paris last month with someone who looks an awful lot like Colonel Hogan!” Hochstetter sneered as he leaned over Klink’s desk.

“That’s impossible! Colonel Hogan is a POW and there has never been a successful escape-”

“-Escape at Stalag 13, ja, ja. Spare me your nonsense Klink! There are also more ridiculous rumours that two Luftwaffe officers were in Paris on a perverted getaway weekend! One of them was matching your description. The other? None other than Colonel Hogan!”

“Were you in Paris last month Major?”

“No, but the Gestapo have eyes everywhere! And you were on a three-day pass at the time! Now, we can do this the easy way or the hard way, Klink. You were in Paris last month.”

“Yes.”

“And your normal escort, Sergeant Schultz, was not with you, correct?”

“Yes, I was accompanied by Captain… Schmidt. Unfortunately, he was transferred to the Russian Front soon after we returned.”

“Convenient! He may not even be alive anymore,” Hochstetter muttered. “You didn’t have this Captain Schmidt transferred because of a perverted romantic getaway gone wrong?”

“Absolutely not! In fact, I spend much of my time with a local bar maid. I never got her name, but then again, we didn’t do much talking.”

Klink chuckled nervously; he really didn’t spend much time talking with his bed-mate.

“Of course! Convenient of you to not get a name!” Hochstetter pushed away from the desk, pacing around Klink’s office.

“You may have an answer for everything, but know this Klink: I see and know everything, unlike your Sergeant Schultz! If I find out you’re lying to me, and you took your VIP POW to Paris to do what your type of deviant does, I will make your life a living hell!”

Klink stared down Hochstetter until he gave up and left. His heart was pounding in his chest; of course someone recognized him. He and Hogan were extremely careful. When it seemed like they were walking too close for German officers, comrades in arms, they would both step away. It was a risk to take the trip, but Klink was lucky he could shut down Hochstetter’s paranoia for the time being.

“Schultz!” Klink yelled out for the Sergeant, who was just in the reception area.

“Jawohl Herr Kommandant?”

“Can you tell Colonel Hogan I wish to see him in my office?”

“Jawohl.” Schultz saluted him with a smile. “You seem a little tense, so I’m sure Colonel Hogan can relieve some of your stress.”

“Just go get him!”

Klink paced his office once Schultz left. Maybe the Sergeant was right, he was usually stressed whenever Hochstetter paid him a visit, and he just needed to spend some time with Hogan. Klink instantly felt better when he imagined Hogan in his arms, offering to get on his knees and pleasing Klink.

“You wanted to see me Colonel?” Hogan asked as he opened the office door, still within earshot of Hilda.

“Yes, come in Hogan.”

Hogan closed the door and walked towards Klink’s outstretched arms. Hogan wrapped his arms around Klink’s shoulders as he pressed his lips to his. It seemed like he needed to be with Klink just as much as he needed to be with Hogan.

“Saw Hochstetter’s car was here.” Hogan mumbled against Klink’s lips. “What did he want?”

“The Gestapo allegedly saw both of us in Paris last month, and looking like more than a Colonel and his aide.”

“Ridiculous. Don’t they know I’m a POW and that I willingly can’t come and go as I please?”

“That’s what I said!”

“Even if I was in Paris with you, don’t they know how insane it sounds that you and I would be lovers?”

“We don’t make sense in every way.” Klink paused to kiss Hogan. “Two men on opposite sides of the war; a Luft-Stalag Kommandant and an American senior POW officer.”

Hogan smirked in between kisses. “Highly unlikely we’d ever end up together.”

Klink pulled Hogan towards the door to his quarters, opening the door while Hogan’s lips were locked on his. He had gotten used to maneuvering around his office and quarters while distracted by Hogan.

Hogan allowed Klink to move his body around his quarters, eventually he landed in Klink’s bed. He worked on the buttons of his shirt as Klink climbed on top of him and worked on his belt and pants. Once Hogan was nude, he worked on Klink’s shirt and tie to get him in the same state of undress.

Klink leaned in closer to Hogan who held Klink’s torso as close to his as physically possible. He allowed Hogan to pull him to off of him and to his side, but maintaining the same level of closeness. Their lips locked for several moments, until Hogan pulled away.

“Join me.” Hogan suggested as he traced his hand along Klink’s jaw. “Well technically, I mean join our side.”

“You mean… desert from the Luftwaffe?”

“Not necessarily. But after the war, if you told the Allied Forces that liberate Stalag 13 you were on our side all along, they might take it easy on you.”

“You seem so confident your Allies are going to win the war. What if Germany wins the war?”

“You ever think about what would happen to me if that were the case? What happens to the prisoners after the Nazis win? What happens to us?

They stared at each other for what seemed like an eternity. Hogan didn’t like bringing up the war and politics during pillow talk, but lately, it was all he could think about.

“If the Nazis win the war, it’s very unlikely we can continue on like this.” Hogan resumed, “If they found out about you, about me, about us; it wouldn’t be good news. However if the Allies win, it’s more likely we could, potentially, continue our secret relationship.”

“Would you try to stay in Germany, or would you ask me to join you back in the States?”

Hogan paused, knowing what Klink’s question implied. Does our relationship continue past the war?

“I’d be open to either or. All I know is I don’t want to part ways with you after the war. If Germany wins and the SS had us lined up in front of a firing squad, I’d want to be holding your hand, my lips on yours, before they opened fire. I’d do everything in my power to stay by your side, stay in Europe to help rebuild Germany.”

“I’d follow you to the States. If I did join your side and the Allied forces allowed me to move to States once the war is over.”

“I’d put in a good word. If you do join us, I’d prefer you stay as camp Kommandant and not outright desert or defect, like a double agent.”

Klink paused; he knew what he was about to tell Hogan would alter their relationship. But, if they were to have a relationship, now and after the war, Klink had to start being honest. He knew the information was classified, even to Hogan!

“What if… I’m already a double agent?”

Hogan stared at Klink as he continued.

“I’m assigned to be a Luft-Stalag Kommandant where an Underground Network dedicated to sabotaging the German war effort operates. And the leader of that Underground is none other than the senior POW officer who stole my heart, who goes by the code name Papa Bear.”

“How do you know?” Hogan scanned Klink’s face, who softly smiled at him.

“Because my dear, I am Nimrod. A top secret operative planted within the Luftwaffe, under the guise of a Luft-Stalag Kommandant.”

Hogan widened his eyes in shock, then he smiled as he realized Klink had been on his side all along. We are not so different after all.

“Nice to meet you, Nimrod. Is that your real name?”

“It’s a code name, much like your Papa Bear.”

Klink shifted onto his elbow as he continued his answer. He stroked Hogan’s arm once he was comfortable in the new position.

“I am still Wilhelm Klink, I am German but when the Nazis rose to power and the war started, I immediately appealed to the Allied Forces in England. With my previous military record in the Great War, they decided to test out this double agent assignment.”

“I have… so many questions. Do you mind?”

“I’ll answer as well as I can. There are some things that are classified, even to me.”

“Why did you never tell me? It would’ve been nice to know that you were on our side.”

“High Command wanted me to keep my true identity a secret, even from the other underground agents. Otherwise, my identity could have been exposed by the Germans because we’d get too comfortable with each other. Also, my identity is supposed to be classified to anyone who is ranked lower than a General.”

“How much do you know about the operation?”

“I know about the tunnel system. And, how the men assigned to you are sworn to not escape, to make Stalag 13 look like the toughest POW camp in all of Germany. I am briefed on the missions London assigns you, and sometimes, I am tasked with making sure you receive messages. I also know my office is bugged so you can listen in on meetings and phone calls.”

Klink’s eyes widened as he made a realization, “I hope your men don’t take to listening in when you come over for our… rendezvous.”

“Well, when I’m in the same room as you, there’s no reason for anyone else to listen in. I’ve given my men strict orders to leave our meetings private.”

“Good, good.” Klink nodded, “Any other questions?”

“Schultz. Is he another operative?”

“Surprisingly not. His story does check out, he owns a toy factory that was possessed by the Nazis for the war effort. I’m sure he harbours a grudge for that, and doesn’t seem to care if the Germans win, maybe even wishes they don’t.”

“Interesting. Now, I take it that this…” Hogan waved his hand around the bedroom. “…wasn’t part of Nimrod’s original mission. Is this relationship real, your feelings for me?”

“My feelings for you are very real.” Klink stared into Hogan’s eyes, his tone serious. “I will admit, I didn’t anticipate landing into bed with you. And I didn’t count on you being so charismatic.”

Klink proved his point by pulling Hogan over to him and kissing him passionately. He hated that he lied to Hogan for so long, but his feelings for him was the first truth he could tell him. There was a weight lifted off his shoulders now that he was completely honest with Hogan.

“Would you like to see the operation? It would have to wait until everyone else is asleep. I’m sure London would prefer that your identity remains as much of a secret as possible.”

“You trust me?”

“What do you think?” Hogan pulled Klink’s lips back to his. “Our relationship, our love, is real. I’m sure you wouldn’t rat out your lover to the Gestapo.”

“Never.” Klink returned the kiss. “Do you mind if I call you Robert?”

“Not if you don’t mind if I call you Wilhelm.” Hogan chuckled, “I was wondering when we’d get on a first-name basis. Turns out we had to get on a code-name basis first.”

“Well anyways Robert, shall we continue what we originally came here to do?”

“I’ve been here quite a while, I should get back to the barracks. But, I will sneak back here later tonight and give you the grand tour, Wilhelm. And I promise to make it worth your while.”

Klink sighed, but even without the physical intimacy he never felt emotionally closer to Hogan than he did now. Hogan kissed his forehead before getting out of bed and getting re-dressed.

As promised, Hogan came crawling out from underneath the stove later that night. A table lamp was the only light in the room but provided him with a light source to move about Klink’s quarters. He pushed open the bedroom door, smiling at what he saw.

Klink was fast asleep; Hogan never mentioned when he’d return to his quarters. He watched as Klink softly snored, his chest rising and falling with his breathing. He noticed Klink’s monocle on the night stand as he made his way into the room and rested his hand on Klink’s shoulder.

“Wilhelm?” Hogan shook the shoulder gently, not wanting to startle him.

Klink stirred and eventually opened his eyes to Hogan, who was knelt down beside the bed, smiling at him.

“Hi, what time is it?”

“Just after 0100. Ready to go on an adventure?”

Hogan kissed Klink’s forehead before he stood up. Klink pushed himself up off the bed and threw the blankets off of him.

“Yes, but I hope it ends back here and we can continue what we started earlier today.”

“You have my word.”

Klink stood up and kissed Hogan lightly, before turning to get dressed. He grabbed his Luftwaffe blue robe and popped the monocle on his eye.

“I assume I won’t have to get fully dressed for this tour.”

“Not at all, in fact I almost prefer it.” Hogan smirked as he grabbed Klink’s hand and lead him to the living room and towards the stove tunnel.

“You already know about the tunnel from my barracks to your quarters.”

Hogan made his way down the ladder, with Klink following behind. They stopped at the landing so Hogan could grab a torch, and they continued down the tunnel’s path.

“Originally, I had this tunnel constructed in case we were ever in a situation where a Kommandant hostage would benefit us. However, I didn’t count on using it to sneak into your quarters for some private meetings.”

The two Colonels came to another landing in the tunnel system with three new routes appearing.

“This one goes directly to my private room, it’s quite convenient.” Hogan pointed at each tunnel as he explained their uses. “This one leads to a couple miles outside of camp. And this one? Well, it goes to the heart of the operation.”

They continued on the path to the main tunnel system. Klink knew of the tunnel system but had no idea how expansive the network underneath the camp really was.

“This is amazing! I’m impressed that you haven’t been caught by Burkhalter or Hochstetter. I know the Major has his suspicions.”

“I assume we have you to thank for throwing them off our trail?”

“Ja. I mean, a whole underground operation under a Luft-Stalag? It almost sounds as ridiculous as you and I being in a relationship.”

“So ridiculous, yet so true.”

The two smiled at each other as Hogan lead Klink through the operation, holding his hand where he could.

“This is our radio room. Kinch is in charge of running it and sending/receiving messages from London. Do you want to know where we stashed the antenna?”

“Let me guess. It’s in the flag pole on my office building?”

“Correct. I’m guessing London let you in on that one?”

“Yes, because I use the same antenna. Sometimes the signal gets jammed, I guess that is when we’re both on the line?”

“Most likely. Although it’s not often that happens. We connect with a sub off the coast of Germany who patches us through to London.”

Hogan continued the tour as Klink took it all in.

“Now, this is our photography studio. One of the main services we provide here is to get people out of Germany and to England. Defectors, underground agents that the Gestapo are closing in, that type of thing. We get some IDs and papers made up, in case someone stops them before they get out of the country.”

“How many would you guess, you’ve helped escape?”

“At least hundreds by now. Ironically many people escape Germany through Stalag 13, but none of them POWs assigned to the camp.”

“Amazing. When you say assigned, did London give you orders to be captured and send to Stalag 13?”

“Yes, I thought it was ridiculous at first. I’m a pilot, and London and the Underground wanted me to sit out most of the war? But, I still get to go on sabotage missions, espionage in town; it’s been a different way of fighting the war. Plus, I managed to fall in love at Stalag 13, of all places.”

Hogan kissed Klink before moving on to the next cave/room.

“This is our demolitions and chemistry department. Carter usually handles bomb making and the like. We don’t like to store too much ready-made explosives; Carter usually builds things on-demand.”

They passed by a cave that Hogan didn’t point out to Klink.

“What’s in that room?”

Hogan chuckled before giving an explanation. “You remember me telling you we have a… system for when certain needs need to be met? We have a cave for that, stocked with those dirty magazines Europe is known for. We have a schedule for who uses the cave when so no one accidentally walks in on someone else.”

“That’s actually very smart, very thoughtful.”

“Well without it the men would go completely stir crazy! And I wasn’t lying when I said my room isn’t the most soundproof. Not like I’d let the my men use my office for… that reason.”

“Did you ever use the cave?”

“Yes, but I often gave my time up so someone else could have a few more minutes. Besides, now I have somewhere else to go when I need to have my needs met.”

They continued through the tunnels as Hogan pointed out the tunnels that led to outside the camp, and the one under the dog house.

“Now this is where the magic happens. Our costumes and props department. We have everything from German civilians, to Luftwaffe privates, to full Generals. Newkirk and LeBeau are our head costume designers and barbers.”

Klink thumbed through the number of costumes, pausing when he saw something that caught his interest.

“I see you have a SS General uniform. Is it yours?”

“I personally have uniforms for most of the German officer ranks, yes.” Hogan smirked, “Why?”

Klink’s eyes lit up as he imagined Hogan in the black ensemble.

“I think I have a way I would be willing to give you control… in the bedroom.”

Hogan chuckled as he pieced together the scenario.

“You want me to dress up as a SS General and give you orders?” He leaned in close to Klink with his voice whispering with lust. “Tell you to get on your knees to prove your loyalty?”

“Something like that, perhaps.”

Hogan turned to grab the uniform in question.

“I think that can be arranged for our after-tour activities. We are pretty much done here anyways.”

“It’s very impressive. And quite secure since no one would bomb or sabotage a POW camp.”

Klink followed Hogan back through the tunnels, towards his quarters. In comparison, his role as Nimrod seemed quite small, but vital to his lover’s operation. He kept the German’s suspicions about the underground network and Stalag 13’s involvement at bay, as well as allowing Hogan and his men access to intel to aide in their missions.

Once they were back in Klink’s quarters, Hogan made his way to the bedroom to change. He was excited to be the one in control for once, at least in the bedroom. The General’s uniform was usually used to release underground agents who were being held by the Gestapo, but now every time after tonight he wore this particular uniform, Hogan was sure he would think back to this night.

“Colonel Klink!” Hogan yelled in his best German accent, smirking briefly when Klink jumped and turned to face him.

“Jawohl, Herr General?”

Klink looked Hogan up and down. It was strange seeing him in an SS uniform but it was also a bit of a turn on that he ‘outranked’ him. Klink was also about to let this man do anything to and with him.

“I keep hearing rumours about you in Berlin. Rumours that you are a sexual deviant and take your lovers to Paris for the weekend.”

Hogan walked closer to Klink as he spoke. He tried to keep a serious face but he felt the corners of his mouth turn up into his usual smirk. He had backed Klink up against the wall and saw the lust and curiosity in Klink’s eyes. He lifted Klink’s jaw with a finger of his gloved hand.

“That is a lie, Herr General. Any business I have with anyone in Paris is strictly professional.”

“So, you won’t mind if I ‘prove’ that you’re straight.” Hogan leaned in so his mouth was practically on Klink’s. “A straight man doesn’t know how to have a Schwanz in his mouth.” Hogan kissed him quickly. “Lutsche meinen Schwanz[^8], Colonel.”

[^8]: Suck my cock

“Jawohl, Herr General.”

Klink got down on his knees and begun working on Hogan’s belt. Hogan sighed when he felt his hand, and then his mouth on his cock. He knew Klink had been waiting all day to be alone with him, and his eagerness to please showed.

“Ja, just like that.”

Klink let Hogan’s hand dictate the speed of his actions and move his head. He still knew what the senior POW officer/SS General liked; his tongue running along the more sensitive parts of his cock. Klink smirked to himself as Hogan moaned.

“This is quite an attractive position for you, Colonel. On your knees, with a General’s Schwanz in your mouth.”

Hogan watched as Klink serviced him and he thrusted his hips with his guided movements. Usually, when Klink was in this position, he was teasing Hogan, bringing him to the edge but not quite to his climax. However, this time Hogan was in control of the movements. He made it last as long as he wanted.

“I bet you can’t wait for me to fill your mouth.” Hogan moaned as he relied solely on his hips and Klink’s mouth to bring him to climax. “Unfortunately I believe you are proving me right, that you are a homosexual.”

Klink moaned as Hogan used his mouth for his own pleasure, relaxing his throat and letting his tip slam into the back of his throat. He glanced up to see Hogan’s eyes closed, his lips parted; he was close.

“Ich komme, Sheiße!”

Hogan growled and his hips stopped as he exploded in Klink’s mouth. Hogan held his head on his cock, making sure Klink got every last drop of him. Once he felt himself come back to reality after his orgasm, he stepped back from Klink, allowing him to stand up again.

“I have strong suspicions that you are a homosexual.” Hogan began his fake speech. “In a few minutes, I’m going to get you in your bedroom and see how you react to other acts.”

“What happens if you come to the conclusion that I am gay?”

“I’m going to make you prove to me just how well you can satisfy me.” Hogan started walking towards Klink’s bedroom. “Come, Klink.”

“And just… what to you plan on doing to me, Herr General?”

Klink followed Hogan into his bedroom, feeling his own arousal grow. He was a few moments away from begging Hogan to touch his rock-hard cock.

“I intend to have you on all fours, so I can fuck you. That way, you might get something out of it. Seems like you could use the release.”

Hogan ran his hand over the length of Klink’s covered cock. Klink moaned at the touch as Hogan stepped closer to him and held him close to his body.

“Go on, I want to hear you beg.”

“Bitte Herr General, berühre mich. Fick mich.” Klink moaned as Hogan worked on his pants. “Nutzen Sie mich für Ihre Zufriedenheit.[^9]”

[^9]: Touch me. Fuck me. Use me for your satisfaction.

Hogan pushed his lips to Klink’s, letting the passion and arousal dictate the speed of their lip movements. He needed some time for his own arousal to build back up and tease Klink at the same time, letting the anticipation build.

“Alright Colonel, let me see you on all fours.”

Klink removed his pants before getting into the position that Hogan ordered. He felt Hogan get into position behind him, teasing his entrance with his cock before thrusting in. Of course, Hogan was able to hit that spongy pleasure spot within Klink right away, causing him to moan out.

“Ja, you like that, don’t you?”

“Very much, Herr General.”

Hogan showed little to no mercy as he thrusted his hips and both he and Klink moaned rhythmically. It had been awhile since Hogan fucked someone like this, where he was completely in control, and he was loving it.

“Feels good doesn’t it, Herr General?”

Hogan stopped his thrusts, much to his own frustration, but he had to teach Klink a lesson.

“Do not speak unless you are spoken to first, Klink.”

“Jawohl, Herr General.”

Hogan began thrusting again, slower at first. Once he got back to the pace he had before Klink interrupted him, he gave the Kommandant a response.

“It feels very good, ja. I can tell you are also enjoying yourself.”

Hogan stroked Klink’s cock as he thrusted, smirking at the fact he found him rock-hard. Klink was making him feel amazing, so he figured he would reward that behaviour.

“Du willst mehr, nicht wahr[^10]? Tell me that you want me to go faster, harder.”

[^10]: You want more, don’t you?

“Ja, Herr General. Fick mich härter, schneller! Bitte.” Klink moaned as Hogan did increase the pace. “I want to feel you spasm inside me.”

“I think that… can be arranged.”

Hogan wasn’t far from his second orgasm of the night. He would definitely see if Klink would be open to having this role-play become part of their routine. Something told him that he would have no issues with it, especially if he could turn the tables afterwards.

“Scheiße, ja! Oh Gott!”

Klink felt Hogan’s spasms within himself and it brought on his own release. Hogan ceased thrusting as he revelled in his pleasure, moaning has the waves of his orgasm wash through his entire body. Eventually Hogan backed away from Klink, licking his fluids from his own hand.

“I think it’s safe to say that you are gay. However, you do a fantastic job satisfying other men, I think I can look the other way. On one condition.”

“What’s that, Herr General?”

“That I come back here regularly, so I can fuck you in this fashion.”

Klink smiled as he got up from the bed and turned to face Hogan. The fake SS General grabbed his torso and pulled him close to him.

“I think that can be arranged.” Klink kissed Hogan, wrapping his arms around his shoulders. “I do have roll call at 0700 hours, I should probably get some rest.”

“Ja, and I have an appointment at that same time. Goodnight Colonel.”

“Goodnight, Herr General.”

Hogan kissed Klink once more before pulling away to button his pants back up. He changed back into his normal uniform and made his way to the living room, disappearing into the tunnel and into the night.

Notes:

Boom! Klink is Nimrod. I believe either him or Burkhalter was Nimrod in the series, depending on what serves my plot at the time lol

I like the idea of once Hogan knew Klink was Nimrod, he'd show him the tunnels and the operation he hid under his nose after all those years.

Also, my brain wanted to play with the idea of rare Dom!Hogan, and I said why not? So their dynamic gets flipped a little. I gotta admit, it was fun to write!

Chapter 7: New Year's Eve

Summary:

When Klink is invited to a New Year's Eve party by General Burkhalter, he thinks of a way to not end up as Gertrude's date and spend the evening with Hogan. The idea involves Hogan’s cooperation, some creative costuming, and a lot of booze being served at the party.

Notes:

It's the middle of a heat wave where I am and I'm posting a chapter that takes place in the winter lol

I had/like the idea of Hogan disguising himself as a woman so he and Klink can act like a couple in public. It helps that the other Germans are easy to fool, especially if there is alcohol involved! Also, it gets Klink out of another date with Gertrude.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Wintertime had arrived at Stalag 13 and with it, amicable relations between the prisoners and the Germans. A temporary cease-fire was called between Christmas and New Year’s, so there was not much underground activity. Klink was able to source some mistletoe and surprise Hogan underneath it when he called an impromptu meeting with the senior POW officer on Christmas Day.

Now, as New Year’s Eve approached, Klink found himself in a dilemma. Burkhalter and his wife were in town and invited him and Gertrude to a party at the Hofbrau. Klink, in all his wisdom, told Burkhalter that he was seeing someone and wanted to bring her to the party, to which the General accepted.

The dilemma was that there was no girl and now Klink had to tell Burkhalter his mystery girl couldn’t make it, and go with Gertrude instead. Or, he could plead with Hilda to join him, however, she was spending the holidays with her family. He also wasn’t too keen on spending New Year’s Eve with anyone who wasn’t Hogan.

He smiled to himself as he came up with an idea. It would involve Hogan’s cooperation, some creative costuming, and a lot of booze being served at the party.

“I know it sounds ridiculous, but General Burkhalter invited me to this party and I told him I’d bring a date to avoid his sister.”

Klink sat at his desk as he explained his situation to Hogan, who sat across from him and leaned against the Kommandant’s desk. He had a lit cigar in his mouth.

“I think you just want to spend New Year’s Eve with me.”

“Well obviously! But I don’t think General Burkhalter would take it too well if I said I wanted to stay here with my prisoners instead of being at the Hofbrau. He might even suggest bringing the party to me!”

“And there goes spending New Years together.” Hogan pursed his lips as he weighed the options. “Alright, I’ll do it. I’ll try to not look too feminine, I know that’s not why you fell in love with me.”

“Excellent! I know Newkirk and LeBeau will do a good job disguising you. Wait, what are you going to tell your men?”

“I’ll tell them I got a secret assignment from Nimrod to infiltrate a New Year’s Eve party at the Hofbrau. I’m meeting a contact there who specified I be dressed as a woman, hence the disguise.”

“You really think of everything, don’t you?” Klink shook his head in amazement.

“I have to. There’s too much at stake. Can’t have my men figuring out what I really do in my spare time. We also can’t have General Burkhalter or any other German Officer uncovering the truth.”

“We do have to fool General Burkhalter and other officers that might be there.”

“There will be booze served at this party?”

“Hogan, it’s New Year’s Eve. Of course there will be booze! We’ll arrive a little late, hopefully the other party goers will be beschwipst by then.”

Hogan tilted his head, not having heard the phrase before.

“Tipsy, as you Americans would say.”

“Oh, got it.”

Klink watched as Hogan continued on the cigar. He smirked with amusement as Hogan eyed him.

“What?” Hogan smirked back, “amused at the fact I’m going to be dressed up as a woman?”

“A little bit, yeah. Also, it’s very entertaining to watch you smoke a cigar.”

“Oh yeah? And I bet you would rather I had my lips around another… phallic object.”

Klink was silent for a moment. “You offering?”

“Maybe… once I finish this cigar.”

Hogan chuckled as he took a slow drag on the cigar, not breaking eye contact with Klink. He winked at him as he exhaled a cloud of smoke.

“I have to hand it to you Newkirk, you and LeBeau outdid yourselves.”

Hogan stood in front of a mirror, checking out their handiwork. He wore a basic black, turtleneck, satin dress that stopped just past his knees. The sleeves were long and he wore black nylons to match the black high heels. Committed to the role, he shaved his legs, as well as some of his arm hair and went for a close shave against his face.

There was also some… creative padding used to give Hogan more feminine curves and a bit of a bust. Thankfully, the skirt of the dress was quite flowy but he opted for tighter underwear hold his cock in place, just in case. Sitting with his legs crossed or dancing closely with Klink would also help.

LeBeau worked his magic with creative makeup, contouring the Colonel’s face to appear more feminine. The Frenchman added a winged black eyeliner with mascara and a peach-coloured lipstick. His nails were painted red and his hands moisturized. To top off the look, Hogan wore a dark brown wig that had loose waves and strands that ended past his shoulders.

“It was a big job, but I think it paid off Governor. Still don’t quite understand why the contact requested you go as a woman, but I’d be fooled if I saw you at the Hofbrau.”

“If you ask me, if I saw you at the Hofbrau, I’d definitely come over and say bonjour.” LeBeau added as he handed Hogan the lipstick he used and a compact mirror. “For touch ups.”

“Tell me. Exactly how did you convince Klink to take you as his date for New Year’s Eve?” Newkirk asked, suspicious about this mission.

“He was going to be stuck with Gertrude this evening and when I proposed this idea, he jumped up at it… for some reason.”

“Well just makes sure the poor bastard knows it’s actually you. He might take one look at you and fall right in love with you.”

Except he already has.

“Yeah for sure. I don’t need him thinking he has a chance of getting lucky with me tonight.”

He’s definitely getting some tonight.

“Well, I guess there’s one last test. Let’s go see if anyone actually believes I’m a woman.”

The trio headed back up to tunnel to the barracks and Hogan was met with some teasing wolf-whistles from the rest of the men.

“At ease everyone, it’s just me.”

Hogan saluted the guys as he grabbed the check-patterned coat from Newkirk. Right on cue, Schultz knocked on the door and barged into the barracks.

“I’m here to get Colonel Hogan, Kommandant Klink wanted to see if he was ready… Oh, excuse me, fräulein.”

“Don’t worry about it Sergeant. I’m just here visiting some POWs.”

Hogan threw his voice into a falsetto, hopefully it sounded convincing.

“Well, I must say, you are quite beautiful.” Schultz chuckled before his face fell more serious, realizing what was going on. “Wait a minute! What is a woman doing in the barracks? It is verboten to have a lady in the barracks!”

“Schultz, Schultz, it’s just me.” Hogan said in his normal voice. “Pretty convincing huh?”

“Please Colonel Hogan, I don’t want to know how you are able to disguise yourself so well. Anyways, the Kommandant is waiting, shall we get going?”

Schultz offered Hogan his arm as Hogan nodded yes.

“Just tell the Kommandant to have her home at a decent time, in the morning.” LeBeau yelled out as Hogan and Schultz left the barracks.

He noticed his commanding officer throwing him a specific finger behind Schultz’s back as he left.

“You know, there’s still something fishy going on here. Either Klink is losing it and letting the Colonel leave the camp or Governor’s losing it and spending an awful a lot of time with the Kommandant”

Newkirk muttered his thoughts in the room with some of the men nodding in agreement. If only he knew how much Hogan and Klink were really hiding. He then grabbed a bottle of schnapps he stole from under the table.

“Alright, it’s New Year’s Eve. Who wants to get drunk?”

“You know, you really had me convinced you were a woman.” Schultz mentioned to Hogan as they walked across the compound.

“Good. Hopefully I can convince everyone else.”

“I’d tell you to let the Kommandant down easy, but I know you two are already together.”

“Ironically, I’m probably less attractive to him now than I normally am.”

The two made their way into Klink’s quarters, with Schultz announcing them.

“Herr Kommandant. Your date for the evening has arrived.”

Klink was reclined on the couch but sat up as Hogan entered the room. For some reason, he was nervous to see his transformation, partly hoping it would be convincing and another part hoping he could still tell it was Hogan. His jaw almost dropped as he set his eyes on the disguised American.

“I… I barely recognize you. It is you, isn’t it Hogan?”

“What do you think, Herr Kommandant?”

Hogan replied in his altered voice as Klink stood up to meet his stance. Hogan pressed his lips to Klink’s and draped his arms around the Kommandant’s shoulders.

“It’s definitely you, but very convincing.” Klink replied as he pulled away. “I think we’ll have no trouble fooling the General.”

“Let’s hope so. Now I’m glad LeBeau gave me extra lipstick, between drinking and kissing you, I’ll have to keep touching it up.”

“I’m glad you kept the brown hair, I had a hard time imagining you as a blond.”

Schultz cleared his throat to pull the two lovers out of their trance.

“Shall we get going?”

“Yes, there’s only two and a half hours until midnight and it’ll take some time to get to the Hofbrau.” Klink extended his arm, “ladies first, I guess.”

“Danke Herr Kommandant.” Hogan smiled as he walked through the door to Klink’s staff car.

Klink followed closely behind and Schultz led the way to get the car door for Hogan. Once they were settled in the backseat of the car, Klink turned to his date for the evening.

“Now, what’s your name for the evening? Surely I can’t call you Robert or Hogan.”

“Rebecca Müeller. I’m also thinking we met in Paris a couple months ago when you were away on leave and I was visiting my uncle who is stationed there.”

“Your intelligence always amazes me.” Klink sighed, “definitely one of the things about you that made me fall in love with you.”

“Well don’t forget. This little scheme was your idea, and it is pretty smart. It was also your idea to go to Paris. Your crazy ideas made me fall in love with you.”

It fell quiet in the car until Hogan broke the silence.

“Alright I have to ask. Do you find me attractive right now, dressed as a woman?”

“In a way, yes. But I think it’s because I know it’s you and your… equipment.”

Klink ran his hand up Hogan’s thigh and raised his eye at the fact Hogan opted for tighter briefs.

“Extra precaution. Figured someone in a dress with a hard-on would be suspicious.” Hogan lowered his voice as he cozied up to Klink. “Although I may have to stay close to you, just to be extra cautious.”

“Mmm… I don’t think I’d mind that at all.” Klink wrapped his arm around Hogan’s shoulders. “Besides, we have a hotel room for later on where you can let your cock free.”

Thankfully, Schultz had the foresight to close the partition before driving the Kommandant and the senior POW officer to the party. He was blissfully unaware of the conversation that was happening in the backseat of the staff car. He did glance back in the mirror and saw Hogan’s head resting on Klink’s shoulder.

When they arrived at the Hofbrau, Schultz dropped them off and gave Klink the room key to their hotel room. The sergeant made his way back to camp, he heard LeBeau was making some New Year’s Eve strudel and didn’t want to miss out on that. He told Klink that he would be back in the morning to pick him and Hogan up.

Klink and Hogan walked arm in arm into the Hofbrau, Klink had a wide smile on his face knowing his lover was by his side, in public. Hogan scanned the room, trying to figure out if anyone saw through his disguise work, but other partygoers didn’t pay them much mind. They walked over to a table where General Burkhalter and his wife were sitting.

“General Burkhalter, it’s a pleasure to see you here. Frau Burkhalter.” Klink nodded as he addressed both Burkhalters.

“Klink so glad you could make it, and this must be-” Burkhalter got up to shake the hand of Klink’s date.

“Rebecca Müeller. Nice to meet you, Herr General.” Hogan stood firmly by Klink’s side but allowed the General to kiss his hand.

Klink and Hogan joined the table and Klink pulled Hogan’s chair out for him. Once everyone was settled at the table, Burkhalter introduced the other partygoers at their table.

“This is Major Franz from HQ, and his lovely wife, Eliza. Major, This is Colonel Klink, Kommandant of Stalag 13 and Rebecca.”

“Herr Major, gnädige Frau.”

“Herr Colonel, Fräulein.”

A waiter came around and offered everyone a glass of wine at the table. Everyone accepted a glass as the waiter took away the old glasses from the group.

“So…” General Burkhalter began, “this is the lovely fräulein you’ve been spending some time with. Tell me, how did you two meet?”

“In Paris. I had a three-day pass at the time and she was visiting her uncle who is stationed there.”

“You must mean Captain Johan Müeller.” Major Franz offered. Müeller was a pretty common last name, but he knew of the Captain.

“That’s the one.” Hogan confirmed as he sipped his wine.

“I was at a local bar and saw her sitting by herself. Of course, I had to introduce myself and we… really hit it off.”

“Of course. If I was a bachelor, I would definitely introduce myself to someone as lovely as you, Rebecca.”

“Oh General, you are too kind. We spent most of that weekend together. I felt bad for the man my Wilhelm came to Paris with, Captain uh… Schmidt. Most of the time the Kommandant and I were tangled in the sheets of our hotel room.”

Hogan chuckled as he flustered Klink. He was telling the truth, to some extent.

“This calls for a toast.” Burkhalter raised his glass. “Klink, it sounds like you’re quite a lucky man to find a woman like Rebecca. Maybe sometime in the near future, you’ll make an honest woman out of her.”

Glasses blinked together and the group took a sip after the toast. Klink and Hogan briefly shared a glance after Burkhalter’s not-so-subtle comment about marriage.

“Thank you General, these last few months with Rebecca have been quite lovely. I’m excited to see what our future holds.”

“Let’s just hope that future might include some wedding bells.” Frau Burkhalter added to the conversation.

“I’ve always wanted to marry purely for love.” Hogan mentioned as he rested his hand on Klink’s face. “And perhaps I’ve found that with Colonel Klink. But for now, I’m just enjoying spending time with him.”

“Me too. Why rush into such things like marriage? We’re happy just having fun, and being in love.”

Klink smiled at Hogan as they seemed to satisfy any wedding talk from the Burkhalters.

“So, Rebecca. Have you ever visited Colonel Klink at Stalag 13?” Major Franz asked to change the subject.

“Yes, I’ve been out there. Usually I only get as far as Wilhelm’s office and quarters.”

“Klink, I suggest you keep a close on Rebecca around that camp. You know how prisoners get when they haven’t seen a woman around. Hogan may be dangerous for your relationship.” General Burkhalter suggested as he chuckled at the thought of Klink losing out to Hogan.

“Hogan. Is that your senior POW officer you were telling me about, the American?”

“Yes, my Liebchen. The one that’s always barging into my office.”

“I don’t care for Americans. Too arrogant, too pompous for my liking. I’m more into our own German Officers.”

Hogan played with the collar of Klink’s jacket as he spoke.

“You might be the one woman in all of Germany to not fall for the American’s charm.” General Burkhalter mentioned with amusement in his voice.

“Besides, Colonel Klink got to me before I ever met this American and swept me off my feet.”

Hogan spent most of the evening openly flirting with Klink and loving every moment of it. It was freeing to actually be a couple in public, even if he had to become a female impersonator to do so. He imagined that if it weren’t for his wife, Burkhalter might’ve even tried to make a pass at him, however he only had eyes for Klink.

As it got closer to midnight, some couples took to the floor to dance. Of course, General Burkhalter egged Klink and ‘Rebecca’ to hit the dance floor, which Klink enthusiastically accepted the suggestion and asked Hogan to dance.

“So… 1945. Can’t believe it’s almost been half a decade already.” Hogan muttered as he let Klink lead him in a fox trot.

“Ja. And you got to Stalag 13 in 1942. So almost three years now.” Klink whispered the fact in Hogan’s ear, he didn’t need anyone uncovering Rebecca’s true identity.

“Time flies when you’re imprisoned, and in love.”

“It really does.”

Klink smiled as he twirled Hogan on the dance floor. He didn’t want to admit it, but Burkhalter unintentionally struck a chord with all the talk about marriage. He was resigned in the fact that he would probably never marry, or avoid it as long as possible since it was illegal for him to marry another man. But in another life, if homosexuality and same-sex marriages weren’t illegal, would he and Hogan entertain the possibility of getting married? Hogan never struck him for the marriage type, but maybe it was only because he was never in love like he was with Klink.

“You seem deep in thought, everything okay?”

“Ja, just reflecting on the past year. And how lucky I am to have gotten together with you.”

“Well, that makes two of us.” Hogan smiled at Klink before pressing their lips together. “I’m forever thankful you made that first move all those months ago.”

“I was insanely nervous. I was really just hoping you felt the same way. Worst case, you went to General Burkhalter and had me replaced.”

“Never.” Hogan rested his forehead against Klink’s. “I was just glad one of us decided to make a move.”

“So… how long did you have your eye on me?”

“You want to know if it was love at first sight?”

“Well, the moment I laid eyes on you, I think my heart literally skipped a beat. Here you were, freshly captured, but extremely attractive. I never dreamed I would actually have a chance with you. Either you were only attracted to fräuleins or you were out of my league, as you Americans say.”

“It was right away for me, after your intake interrogation. I could feel my walls crumble, but tried to deny it with myself. Like I said before, I often fought the part of me that was attracted to other men, but seeing you every day, it was more than I could bear at times. I really felt like a prisoner because my captor was irresistible but it would be… inappropriate for us to be together.”

Klink pushed a strand of Hogan’s wig behind his ear as they swayed in a waltz. He felt a bit tipsy with the night’s drinking and determined Hogan was probably feeling it too. Eventually, someone turned on a radio in Berlin to count down the last few seconds of 1944.

“To a speedy end of the war!” Major Franz toasted and many partygoers echoed the toast.

“To the victorious third Reich!” Someone else toasted with many cheering the same back.

“To the victorious allied forces.” Klink whispered in Hogan’s ear, to which he nodded.

Eventually, the radio started counting down from ‘ten’, and partygoers chanted the countdown. When the count reached ‘one’, the room erupted into a chorus of ‘Happy New Year!’ Couples turned to each other to kiss to the New Year, including Klink and Hogan.

“Happy New Year, Herr Kommandant.”

“Happy New Year, mein Liebchen.”

The couple smiled at each other as confetti and streamers filled the air. Hogan’s arms were around Klink’s shoulders, while the Kommandant had his arms around Hogan’s torso. The rest of the party faded from their view as they only had eyes for each other. Eventually, General Burkhalter broke them from their trance.

“Klink, Rebecca! Come, have some champagne!”

The pair returned to the table and were handed champagne flutes.

“Now, this is a particular strong champagne. I save it only for special occasions, and I think this calls for it.” Burkhalter explained as glasses were poured. “Ladies, be careful with this stuff, too many glasses can make some geil[11].”

[11]: Horny, turned on

Hogan threw back the contents of the glass with as much vigour as the Officers, temporary forgetting he was one of the ladies tonight. Burkhalter chuckled when he realized that ‘Rebecca’ was holding out her glass again.

“Colonel Klink, it seems like you’re in for quite the night with Rebecca.”

Major Franz commented as he eyes widened when Eliza also offered her empty glass to the General for more champagne. Frau Burkhalter also took another glass of the champagne.

“Looks like I’m not the only one, Major.”

Hogan took the opportunity to lean into Klink’s ear, he was practically sitting on his lap.

“I can’t wait to get back to our hotel room and get absolutely fucked by you. I just know you’ll make me scream your name.”

The rest of the night was spent drinking and welcoming in the New Year. Eventually the first bottle of special champagne was finished and Burkhalter ordered another for the table. Hogan was practically attached to Klink, it was almost physically impossible for him to hold himself upright without the support of Klink. Looking around the room, he wasn’t the only fräulein that was glued to her date.

“Klink, Franz, ladies. I think this is the time in the night where me and the wife head back home. Enjoy the rest of your evenings, I’m sure you will.”

Frau Burkhalter got her husband’s coat on before getting her own. The pair stumbled towards the Hofbrau’s exit as Frau Burkhalter clung to the General.

“Well Colonel, I think Eliza and I will also call it a night. It was good meeting you, Rebecca.”

The Major and Eliza were the next pair to filter out from the party. Slowly, partygoers were starting to disappear into the night and eventually, Hogan and Klink decided it was their turn to head out and turn in for the night at the hotel. With Hogan clinging to Klink, the two eventually managed to get upstairs to the hotel and got into their room. Klink, being only marginally more sober than Hogan, quickly swept the room for bugs as Hogan finally got out of the restrictive disguise.

“You look much better naked. I know the disguise was necessary and it was fun pretending we were just another straight couple.”

“Yeah, but General Burkhalter was right about that champagne. I think it went straight to my head.”

Hogan threw his arms around Klink once again. Klink worked on his own shirt to get on Hogan’s level of nudity while Hogan’s lips were on his. Once he had divested himself of most his clothing, his hand moved to stroke Hogan’s cock.

“I bet you feel much better now that you are free to get hard.”

“Yes. Your hand feels so good around my cock.”

Klink lead them both to the bed and Hogan stumbled backwards onto it, pulling Klink down with him.

“You said downstairs that you couldn’t wait to get fucked. Well, I also couldn’t wait to get you back up here and fuck you.”

Klink guided himself and thrusted up into Hogan without much of a warning. As usual, Hogan moaned with the thrust and it helped that Klink kept his hand on his cock, stroking him.

“Oh yes, Herr Kommandant!”

Klink brought his lips to Hogan’s neck and marked him as his, mindful to not leave any marks anywhere too visible. He then moved his lips to Hogan’s ear so he could whisper in it.

“Ich mag es, dir zuzusehen, während ich dich ficke.[12]”

[12]: I like watching you while I fuck you.

“Ich mag es, wenn du mich fickst.[13]”

[13]: I like it when you fuck me.

Hogan captured Klink’s lips in his as he increased the speed of his hips. Klink’s hand was still around his cock, the pace matching that of his hips. The almost-overwhelming stimulation had Hogan moaning against Klink’s lips with every move.

“Don’t be shy, you know I love it when you moan my name.”

“Yes, Wilhelm! Oh fuck, I’m so close!”

They moved their hips together until they both felt their orgasms. Between the arousal and their level of intoxication, not much more was said between the two as they both came down from their highs.

“Well, I guess that’s one way to ring in the New Year.” Hogan smiled as Klink laid next to him, exhaustion taking over both of their bodies as they drifted off to sleep. At least they could sleep in a bit before heading back to Stalag 13.

Notes:

I feel like this chapter is the calm before the storm... the last few chapters have a lot going on (stay tuned!)

Chapter 8: Betrayal

Summary:

Hogan's men listen in to Klink’s office at the wrong time, and get more than they bargained for. Hogan finds out and is rightfully outraged. Small mention of Newkirk/Carter.

Notes:

I know, it's only Tuesday, but I couldn't contain my excitement about this chapter and decided to update!

It's also a long weekend this weekend and my in-laws are visiting, starting on Thursday, so I wanted to update before then.

But ahhhhh!!!!

This chapter has everything: Angst, Fluff, and of course, a bit of smut (although not as much as I usually do - this chapter has a lot going on). I almost posted this with Chapter 7, but wanted to give a couple days to buffer between updates and make sure this update was the best version it can be!

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Hogan and his men were at the common room table of the barracks, definitely not playing poker while discussing their next mission. They heard a knock on the door and while hiding the money they were gambling with, Hogan yelled for the intruder to enter.

“Colonel Hogan, Kommandant Klink wants to see you in his office.” Schultz announced when he was in the barracks.

“Okay, Schultz. Let’s go see what he wants.” Hogan sighed as he got up from the table and followed the Sergeant outside, closing the door behind them.

“Is it just me, or does Kommandant Klink ask to see Colonel Hogan more and more lately?” Newkirk asked, he was still suspicious of the two Colonels spending so much time together, especially after their ‘date’ on New Year’s Eve.

“I mean, we’re not making more requests or protesting more than usual.” Carter mentioned, “and we haven’t upped our sabotage either.”

“I wonder if Klink is getting suspicious of our operation.” Kinch commented, “and is trying to get the Colonel to admit it.”

“Colonel Hogan would never tell Klink about our mission.” LeBeau declared with confidence.

“Well, there is one way to find out what they talk about…” Newkirk trailed off as he eyed the coffee maker, seemingly innocent on the stove top.

“We shouldn’t. The Colonel told us we to not listen to his conversations with the Kommandant.” Kinch warned, not wanting to break his commanding officer’s trust.

“But if Colonel Klink is interrogating him, maybe we should make sure he’s not being too harsh.” Newkirk added, but curiousity was also clawing at him.

LeBeau grabbed the coffee maker and the four made their way to Hogan’s office to set it up. Little did they know they were about to get more than they bargained for.

“Well, what do you want me to do about the attempted escape?! I already lectured the men who were involved.” Hogan asked Klink, his voice clear as day through the speaker.

“Oh, I can think of a few things you can do to make up for it.” Klink’s voice replied, with a hint of seduction. “And I’m sure you know what I mean.”

“Let me guess. Those things involve me on my knees with your cock in my mouth, Wilhelm?” Hogan’s voice was hushed, but still clear.

The four turned to look at each other, eyebrows arched.

“Did he just say-” Carter asked but was shut down by the others shushing him.

“Well, those are your words Robert, not mine.” Klink chuckled, “but you know I would never turn down that invitation.”

It was silent as there were no words shared between Hogan and Klink. There was the sound of shuffling and a belt unbuckling that were picked up by the speaker.

“He isn’t going to actually-” LeBeau mumbled but was also shushed.

Klink moaned on the speaker and the four had a pretty good guess as to why. They noticed that Hogan’s voice was absent as his mouth was probably pre-occupied.

“Mmm, yes Robert. You definitely know what I like.”

They could hear Hogan’s voice, reduced to a hum every now and then. Klink would break the silence with words of admiration towards the senior POW officer.

“Ja, that feels amazing!” Klink’s voice was full of lust.

“You want more, don’t you?” Hogan’s voice came back momentarily, also full of lust, like he was enjoying this. “Don’t hold back on me now, not that you ever do.”

“Ja, and I know you can handle it.”

The four stood, stunned in silence. They didn’t necessarily want to listen to any more, but they were all too shocked to react or turn off the coffee maker.

“Oh, oh ja! Keep doing that! Your lovely mouth feels so good on my-”

“We should… stop listening to this.” Kinch said as he unplugged the coffee maker.

The four stared at the coffee maker, not believing what they just heard through the speaker. Klink they may have guessed was a homosexual, but Hogan?

“Well… that was definitely not what I was expecting.” Newkirk began, looking around the room.

The other three nodded their heads, still trying to find words.

“What do we do? Obviously we can’t confront the Colonel about this, it would be too awkward.” LeBeau cleared his throat.

“But how do we carry on like normal, knowing what really goes on between the Colonels’ meetings?” Carter asked, “I feel like we have the evidence and it’ll be hard to ignore it.”

“Well, like Louis said, we can’t confront Colonel Hogan about it, but it is going to be hard to forget what happened.” Kinch summarized, “I also don’t think he would ever volunteer this information. Knowing what we know, we could go to High Command and get the Colonel kicked out of the Army Air Forces.”

“Maybe this is just a one-off occurrence!” Carter yelled out. “We also didn’t hear the beginning of the conversation, maybe the Colonel was forced into it.”

“I don’t think so mate,” Newkirk disagreed. “Colonel Hogan seemed too… eager to be forced against his will. Also, I had a feeling this had been going on for a while. Remember when we started seeing that ‘fräulein’ in town and was coming back with love-bite marks? I’m a bit skeptical now that it was a bird at all.”

“And even after we confronted him about going out at night and he said he’d stop, the Colonel still had the post-sex bliss. He had it after New Year’s Eve.” LeBeau added. “I think you’re right Newkirk, this has been going on for some time.”

“So, do we pretend this never happened?” Kinch asked as he nodded towards the coffee maker as he picked it up. “Seems like all we can do unless Colonel Hogan wants to voluntarily tell us about Klink.”

The three nodded, agreeing with Kinch. They left Hogan’s office before he got back and caught them in the act. Newkirk grabbed a bottle of booze he stole from the Hofbrau and offered the other three a drink. He felt like they all needed something to take the edge off and try to forget what they heard.

Hogan returned about half an hour later, and his men found it hard to look him in the eyes. Hogan shrugged it off; he’d rather not talk after having Klink’s cock rammed down his mouth anyways.

This continued for a few days. His men would acknowledge him, but Hogan noticed that they didn’t go out of their way to address him. One day, Hogan re-entered the barracks and saw his men were still walking on eggshells around him. He had enough of whatever was going on and called the four of them into his office. They were going to get to the bottom of this once and for all.

“Okay, I want to know what’s going on. Why are you guys tip-toeing around me?”

The four exchanged glances, avoiding meeting Hogan’s eyes. They were trying to telepathically decide who would open this can of worms first. There was some shuffling as they stood uncomfortably.

“Well?”

Still silence. Hogan stood by the door of his room, blocking it, with his arms crossed. He could do this as long as he needed to. Eventually, his men would crack and tell him what’s going on.

“The other day… we… had the coffee pot on while you were in Klink’s office sir.” Kinch started, almost whispered. Someone had to take the first step.

“Yeah, we uh… heard some things we could imagine you would want to keep private, Colonel sir.” Carter added, still avoiding eye contact with the Colonel.

Hogan glared at the four of the them, his anger flashed in his eyes. He noticed that his men couldn’t look him in the eyes as their heads hung towards the ground.

“You… how many times have I told you guys to not listen in on my conversations with Klink?!” Hogan had begun pacing around the room, now he was fuming. “I ask for some basic decency, and you go and break that!”

“We know sir, and now we know why you wanted us to not listen in between your ‘conversations’ with Klink.” Newkirk explained. “Not that there was much talking.” He muttered under his breath. Hogan glared at him and Newkirk nodded his head to the ground.

“Oui, and boy did we get more than we bargained for!” LeBeau added to the conversation.

“No wonder you can’t look me in the eyes! Well now you know why I had to hide what I was really doing in my spare time. I don’t expect you guys to understand, but I’m still your commanding officer, as far as a I know. I ask you to respect my authority!”

“Yes Colonel.” Four voices echoed each other.

“Would it make a difference if I told you Klink was actually Nimrod? A double agent posing as a Luft-Stalag Kommandant? So really, I’m not actually sleeping with the enemy!”

The four looked down, they had already regretted their actions and understood that Hogan’s anger was justified. The weight of the knowledge they had on the Colonel was not lost on them. In the wrong hands, it could cost Hogan his military career, or worse, his life if the Germans caught wind of the affair.

“For all I know, you already notified London about who I am, and the gears are in motion to remove me from my post. Can’t have a pervert in the Army Air Forces!”

“We haven’t told anyone, we promise!” LeBeau offered, but Hogan kept his back to his men.

“We’re sorry sir.” Carter mumbled quietly, he shifted closer to Newkirk for comfort.

“I need some time to think, alone. You are dismissed.” Hogan announced, keeping his voice low so he wasn’t yelling.

He didn’t want to yell at them anymore; they knew he was angry. Hogan kept his back to his men as they shuffled out of his office.

“Boy, did we ever screw up.” Newkirk finally said quietly when they were back in the common area of the barracks.

“Yeah. I mean as much as I don’t understand the… appeal of another man… if he and Klink are happy, then who are we to get in their way?” Kinch replied.

“I can’t imagine how he must feel.” LeBeau added, “if I was a secret homosexual and you guys found out behind my back, I would probably be angry too.”

“It’s also a huge risk to take on an affair.” Newkirk mentioned, “Governor’s lucky it was us who found out. Imagine if Burkhalter or worse, Hochstetter, found them.”

“Well, he is still our commanding officer.” Carter spoke up, breaking his silence. “And I for one still trust him on our missions. I don’t think it should matter what someone does in the privacy of the bedroom, or in this case, Klink’s office.”

The other three nodded, agreeing with Carter. They sat in silence around the table before deciding it was getting late and they should try and get some sleep. The four left the table and climbed into their respective bunks. They betrayed their commanding officer’s trust and were now feeling remorse. No one knew what would happen in the morning, when they would have to face Hogan again.

Hogan stood in front of a concrete wall. Despite being an American, he was tried in Germany and found guilty of being a homosexual, and a spy. He had no idea what happened to Klink, they had been separated ever since Hochstetter stormed into Klink’s office and caught them with Hogan on Klink’s desk, and Klink fucking him. All he knew now, was that he was about to be executed by firing squad.

Without turning around, he heard the sound of another prisoner being walked in with chains around their legs. Not only were the Germans executing Hogan, but he’d have to witness some other prisoner die before him. Or they would watch him die before their own execution. The other prisoner was stood next to him; Hogan turned to see the other prisoner and to his surprise, it was Klink.

“Robert?”

“Wilhelm!” Hogan shed a tear as he saw a thinner, worn down version of his lover. He probably didn’t look much better.

“I’m sorry it’s ending like this,” Klink began. “I really hoped we’d see the end of the war, with the Allies liberating camp. I thought I would follow you back to the States, and you’d show me your country.”

"Deep down, I think we both knew it could end like this,” Hogan sighed. “But I’m glad I got to see you, one last time. I’m only sorry that I never got to take you on that cross-country road trip.”

“I would do it all again though, even if it would always end like this.” Klink smiled as he was also shedding tears during their last moments. “I always believed in soulmates, and I think you are mine.”

“Same here. In another life, where homosexuality is more accepted, I would have married you.” Hogan confessed with a small smile. “I’m not sure what happens after we die. But some believe in reincarnation, that we live again and again. If that’s true, I’d find you in every life.”

Eventually, announcements were made but only in German. Klink turned to Hogan, providing translations. He’d rather Hogan didn’t hear what was being said about him, but he deserved to know.

“We’re both being found guilty of homosexuality, high treason against the Regime, espionage. We have no place in Nazi society. They will shoot both of us until they are sure we are dead.”

Hogan only nodded, none of this was a surprise to hear. Even in his final moments, he had a bold streak and reached to hold Klink’s hand.

“I’ll see you in the next life, Robert. Hopefully one where our love is more accepted.”

"One more for the road, Wilhelm? Until next time?” Hogan asked, with some desperation in his voice. “I always said if we were lined up in front of a firing squad, I’d want to be holding your hand, my lips on yours, before they opened fire.”

Hogan turned towards Klink as the sound of machine guns being loaded were heard. Klink nodded as he turned to face Hogan, his hand on his shoulder. Hogan leaned forward to kiss Klink, one last time. For a brief moment, they didn’t hear the sounds of the guns firing, or the feeling of the bullets hitting them.

Hogan woke up in a sweat and bolted up in his bunk. Even before being sentenced to death, Hogan wanted Klink by his side. No matter how dire things got, he wouldn’t give up being with Klink, even if it meant his life.

As long as we both shall live; until death do us part.

The words that were often used in marriage vows repeated themselves in Hogan’s mind as he tossed and turned after the nightmare. After deciding he wasn’t going to be able to sleep anytime soon, he activated his tunnel system and slipped off into the night.

No one really got to sleep, in anticipation of Hogan confronting them. They heard him activate his private tunnel door after an hour and they eyeballed each other. Was he sneaking into Klink’s quarters? Or was he making a break for it, now that his secret was out there? No matter how angry he was with them, they all hoped Colonel Hogan would eventually return.

After a couple hours, they heard his tunnel entrance re-activate and looked at each other. One of them should go check in with the Colonel, and try apologizing again. It would take some time to regain their commanding officer’s trust, but they had to start somewhere.

Newkirk decided to get up and see if Hogan would talk to him. After all, he had been at Stalag 13 nearly as long as Hogan. He knocked on the door and to his surprise, Hogan answered, telling him to come in.

“Hey Newkirk.”

Hogan was sitting at his desk, fiddling with a small box between his hands. His outing did clear his mind and he was in a better headspace than earlier. He turned his attention to the Englander when he stepped through the door, closing it behind him. Newkirk leaned against the bed frame.

“Sir? I wanted to apologize again, on behalf of all of us. It was my idea to listen into your conversation using the coffee maker, only because I thought Klink was getting suspicious of the operation. We wanted to make sure he wasn’t interrogating you too rough. We never meant to find out anything… intimate.”

“It’s okay,” Hogan sighed with a smile. “I knew the risks of starting this… relationship and continuing it. I suppose you all have questions, probably the first one being ‘why?’ I’m not sure I can even explain it; something about Klink drew me to him.”

“How long has this… relationship, between you and Klink been going on?”

“Started last summer, probably close to eight months now. Sometimes it feels like just yesterday, and other times it feels much longer.”

“And, it’s not just sex with you guys, isn’t it?” Newkirk asked as he shifted his stance. “There’s feelings there, you two are happy?”

“Yeah,” Hogan nodded. “I’ve hid and fought this side of me for as long as I can remember. Now that I’ve let myself be who I am, I’m happier than I ever been. I never thought I’d be so happy… with Klink, but… we are in love.”

“How long have you known he’s Nimrod, was it as long as you’ve been together?”

“Actually no. I just found out in the fall. He’d rather keep it under wraps, like we don’t know. London thinks it’s more beneficial to the operation that way. Not to mention it is classified information.”

Newkirk nodded, and Hogan asked him a question.

“What was your guys’ reactions? To finding out about Klink and I?”

“We were… surprised, shocked. Definitely not what we were expecting to hear on the coffee maker. But, we all agreed that it shouldn’t change our perception of you. You’re still our commanding officer, and we trust and respect you. We’re only sorry we broke your trust.”

Hogan smiled, as Newkirk walked deeper into the room.

“Me personally, I was kind of relieved. So was Carter. We’re uh… sort of together now actually.”

Hogan smirked, amused, as he chuckled. “You and Carter huh? How long has that been going on for?”

“Not as long as you and the Kommandant, but it happened New Year’s Eve. He walked in on me in our secret cave and things sorta… escalated from that.”

“Well, it’s kind of nice to know Klink and I aren’t the only ones in this type of relationship around here.”

The two chuckled together, the tension now long gone. Newkirk noticed Hogan still held the box in his hands. His years of thievery experience told him it was a jewelry box.

“If I may be so forward sir, can I ask what’s in the box?”

“After you guys left, I did some thinking and… I realized that I want to spend my life with Klink, even after the war. I know it sounds ridiculous but… I wanted to ask Klink to marry me.”

Hogan flipped the box open and in it were two matching gold Signet rings. Each one was engraved with an eagle.

“I happened past a local jewelry store while I was out. Thanks to you, I knew how to pick the lock. I know, we can’t actually get married, but I like the principle behind proposing.”

Hogan shook his head and chuckled. “I must sound insane.”

“Actually Colonel, I think it’s very noble of you. I’m glad you and Klink are so happy together.”

Newkirk smiled. After their conversation, he could tell Hogan and Klink were in love, but he didn’t know it was serious enough that Hogan was considering ‘marriage’.

“Thanks.”

Both Newkirk and Hogan yawned, it was very late, or early, depending on how you look at it.

“I guess we should try and get some sleep, huh sir?”

“Yeah, it’s been a long day. I appreciate the chat.”

“Likewise, glad there’s no hard feelings. I won’t tell anyone else about your… proposal plans. That’s your news to share, if you want. But I think the others would be as happy for you as I am.”

“I appreciate that. I’ll tell them in the morning, after roll call. It’s kind of nice to not have to hide from you guys anymore.”

The two nodded at each other as Newkirk left Hogan’s room. Both of them felt more relieved and as Newkirk returned to the main area, he nodded and gave a thumbs up to the others, letting them know his chat with the Colonel went well. Perhaps they could all get some sleep before roll call in a few mere hours.

After morning roll call the next day, Hogan asked his main four back into his office, this time with a smile. The four of them followed Hogan into his office, anxious to hear what he had to say. Based on Newkirk’s thumbs up last night, they figured Hogan was in a better mood but were still nervous to have him confront them again.

“I wanted to apologize for yesterday. Understandably, knowledge about Kommandant Klink and our relationship in the wrong hands would mean the end of both of our careers, and possibly our lives. I know you didn’t mean anything malicious with listening into Klink and I. But it is true. We are together, we are happy, and we’re in love. I know… it’s crazy, but it’s how we feel. I was acting out of defence last night, as I didn’t know what you guys thought, but Newkirk assured me that you guys don’t think any different of me.”

“Of course mon Colonel, we still respect your command.”

“Yeah, it’s none of our business what you do, or who you do, in your free time.” Kinch added on.

“As long as you’re happy Colonel, we’re happy.” Carter concluded and Hogan noticed he glanced at Newkirk.

“I’m glad to hear that.”

Hogan smiled as he reached in his coat pocket and grabbed the box he acquired last night.

“Because Klink means a lot to me and I want to spend my life with him. So… I’m planning to ask him to marry me, even though we can’t actually get married. I want him to know I’m in this for the long haul.”

Echoes of congratulations filled the room as the group took turns hugging their commanding officer. Hogan was happy to not have to hide his relationship from his inner circle anymore, and that they were happy for him. Now, he just had to plan a proposal.

Notes:

I hope you all enjoyed this!

Yup, Hogan's men finally found about about him and Klink, of course through the coffee pot at the wrong time.

I legit was crying while writing the angsty nightmare that Hogan had, but he gets a revelation that he doesn't want to live without Klink 🥹 (and thankfully it was just a nightmare!)

Regarding rings: from what I can tell, it was customary for both parties (in hetero relationships) to wear engagement/wedding rings in Germany. In America, men only started wearing wedding bands in the 20th century, and still don't wear engagement rings (typically). So Hogan is definitely following along with Klink's German customs.

Also I chose to have the rings engraved with eagles because they're both Colonels and bear eagles on their uniform, I just found it so fitting!

Chapter 9: You and I

Summary:

Hogan plans his proposal to Klink, with the help of his men and a convenient mission to blow up a train.

Notes:

This chapter has all the Feels, but the Feels are fluff, with some smut sprinkled in, of course.

This is a longer chapter, but things get pretty eventful for the two Colonels.

(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)

Chapter Text

Hogan’s proposal to Klink was perfect; of course Hogan’s men helped plan the night to help make up for betraying his trust when they found out about him and Klink.

Hogan was on a mission to blow up a train carrying some vital blueprints and prototype for a new German weapon. Klink had asked to accompany him on a mission at some point, as he wanted to see Hogan in action with his sabotage. Hogan accepted and his men had no protests when he told them that he and Klink were going on this mission, alone. Hogan made a date around his sabotage plans, he packed a picnic basket with champagne, two glasses, the dynamite controls, and the ring box he lifted the other night. The two of them were perched on a a ridge overlooking the bridge the train was anticipated to cross. There was a low lying area away from the ridge’s edge where Hogan had set up the picnic area.

Sabotage missions did make Hogan a bit nervous with anticipation, but he was feeling a bit more anxious with the other mission he had planned for tonight; proposing to Klink. He wanted to wait until his mission was successful, but the waiting for the train seemed to take forever. Usually, he could read Klink like a book, but the two of them never discussed marriage. A legitimate marriage was impossible, but Hogan wondered if Klink ever entertained the thought.

“See anything yet?” Hogan asked Klink, who was looking through binoculars.

“Not yet.”

Hogan leaned on the dynamite controls, careful not to activate them yet. They were a bit early still, but he wanted to get on with the night.

“Should be within the next five minutes or so.”

“I feel like the waiting is the hard part with these missions.”

“It definitely is. Especially since we don’t know if the train got delayed or if someone got tipped off. We’ve had to abort missions before in order to get back in time for morning roll call.”

“I’ve definitely noticed one or two of your men fall into formation a little late. Guess they were getting back from a mission.”

“Usually that’s the case.”

Hogan reached his hand down into his pocket to confirm the ring box was still there. He could’ve left it with the champagne, but he felt a bit calmer knowing it was on his person. He also glanced at his watch, confirming the time and that he didn’t miss the train, yet.

“Wait, I think I hear something.”

Hogan leaned closer to the edge and confirmed he heard the train to Klink, who pointed the binoculars in the direction of the sound.

“Ja, I see the train now!”

Klink handed the binoculars to Hogan, to confirm the train.

“Okay that’s it.” Hogan handed the binoculars back to Klink. “Let me know when the front is in the middle of the bridge and I’ll activate the dynamite.”

Hogan’s heart raced as he sat and waited. Soon Berlin’s top-secret new weapon would be no more, and he might be engaged.

“Alright, it’s in the middle now.”

Hogan depressed the plunger and within seconds, the bridge and the train exploded. He watched Klink, he was watching the explosion through binoculars. Hogan had watched hundreds of these explosions, but loved watching Klink’s reaction of awe.

“What do you think?”

“It’s amazing. I can’t look away. There’s something fascinating about the destruction.”

“Well, why don’t you keep watching while I pack away the controls? I’ll meet you back at the picnic basket.”

Hogan kissed Klink’s cheek as he made his way to the picnic area. He could still see Klink, in case trouble appeared and to watch for when Klink made his way back. He placed the control box in the basket and pulled out the champagne and glasses. He pulled the ring box out from his pants’ pocket and shuffled onto one knee. His pulse echoed in his ears at a rapid rate as he waited for Klink to return.

Eventually, the explosion ended and Klink made his way back to the picnic spot. His eyes were on the ground, the dim night light and uneven terrain made walking more difficult. He stopped and looked up when he saw Hogan on one knee in front of him.

“Robert?”

“Look. I know this is crazy, because there’s no way we can actually get married. But I know that I’ve never been happier than when I’ve been with you over the last few months. I don’t know what happens after the war or when the war will end, but I do know I want to spend my life with you. I’ve jumped from relationships and ran from commitment in the past but I don’t want to run from this, from us. So, if we lived in a world where we could, would you marry me Wilhelm?”

Klink felt himself tear up as Hogan asked him that important question. A couple months ago, Klink never imagined himself getting married. After New Year’s Eve, Klink did entertain the thought of proposing to Hogan himself, but well… he beat him to the punch.

“Yes. I would definitely marry you Robert. I feel like I’ve been waiting for you my whole life and now, I can’t imagine my life without you, even after the war.”

Klink knelt in front of Hogan took his face in his hands, pressing their lips together. He noticed that Hogan probably breathed deeply for the first time that night. Hogan grabbed his left hand and slid one of the signet rings onto his ring finger, before putting one on himself.

“I know we can’t wear the rings in public too much, but I’m a traditionalist. In the very least, it’s the symbolism behind the rings that matter. Our love for each other is endless, like a circle.”

“You have good taste. Luckily in the colder months, we can wear them under our gloves. I’ll wear mine whenever I can.”

“Me too.” Hogan smiled as he held their hands together, admiring the rings on their fingers. “You’ve made me a happy man, Wilhelm.”

“You’ve made me happy too, Robert.”

Hogan brought his lips back to Klink’s. He had never proposed to anyone before, but from what he heard, the rush of popping the question and hearing an enthusiastic ‘yes’ from the other party was unlike no other. Turns out, it was true.

“I think this calls for champagne. It’s not everyday I blow up a train and propose.”

Hogan popped the champagne cork and pour the two glasses.

“Here’s to us. The two most unlikely lovers but I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

“To us, to finding each other in the middle of a war.”

They toasted the glasses and sipped the champagne. Unlike New Year’s Eve, they weren’t looking to get drunk so they took their time on the bubbles. They sat on a blanket Hogan brought with him, with their legs extended in front of them.

“You know, we don’t have to be back at camp for a while.” Klink mentioned as he finished his glass. “Maybe we could commemorate our engagement?”

“Oh, what do you have in mind?” Hogan asked as he smirked at Klink. “We could get a hotel room.”

“Nein. I was thinking we could stay right here, under the stars.”

Klink pulled Hogan towards him before pinning him to the ground and straddling him. He kissed him deeply as he moved his hand from Hogan’s waist to the front of his pants. Hogan moaned as Klink freed his cock and stroked him with one hand, he used the other to pull his own pants off.

“I want to get on top and have you stroke my cock at the same time.”

“I like the sounds of that.”

Klink got into position so that Hogan’s cock could thrust into him with ease. He moaned as Hogan grabbed his cock with his hand and began stroking him.

“I should blow up trains and propose to you more often if this is the outcome.”

“Well, we have our whole lives now. We can commemorate the anniversary of our first time together, the anniversary of tonight, the end of the war, whenever that is.”

Hogan moaned as Klink increased the speed of his hips, he moved his hand faster to match his pace. He didn’t want this night to end; it was easily one of the best nights of his life.

“You feel so amazing around me Wilhelm.” Hogan moaned as Klink held his face in his hand. “I’m glad I get to be with you for the rest of our lives now.”

“Well Robert, you’re the only one that makes me feel like this.”

Klink’s lips landed on Hogan’s as they continued making love in the valley. He felt his climax building and figured Hogan wasn’t far behind, so he moved his hips faster to push them both over the edge. Klink collapsed onto him as his orgasm washed over him, with Hogan not far behind. They kissed as they caught their breath before getting up and heading back to camp.

“It’s sort of weird to think I have a fiancé now.” Hogan commented as he grabbed the picnic basket, “but I do like having a fiancé.”

“Me too,” Klink smiled as they walked hand-in-hand. “Even if we never do get married, I’m glad you asked and I’m happy you’re my fiancé.”

“Would you have ever asked me if I didn’t propose tonight?”

“I was thinking about it. But you beat me to it,” Klink smiled. “After General Burkhalter’s comments on New Year’s Eve, it got me thinking. I would’ve gotten another three day pass to Paris, and asked you in our hotel room with champagne and rose petals scattered in the room.”

“Well, I would have definitely said yes, because I’m happy you’re my fiancé and that you said yes to me.”

Hogan returned to his barracks once they were back at camp. There was still some time to get some sleep however he couldn’t imagine sleeping after a night like tonight. He was not surprised to find his men in his office, eager to hear about his mission. They probably weren’t able to sleep either.

“Well? How did everything go?” Newkirk asked, noting that Hogan was smiling and his face was flushed.

“Everything went according to plan. The train blew up and I’m sure the krauts are not going to be happy about that.”

Hogan smirked as he avoided the real question his men had. They followed the Colonel around his office as he moved around the room.

“Yeah, we’re happy about the train but we more interested in hearing about what happened with Klink. You did ask him?” LeBeau asked, dying to know. “I didn’t give you that champagne just to chicken out!”

Hogan smiled as removed his gloves and revealed his left hand with a new ring on his finger.

“Yup, we’re officially unofficially engaged now.”

“Robert Klink!”

“Wilhelm Hogan!”

Hogan and Klink were sitting on the couch in his quarters when Schultz walked in. It had been a couple of weeks since Hogan proposed. Hogan’s legs were draped over Klink’s lap. Neither of them noticed the Sergeant’s presence at first as they were entertaining an argument.

“I just don’t feel like 'Wilhelm Hogan' has a good ring to it.”

“Yeah, and you think 'Robert Klink' sounds any better?” Hogan chuckled, “Come on.”

“Better than 'Wilhelm Hogan'!”

“What are you two talking about?” Schultz asked, curious to know the context of their conversation.

“Oh hey Schultz.” Hogan greeted before turning his attention back to Klink. “I just can’t see myself being a ‘Klink’.”

“We’re trying to figure out which of our last names sounds better on the other, hypothetically of course.”

Schultz chuckled, “you two get ‘unofficially’ engaged and now you’re trying on each other’s last names.”

“Figured why not?” Hogan shrugged, “it’s not like we can actually change one of our names. Mostly because we can’t decide which one sounds better.”

Schultz stood by the doorway, pursing his lips as he studied the two Colonels. He was amused at their discussion and that their biggest argument today was what name sounded better.

“What if you did a double surname, with a hyphen?”

Hogan and Klink look at each other, thinking about the suggestion.

“Wilhelm Hogan-Klink?”

“Robert Hogan-Klink?”

The two nodded at each other, smiling.

“Yes, I think 'Hogan-Klink' would work nicely.” Klink mentioned.

“Hey, look at us go!” Hogan smiled at the Sergeant. “Thanks for the suggestion Schultz, turns out we needed to keep both our names.”

“Happy to help. I just wish the two of you could actually get married. I love weddings and the two of you are in love.”

The three of them sat in silence for a couple minutes, until Klink started vocalizing his thoughts.

“Why don’t we get married?” Klink looked over at Hogan, who raised an eyebrow at him.

“I know, we can’t married married, but we could have a secret wedding right here in Stalag 13. Schultz could conduct the ceremony and your inner circle could attend.”

“Jawohl. I would be honoured to marry you two.” Schultz beamed, “do you think LeBeau would cook for it?”

“I’m sure he would be delighted too, it’ll give him something to do.” Hogan smiled, “this gives me an excuse to bust out my Class A uniform. Newkirk has been itching to tailor some uniforms.”

“Now, how does next Friday sound?” Klink asked, mostly rhetorical as he would make sure Schultz is not on duty, and Hogan is a POW who wasn’t going anywhere.

“Well… I might have plans next Friday, I’m supposed to be getting married.” Hogan smiled, “and I am excited to do so.”

“Me too. Especially with the war escalating, I don’t want to waste any time.” Klink mentioned, “we could use some celebrating while we can.”

Hogan was finishing putting on his Class A uniform when he heard a knock on the door to his office. Newkirk did great work making sure it still fit the Colonel.

“Come in!”

Kinch walked through the door, smiling at Hogan.

“You look great and I’m sure Klink will agree with that statement.”

Hogan turned to face Kinch after buttoning the last collar button and pulling his tie up.

“Thanks. I’m guessing everyone else is over in Klink’s quarters?”

“Yup, everything is all set.” Kinch confirmed, “how are you feeling?”

“Excited, can't wait. I know this wedding doesn’t mean anything in the real world, but it feels real to me.”

“Klink is excited too, he can’t wait to marry you either.”

“Well, it’s almost time. We should make our way over there.” Hogan smiled as he and Kinch left the barracks.

“We are all happy for the two of you.” Kinch began, once they were outside. “I can’t imagine having to hide my relationship, but it’s clear that you and Klink are in love. Most people go their whole lives looking for what you two have.”

“Thanks, it’s been tough with the secrecy at times, but the time I’ve spent with Klink has been the best moments of my life.” Hogan smiled, “I’ve always say I never thought I’d fall in love in a POW camp, but that’s exactly what happened.”

“I’m only sorry we found out accidentally. It should’ve been up to you who you told about your relationship.”

“It’s alright, I probably wouldn’t ever tell anyone if people didn’t find out for themselves.”

“So, Schultz really did walk in on you two?” Kinch chuckled as Hogan smiled.

“Yup. You’d think we would learn to keep our personal life out of Klink’s office but we didn’t. You wouldn’t have been able to listen in on us. Although if I’m being honest, I’m glad you guys found out so you could come to our wedding.”

“Wouldn’t miss it for the world. Besides, we didn’t have anywhere else to be tonight.”

Kinch and Hogan reached the door to Klink’s quarters. Hogan’s heart rate quickened with excitement as Kinch opened the door. Kinch smiled at Hogan before turning to take a seat next to the others in the living room. Hogan looked straight ahead and saw Klink and Schultz standing across the room.

“Here we go.” He whispered to himself as he walked down the makeshift aisle.

Hogan smiled as he walked across the room, never taking his eyes off Klink. He noticed the rose petals scattered on the floor as he stood in front of Klink and Schultz as Klink took his hand.

“Hey. I’ve been waiting for this all day.” He whispered to Klink as he stood facing him.

“Hey, you look good in your Class A uniform.” Klink replied, “let’s do this.”

Schultz cleared his throat, already holding back tears.

“We are here today to celebrate the unlikely and to defy the odds. Even with a war going on and some being persecuted for just being themselves, our two Colonels found each other in the middle of it all. They say you don’t choose who you fall in love with, but you know when it happens. We are gathered here to celebrate love that both Colonels Robert Hogan and Wilhelm Klink have for each other and the commitment they are making to one another. Even if their love has to remain a secret outside this room. They have both written their own vows, and we will begin with our Kommandant.”

Schultz nodded at Klink, who held Hogan’s hands in his own. He held Hogan’s gaze intently as he bared his soul.

“Robert, I remember the day you were brought here. I knew you were going to change my life, but I then I realized I had been searching for you my whole life. I could never imagine that I could be truly happy, because I couldn’t see myself in love with a woman, or that you would feel the same way about me. These last few months with you have been the best months of my life, and I never want our time together to end. Now, I get to tell you that I will be by your side for as long as I live. I never imagined that I would ever get married, but I’m glad I get to marry you.”

“Colonel Hogan?” Schultz prompted as the senior POW officer wiped a tear from his eye.

“I never imagined myself as the type to settle down, but all that changed when I met you, Wilhelm. I’ve jumped from lover to lover, running from any hint of commitment, and fought a part of who I am my whole life. Once I stopped fighting and acknowledged my attraction to you, I fell in love with you. After spending the last few months with you, I knew I wanted to stay this way for the rest of my life. I would never have guessed I would fall in love in a Prisoner-of-War camp, but I’m glad I did, and I’m glad it was with you.”

Now it was Klink’s turn to wipe a tear from his eye as Hogan smiled at him.

“Danke, both of you, beautiful words. Now, Colonel Wilhelm Klink. Do you take Colonel Robert Hogan to be your unlawful, unwedded husband? Will you choose to love him each and every day, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.” Klink smiled at Hogan, meaning those two little words.

“And do you, Colonel Robert Hogan, take Colonel Wilhelm Klink to be your unlawful unwedded husband? Will you choose to love him each and every day, for better or for worse, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?”

“I do.” Hogan squeezed Klink’s hands, beaming a smile.

Schultz blew his nose into a handkerchief. “Sorry, I just love weddings.” He collected himself to continue on.

“I now pronounce you Colonels and Husbands. You may now kiss the groom.”

Hogan pulled Klink towards him and the others cheered as his lips landed on Klink’s. Even though there were only five other people in the room, Hogan only noticed Klink. He pulled away after a couple moments to address the others.

“I know you all found out about our relationship accidentally, but we’re both glad to share our love with you today.” Hogan began his improvised speech. “I never saw myself as the type to get married, but something about Wilhelm changed that in me. We were both convinced at sometime or another that we weren’t meant to know this type of happiness, but I’m glad to we get to share it with each other.”

“Ja, all my life, I was convinced there was something wrong with me and that I wasn’t meant to find happiness with another man. I’m glad to prove that wrong now because I, we, are happy with each other.” Klink replied to his new husband, both of them wearing permanent smiles.

“Well, the way I see it, we’re not losing a commanding officer, we’re gaining a Kommandant.” Newkirk joked, “once we found out about the two of you, it was easy to figure out when you’ve had your rendezvous. Colonel Hogan has that same grin on his face after being in your office.”

Klink chuckled, trying to be serious with the prisoners. “I want the rest of you prisoners to know that while I am now married to your commanding officer, nothing has changed about my command. Of course, any complaints you have about how I run this camp can be directed to my husband, who I know will share that information with me as soon as possible.”

“Don’t worry Kommandant, we wouldn’t risk escaping or going against orders. You and Colonel Hogan have better ways to be spending your time.” Kinch smirked as he started pouring the champagne.

“Now, I understand LeBeau cooked up quite a meal for the occasion?”

“Oui Kommandant!” LeBeau confirmed before he moved towards the kitchen, with Carter following him to help. Compared to some of the other parties Klink had thrown in the past, this one was smaller in size, but it was a more meaningful occasion.

The others sat around the table, continuing their conversation. Once LeBeau and Carter served the meal, Schultz raised his glass and proposed a toast.

“To the Colonels. Hopefully one day soon, this war will end and the two of you can build a life together, one outside a POW camp.”

“Here, here!” The others joined Schultz’s toast as they clinked their glasses together.

“Danke Schultz. With the news about the war changing every day, it seems like we’re at the end of this nightmare. And if I may be so bold, I hope it’s your Allied Forces that are victorious. I’ve come to think of Hogan’s friends as my friends and I feel our German Forces wouldn’t be so forgiving.”

“Well you’re an Allied officer, by marriage now.” Carter joked but meant the sentiment. “I’m sure the Allies would go easy on both you and Schultz after the Stalag is liberated. If not, I’m sure Colonel Hogan could convince them.”

“I’ll do what I can, but it’s surreal to think this could all be over soon.” Hogan waved his hand in front of him. “I’ve always thought I’d walk through the gates with all of you a free man, but now I’ll make sure they’ll let Klink and Schultz leave with us.”

“Besides, the war could end tonight, it could still be months from now!” Newkirk interjected, “but I recall this is a wedding. We should focus on the newlyweds.”

“Yes, and as a collective gift from us and Schultz, we wanted to get you something special.” Kinch started as he pulled an envelope from his jacket. “Here.”

Hogan grabbed the envelope, raising an inquisitive eyebrow at Kinch.

“You guys didn’t have to get us anything.”

The conversation halted as Hogan and Klink opened the envelope. They read the note and Hogan grabbed the set of keys that fell from the envelope.

“We know you have to fit your relationship around the realities of the war, so we figured the two of you deserve some time away from Stalag 13.” LeBeau explained, “so, we booked you a hotel room for the weekend.”

Klink looked at Hogan, as if he were telepathically asking him if he could trust the men to not escape in their absence. Luckily, Hogan could read the emotions off of Klink’s face and knew what he was worried about.

“You have my word there will be no funny business while we’re gone.” Hogan answered his husband’s concerns before turning to the others. “Besides, we didn’t have any honeymoon plans. Thank you guys.”

“Besides, Burkhalter’s in conferences all weekend in Berlin and Hochstetter is tied up there as well. I’m sure POW camps are the furthest things from their minds.” Schultz added, knowing Klink was probably thinking about any surprise inspections or visits.

“This is very kind of you all, thank you.” Klink responded, feeling choked up.

He figured Hogan’s men were acting out of fondness for their commanding officer, but he felt some of that fondness extend to him now. After they found out about their relationship, Klink noticed that Hogan’s inner circle was warmer towards him. He wondered if Hogan had any part in that, or if they knew that he made Hogan happy, so they would be kinder to the source of his happiness.

“It would be nice to live in a world where everyone would treat you like any other couple.” Carter commented, “but we think you deserve to be as happy as them. Or even happier since you have to hide your relationship from the world.”

“Yeah, but know that we are happy for you, that you found something meaningful with each other.” Newkirk added. “Now that we’re done with LeBeau’s fantastic meal, why don’t you two get out of here?”

“Jawohl. I’m sure you both want to be alone with each other.” Schultz chuckled and noticed Hogan’s men joining in on the chuckle.

Hogan and Klink nodded as they all got up from the table and headed outside. Newkirk handed Hogan a trench coat to cover up the US Army Air Forces uniform.

“We packed the staff car with suitcases filled with civilian clothes for both of you. As well as a bottle of champagne.” Kinch commented as they gathered around Klink’s staff car.

“Thank you all for making today memorable.” Hogan started as he hugged each of his men and received more congratulatory words.

“And thank you for doing the honours of marrying us, Schultz. We will not forget this.” Klink thanked the Sergeant while Schultz pulled his commanding officer in for a hug.

“You’re welcome! And we better not see you two here before Sunday evening.” Schultz chuckled as they said their goodbyes.

“See you all on Sunday.” Hogan waved as Klink opened the car door for him before getting in the driver’s side of his staff car.

The five stood and waved them off as Klink drove him and Hogan off into the night.

“I never thought we would see our commanding officer ride off with his husband the camp Kommandant, but I’m so happy for them.” Kinch smiled as he wiped a tear from his eye.

“Yeah, this is one of those stories that no one would ever believe.” Newkirk mentioned as he finished a flute of champagne. “Secret gay wedding inside a POW camp between the senior POW officer and the Kommandant.”

“Yeah, imagine telling that one to our grandchildren someday.” Le Beau chuckled as he handed Schultz another piece of strudel.

“Boy, they seem really happy together though.” Carter jumped in. “I’m glad they found each other in all this craziness.”

“I think as long as they have each other, they will be okay.” Schultz replied, “they take care of each other.”

Klink and Hogan walked up to their hotel room. Luckily it was late and there was no one else in the hallways, so they held hands as they beamed at each other. It simultaneously seemed like yesterday and an eternity since they stumbled through these halls after their New Year’s Eve celebration. Klink grabbed the key from his coat pocket and turned it in the lock.

“After you, my dear.”

Klink waved his arm in front of him with a smile. Hogan stepped in the room and gasped at what they saw.

The same rose petals that were scattered around Klink’s quarters were scattered around the room. There were some candles that Klink lit as they took in the room. Hogan set the champagne bottle in the ice bucket provided as he picked up a note that was on the bed, addressed to ‘The Hogan-Klink’s':

We told the hotel that a couple of newlyweds were staying here this weekend and to set the mood. Don’t worry, the staff have strict orders to not disturb you all weekend. Schultz came by earlier to make sure everything was perfect. Enjoy, we’re sure you’re not gonna leave that room all weekend. Once again, congratulations!

- P. Newkirk, L. LeBeau, J. Kinchloe, A. Carter, and H. Schultz.

“They must still feel guilty about finding out about us.” Klink commented as Hogan handed him the note. “But they did a fine job with the wedding, and the room.”

“Yup, they really mean it too; they consider you part of the gang now. They don’t think of you as the enemy.”

“I’d hope so, because otherwise, their commanding officer is now married to the enemy.” Klink whispered as he pulled Hogan to him, threw his arms around his shoulders, and kissed him.

“Yes, and it is our wedding night and we have this hotel room…” Hogan replied in the same whispered tone. “I have a feeling we’re going to have to spend all weekend in here because we, at least I am, going to forget how to walk.”

“Well, I definitely take that as a challenge.” Klink growled playfully as he started working on the buttons of Hogan’s Class A uniform.

Hogan moaned as Klink moved his lips to his now exposed collarbone and worked at undoing Klink’s uniform buttons at the same time. He backed up towards the bed once he rid himself of his pants, knowing that Klink enjoyed the full view of him. It didn’t take long for Klink to join him on the bed, straddling Hogan between his legs. Klink leaned down to kiss Hogan once again and grabbed his wrists in his hand, pinning them above Hogan’s head.

“My dear, you are so very attractive like this, underneath me.”

“And you are absolutely irresistible when you take control of the situation, Herr Kommandant.”

Klink teased his entrance with his cock, making sure he was ready for him before thrusting his hips into him. They both moaned with the sensations as Hogan matched Klink’s thrusts, this was one night they both wanted to savour and make this moment last.

“You feel amazing inside me, Wilhelm. Oh yes!”

“Oh yeah Robert? And what if I do this?”

Klink shifted to change his angle ever-so-slightly to hit Hogan’s prostate. Hogan moaned, loudly, at the increased sensation.

“Oh fuck, yes! Yes!”

“Du gehörst mir, mein Liebchen. Komm für mich! [14]"

[14]: You are mine, my love. Cum for me!

“Ja, ich gehöre dir! Scheiße! [15]"

[15]: Yes, I am yours! Fuck!

After both of their orgasms, Klink released Hogan’s hand and moved to lie beside him. Klink took his lips in his and Hogan shifted to face his husband.

“One day down, a lifetime to go.” Klink murmured as he played with Hogan’s hair.

“Hmmm… I like the sound of a lifetime with you.” Hogan sighed as he could feel his eyelids getting heavy.

On cue, Klink yawned as he lazily threw his arm over Hogan’s torso, and the two newlyweds drifted off to sleep. But not before they mumbled ‘I love you’s’ to each other.

I’m not crying, you are!! 🥹😭

Also, there's only two chapters after this one?! It feels like just yesterday when I posted Chapter 1 of this!

Chapter 10: Liberation

Summary:

Klink and Hogan brace themselves for the future and the unknown as rumours start that the end of the war is near and that Stalag 13 will soon be liberated.

Notes:

Nearing the end of this story, so of course I’m going to throw as much smut as possible in this chapter! Also, I feel like I’ve been teasing the idea of Hogan getting fucked on Klink’s desk for sometime… 😈

Chapter Text

The time between Hogan and Klink’s wedding and the end of the war was… strange. With the war front changing on a daily basis, Hogan and his men would be busy with increased sabotage, followed by periods of waiting for the next mission. Klink was also busier, either in meetings with General Burkhalter or listening to coded radio messages from London as Nimrod. The uncertainty of how long any of them would be at Stalag 13 also had everyone a bit more on edge. Klink and Hogan were a bit more on edge since there wasn’t much time in the days right now for senior POW/Kommandant ‘liaison meetings’.

Newkirk got up to knock on Hogan’s office door just as the barracks was scheduled for lights out. He was greeted by the sound of Hogan’s voice calling him in.

“Sir? If I may be so bold, could I ask what you’re doing here?”

Hogan arched his eyebrow at Newkirk. “Well, it is my room, and as far as I know it’s bedtime. I wasn’t aware of any missions going on tonight.”

Newkirk chuckled to break some of the tension. “No, what I meant was, now that you are married, I’m just surprised you’re not spending more nights with your husband.”

“Hmm… I guess you have a point.” Hogan paused as he realized he didn’t really have a good excuse. “It’s still weird to me to not have to sneak around you guys. Also, I think part of me wanted to be here, in case we get liberated or there’s a last-minute sabotage mission.”

“We can handle things here in the barracks sir. If not, we know where to find you. Even though we’d rather not interrupt you two.”

“Are you trying to get me out of the barracks, Corporal?” Hogan asked with a smirk.

“I just wanted to remind you that it’s okay if you’d rather be with Klink, is all.” Newkirk commented. “We’ve all been working hard over the last few days and you should take some time off.”

“And… this has nothing to do with you and Carter trying to find some privacy?”

Newkirk moved his gaze to the floor, hanging his head down. “We worked it out to have our cave times back-to-back, so we have more time. We wouldn’t dream of using your private office for any… shenanigans.”

“It has been awhile since Klink and I were able to spend any meaningful time together.” Hogan pondered as he moved about the room. “Both our days are pretty busy as of late, but we really should make time for us.”

“Soon there won’t be any war separating the two of you, but it’s important to not forget about each other. Even when things seem chaotic. Besides, you don’t have to sneak around us, like you said earlier. We understand if you wanted to sleep next to Klink.”

Hogan smiled a Newkirk as he activated his tunnel. “Thanks. Also, I don’t use the bottom bunk so if you wanted to make use of a bed while I’m not in here. All I ask is that you and Carter clean up after yourselves. I don’t want to find any… evidence that the two of you were here.”

“I’ll keep that in mind sir!” Newkirk replied, “like I said, we make our time down in the cave work out, but it’s good to have a second option in me back pocket.”

Hogan smirked as he climbed down into his tunnel system. He made a quick pit stop at the radio room before continuing on to Klink’s quarters.

“Hey Kinch, how are things going here?”

“Good Colonel. I just sent the coordinates to London and was going to get some sleep now.” Kinch smirked, noticing that Hogan was not in his pyjamas. “Where are you off too? Surely you weren’t just checking up on me.”

“Well… it has been awhile since… Klink and I… uh…”

Hogan turned to his head to the ground to hide the blush creeping on his face. This was still newly-charted territory for him. Of course, if he seeing a woman, he’d have no problem telling the guys that it had been awhile since he gotten some. Kinch’s expression softened as he smiled at his commanding officer.

“Say no more Colonel, we got things handled here. Go be with your husband, I’m sure he misses being with you too.”

“Thanks Kinch. You know where to find me if you need me. Just knock on the door first, alright?”

“Wouldn’t dream of interrupting you two. Besides, we heard more than enough that one time on the coffee maker.”

Hogan chuckled as he gave Kinch a playful slap on the shoulder. He was glad they were at a point where they could joke about the Coffee Maker Incident.

“Alright, I’ll see you guys at roll call. Goodnight.”

Hogan continued through the tunnel system, making his way to Klink’s quarters. Even though they were married, and Hogan had his men’s approval to go see Klink, he still felt his heart race with excitement. He hoped he would always have butterflies for Klink, no matter how long they are together.

Hogan opened the stove tunnel hatch, noting that Klink was not in the living room. He moved towards the bedroom, noticing the door was closed.

He knocked on the door lightly. “Honey, I’m home.”

“Come in my dear.” Klink replied on the other side of the door.

Hogan smiled as he walked through the door and closed it behind him. “Hey, I figured I’d come over and visit my husband for a while.”

“Is it dumb to say I’ve missed you, even though I do see you everyday?” Klink got up from the bed and walked over to meet Hogan’s embrace.

“Yeah, at roll call and the occasional meeting in your office.” Hogan chuckled as his hand moved from Klink’s shoulder to the small of his back. “But it has been awhile since we’ve been able to be together, especially in the marital sense.”

“I know, I’ve been busy with meetings and phone calls, I haven’t had much of a chance to request your presence in my office.” Klink sighed into Hogan’s touch of his hand sliding up and down his back.

“We’ve been busy too, but the men reminded me that I am married. And that it’s completely normal if I want to spend time with my husband, getting tangled in his bed sheets.”

Hogan pressed his lips to Klink’s, missing the feeling of his body against his. He smiled as Klink deepened their kiss; for a little while, they could forget about the war and its uncertain expiration date.

“And I do like it when you are tangled up and naked in my bed sheets.” Klink whispered when Hogan broke away from their kiss.

“I also brought that SS General uniform, if you want me to be in charge tonight. Or I can just be Colonel Robert Hogan, senior POW officer who’s trying to make a deal with the Kommandant.”

“I love your naughty little brain.” Klink commented as he raised his hand to cradle Hogan’s face. “It has been awhile since General Hogan has made an appearance.”

“Well then, I will be right back.” Hogan kissed Klink quickly before making his way to the bathroom to change uniforms.

Klink sat on the edge of the bed, waiting. After a busy couple of days, he was glad Hogan wanted to take charge tonight. However, Klink made a mental note to call Hogan into his office in a couple days and maybe, just maybe, he’ll take him right there on the desk.

“There’s my sexual deviant, Colonel Klink.”

“Herr General.” Klink stood up and saluted Hogan. “It’s been awhile since our last visit, I was starting to wonder if you forgot about me.”

“How could I forget about you?” Hogan moved closer and grabbed Klink’s jaw with his gloved hand. “I could never forget how well you satisfy me as I fuck you.”

Hogan’s other hand grabbed Klink’s cock through his pants. He smirked as he felt the Kommandant throb in his hand, under the fabric.

“I see you are already hard for me, you know how I like that.”

“Ja, just the thought of you fucking me gets me hard.”

“That makes two of us. Go on Klink, I know you want to grab my cock and see for yourself.”

Hogan sighed as Klink’s hand worked on his belt and unzipped his pants. It wasn’t long after that Klink had his hand around Hogan, stroking him.

“Oh ja,” Hogan moaned. “Now, are you going to beg me to fuck you like you did last time?”

“I want you to fuck me, hard. Make me forget how to walk afterwards, Herr General. Bitte.”

“It has indeed been too long; you desperately need to be fucked. Well, you know what to do.”

Hogan stepped back and watched as Klink undressed himself and got on his knees, leaning his torso against the bed. He pulled down his pants further as he got into position behind Klink.

“Do you want to touch yourself again this time?”

“Ja, and this time, I promise not to go faster than your hip movements.”

“Good, you have learned since our last encounter.”

Hogan slid his cock into Klink, smirking as Klink moaned beneath him. He was also a fan of Klink vocalizing his pleasure, especially as Hogan leaned over and started marking his back with his mouth.

“You’re mine now. No one else can make you feel as good as I do.”

“Jawohl, Herr General.”

Hogan moaned as he increased the speed of his movements, gripping Klink’s hips for stability as he did so.

“You like it when I fuck you on the rougher side, don’t you Klink?”

“Ja Herr General. You feel so good inside me, especially when you cum.”

“It’s been so long, it won’t be long until I cum.”

Klink moaned as Hogan continued fucking him, hitting him in that spot with every thrust. He was mindful to not move his hand on his own cock faster than his thrusts but he was getting close. Hogan moaned with each of his own thrusts too, he wasn’t lying when he said it wouldn’t be long until-

“Ja, Ich komme! Scheiße!” Hogan growled with a few final thrusts until he exploded, sighing as he reached his orgasm. “Komm für mich, mein Lieb.”

Hogan’s hand joined Klink’s as they stroked him together. Eventually, Klink reached his own climax and shuddered under Hogan’s body.

“Ja, Herr General, Ich komme!”

Hogan kissed along Klink’s neck, gently as they both came down from their highs. “God, I love you so much.”

Hogan climbed onto the bed and motioned for Klink to follow him. He let himself be wrapped up in Klink’s arms, shifting their previous dynamic.

“I love you too. I know sometimes I fuck you hard and on the rougher side, but there is something amazing about the sensations.”

“Oh definitely.” Hogan agreed, “I wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Klink ran his fingers through Hogan’s hair before tracing the edge of his lapel.

“You know, I think you are a bit overdressed for bed.”

“I think you’re right.”

Hogan shuffled to unbutton his uniform and it wasn’t long until he was discarding articles of clothing on the floor.

“Mmm yeah, much better.” Hogan sighed as his bare skin brushed against Klink’s.

The two cuddled until they both fell asleep, entangled in each other arms. They didn’t know what tomorrow would bring, but they were glad they had each other right now.

As soon as he heard the news, Hogan raced over to Klink’s office. His heart was pounding the excitement and he couldn’t help but smile on the short brisk walk. Hogan whipped the door opened, he couldn’t contain his smile as he stepped into Klink’s office.

“Robert, what’s going on?”

“Have you heard anything exciting recently?”

Klink stopped as he noticed Hogan’s expression, he was almost giddy. Like he was going to explode. Klink’s eyes widened as he figured out that Hogan heard the latest news from London.

“It’s over.” Klink calmly stated, but he was starting to reach the same excitement levels as Hogan.

“I just heard. Day after tomorrow, Allied Forces are coming to liberate Stalag 13.”

“Also he is dead. The Nazi Regime is in shambles as we speak.”

Hogan beamed as Klink jumped up from his chair. “It’s finally done.”

Klink moved around the desk and embraced Hogan, paired with a deep kiss. He didn’t care if anyone walked in to the office at this moment, he no longer had to answer to the Germans.

“I know this war brought us together, but I’m glad it’s finally over. Soon, you won’t be my prisoner, just my husband.”

“And you won’t be camp Kommandant.” Hogan sighed with a smile, “but we still have 48 hours where I am your prisoner and you are still the Kommandant.”

Hogan smirked as he shifted to undo his belt and unzip his pants. Klink eyed him with curiosity.

“Fuck me, right here on your desk. Let’s have a little liberation of our own.”

Klink pulled Hogan in by the fabric of his jacket, his lips landed on him, hard. He held Hogan’s torso close to him and ground his hips against Hogan’s. Klink chuckled to himself when he felt Hogan’s hand reach to grab his lapel, to steady himself.

“I’ve had that thought from the moment you first walked into this office. But, as we both know by now, the office is a risky location.” Klink noted Hogan looked a bit disappointed, until he spoke again. “However, I wouldn’t care if any of the top brass walked in as I fuck you now.”

“Ever since we’ve gotten together, I’ve wanted you to take me on your desk, to make me your prisoner. It’s been one of my favourite fantasies for a while now.” Hogan smirked. “Besides, I have Schultz and Carter standing guard outside the office so we won’t be interrupted.”

Klink grabbed the arm of Hogan’s jacket and pulled Hogan towards the desk. He stood behind him, his hands running over the front of his chest as Hogan steadied himself against the desk. Klink started unbuttoning Hogan’s shirt as he pinned him between himself and the desk.

“Yes, for the next 48 hours, you’re still my prisoner.” Klink began as his hands moved to Hogan’s hips and cock. “And the whole time you’ve been here, you’ve been quite naughty.”

Hogan moaned as Klink worked him over. “Sometimes I’m only naughty to see how you choose to punish me, Herr Kommandant. I like it when you put me in my place and remind me I’m yours.”

“Mmm ja. I want you to make all those noises you know I love when I fuck you.” Klink moaned as he leaned forward and nibbled on Hogan’s neck.

Klink smirked as Hogan threw his head back, allowing him better access to his neck. He used to care if he left any visible marks on Hogan, but now, what was the point? He knew if he had to, Hogan would lie about who gave him the love marks, but Klink would know the truth. Schultz and Hogan’s men would also know; that the senior POW officer was forever Klink’s.

Klink backed away momentarily from Hogan to undo his own pants, not wanting to part from his husband. Hogan let him know that he also didn’t like being away from him.

“Do I have to beg you to fuck me on your desk? Because I will.” Hogan whimpered as Klink’s hand ran along his neck. “I need you to bend me over and get rough with me. Bitte Herr Kommandant!”

“You mean like this?” Klink growled as he thrusted into Hogan and he moaned, loudly with the intrusion. He didn’t hesitate with the speed and intensity of his hip movements.

“Yes, oh fuck!”

Klink’s hand pushed Hogan’s upper back down on the desk and held him there. His other hand gripped Hogan’s hips, giving Klink some more leverage with his own thrusts. Hogan reached across the desk, gripping the other side.

“I remember one time, I asked you who was in charge around here. Is your answer still the same?”

“Yes.” Hogan groaned, “you’re in charge Wilhelm. I love it when you’re in charge and I’m underneath you, taking your cock.”

“In 48 hours I’m Wilhelm. Right now, it’s Kommandant to you, Colonel Hogan.”

“Fine. I love it when you’re in charge, Herr Kommandant.”

Hogan continued moaning as Klink fucked him. He definitely didn’t mind Kommandant Klink being in charge of him, for the time being. He could feel himself throb as he neared his climax.

“The other night, I said I was the General’s. Well now you’re mine, aren’t you Hogan?”

“Yes Herr Kommandant, I’m yours, and only yours.” Hogan hissed through his teeth. “I’m always ready to take your Schwanz. It makes me feel amazing.”

Klink could feel his climax building and could sense Hogan wasn’t far from his own. He didn’t want this to end anytime soon. Luckily, he had his whole life to dominate Hogan in the bedroom.

“No one would believe you would be so submissive for me. Over the course of our relationship, you’ve learned to take my cock so well.”

“Yes, no one would believe you dominate me. That you have me begging for you, for your cock, to fuck me, or make me cum.”

“You want to cum now, don’t you my dear Colonel Hogan?”

“Yes, so bad. Please, let me cum Herr Kommandant.”

Klink gave Hogan a few final thrusts before he felt their combined orgasm.

“Scheiße! Oh ja!”

“Oh fuck, yes!”

Hogan collapsed against the desk, his legs shaking being in this position. Thankfully, Klink held him up by his hips so he could relax into the orgasm.

“I love watching and listening to you unravel.” Klink sighed as he leaned on top of Hogan. “I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of making you feel pleasure.”

“Good, because I think you’ll always make me cum.” Hogan mumbled as he relaxed to Klink’s weight on top of him. “I love the way you fuck me, especially up against the Kommandant’s desk.”

Eventually, Klink did shift his weight and collected himself. Hogan pushed himself off the desk and buttoned his uniform back up. Klink moved Hogan’s hair back into place and Hogan straightened Klink’s jacket lapels.

“Just think. Two more days of the formalities of a prison camp.” Klink mentioned, “after that, we can wake up in the same bed without having to worry about missing roll call.”

“We can actually enjoy the morning together.” Hogan smiled, “I do know, no matter where I go, I’ll be happy as long as you are by my side.”

The clock read 6:45 when Hogan woke up in Klink’s quarters to the sound of tanks approaching Stalag 13. He didn’t like to think about it, but he stayed with Klink last night in case they got temporarily separated as they worked out the logistics of the camp’s liberation.

“Wake up Wilhelm. Tanks are coming. Probably twenty minutes away.” Hogan nudged Klink gently, as he got up to get dressed.

“Mmm… we also still have roll-call at 0700.” Klink shifted up in the bed. “We should continue as if this is an ordinary day at Stalag 13.”

“Agreed.”

Both of them picked up pieces of their respective uniforms and got dressed. There was an excited, but unsettling atmosphere as neither one of them knew what would happen in twenty minutes. Once they were both dressed and Hogan walked towards the tunnel, he clasped Klink’s face in his hands.

“Remember, I love you. And I will do everything I can to get the Allies to let you and Schultz off easy. But, I need you to follow my lead, and do what the Commanding Allied Officer says.”

Klink nodded, “I love you too. See you on the other side.”

Hogan kissed Klink and continued to make his exit. After today, this would be the last time he had to use the tunnel network. It was also the last time he’d spend the night in Klink’s quarters, or fall into roll-call formation with his men.

I always thought I’d be nothing but happy to leave, but this place changed my life. For the better.

Hogan reminisced as he made his way through the tunnels and used the main entrance in the barracks. His men were busy packing and celebrating their imminent liberation from the POW camp. Hogan stepped into the middle of the room and whistled to get his men’s attention.

“Remember, we have to act like this is just a normal day in Stalag 13.” Hogan announced, “I know we’re all eager to leave here, but the time will come. We’re in the home stretch now.”

His men nodded and Hogan dismissed them to continue on. There would be time later to thank his men and say a proper goodbye, but he was taking his own advice; this is just a normal day. The men were more excited for today, but Hogan still had work to do. He had packed his necessities before sneaking out to Klink’s quarters last night so he just waited until Schultz came for roll call. For the last time.

Hogan and his men stood in formation as Schultz counted them when an American tank crashed through the front gate. They stayed in their formation as Klink, Schultz and other German personnel stood by Klink’s office and held their hands in the air. Hogan kept an eye on the Germans as he waited for further instructions.

Once the tank was parked, Allied soldiers came out of the tank and started securing the Germans. Luckily, they were just making sure they were staying put. A two star General approached Hogan and the interrupted roll-call formation.

“Colonel Hogan? I’m Major General Briggs.”

“General.” Hogan straightened up and saluted the General. “We’ve been waiting for this day for a while.”

“Understood. From what I’ve been briefed on, this isn’t a usual prison camp. You and your men have been involved with some espionage operation? We have you boys to thank for helping bring this war to an end.”

“Thank you sir.” Hogan nodded, “do you want to address the troops?”

General Briggs nodded. “Yes, thank you Colonel. Men, I know you have long awaited this day, but the war is indeed over. Berlin is in shambles and the Nazis have surrendered.”

An expected chorus erupted from the men while Hogan stood in silence, contemplating his next move.

“I’m aware this is, was, a unique prison camp that wasn’t all that it seemed. Your work in this war effort has been appreciated and has been key to our victory. I won’t keep you long since I know you are all eager to get back home, however, I’m sure your CO would like to say a few words. Colonel?”

Hogan joined Briggs at the front of the formation, glancing over to check in with Klink and Schultz, who were still in surrender.

“Men, it has been an honour to serve with you all over the last couple of years. I know our situation wasn’t the most conventional, but we made a tough assignment work. I will miss seeing you all, but I hope you can return home with pride that you helped lead the Allies to victory. I am proud to have been your commanding officer.”

Hogan felt himself tear up as his men saluted him and he reciprocated.

“This may or may not come as a surprise to some of you, but due to all your efforts in fighting the war, Colonel Hogan has been recommended for a promotion. I felt it would be appropriate to conduct a field promotion, so effective immediately, I hereby promote Colonel Hogan to the rank of Brigadier General and all its privileges.”

More cheers came from the crowd as Briggs replaced Hogan’s eagles with stars. Briggs saluted Hogan, followed by his men once again. Briggs nodded at Hogan, a non-verbal order to dismiss his men.

“Effective immediately, I hereby dismiss you. Go live out your lives and enjoy freedom.”

Hogan smiled as he released his salute. He noticed Newkirk, Kinch, Carter and LeBeau stuck around a bit more but the others made their way towards the torn-down fence. Hogan turned to Briggs; he wasn’t done here.

“Sir? If I may, I’d like to vouch for the Kommandant and his Sergeant of the Guard here. Colonel Klink and Sergeant Schultz. Klink is actually a double agent planted as a German Officer, and Schultz got caught in a draft. They both treated us humanely.”

“Well General, perhaps I will turn them over to your command.” Briggs suggested to the new General. “I also wanted to talk to you about your next assignment. We need men experienced in espionage in Berlin as the Russians are trying to claim parts of Germany. There are also some isolated Nazi officers trying to reclaim power. Of course, I’d understand if you want to return state-side. It’s been a long war for us all, and you did just spend the last couple years in a POW camp.”

Hogan noticed the main four lingering around. “Would I be able to form my own team?”

“You’re a General, and the legendary Colonel Hogan so I don’t see why not. Seems like you have some loyal men that go beyond our American borders. I know France and Britain are invested in Berlin as well.”

Hogan nodded to his remaining men, deep in thought.

“I’ll give you some time to think about it, I’ll be in the truck. We’ll get you to basecamp and get you set up there, no matter what you decide. It’s a couple miles West of here.”

Briggs walked away as Hogan walked towards the soldiers guarding the Germans.

“At ease Sergeant.” Hogan ordered as he was saluted. “I’m here for the Kommandant and Sergeant of the Guard. General Briggs has transferred their custody to me. Take it easy with the others, they did us no harm.”

Hogan nodded at Klink and Schultz, signalling to follow him. He walked toward his men, unable to not smile at this time.

“I see congratulations are in order, General.” Schultz commented, followed by nods by the others.

“Thank you. I was a bit surprised, but it’s nice to be recognized for our efforts.” Hogan mentioned, “but now, I have a new assignment. It would require relocating to Berlin to help pick up the pieces and preventing any lingering Nazi brass from reclaiming power, and the Russians from taking control. Now for once, I’m not asking for volunteers, but you would all be welcome to come with me. Including you two.”

Hogan nodded at Klink and Schultz.

“You already have my answer.” Klink smiled, “General.”

“Same here Colonel, I mean General.” Kinch nodded, “that’s going to take some getting used to.”

“You said it. I’m also in mon General.” LeBeau added.

“Newkirk and I are also in.” Carter mentioned, to which Newkirk nodded.

“Eventually, I need to get back home to my wife and to reclaim my toy factory. But I think it might take a little while for everything to calm down.” Schultz started, “I would like to help you out General, in the meantime.”

“Great, thanks guys.” Hogan smiled. “General Briggs is waiting in the truck, he said he would drive us to Basecamp. You guys go on ahead, I’ll catch up with you in a minute.”

His men, including Schultz, nodded as they made their way to the truck. Klink stayed by Hogan’s side as they watched the truck drive out of camp. Hogan figured he would be able to follow the Allied vehicles and troops and find basecamp pretty easily. Besides, he always wanted to walk across the fence line as a free man.

“So, you outrank me now?”

“Yup,” Hogan chuckled. “But as a General, I do have some privileges. For one, I’m making you an honorary American Colonel.”

Hogan pulled his eagles out of his coat pocket and pinned them on Klink’s jacket with a smile.

“There. Now, we’re officially on the same side. Well, you’re not officially in the US Army Air Forces, but the gesture’s there.”

Klink smiled as he saluted Hogan. “Thank you General. I’m proud of you, if anyone deserves to be a General, it’s you.”

“Thanks,” Hogan smiled. “Even though I’m a General now, I still need to be put in my place, in the bedroom at least.”

“You can bet on that,” Klink chuckled. “Besides there is something amusing about everyone looking at you and seeing General Robert Hogan. What they won’t know though, is that behind closed doors, you beg for my cock.”

“Not that anyone would ever believe that.”

They both chuckled as Klink grabbed Hogan’s hand. They started walking towards the front gate.

“I always imagined walking out of Stalag 13 a free man. But, I’m happy to walk out of here with your hand in mine.” Hogan mentioned, squeezing Klink’s hand.

“It feels bittersweet to leave here. We met here, fell in love here, got married here…” Klink mused as they walked.

Hogan stopped before crossing the fence line, and faced Klink.

“Are you sure you are up to the Berlin assignment? I can turn it down, and we can take some much needed personal time in the States.”

“Of course, I’ll follow you anywhere. I would walk through fire just to be by your side.” Klink smiled, “but I know you, and your work here in Germany is not done yet.”

“I won’t forget this place, but I’m excited to see what the next chapter of our lives looks like.”

Klink kissed Hogan before they crossed the fence line. He didn’t care where he went from here, as long as he was with Hogan.

This is the last ‘real’ chapter of the story, with the last chapter being the epilogue to all this, stay tuned…

Chapter Text

Hogan woke up early and walked from the bedroom out to the kitchen. Usually, he liked get up at the same time as his lover, but today was special and Hogan had a surprise planned. He started the coffee maker and got the bacon and eggs out of the fridge to start making breakfast.

The windows of their Palm Springs residence were open from last night and the warm morning breeze blew through the bungalow. The kitchen window overlooked the pool, patio, and palm trees in their backyard. They had only been in Palm Springs for a couple months, but the simplicity of life here was a welcome respite after the war and the aftermath espionage mission in Berlin.

As he continued on with breakfast, Hogan heard his lover leave the bedroom and soon felt a pair of arms snake around his torso.

“Morning, breakfast smells great.” Klink mumbled as he lazily kissed Hogan’s cheek.

“Coffee’s done too.” Hogan replied as he took as sip from his mug to emphasize his point.

“Well as much as I like waking up next to you, I also like waking up to you making breakfast and coffee already brewed.”

“Today’s a special occasion.” Hogan smiled as Klink poured himself some coffee. “You know, ten years ago, I was captured and brought to a German POW camp. Little did I know, I met the love of my life that day.”

Klink sighed as he took his first sip of coffee. “Hard to believe that was ten years ago now.”

“I know, it’s been seven years since the war ended. We got back from Berlin just over two months ago.”

“I’m glad that I spent all that time with you. Although ten years ago, I didn’t think I would be here, living in the States, with you.”

“You think this is where I thought I would be?” Hogan smirked as he scrambled the eggs. “Happily married to the man who was my jailor, a German officer? But I feel like I’ve made it in life. I get to wake up with my husband every day.”

“Do you ever miss it? The espionage I mean?” Klink asked. “I know you wanted to take a leave of absence to slow down and enjoy life after the Berlin assignment, but I know espionage and military strategy courses through your veins.”

“Sometimes I do. I think after this year off, I will be ready to get back to it. But I also like the calm of not spying on Nazi and Soviet agents or sabotaging underground networks.”

“Well, whatever you decide, you know I will happily join you.” Klink mentioned. “I’m happy anywhere if I’m with you and, I also miss the espionage.”

“I may have rubbed off on you a little.”

Hogan chuckled as he turned to face Klink and kissed him in between sips of coffee.

“You forget I was Nimrod. A German working with the Allied Forces to help bring down the Nazi Regime.”

“That’s true. Maybe that’s why we work so well together.”

“I still like that you suggested settling down in Palm Springs for your leave of absence. It is warm here so I can watch your body in T-shirt and shorts. Also I can walk down the street with your hand in mine and no one really cares.”

“I like that too. I also liked our apartment in Berlin, it was small but cozy. There was many times where we had to get to work but we could have easily spent an extra five minutes in bed.” Hogan replied as he turned the stove burners off. “Breakfast is ready.”

Klink and Hogan grabbed their food, topped off their coffee, and sat down to their breakfast.

“So, I made you breakfast for our anniversary, what did you get me?” Hogan smirked as he took a bite of the scrambled eggs.

“Well, maybe after our breakfast, we can go back into the bedroom. I’ll make you moan and writhe with pleasure the same way our first time all those years ago.”

“Sounds promising. Maybe I’ll show you a good time too.”

“Anything for the love of my life, General Robert Hogan-Klink.” Klink smiled as he noticed Hogan’s face flush slightly.

“I do like it when you address me by my rank, General Wilhelm Hogan-Klink.”

“And I like that after all these years, I can still get you flustered. Every now and then, I still have to remind myself that this is real when I wake up next to you in the morning.”

“And somehow, against all odds, we were able to sneak our relationship past the Germans.”

They finished their breakfast and Klink gently grabbed Hogan’s hand, leading him to their bedroom.

“Okay Robert, pick a number between One and Three.”

“Three.” Hogan smirked, he knew what that would entail.

Klink turned to the dresser and grabbed two silk handkerchiefs. Hogan untied his bathrobe and laid down on the bed, he smiled as Klink approached his naked body. He started with tying Hogan’s hands to the headboard.

“Is that okay? Not too tight?”

“Yes, that’s good.”

Hogan wiggled his wrists and smirked when he felt himself not able to break the ties. Unlike metal handcuffs, he didn’t mind his hands being tied with the silk, and he especially didn’t mind that it was Klink who held him prisoner. Klink worked on tying the blindfold over Hogan’s eyes before his hand trailed his jawline.

“I love seeing you like this… trapped. Unable to see what I’m doing to you.” Klink whispered as his hands and fingers ran over Hogan’s muscles.

“I love not being able to anticipate what you’re going to do to me.”

Klink ran his hands over every inch of Hogan’s body, except for where Hogan really wanted his hands. However, he knew if he wanted Klink to give him what he really wanted, he’d have to ask, beg for it.

“Wilhelm? I want you to touch my cock, please. I’m so hard, this is what you do to me.”

“As you wish.”

Hogan moaned as Klink’s hand gripped his cock and started stroking him, the other steady on Hogan’s thigh. His hips bucked into Klink’s hand even though he knew Klink would only tease him further for it.

“You’ll get what you want my dear, in time.”

“I know, it just feels so good. I can’t see you, can’t touch you. It’s amazing.”

Klink continued with his hand, before he climbed on top of Hogan and guided his cock to his own entrance. He smirked as Hogan moaned loudly at the new sensations, but he matched Hogan’s moan as he moved his hips.

“Oh yes, you feel amazing around me, yes!”

“And you feel amazing inside me, hitting that spot.”

Hogan could feel Klink’s hand on his chest, the other on his hip. He felt is climax building rapidly as Klink increased the speed of his hips, however he knew that Klink would make him wait, until he was at the same point in his climax as Hogan.

“Oh fuck yes! I’m going to cum! Yes Wilhelm!”

“Ja, ja! Scheiße Robert!”

Klink laid down beside Hogan after they both came down from their high. He untied his hands and the blindfold and let himself get pulled into Hogan’s embrace. His lips landed on his as he turned to face Klink.

“Happy ten years Robert.”

“And here’s to the next ten, Wilhelm.”

Neither of them knew what the future had in store for them, but as long as they were together, they both knew there was nothing they couldn’t face. Because Klink loved Hogan, and Hogan loved Klink.

Notes:

And that’s a wrap! for now!

Thank you for joining me on this story, I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.

I’m also excited to announce that I plan to create a series for this story; I have some one-shots that could be considered deep cuts or deleted scenes from the main story (but I felt like they didn’t fit into the main story as I was still writing them as I was posting or got the idea later on). Stay tuned for those!
