Chapter Text

There laid Kara, broken, sad, depressed, hoping to be fix. She was laying on her couch wrapped in a blue comfortable blanket.

She had once again just got into a fight with Alex about being Kara Danvers. And that stoop watch was going off aging for the third time today.

James Olsen is not the boss of her! What the hell did he want? Couldn't he understand that she's grieving? Couldn't they all see that's she's grieving?

She then heard a noise and screaming across the city. She sighed raising up from her spot and put on her super suite and flying off.

To save the day again. She was sick of saving the world. Who was gonna save her?

After stopping the bank robbery Kara decided it was time she took a brake from her earth and everything and everyone on it.

So she packed her bag and grabbed her extrapolator opening a breach.

She stepped through the breach. On the other side was not the the place she was hoping to end up in.

Instead of ending up in S.T.A.R Labs, she ended up in an apartment, well more like an loft.

It looked pretty comfortable, there was a staircase leading up with and living area next to the kitchen a table behind the couch and a way to the door.

She looked around then saw the pictures on the wall. There was some of  some familiar faces.

One she spotted out very easily, Barry Allen. And one next to it of him and Oliver Queen.

Then there was one on his coffee table of her and all three of them at their last team up.

She smiled at the picture, wow it had been the first time she had smiled since Mon-El.

Soon the door opened and she saw the owner of the home walking in.

Kara froze as her Super friend saw her, Kara gave him a soft smile.

"Kara?" He asked.

"Hi Barry" she waved.

He ran up to her, he wrapped his hands around her waist lifting her off the ground hugging her spinning her around.

Kara was truly sorry for Barry and Iris's brake up, but on the inside she was kind of happy. "Wait" Kara paused "Why would Lena tell me that you and Iris broke up?" She asked. Bench

Kara choked. When did that happen? How long has she been moping? "When-When did this happen?" She asked.

"Nothing" Kara sighed "But he mother and his people tried to take over my earth and in order to get rid of them i had to press a button that kills Daxamites and I got Mon-El into the ship I landed on earthy with in time for him to leave but i don't know if he's-"

Hours later Barry had made Kara some grilled cheese (because that was all he could make), they were now sitting on his couch watching an musical.

"You know what we should do?" Barry suddenly got an idea out of nowhere. Kara looked at him amused "We should go on a trip" he said.

"That sounds fun!"

"Yeah! The three of us!" Barry said.

"Three of us?" Kara repeated.

The music stopped and Oliver sat three plates on the table including his own "Breakfast is served" he said.

After eating the three sat down on the couch and started to talk about their relationship. "Look I want to tell my team to, but Iris is still pinning after me," he told them "and plus I want this to be just and us thing until we're ready to tell everyone" Barry added.

"Okay" Kara agreed.

There trip was coming to an end. It was the day before that left and Oliver cooler breakfast, and Kara made lunch, and their playing Uno.

"Barry and Oliver took me on a trip so Barry could get over his brake up and Iris and I can get over Mon-El!"

Kara had not been back on her earth for a week and she's already misses Oliver and Barry, just as they talked about she didn't tell anyone that she had started dating the green archer the scarlet speedster.

Alex had been nagging her to tell her what happened on the trip, Kara's mood har changed completely she was smiling more and bigger than she did when she was with Mon-El. Her boss Cat Grant had been on her tail about wheres she's been all she told her was that she was on a trip to visit some old friends, just as James had told her, but Cat didn't believe her.

James had become more around once she got back. Knowing James he wouldn't go any further, they were friends, he wouldn't want to ruin that neither would she.

She was in her office working on a new story of Supergirl being back, when a breached opened up in her office.

Her phone started to ring, she pulled it out of the cabinet and saw Barry was trying to FaceTime her, she looked back up at James "Good" Kara nodded.

James nodded. "I should let you get to your call" he stood up "See you at game night?"

"Yep" Kara nodded then James left as she answered her phone "Hey!" She smiled.

"Why aren't you replying to the group chat anymore? And what took you so long to answer?" Barry asked.

"Sorry I was talking to James" she replied.

"What did he want?" Barry asked. He remembered James, he knew that Kara was once upon a time interested in the guy and he knew James felt the same way. Of course Kara in with him and Oliver now so he had nothing to worry about besides not knowing of James still feels the same way about Kara.

"Nothing just wanted to see if I would be at game night, which I am since it's going to be at my place" she said "And I also had to set some boundaries in our friendship"

"What type of boundaries?" Came Oliver's voice.

"Are you with Oliver?" She asked Barry nodded showing Oliver who was looking at the phone smiling but he eyes were telling her not to avoid the question "It's nothing, he's just been touchy lately and I had to make sure that he wasn't gaining feelings for me" she answered Oliver's question.

"Hold up!" Barry turned the phone back to his face "James was being touchy with my- (Oliver: Our!) Our girl!?" 

"Yeah" Kara sighed.

Oliver this time took the phone "How long has this been going on?"

"The day after I got back" Kara answered "So enough about all that! What's been going on on Earth One!?" She asked.

"Well I'm fighting this guy whose hell bent on trying to kill Iris, he calls himself, Savitar" Barry said. Savitar. Why did that make sound so familiar. "He says he's the past, present, and future Flash" Barry roller his eyes.

"And I'm dealing with a guy named Prometheus, I killed his father in my first year of being the Arrow" Oliver said.

"Do you know who his identity is? Either of your bad guys?" Kara asked ignoring the "killing his father" part since they would talk about later.

"Nope" they answered at the same time.

"Well i should get going" Kara said "Talk to you two later!"

"Bye! Love you!" Barry and Oliver said at the same time.

"Love you to!" Kara hung up the phone.

Kara made it her apartment tired, she had gotten use to Miss Grant, but still not use to Snapper. But she'll get there, hopefully.

She threw herself onto her bed sighed, she can finally relax well that is until Supergirl is needed.

Her phone buzzed in her pocket she sighed hoping it was Alex or J'onn telling her they Supergirl was needed. And someone heard her prayers it was Oliver.

She smiled and looked in her closet for something fancy but saw nothing. All the galas she's been at with Lena or for CatCo she has nothing fancy.

She sighed she had to go shopping tomorrow, luckily it was her day off, and Lena had planned on taking her shopping spree for her date with Harry.

She heard a knock at her door and used her x-Ray vision and saw James standing there with the food she ordered. She was confused as of why he was there so she opened the door.

"Hey! So I ran into the food delivery guy on the way up and paid for your food" James said.

"Wow" Kara chuckled "You must have paid a fortune"

"Not really" James chuckled.

Kara stepped aside so he could come in, once he was in her loft he sat her food down on her table. "Uhm...What are you doing here?" She asked James as she closed the door.

"I stopped by to see you" he turned to her.

"Well duh!" Kara rolled her eyes "But it's late and I was planning on being alone toni-"

"I lied" James cut her off she sent him a confused look as he walked closer to her and she walked back bumping into the corner. "Kara i want to be more than just friends with you, I love you more than just friends!" He admitted.

Kara was shocked at this confession and before she could even shut him down he placed his lips onto hers, the kiss really wasn't that long more like a second when Kara pushed him off.

"James!" Kara said "I don't feel the same about you! We tried before..." she walked to the other side of the kitchen.

"No! I only have friendship feelings for you!" Kara quickly shit him down "We tried and it didn't work out!" She was on the verge of tears "Plus I'm dating someone" she told him softly seeing the slight heartbreak and anger and shock on his face broke her heart "And until you can control yourself and your feelings, we can't be friends" she walked over to the door, opening it for him.

James only nodded then left. She closed the door behind him, sighing letting the tears come down her face.

How the hell was she going to tell Barry and Oliver? I mean she was going to tell them truth obviously! But how does she keep Oliver from killing James?

Kara woke up to the smell of breakfast, she got out of bed and walked towards her kitchen to find Oliver and Barry cooking and laughing and small kisses in between laughters.

"Well this is a surprise!" She smiled at boyfriends as they turned around to face her. Barry zoomed over to her and kissed her deeply, her mouth tasting like the food she ate the night before. "We thought instead of waiting until tonight for our date we could spend the whole day with you!" Barry said after pulling out the kiss. Before she could even speak she felt Oliver's lips on hers the he pulled out the kiss. "Plus Felicity came to visit Winn and thought it might be a good idea for you to see a couple of your favorite people from Earth One" Oliver added.

"Well I wouldn't say your my favorite people from Earth One, but I'll let you believe what you want" Kara teased as she walked further into her kitchen leaving the archer and speedster dumbfounded.

"What?" Barry followed her taking the plate out of her hand. "Hey! My food!" She reached for it.

"He'll give it back once you admit to us being your favorite people from Earth One" Oliver walked up behind her.

"Fine!" She huffed giving in since she was hungry "You two are my favorite people from Earth One! Now give me my food!" She pouted.

Barry gave her a quick kiss on the lips then handed her, her plate, Kara went over to her table and sat down and started to eat. She felt her phone vibrate but it wasn't the one Barry had got Cisco to make for her, it was her original phone.

Turned out James had told Winn about what had happened last night and Winn told Alex and now her phone is being blown up by the both of them.

Kara chocked her food at two texts and many before that, she had hardly forgotten about that, she looked up at Oliver and Barry who gave her confused looks.

"Everything alright, Starlight?" Oliver asked.

Kara sighed knowing now would be a good time to tell them about James, they were alone, no interruptions.

"You guys know that i love you right?" She started off, realizing it was a bad way to start off the conversation when she saw the worried looks on Barry and Oliver's faces. "Oh god! She's already braking up with us!" Barry panicked. "Bar! I'm not ending this!" She said grabbing his hands "It's just I don't know how your gonna react when I tell you this" she sighed, "Last night, James and i kissed..." she trialed off seeing the shocked and anger looks on their faces "Well he kissed me!" She corrected herself "I've been telling him off since I got back! And last night he just showed up admitting his feelings to me, I tried — I told him we were better off as friends! And as soon he kisses me i pushed him back telling him I was seeing someone and made him leave. I told him that he had to get over his feelings or we couldn't be friends anymore!" She said in a breath "And I told you this because I want no secrets in the relationship" By the time she was done Oliver and Barry just had complete anger on their faces.

They were quite, the whole loft was silent. Kara actually prayed for a Supergirl emergency right now. "Say something, please" she grabbed both of their hands.

"What do you mean, you were telling him off since you got back?" Oliver asked braking the silence that he and Barry had placed.

"Since I came back, he's been touchy with me" Kara explained quietly removing her hands from theirs and started to play with her fingers "Your mad aren't you? Rao! I knew you'd be mad!" Kara had panic in her voice.

"Yes Kara we're mad" Barry said softly. "Pissed off" Oliver corrected, Barry hit Oliver's shoulder "But not at you" Barry said. Oliver's eyes widened realizing what Kara meant about them being mad. "Starlight, we could never be mad at you!" Oliver grabbed her hands making her stop playing with her fingers.

"But I do want to kill this Olsen guy" Oliver said.

"Please don't" Kara begged.

After the talk and Oliver and Barry constantly assuring her that they (meaning Oliver) won't murder or harm James. She headed to work at CatCo when she got to her office she noticed flowers on her desk with a card.

The card said:

Kara spent all day in her office staring at the flowers, debating on weather she should throw them out or keep them.

Her thoughts were interrupted by a knock at her door, she looked up to find Lena Luthor, her best friend of Earth Thirty-Eight. "Lena! Hey!" Kara smiled and got out of her chair to walk over two Lena and hug her.

The two pulled out of the hug, "Hey!" Lena smiled then saw the flowers on her desk "Ooo are those from your lover?" She raised an eyebrow.

"You know about James?" Kara asked and Lena laughed while nodding, "Darling, the whole DEO knows about the kiss you and Olsen shared" Lena laughed. "I'm gonna kill Winn" Kara muttered under her breath.

"Lean you can't tell anyone on Earth One, or here!" Kara told her.

"Are you talking about Team Flash?" Lena raised an eyebrow "They probably already know thanks to Winn and Felicity" Lena just laughed more. "Anyways...Are you ready to go shopping?"

After shopping Kara and Lena headed back to her loft laughing and talking about CatCo and Lena's new co-worker Sam.

They saw Oliver and Barry sitting on her couch. "Ah look! She's home!" Barry said and got up to hug Kara.

Lena knew nothing of their relationship so, Kara had to act surprised and shocked to see the two.

"Barry! Oliver!? What are you guys doing here!?" She asked in a completely fake shocked and happy (well the shock was fake the happiness was not) voice.

Oliver and Barry caught on. "Well I thought I could just stop by and see my super friend" he winked her her "And Oliver decided to tag along" he patted Oliver on the shoulder.

"Harry didn't mention anything about you two coming" Lena said.

"Well I needed a little brake from Star City and Barry told me about this trip" Oliver gave her a small smile.

"Anyways" Kara turned to Lena "I'll see you tomorrow night?"

"Actually, Can we move it to tonight?" She asked "Harry's gonna be in town tomorrow and we want some alone time" she said 

"Of course! I and Oliver and i will join!" Barry said. Both Oliver and Kara gave him an confused look.

"I'll inform the rest of our friends" Kara said pulling out her phone and typing.

Lena left and Kara turned to Barry. "I thought we were going on a date tonight?" She asked.

"Well i decided that we should have game night with your friends!" Barry smiled and kissed her check "Well what snacks are we putting out?" He walked over to her kitchen.

Oliver only groaned as Kara chucked a little.

"Yeah" Kara grabbed her things and left leaving the flowers.

Later on, just before game night the three was still getting ready, well Kara was, she has super speed and yet still can't decide on a outfit for game night.

"When it comes her being dressed as Supergirl she's all speed but when it comes to this she's slow?" Oliver raised an eyebrow at Barry.

Barry shrugged, "Joe once threatened to shoot me because I kept changing outfits" he said.

Oliver rolled his eyes. "I heard that!" Kara came out of her room "People are in danger when it comes to Supergirl, I have to be comfortable" she added.

The doorbell ranged she used her X-Ray to see, "It's Alex and Maggie!" She went to open the door.

"Hey Little D!" Maggie said as Kara hugged her then her sister "We brought wine!" She walked in further only to stop at the sight of the two men.

"Uh..." Maggie said "Who are you?"

"Alex, Maggie! This is Barry Allen and Oliver Queen, heros of Earth One!" She introduced them to the two women.

"The Barry Allen?" Alex asked "As the one who stopped you from falling from a building, Barry Allen?"

"The one and only" Barry smiled.

"It's a pleasure! Kara hasn't stopped talking about you nonstop!" Alex said, making Kara blush and Barry smirk.

"Oh really?" Barry raised an eyebrow "What has she be saying?" He smirked more.

"Nothing!" Kara quickly shut her sister up who's mouth was already half open.

A few minutes later everyone was at Kara's apartment some on the couch and some on the floor, they haven't chosen partners yet, they were just about to though.

"Teams of two!" Kara said.

"I'll be on Kara's team!"

"I'll be on Kara's team!"

Oliver and Barry said at the same time. Kara looked between the two holding back a laugh, and Alex looked amused, there was a knock at the door.

Kara used her X-Ray vision to see who it was, it was James.

"What is he doing here?" She questioned to herself as she rose up to go answer the door.

She opened the door to find James holing a bottle of her favorite wine.

"Hi!" James smiled at her.

"Hi!" She smiled back "What are you doing here?" She asked standing back so he could walk in.

"Uh...Alex invited me"

"James!" Alex stood up and walked over to the two making everyone turn their heads in that direction "You made it!"

"Yeah" James chuckled. He saw Barry "Oh Barry's here?" He looked at Kara.

"Yeah" Barry stood up walking over to him "I decided to stop by and surprise my favorite Kryptonian" he wrapped his arm around Kara's neck.

"Why don't we all just go sit down with everyone else?" Kara suggested walking back to her living area and sat next to Oliver who put his arm behind Kara landing his hand on her shoulder, both Oliver and James cleared their throats, waiting to be introduced.

"Oh uhm!" Kara caught on "James this is Oliver Queen a friend of mine and Barry's from Earth One, Oliver this is James Olsen, a friend of mines" she said.

"Is that all he is Kara? Just a friend?" Alex smirked she was starting to ship her younger sister and James Olsen together.

"I'm very sure!" Kara said, she felt Barry's arm behind her waist.

"Well James, have a seat!" Winn said patting an open spot next to him on the floor, James sat down and the games began.

They all chose their teams.

Team One: Barry, Oliver, Kara

Team Two: Alex, Maggie, J'onn

Team Three: Lena, Winn, James

Team two was in last place in almost every game they had played besides, guessing games, they had take first place while team one had taken second place.

In every other game it seemed like Oliver and James were in some kind of war against each other, and that's usually what game night is for the Superfriends, but this wasn't a fun war.

Kara seemed to be the only one to notice, aside for Barry and Lena. "Alright," Kara sighed "I'm all out of wine, anyone wants anything while I'm up?" She asked standing up out of Barry and Oliver's grasp.

"I'll take another beer please" Oliver said taking the last sip of his beer bottle. Winn looked shocked, out of the whole time of him and Felicity dating he has never heard Oliver say the word "please" in fact Felicity told him that Oliver doesn't say please unless he really needs it. "Of course" Kara nodded.

Alex and Winn had asked for more snacks beers, Barry got up to help her with everything.

While in the kitchen Barry slowly wrapped his arms around Kara's waist kissing her neck while looking at her friends making sure none of them saw what was happening.

"Barry" she let out a whisper and a giggle "You can't do that" she told him letting him still hold her as she grabbed the beers.

"Do what?" The speedster asked to innocently. "I thought you weren't ready to tell anyone about us" she told him moving out of his grasp.

"Well I'm ready now" Barry whispered in her ear "Ollie and i talked about it and thought we should tell your team first"

"And when are you two going to tell me?"

"Tonight" Barry answered honestly "Then i thought why wait and we can just tell your team tonight!" Barry said.

Kara only laughed and nodded, "I don't think Oliver wants to do it right this second" Barry turned towards their boyfriend as he secretly glared at James.

"So James," Oliver said "How long have you known Kara?" He asked.

"Almost three years" James replied "I knew her cousin first, then I moved here and Kara and i met" James told him.

"You seeing anyone?" Oliver asked, the question caused Alex to bud into their conversation and Kara rushing over to them. "You don't have to answer that James!" Kara said before James could open his mouth.

"Would you leave him alone!?" Kara asked slightly hitting his chest after handing him his beer and giving Winn and Alex theirs. "What? Can't I just ask some questions?" Oliver looked up at his girlfriend.

"No!" Kara scowled and sat back down in her original spot and Barry right behind her.

The groups moved away from board games to Never Have I Ever but with a twist. They were in the middle of a game.

"Never have i ever, had a threesome" Alex said.

Kara, Oliver, Barry, and Maggie all drank. The Maggie was hardly a surprise to most of them but when Kara drank her wine this made all of her friends chocked.

"I'm sorry what!?" Alex looked at her sister surprised "What!? Where? When? Who?!"

"Never thought you had it in you little D" Maggie said "I'm proud!"Kara sunk into the couch embarrassed. James just stared at Kara shocked, how could he never know this?

"So who was it?" Winn asked. Kara only looked at Oliver then Barry.

"No way!"Lena gasp "you three slept together!?" She pointed between her best friend and apparently her boyfriends.

"How did this happen?" J'onn asked feeling his protective side coming out.

"So you know when i left for Earth One to move passed Mon-El?" Kara asked and everyone nodded "Well we kind of slept together then started dating" Kara muttered.

"Kara that was four days ago!" Alex shouted "That was also before you kissed James" she stated.

Jane only looked at Kara as she looked down. "Kissing James was a mistake" Kara said, "I wasn't trying to lead him on" she then looked at James "I wasn't! I was just trying to turn you down gently!"

"The night of the kiss, you said you were seeing someone" James stood up angrily "But it wasn't just a someone it was somebodies!" He shouted.

Oliver and Barry jumped to their girlfriends defense and Oliver got in his face "Hey! Do not yell at her like that!" Oliver grabbed him by the collar.

"Get your hands off of me!" James pushed Oliver back. This guy had gotten on Oliver's last nerve.

Barry saw the look in Oliver's eyes and recognized it immediately. "Uh oh" he muttered walking over to Oliver "Ollie, don't do this, not at Kara's" Barry was trying to him back "Not in front of Kara!"

Kara saw what Barry was trying to do and she immediately jumped up. "James you should go" Kara said. He looked down at Kara "James! Go!" Kara shouted.

James grabbed his things and left. "I think we should all go" J'onn said noticing the stressed look on Kara's face, Alex agreed and they all grabbed their things and said goodbyes and left.

"Oliver, are you calm now?" Kara asked placing a hand on his check "Are both of you calm?" She looked at Barry who gave her a confused look "I saw how you both glared at James, and felt how you gripped my waist when we sat down, and how you both would place your arms around my neck"

She now held both of their cheeks in her hands. "I love only you two, no one else" Kara told them kissing them each on the lips.

The next day, Kara called up her team, so they could do a retake of telling them that she was dating Oliver and Barry. Barry also called Team Flash to Earth 38 along with Oliver doing the same with his team.

They sat all their teams in one room of the DEO. Iris was losing her patience, "Why did you call us here?" She asked annoyed. Somehow she was still part of Team Flash even after the brake up with Barry.

"Well uhm..." Barry started fiddling with his fingers "Last time we did this some things went down" Barry said looking at Kara's team.

"That's not your fault" Alex told them "Just tell them what you told us" she told the three.

"Well" Oliver stared "Kara and Barry and i are dating" he told them.

Iris's face went from annoyed to pissed. As everyone had an shocked or confused looks on their faces or both looks. Iris stood up "What do you mean your dating?" She asked walking up to the three.

"Kara and Olive and i, are in a threesome" Barry stepped in her way. Iris still looked angry "You broke up with me just to get with those two people?" Iris asked furious.

"Those two people?" Kara repeated offended.

"Barry she's an alien and he's a killer!" Iris shouted pissing the three people. "THEIR BOTH MONSTERS!"

"Okay! That's enough!" Barry shouted grabbing Iris by the arm gently and leading out of the room, and into an empty DEO training room. "You have some nerve calling my partners monsters! Your the one who broke up with me!" He let go of her arm.

"You kept screwing up the timeline! And screwing up our lives! I couldn't live like that!" Iris shouted "But Barry..." she grabbed his face "I still love you" She told him. Barry stepped back gripping her wrist in his hands.

"Iris," he said her name firmly "I am over you" he told her letting go of her wrist "time for you to get over me" he walked out of the room.

He walked back to the room to find all the teams had left, Joe, Kara, Alex, and Oliver was the only four there, "I was just about to find you" His adoptive father had told him "Where's Iris?" He asked.

Barry told him that he had left her in an training and which one, Alex offered to show him the way and Joe accepted not knowing his way around the facility. Alex and Joe left Barry just stared at his girlfriend and boyfriend.

"I'm guessing you heard?" He looked at Kara. "No" she shook her head, Barry knew it was a lie once he saw her crinkle "lie" he simply said with Oliver joining him at the same time.

"Okay! Fine I heard!" Kara gave in not even wanting to try and lie about not lying.

Kara was sitting in her apartment with Alex, they were having sisters night. Barry and Oliver had went back to Earth One, to handle some stuff with their cities.

"So please do not tell Clark! I want to tell him alone with Barry and Oliver!" Kara begged Alex while they were on the subject of Kara's relationship.

"I won't" Alex assured her sister "But can I be there when you tell him? I wanna see the confused and yet protective look on his face when he finds out that his cousin is in a threesome" she smirked at the last part.

Kara groaned "No!" She pointed a finger "Anyways..." she started to moved the subject to Alex and Maggie "How are things with Maggie?"

"Amazing" Alex smiled "You know people make it seem like getting engaged and planning a wedding is a big thing to do, but it's really not" she told her younger sister "So you and the boys thinking about marriage?" She wiggled her eyebrows.

"We just started dating!" Kara exclaimed.

Suddenly there was a loud bang, the two girls shot up and ran over to Kara's window to find nothing new, same old National City streets.

Then they saw him...orange lightning going past her apartment and an man wearing tight a green leather outfit riding a motorcycle after him.

"It can't be" Kara said. "Kara is that Barry and Oliver?"

"I'm gonna go find out" Kara ripped her shirt off revealing her suite and flying after the two.

"What the hell just happened?" Alex asked herself.

Barry was running while Oliver was riding behind him until he came to a stop and he saw his girlfriend flying above him.

"What the-" he just stared as she floated down in front of him and Oliver.

"What are you doing on my earth?" That was the first thing that came out of Kara's mouth.

"Your earth?" Oliver asked

"This is our-" Barry stopped as he looked around "This is not our earth" he shook his head "This isn't any restaurant or buildings in Star or Central City"

After finding out that this was not their earths Barry, Oliver, and Kara went back to Kara's apartment and the next day they went to the DEO to tell Kara's team what happened, Oliver had called his team to come and Barry did the same with Team Flash.

"Wait..." Felicity said "So your saying that, Earth One, our earth, and Earth Thirty-Eight, Kara's earth, are combined?" She said repeating the words that had left Barry's mouth a few seconds ago.

Everyone was trying to comprehend what was happening.

Harry opened his mouth ready to blame Barry but Barry shut him down. "No Harry, I have not gone back in time" he told him.

"Well nine out of ten that happened to us is always you going back in time" Harry shrugged.

"That is not true!"

"Yes it is" Team Flash and Team Arrow nodded.

"It is very true baby" Oliver told his boyfriend. Barry's mouth dropped.

"Look blaming Barry isn't important right now," Kara started "Thanks" Barry smiled at her "We need to figure out what's different and what's the same" she said.

"Well we know one things that different" Thea spoke up "Our mothers alive" she held up her phone to show who was calling her.

Oliver's breath hitched, Barry rubbed his back. "You okay?" He asked Oliver.

"Yeah" he nodded. "Speedy you take the call while we find everything else different and same" Oliver told his sister who nodded and walked away.

Kara's phone beeped, "Damn it" she muttered "I'm late for work" she told them "Call me if you need or find something!" She walked over to thee balcony with Oliver and Barry followed her.

"We love you" Barry and Oliver said at the same time.

"I love you too" she smiled "Both of you" She kissed both of them on the cheek and flew off to CatCo.

CatCo

Kara rushed off the elevator to find Cat Grant waiting for her. "Kiera" Cat said calmly.

"Ms. Grant" Kara said "Sorry I'm late! I got caught up in some personal issues with a few friends" she told her boss.

"It's fine" Cat said. Kara looked at her boss confused. Normally when she was late Cat would bite off her head.

"Now I need you to go to Star City" Cat turned and walked towards her office.

"St-Star City? Why?" Kara followed her boss.

"Because I need you to get a interview on Oliver Queen and taking on the legacy of his father"

"Wh-What do you mean taking on the legacy of his father?" Kara followed her boss into her office

"Queen Consolidated" Cat said "Well i suppose taking-" she stopped talking when they both heard people fussing.

They both rushed out of the office and onto the main floor to find two security guards trying to pull James and Oliver apart, well trying to pull Oliver off of James.

A Few Minutes Earlier

Oliver was in the elevator of CatCo speaking with Tommy on the phone. After everyone split up at the DEO, Oliver went to Star City and he found out that it was not only his mother that was alive but Tommy and Laurel too.

He was stopping himself from crying, he decided to meet up with Barry and see if it was okay if they'd tell everyone who was alive now and explain everything. But first he wanted to meet up with Kara.

He stepped out the elevator and immediately noticed eyes staring at him. He was once aging playboy Oliver Queen taking back his father's company from Ray Palmer.

He started to walk towards Cat's office when he saw Kara standing in, he smiled but his face turned to annoyance when he heard James voice, "What are you doing here?"

"I am here to see my girlfriend" Oliver told him.

"Well she's busy" James told him firmly. "Well if you'd point me towards her office I'll just wait there for her" Oliver said trying not to get angry.

"Or you could just leave"

"Look, James, the other night was me trying not to hurt you in front of Kara" Oliver sighed.

"Well Kara's busy now show me what you got" James said.

"Trust me you-" Oliver was cut off by James pushing him

Oliver immediately threw a punch at him, which didn't knock him out, but he was bleeding.

James and Oliver immediately started fighting. Oliver managed to punch James in the side and push him to the ground, he climbed on top of James and started hitting his face, James also surprisingly managed to draw some blood from Oliver's face while he was blocking his punches.

Oliver saw security guards trying to prey him away from James but he kept going. Then he heard her voice.

"Get off of him! Do you know who he is!?" Cat shouted at the guards. Kara kneeled down to her boyfriend "Ollie" Kara grabbed both of his hands in hers "Stop" she told him softly.

Cat just stared at the sight in front her of her not taking long to realize what was happening.

Kara grabbed Oliver off of James. "I'll take care of him, can you please get James to an hospital?" She asked the security guards who nodded.

She walked Oliver to the elevator and the two steeped into the elevator. The ride was quiet but Oliver could see the disappointment in Kara's eyes.

"Kara" Oliver said her name softly "Please don't be mad"

"I'm not mad" Kara said not looking at him "I get you don't like the guy but you can't just punch or fight any guy that likes me" she turned to him this time "James is my friend, one of my best friends, he's also my cousin's best-" Kara stopped and she remembered Clark Kent (Kal) her older-younger cousin, he was over protective of her and wanted an update about her life from James, and if James told her cousin one of her boyfriends best him into the hospital, he would not approve. "Ollie I just need you to apologize to James" she's grabbed her boyfriend's hand.

He wanted to say 'no' but she started to pout "Fine" he gave in "I'll apologize"

The D.E.O

Kara took Oliver back to the DEO, where Alex and Barry rushed over to them once they saw Oliver's face.

"What happened!?" Barry asked.

"Well our boyfriend here decided that he wanted beat up James in front of all of CatCo" Kara said "He just needs some bandages and he doesn't have any broken bones"

"Wow James?" Barry asked "I would have thought that Oliver went all out and-"

"He did" Kara cut him off "James is in the hospital hardly conscious, Oliver doesn't have any broken bones"

"I'll check him out" Alex took Oliver.

"So he really beat up James?" Barry smirked and started to laugh and Kara shot him a look.

She was about to say something when her phone buzzed.

Clark: Heard about Jimmy, Lois and i are coming down to check up on him.

"Shit" she muttered.

"What?" Barry looked at her.

Kara sped to the medical room to find Oliver's hands in bandages and some on his face.

"Is he gonna be okay?"

"Yes"

"Great when is he free to go?"

"He should be good"

"Great! We have to go!"

Oliver looked confused at Kara "What why?"

"Because my cousin is coming to check up on his best friend who is in the hospital, and I'm pretty sure he wants to meet the guy who put him there" Kara rambled "So i need you to apologize to him before they get here!"

"Well you better get the hospital" Alex said "Her cousin can be scary to other people when it comes down to those he cares about"

"I hardly doubt that, but whatever" Oliver shrugged.

National General

Oliver and Kara made it to the hospital and asked for James's room number luckily Clark and Lois wasn't there yet and James was awake.

Kara knocked on the door when she heard James call out "come in" she entered first and saw the smile on his face "Hey" Kara smiled.

"Hey" he said trying to seat up, then Oliver walked in the room and his smiled dropped.

"Get out" James told him.

"Listen James...I..." Oliver tried to get the words out "I want to apologize for what I did you" he said half heartedly.

"You put me in the hospital!"

"You pushed me! Kissing my girlfriend!" Oliver snapped.

"Oliver!" Kara turned to him.

"Kara i love you and Barry but i truly cannot apology for something I'm not sorry for!" Oliver said.

"You did what?!"

"You did what!?" The three turned their heads to fine Clark and Lois standing there "Would someone care to explain why my best friend is in the hospital"

"He did it" James said instantly. "Oh Rao" Kara muttered.

"Why is Oliver Queen here?" Lois asked.

"You know who he is?"

"Yeah..." Lois said "Oliver Queen, playboy, rich, stranded on an island of five years, CEO of Queen Consolidated" she said "You wrote a whole article criticizing him!"

"Say what now?" Oliver asked.

"No you must have a misunderstanding," Kara started "Oliver and i are dating" she said slowly.

Kara's phone interrupted the tense silence she checked to see who was calling her "It's Barry" she whispered to Oliver knowing Clark heard her "I'll take this outside, please don't say anything until I get back" she told Oliver then walked to her cousin "Please don't hurt him" she said kissing Clark's cheek.

She walked outside the room. The phone still ringing "Hello" she answered the phone.

"Hello gorgeous"

She giggled and said;

"Hello handsome"
"What's up"

"I just wanted to see where you guys were"

"We're still at the hospital, is something wrong?"

"No. I just have a little surprise for the both of you"

Kara could hear him flirting to her over the phone. "Well we'll be there in a sec" she told him.

"Good"
"Bye Love you!"

"Love you too!"

She hanged up and walked into the room to see Clark standing inches away from Oliver with his fist closed.

"Clark!" Kara rushed over to them pushing Clark away from Oliver she looked over to see James smiling "What did you tell him!?"

For the rest of the day Oliver and Barry had to watch Kara distract herself from thinking about her cousin.

Kara stood staring into the glass door what was the entrance to the med bay as she watched Mon-El's body lay there as he stared at the ceiling.

Chapter Nine: Yes...or no?

"No," Savitar said simply, not tearing his gaze away from Kara.

"Are you saying no because you can't kill her or because —"

"That's none of your business," Savitar snapped. "Leave."

Killer Frost didn't say anything else or try to argue she just walked out while Savitar stayed in his place watching Kara.

The next day Barry had woken up to Oliver's arms around him, Barry let out a smile before kissing his fiancé's bare chest.

Oliver let out a satisfied groan, his grip on Barry tightening just a little.

Oliver opened his eyes feeling Barry's lips move all over his chest which was rising abnormally as he moaned. "Barry," Oliver groaned. "We can't do this...Kara's permission, remember."

"Do what?" Barry looked up at him with a smile. "I'm just kissing my fiancé."

Oliver grabbed Barry's chin gently pulling his head up to kiss the man on the lips. Barry hummed into the kiss.

Oliver's phone rang making the two pull away with a groan. Oliver reached for his phone answering it.

"Yes?"

"Oliver," Alex's voice came from the other end of the phone. "Have you seen Kara?"

"She had an early meeting this morning at CatCo," Oliver said as he felt Barry climb out of the bed and made his way to the bathroom. "Why?"

"I've been trying to call her but she hasn't answered."

"Did something happen for you to be looking for Kara?"

"No," Alex sighed. "Just wedding planning stuff."

"Well Barry and I will make sure she calls you," Oliver said and Alex gave a brief 'okay' before the two ended the call.

Barry came out of the bathroom a towel wrapped around his waist. "What did Alex want?"

"She needed Kara for wedding planning."

Kara had made her way towards James's office and she knocked on the door. Hearing him say 'come in' she entered his office with a smile on her face.

"Kara!" James looked up at her with a big smile on his face, his eyes darted to her hand that was still ringless. "What do you need?"

"Uh Ms. Grant wanted to remind you of your meeting with her later on today," Kara said.

BK Kara really didn't like pretending to be shy fiddling with her glass every two minutes 'accidently' dropping this as the real Kara would do but if she wanted to keep this life the way she truly wanted it then she must pretend.

She wasn't even Cat Grant's assistant anymore. Why was she telling James this and not the new assistant?

"Thanks," James nodded.

"I also wanted to warn you and Iris about that trick you pulled with the black kryptonite," James froze at Kara's words. "It worked but you plan to make me leave Oliver and Barry is, were, and will always be out of the question. You've just released all of sweet, innocent, pathetic Kara Danvers negative emotions out into the world," she continued with a firm tone.

James stared at her.

"See you've forgotten I'm still Kara there only difference is that I show no mercy. You and Iris are trying to ruin the only two things I actually love; it doesn't fade out of hatred for the rest of the world."

James continued to stare at her. "And why not?"

"Because they aren't you and again let this be a warning I'm watching you and every move you make and soon I will rain on your parade."

"And where's the real Kara?"

James's voice was firm and slightly confident but he felt fear rush through his body as BK Kara words.

"I am the real Kara."

Savitar stood there; he hadn't moved since she had been checked out by Killer Frost. He stepped closer as her eyes started to flutter open.

Just as he was about to touch her face Kara jumped up with a gasp detaching any wires connected to her body.

"Woah," Savitar said, placing a hand on her shoulder. "You're okay...you're safe."

"Barry?" Kara looked at the man who wore the face of her fiancé.

"No I'm a time remnant of Barry Allen," Savitar corrected, pushing some hair out of Kara's face. "A time remnant that was cast aside because I wasn't the real deal."

Kara stared at him, her eyes can't help but look at the side of his face.

She felt his hand rest on the side of her face. She didn't know whether it was her connection to Barry that made her stay still and comfortable in his presence or empathy but she didn't know what she would feel empathy towards someone who's been trying to kill Iris and torturing Team Flash.

But something she did know was that he would never hurt her.

"What do you want with me?" Kara asked softly.

"I wanted to save you. I needed to save you," Savitar told her.

"Why? You've been trying to ruin Barry's life," Kara said her tone was between confusion and a little bit of anger. "Why save me? That's the best way to ruin his life...kill someone he loves."

"Because I love you," Savitar declared. "I love you and Oliver I could never hurt either of you."

"Barry loves Ir –"

"Barry cares for Iris," Savitar said, cutting Kara off. "I don't care for Iris. She and Jimmy Olsen must pay for what they did to you."

Kara stared at him. Mixed emotions flooded her eyes but confusion mostly.

"What do you mean?"

Winn was on his computer when an alert appeared on the big screen of the DEO.

"Woah!" He exclaimed.

"What is it?" Mon-El and Imra made their way over to the techie.

"No offense but I doubt this concerns you," Winn said, not looking at the man.

"He's right," J'onn said walking up. "What is it Agent Schott?"

"Something went down in the Fortress of Solitude."

"Can you check?" J'onn asked.

"No," Winn shook his head.

"Alright contact Supergirl and tell her to meet me there."

BK Kara was bored. Nothing good was happening at CatCo; it seemed the real Kara had finished all of her assignments.

She decided to call some chaos when her phone buzzed as she made her way to the rooftop.

Winn: Meet papa bear at FOS.

BK Kara rolled her eyes. She hated that she understood the nerd language.

Winn and Felicity had decided to use codes or short terms during texting if it was related to their side business just in case anyone hacked their phones.

She was curious about what she was meeting J'onn there. Could they have figured it out? No, these people aren't that smart.

She scoffed, flying off the roof.

Chapter Text

Chapter Twelve: Connection or Empathy

Barry, Oliver, and John all sat in Barry's loft; neither of them spoke which made Barry even more confused as to why Oliver and John would just show up at his loft.

"What's going on? Why isn't Kara here?" Barry finally questioned.

"Go on, tell him," John told Oliver.

"Are you getting cold feet?" Barry looked at Oliver.

"Why does everyone assume that?" Oliver huffed. "No, I'm not getting cold feet."

"Then what is this about?" Barry asked.

"He thinks Kara isn't Kara," John said for Oliver.

Barry nodded slowly.

"Yes!" He jumped up out of nowhere with a big smile on his face. "I knew I wasn't crazy!"

Oliver and John looked at each other before looking at Barry confusion written on their faces.

"Hey Sparky," Oliver grabbed Barry by the hand, pulling him to sit back down.

He ignored the snicker Diggle gave at the nickname.

"What do you mean you're not crazy?" Oliver asked.

"Yesterday at the engagement party she didn't have her ring and didn't even bother to look for it," Barry said. "Plus when we had...you know..."

"I don't want to know," Diggle shook his head.

"Anyways Kara wouldn't have done anything that risky even if Alex did get stuck in traffic, plus she doesn't eat healthy," Barry continued.

"The fact that both of you have to prove because she tried eating healthy?" Diggle asked.

"Kara doesn't eat healthy," Barry said.

"She can –"

"No," Oliver and Barry said in unison.

Kara sat with her legs crossed as she ate some Big Belly Burger. Savitar had explained his entire story to her and it was conflicting; he had also explained how Iris and James planned to get rid of her using the black kryptonite.

"You didn't deserve to be shunned like that," Kara said, taking a bite of her burger.

"And you don't deserve to have your life taken over by an evil version of you," Savitar told her.

"Technically that is me but just my negative emotions," Kara told him with a small laugh/scoff. "I can't believe Iris and James did this."

Savitar nodded and he watched her the only time he moved was when he went to get her some food. Kara offered her burger. "Want a bite?"

Savitar smiled slightly, shaking his head. Kara shrugged taking another bite, this time getting mayonnaise on the side of her mouth.

Savitar wiped the mayonnaise off of Kara's face, they shared eye contact as he did so. Would this be cheating? Kara wondered.

It was like she was drawn to him. He wasn't the same as her Barry. But he was Barry even with the scar on his face. She felt empathy and a connection towards the man.

Kara pulled away before anything could happen. She didn't want to cheat just in case it was considered cheating.

"Why kill?" Kara asked. "Iris and James don't have to die."

"Yes they do," Savitar said simply.

In the Fortress of Solitude; BK Kara walked inside to see J'onn and Alex along with some agents there. "What's the problem?" she asked Alex.

"Winn got an alert of a break in earlier," Alex looked at her sister. "Did you get your hair done?"

Kara ran her hand through her newly trimmed hair, she had taken her time getting to the ice palace that was called 'Krypton on Earth'.

"Oh yeah, a new hairstyle for the wedding."

Alex nodded as J'onn walked over to them. "We found something."

J'onn walked back the same way he came from Alex and Kara following behind him. It wasn't far, it was the place where the kryptonite was being kept and Kara had felt herself get weak but not too weak.

There had been the kryptonite cage where Original Kara was being held; the bars were perfectly fine besides the burnt hand prints. The cage was open and the electricity was sparking as DEO agents stood around it.

"Get that to stop," J'onn demanded.

He turned to Kara whose eyes were wide with horror. How could she have gotten out?

"Do you have any idea who or what was being kept in here?" Alex asked Kara.

"Something dangerous."

Barry was still in his loft with Oliver and Diggle still trying to figure out what could have happened to Kara and who took over her body.

They had nothing to go on. No pictures, no videos. Nothing in all of them that were taken the day before nothing was off besides the fact Kara wasn't wearing her ring.

"Why not look for her ring if she knew it was missing?" Oliver questioned.

"Maybe she knows where it is?" Barry said when he realized something he suddenly stopped. "Oh my God! She knows where it is because she isn't Kara...!"

"Yes we've been over this," Oliver rolled his eyes.

"No Kara isn't Kara because that's not Kara's body, that's someone else."

Diggle stared at the speedster. "Barry...explain."

"Yesterday when Kara had come home from the fight she had with the alien she seemed off and maybe..."

"Maybe whoever and whatever she was fighting had taken over her body," Oliver finished.

"Now out of all of this that actually makes sense."

Felicity sat in the arrow bunker typing on her computers trying to get into the city cameras in National City the boys had explained everything over the phone.

"I'm in!" Felicity exclaimed happily. "Now dating back to yesterday morning...here it is!"

"What do you see?" Barry asked from the end of the phone.

"Well a girl with blonde hair and a suit matching Kara's but darker..." Felicity said, squinting her eyes. "Whoever this is, Kara seemed to be...OH SWEET MOTHER OF GOD!" She exclaimed finally seeing the face.

"Felicity? What is it?"

Felicity opened her mouth as her phone showed Winn was calling. "Kara fought Kara!" She said quickly ending the call then answering Winn's call.

"Hello my tech prince," she answered.

"Felicity, my code Queen," Winn said calmly. "Is there any reason you just hacked our city cameras?"

"Yes there is and you might want to check it yourself."

Felicity could hear typing on a keyboard then her boyfriend shouted an 'Holy Frack' (something he had picked up from Brainy).

"What does that even mean?" Barry groaned. "Kara fought Kara?"

"Maybe a doppelganger," Diggle suggested.

Diggle's phone buzzed and he pulled it out seeing it was a video of the city cameras of Kara fighting BK Kara.

"What are those?" Oliver pointed at the black veins that shimmered through BK Kara's body.

"Black kryptonite," Barry said instantly, making both men look at him.

"There are more kinds of kryptonite?" Oliver asked.

Barry opened his mouth but his phone buzzed. He pulled it out seeing it was a text from Joe.

Joe:  Dinner tonight at my place with Iris, you, Oliver, and Kara?

Barry looked up at Oliver. "Do you wanna have dinner at Joe's tonight?"

Oliver stared at his fiancé. "Barry..." he sighed. "Yes."

Barry nodded, replying back to Joe's text.

"You have a dinner to get to," Savitar told Kara.

"You can just do that? Dig into Barry's memories?" Kara asked, looking at him.

"No, they just come," he told her. "You're free to go."

Kara nodded. "You're just gonna let me go? What if I told Barry who you are and where to find you?"

"Do it if you like but you'll need me soon," Savitar told her.

Kara got off the medical bed she was on. "What makes you say that?"

"Oliver dies," that made Kara freeze in her tracks.

"Prometheus, I don't know all the details but it has something to do with Prometheus and explosions Oliver and his entire team dies."

"And if you're telling the truth why would we need you?"

"Because you'll need all the help you can get," Savitar told her. "If you tell them they'll lock me up."

Kara folded her arms. "We have our teams, that's all the help we need."

"True," Savitar nodded. "But you wouldn't risk any of their lives if Oliver dies then there's a chance everyone else will."

"There's no way in hell Oliver will work with you no matter if you look like Barry," Kara told him. "And there's Barry, he for sure won't work with you. You've been terrorizing his team!"

Savitar only nodded. He knew the truth. He knew they'd work with him if it meant helping getting Oliver's team back safe and alive.

The two stood in silence. Kara wasn't really sure what to say. What do you say to an evil look alike of your fiancé who wants to kill two of your friends (if she can even call Iris and James that) but who also saved your life?

Savitar knew exactly what he wanted to say. He wanted to ask her to stay with him and Killer Frost. To side with him and get revenge on Iris and James but he knew she wouldn't. Her good heart and morals and values wouldn't allow her to.

Kara clearing her throat broke the silence. "This isn't a trap right? Killer Frost isn't gonna be waiting outside that door with an icicle in her hand ready to stab me in the chest is she?"

"No," Savitar shook his head.

Kara nodded again. "Thank you for saving me and warning me of Oliver's death"

Savitar nodded then he watched as Kara used her superspeed to leave.

Suddenly something flashed in his head and he smirked.

BK Kara was still at the Fortress of Solitude; she had told J'onn and Alex that she would handle everything to make sure nothing else escaped.

But she was really looking for Kara.

"Where are you?!" BK Kara snapped frustrated. "You were dying! Your weak couldn't have gotten far!"

Kara had flown all the way to the DEO and dropped to the balcony weakly.

"Kara!" She heard Alex shout her name and suddenly felt Mon-El's arms around her.

"What happened?" J'onn asked as he, Winn, and Alex rushed over to them.

"Are you the real Kara?" Winn asked.

"The real Kara?" Alex looked at Winn with a raised eyebrow. "What are you talking about?"

"Felicity she..." Winn paused trying to think of a word that wouldn't get girlfriend in trouble. "She got into our city cameras and saw the fight that happened between Supergirl and an alien."

"So?"

"It was me," Kara said weakly. "Someone gave me black kryptonite and I had to fight my evil side."

Mon-El had stayed silent until now. "Something changed."

Everyone looked at him.

"Explain right now," Alex pointed at him, her tone demanding.

The four sat in silence after Mon-El had told them everything. From the original timeline there were three Kryptonians instead of an evil Kara and they were trying to take over Earth and it stayed like that in the future but not now.

"This could be another effect due to the collision of our Earth and Earth-1," Alex said.

"Possibly," Winn said.

"Winn, you said Felicity found the footage right?" Winn nodded at Kara's question. "Is it possible that Oliver and Barry know?"

"Oh for sure," Winn nodded. "Felicity wouldn't hack anything without Oliver asking or knowing about it."

"Hack?" J'onn looked at his agent.

"Did I say hack? I meant accidentally got into," Winn chuckled nervously.

Iris reached the door, opening it, seeing James standing there. "What are you doing here?" she said in a hushed tone.

"She knows," James told her, not bothering to whisper. "Kara. The kryptonite worked."

"What?" Iris said her voice loud now. "What do you mean?"

"Kara isn't Kara and she has no plans of helping us break off their engagement."

"Kara?" Iris looked behind James. There was the original Kara dressed in a short red dress.

James turned around seeing Kara walk close. The blonde didn't have any sign of a happy look on her face which told James that she also knew.

Chapter Twelve: Connection or Empathy

"Kara?" James said, fully facing his 'friend'.

Kara didn't say anything, she just walked up to them. "I thought we were friends James," It wasn't a question but a statement.

"I wanted to be more tha –" James was cut off by Kara slapping him.

She wanted to use her superstrength but she only used half of it. "You used kryptonite on me!" Kara screamed. "Both of you!"

This wasn't her plan. She was supposed to be calm. She thought she could be calm but she saw both of them at the door and she heard BK Kara laugh from inside and something just snapped.

"Both of you!" Kara looked towards Iris.

"Oh what's the deal? It didn't hurt you," Iris scoffed, folding her arms.

"What's going on out here?" Joe came to do the door with Oliver and Barry behind him. "What the hell is this?" His eyes widened at the sight of Kara.

Barry and Oliver shared a look before Barry flashed off and he was back in seconds.

"She's gone," Barry said.

"Can someone please tell me what the hell is going on?!" Joe demanded.

Everyone was now inside and Kara made sure James and Iris went in before so they wouldn't run away like BK Kara.

"Okay now someone start explaining," Joe said.

"There are two Kara's," Barry spoke up first. "Someone used black kryptonite."

"Black kryptonite? Two Kara's? What the hell?" Joe said he was getting more confused.

"Black kryptonite is a type of kryptonite that separates all my negative emotions from my positive emotions," Kara explained.

"And you're the real Kara?" Joe had to clarify.

"Yes," Kara nodded.

"And you two knew about this?" Joe looked to Barry and Oliver who nodded.

"I suspected it first then I brought it to John and then we told Barry who also suspected Kara wasn't Kara," Oliver said with his arms crossed. "We confirmed it when we saw some city footage of Kara fighting someone who looked like her in a darker suit and that's when Barry mentioned the black kryptonite."

"We never saw how you got ahold of black kryptonite."

Kara just glared at Iris and James who has been silent this entire time.

"They did it."

All three heads snapped towards the pair. Oliver was the first to grab James by the collar.

"What the hell did you do?!" Oliver yelled.

"Ollie," Barry put a hand on Oliver's shoulder. "Not right now."

Oliver dropped James and Barry guided him back over to their spot.

"Iris what is she talking about?" Joe asked, staring at his daughter.

"I don't know what she's talking about," Iris shrugged.

"You –!" Kara took a deep breath before exhaling. "She and James somehow gave me black kryptonite and James knew what it does so they used it to try and separate us."

"Yeah well it doesn't matter," James stood up. "She wouldn't help us."

"Iris, why would you do that?" Joe asked.

"Because Barry belongs with me!" Iris snapped. "It wasn't her name on the article, it was mine! Iris West-Allen! They don't belong together!" She shouted. "Barry doesn't belong with a murder or an alien!"

"Remind me again, wasn't it you that broke up with Barry?" Oliver said in a cold tone. "Barry is allowed to move on and I might be a murder but I don't go around trying to break up relationships out of jealousy."

"Oh please," Iris scoffed. "It wasn't like she was physically hurt."

"She put me in a fucking kryptonite cage!" Kara shouted. "You know that little green kind that can kill me?! I was stuck there with nothing but a mirror that showed everyone at my engagement party and bars that shocked me every time I touched it!"

The room went silent. Barry, Joe, and Oliver tensed while Iris and James stared with their eyes wide.

"I was getting weaker by the minute no one was there to save me but fucking Savitar!" She shouted then went silent. That part wasn't supposed to slip out.

"What? Savitar saved you?" Barry asked.

"Yeah," Kara nodded.

"Do you know who he is?" Joe asked.

Kara closed her eyes. She had a choice to lie to them all and let them figure it out themselves and she'd have to deal with the consequences when they discover that she lied or tell them now and get it over with.

Kara let out a breath opening her eyes. "He just told me he's the present, past, and future Flash," she answered.

It was lying but it also wasn't telling them the truth. It was a hint.

Oliver and Barry studied her seeing this crinkle James also noticed but none of them spoke on it out loud.

Joe just rubbed his head. "Kara, is there anything you need?" he asked.

"I just want to get some rest," Kara said.

"We'll take you back to my loft," Barry said, grabbing her hand.

When the three entered Barry's loft Kara flopped down on the couch finally happy to feel something so comfortable. "Hey," Oliver kneeled down beside the couch and Barry was standing behind him.

"Hi," Kara looked at her fiancé's.

"We're sorry we didn't figure it out sooner," Barry apologized.

"You got suspicious the same day it happened," Kara looked up at the ceiling.

"Yeah but we should have found you sooner," Oliver grabbed her hand. "We should have confronted her the moment –"

"Oliver," Kara cut him off. "It's okay."

"Can we get you anything?" Barry asked.

"Cuddles," Kara answered.

Chapter Thirteen: To do or not to do

It was the next day, Kara had called into work saying she needed a sick day, Oliver had asked Quentin to fill in for him, and Barry had also called into work.

The throuple laid in Barry's bed Kara in the middle of the two.

"We're sorry," Barry said as he kissed Kara's neck and Oliver kissed her shoulder.

They both still felt guilty of not finding Kara sooner and making her be stuck in the kryptonite cage.

"Guys," Kara hummed softly, enjoying the kisses. "You don't have to be sorry nor feel guilty alright? You figured it wasn't me and you were right I'm sure you were trying your hardest t0 find me."

Both men hummed and nodded.

Kara hummed as her fiancé's still kissing her, their guilt was adding onto her guilt and making it much worse and harder to keep the secret.

She didn't know why she was keeping this secret. If she told them then team Flash could find a way to end Savitar and get Caitlin back but then if she didn't then they could use his help in the future with Prometheus.

"Is everything okay?" Barry asked his kisses moving to her neck. "You look tense. Like something's clouding your mind."

Kara stared at the speedster before closing her eyes feeling Oliver's fingers travel down her pajama pants.

"No, I'm fine..." Kara muttered. "Everything is fine."

Savitar sat in his hideout. Kara still hadn't told Barry and Oliver about him. It surprised him that she kept his secret but his mind knew how Barry would feel and it wasn't good.

He turned his head to see Killer Frost pushing in BK Kara who was frozen by a block of ice imprisoning the woman.

"What do we have here?" Savitar stood folding his arms.

"Caught evil blondie here trying to sneak in," Killer Frost shrugged. "She couldn't get out of the ice shockingly. She's weaker than your Kara."

"I am not weaker than that —"

BK Kara was cut off by Savitar kicking the block of ice to the ground breaking the ice and he grabbed her by the throat, vibrating his hand and putting it close to her chest.

"I'd watch what you say about her."

BK Kara was able to push him away and she fell holding her throat.

"Threatening the woman you love?" She smirked. "That's not really good."

"You aren't Kara," Savitar growled.

"Dependable, I'm a version of her."

Killer Frost rolled her eyes folding her arms, she was already sick of them and they weren't even a couple.

"Why are you here?" Killer Frost asked. "And how did you know about him?"

"First of all I'm not stupid like the others that 'I am the past, present, and future Flash' really gave it away plus why would Caitlin go with someone who's been trying to hurt her friends?" BK Kara scoffed, folding her arms. "And I'm here to make an alliance with you."

"Why would I work with you?" Savitar raised an eyebrow. "You almost killed the women I loved."

"Again I'm the woman you love and focus on the word almost," BK Kara rolled her eyes. "You saved her."

"No," Savitar said simply.

If Kara was gonna keep his secret for as long as she could then he wasn't gonna make her life harder by working with her evil part.

"What?"

"No," Savitar shook his head. "I'm not gonna help you so you're on your own."

"Excuse me?" BK Kara stared at him in disbelief.

"I'm not gonna tell you again," Savitar glared at her.

The two had an intense glaring match until BK Kara flew out.

"Why the hell did you do that?!" Killer Frost stared at him. "We could have used the super powered alien to our advantage!"

"It's my decision on who works with me, not yours."

Lena and Harry sat in Lena's office at L-Corp stacks of papers filling the office.

"I knew there was gonna be papers to fill out but I didn't know there was gonna be this many!" Lena exclaimed.

They were still working on the merger, they would be changing L-Corp to Star Corp.

Having a bunch of people at STAR Labs with the whole Flash operation going on.

"Hello my fellow doppelgänger and his beautiful lover LL!" HR entered the office.

"LL?" Lena arched an eyebrow.

"Yes, Lena Luthor," HR told her.

"HR, what are you doing here?" Harry asked, already irritated enough.

"Ramon sent me and told you guys might need my help!" HR said and he noticed their expressions taking a sip of his coffee. "Which I found odd because why would two of the smartest people need my help?" He chuckled.

"Ramon!" Harry exclaimed as if the man was actually there.

"HR you could help," Lena giggled slightly at her boyfriend's frustration.

"He could?"

"I could?"

"Yes and I believe you'd be great at it!" Lena nodded with a smile. "Coffee runs!"

"Coffee runs? I would be great at that!" HR smiled happily before walking out the office.

Harry sighed, rubbing his forehead, his gaze snapped towards Lena's phone that buzzed loudly.

"What is it now?" He groaned.

"Oh calm down me grumpy," Lena laughed reaching for her phone. "It's Kara.

Kara:  Hey Lee. Are you free for lunch?

Lena:  Harry and I are still dealing with paperwork for the merge.

Lena:  Is everything alright?

Kara:  Yes. Everything's fine (:

Lena couldn't help but frown. She of course heard from Alex what happened with Kara and she knew Kara wouldn't just randomly text her during the day for nothing.

She sighed, setting her phone to the side she would have to check in with Kara later.

After Kara had texted Lena she had gotten in the shower when she got out she could hear music playing downstairs and two voices a new song began playing it was "I Want It That Way" by Backstreet Boys.

She could hear Oliver and Barry singing as she put on her clothes before going downstairs.

"You are my fire. The one desire. Believe when I say," Barry sang into the mixing spoon "I want it that way."

"But we are two worlds apart. Can't reach to your heart. When you say. That I want it that way," Oliver sang and Kara stifled a laugh.

"Tell me why."

"Ain't nothing' but a heartache."

Kara broke out in laughter watching the mixing spook go back and forth as they sang.

"Am I your fire?" Kara started to sing walking closer to the kitchen. "Your one desire. Yes, I know it's too late," she hopped onto the counter.

"But I want it that way."

They all sang together with a laugh.

"Tell me why."

"Ain't nothin' but a heartache."

"Tell me why."

"Ain't nothin' but a mistake."

"Tell me why."

"I never wanna hear you say."

"I want it that way."

"Now I can see that we've fallen apart. From the way that it used to be, yeah. No matter the distance, I want you to know. That deep down inside of me."

Kara sang happily as she reached for the chocolate chips, taking a handful before putting them in her mouth.

The three finished singing as the song went off.

"Here I thought I would never get to walk in and see Oliver Queen sing again," Kara giggled.

"And you won't," Oliver pointed at her.

"How was your shower?" Barry asked.

"Warm and hot," Kara sighed relaxed. "And I got me thinking..."

Both men hummed giving her their full attention.

"The wedding, I think I decided on a date."

Chapter Thirteen: To do or not to do

Later after having breakfast the throuple sat on the couch, Barry had his head on Kara's legs and his legs over Oliver's lap.

They were talking more about the wedding while Stranger Things played.

"Are we doing a traditional wedding?" Barry asked.

"We are anything but traditional Barry," Oliver told him, massaging his feet.

"I know," Barry said. "But we aren't even publicly dating. It'd be weird for the Mayor of Starling City to suddenly just be getting married to two different people right?"

"I don't care what the people think," Oliver stated firmly. "What matters is us three on our happy day."

"I agree with Oliver," Kara spoke, running a hand through Barry's hair. "Does that bother you that the public doesn't know?"

"No!" Barry sat up shaking his head. "I don't care about the public but the reporters..."

"Red," Oliver said, cupping Barry's face making the speedster look at him.

"I've been surrounded by reporters my entire life. I know how they can get and I understand where you're coming from so if you wanna announce our relationship to the public there's a big gala in Starling City next week and we'll come out then," Oliver told him. "If you're okay with that as well," he looked up at Kara.

"I really don't mind," Kara replied.

"Okay," Barry nodded.

"Great," Oliver gave Barry a small smile before giving him a kiss on the lips.

Lena sat in her office at L-Crop, she and Harry had finished the paperwork and he was heading back to Central City to help out Team Flash.

She had texted Kara minutes ago telling her that she was free now and Kara was free to store by anytime she'd like.

When Lena sat her cup down on the coffee table, Kara in her Supergirl uniform had landed on her balcony.

"Hey," Lena smiled at her best friend standing off the couch.

"Hi," Kara smiled back, giving Lena a brief hug.

"I heard what happened. Are you okay?" Lena pulled back from the hug. "My Luthor side nearly came out on James."

Kara couldn't help but laugh at her friend's words. "I'm fine and I'm glad you didn't," she answered.

Lena sighed, sitting back on her officer couch. "You texted earlier, did you need to talk about something?"

"Yeah," Kara nodded, sitting next to her. "I want to ask you something."

Kara stared at the Luthor who nodded for her to continue.

"Well I was wondering if you would be my maid of honor?"

Lena froze, staring at Kara with complete surprise. "You want me as your maid of honor?" Lena asked.

"Yeah," Kara smiled big. "Alex might be sour about it but she'll be fine."

"I'll be honored to be your maid of honor," Lena smiled.

"Yay!"

Chapter Thirteen: To do or not to do

Days passed, the wedding planning was on a move with just picking out flowers and the decorations.

Barry was making his way towards city hall in Star city to surprise Oliver when he got there Barry was stopped by Oliver's assistant.

"Sorry," she said, holding out a hand stopping Barry. "Mayor Queen is out on a spiritual retreat."

"I'm sorry?" Barry raised an eyebrow.

Oliver and a spiritual retreat? No way. It would be a cold day in hell before Oliver does that.

"Barry," Quentin walked up to the speedster. "Let's go to my office."

Barry's confusion deepened but he followed Quentin nonetheless when Quentin closed his office door Barry immediately asked.

"What the hell is going on?"

"Oliver's missing," Quentin answered.

"What?" Barry's heart dropped and you could see the fear and worry cross Barry's face.

"When was the last time you and Oliver talked?"

"Yesterday morning," Barry answered.

That day had been quiet. Oliver, Kara, and Barry had all had their morning video call since they were all in their own cities and he hadn't heard from Oliver at all which he thought was weird but he figured Oliver was busy at the office and Barry was busy himself with CCPD working a long case and Team Flash helping a bit while still trying to find Savitar.

"Well he's been missing since," Quentin told Barry. "Felicity and John are —"

Quentin was cut off by Barry running out of the office.

STAR Labs

Barry ran into STAR Labs putting on his suit before running back out before anyone could ask a question or say anything.

Cisco picked up a sticky note that had been left.

Scan Star City. All buildings abandoned and not abandoned now. And call Kara.

"What could that possibly be about?" HR questioned looking over Cisco's shoulder.

"Did you hesitate at all when you killed him or was he just another name you crossed off your list?" Adrian's distorted voice asked Oliver as he held Oliver's head under water.

Flashes of Oliver's first year as Hood/Arrow flashed in Oliver's head as he struggled to breath. "You'll only really be killing yourself."

"...4, 3, 2, 1," Adrian snatched Oliver's head out of the water. Oliver let out a gasp for air. Adrian let go of Oliver walking over to a towel. ""145 seconds," he said, grabbing the towel and drying his hands, "That's how long my father struggled under water before he died," he informed Oliver. "According to my father's autopsy, your arrow pierced his aortic arch, but it didn't kill him," Adrian sat the towel back down going back over to Oliver. "No, he was still conscious enough to feel his lungs filling with water for 145 seconds," he began pacing.

"And here you were bragging about a plan more intricate than torture" Oliver said.

Adrian stopped pacing, turning to walk over to Oliver and squatting down in front of Oliver, "Did you ever think about why I chose the name Prometheus?" He asked Oliver. "He challenged the omnipotence of the gods, you see, because like you, that play judge, jury, and executioner," he continued as Oliver just stared at him, "But Prometheus took away their power."

"If that's what you're gonna do to me, you'll need to come up with something better, than whatever this is," Oliver told him.

"I did," Adrian told him, "And the only way for you to stop it is to confess," he stood up.

"That I killed your father?" Oliver guessed.

"Nothing so pedestrian," Adrian told him as he began to slowly walk again. "I want you to tell me a secret, Oliver," he said, "I want you to confess the one thing that you've been afraid to admit to yourself."

"How many times am I gonna tell you that I don't know what you're talking about?" Oliver raised his voice on the last part.

"Fine," Adrian stopped walking and turned his head to look at Oliver, "You'll come around eventually," he put his hands up. He walked back over to Oliver, "Now, where were we?" He pushed Oliver's head back into the water as he started to count. "145, 144, 143..."

As Oliver was being held underwater all he could think about was Barry and Kara.

Once Kara got the message from Cisco she immediately left CatCo flying above Star City scanning any and all buildings she could.

But every building she scanned was abandoned, empty, or made out of lead.

Adrian pinned photos to a wall as Oliver laid on the cold ground, you could see old scars from over the years covered with blood.

Oliver let out a small groan as he turned his head towards Adrian, "Do they look familiar?" Adrian asks. Oliver forced himself to sit up grunting as he did. "Do you even remember their faces?" He pointed to the photos. "These are your victims."

"They were people who did terrible things," Oliver said, not sounding apologetic, he licked his lips as Adrian looked at the board. "They had victims."

"And husband and wives," Adrian told him, staring at the wall still. "Daughters, sons," he tilted his head kind of before fully looking at Oliver. "Confess your secret, Oliver, and all this ends," he told him. "I'll get you a gift and you can walk out that door and go back home," he held his hand out towards the open gate door.

Oliver sat on his knees staring at the man. "Adrian, you're sick and you're a hypocrite," Oliver told him, "There is nothing that I've done that compares with you," Adrian scratched his nose as Oliver continued. "You murdered your own wife."

Adrian took a deep breath before exhaling, turning back to the board he spoke again. "Cecil Adams," he grabbed off the wall before putting it on in front of Oliver. "You know him by his street name, the Cou—"

Chase didn't get a chance to finish when he was stabbed in the back.

His body dropped as he coughed up blood Oliver's eyebrows furrowed when he saw Savitar standing there.

And before Oliver could ask anything the speedster ran off.

Then everything went black.

Thanks to the blue streak Savitar left, Kara went inside the building.

Kara immediately dived down, going inside the building instead of going after Savitar.

She walked through the building making her way to the top where she found Oliver's unconscious body and Adrian's dead body.

"Ollie!" Kara rushed towards him.

STAR Labs

Oliver's eyes opened and the first thing he noticed was both Barry and Kara next to him with concerned looks on their faces and there was a pain of soreness waved over his body.

Barry reached for Oliver's hand as Kara moved closer.

"Hey," Barry said softly.

"Hi," Oliver blinked wincing as he sat up in bed looking around the medical room.

He looked over to the window where he saw Felicity and Diggle talking with Caitlin and Cisco.

"Oliver," Kara's soft voice made him look at her. "Are you okay?"

Oliver licked his lips. "I want to talk with my team..."

Barry and Kara shared a look before looking back at their fiancé.

"Oliver —"

"Please," Oliver interrupted Barry. "I just need five minutes with them, if not less."

The kryptonian and speedster shared one last look before looking back at Oliver nodding then kissing him on his head and leaving.

Felicity and Diggle turned around when Kara and Barry walked out the medical room.

"Is he alright?" Felicity asked, the concern was evident in her eyes along with Diggle.

"We hope so," Kara answered as she looked back at the medbay before turning her head back towards the others. "He wants to see the both of you."

"Us?" Diggle questioned. "You'd think he'd want to see you two."

"Yeah, you'd think," Barry grumbled before walking off.

Kara watched Barry walk off. "I'm gonna go talk to him," she said walking after the speedster.

Felicity and Diggle shared a look before making their way towards the medical bay leaving Cisco and Caitlin standing in the Cortex.

Oliver watched everything from in the medical room. He couldn't hear anything but he could see something that seemed to be bothering Barry as he stormed out the room. He watched as Kara followed their.

Oliver looked towards his friends as they entered the medical room.

"You wanted to see us man?" Diggle said, shutting the door behind him and Felicity.

"Yeah," Oliver nodded, sitting up more straightly now the pain still ached his body.

"I'm done."

Felicity visibly stiffens confusion written on both hers and Diggle's face.

"Done? Done with what?" Diggle stepped forwards.

Oliver went silent for a second before answering "Being the Green Arrow. That part of my life... it's over."

"Oliver, you were kidnapped. Tortured. That wasn't your fault. Prometheus—" Felicity started with her voice trembling.

"Is dead," Oliver cut her off. There was pause between the three before Oliver continued. "And not by my hand. Savitar did what I couldn't. What I wouldn't."

Oliver tries to move his arm slightly but winces at the movement Diggle and Felicity just stood there and watched their friend in pain wanting to help him but decided not to make matters worse.

"I thought I had come to terms with the darkness inside me. Thought I could carry the hood and not become... what Chase said I was. But he broke me. He knew me. Better than anyone ever has. And when Savitar killed him... I didn't feel relief," he said as his gaze found a plain wall and focused on that. "I felt... nothing."

"Man," Diggle stepped closer. "You're just shaken. Chase did a number on your head, man. But you come back from this. You always have."

"Not this time," Oliver shook his head, breaking contact with the wall looking up at the man.

"Every time I put that hood on, someone dies. Chase... Laurel... my father... I keep trying to wear that symbol like it means something good. But all it does is invite death to everyone around me. I'm not saving this city anymore. I'm just surviving it."

Felicity and Diggle went silent as they shared looks. "So what now? You walk away? Let everything we built fall apart?"

"I'm not walking away from you. Either of you. But I'm done leading others to fight battles they shouldn't have to," Oliver responded.

"What about Barry and Kara?" Diggle answered.

Oliver sat there for a moment. He knew he would have to tell them this and his decision was already made.

"I know that they will support my decision even if they don't agree with it," Oliver finally said.

Barry sat in the speed lab where the board of future events was. He looked at it with a glare as if it had offended him. His arms were crossed and he didn't look up or speak where he heard Kara's footsteps.

"Barry," Kara stepped beside him.

"I don't get it," Barry grumbled. "I don't get why he's saving you and Oliver and I'm not."

Kara frowned a bit the guilt for lying to the two returning back hitting her harder.

"Barry –"

"Why is he able to save both of you and I'm not?!" Barry questioned. "Am I failing you and Oliver?" He finally looked at her.

"Barry," Kara looked at him cupping his cheeks in her hands. "You are not failing us," she told him firmly.

"Then why is he able to find you..."

"Because he's you," Kara blurted out.

Barry froze staring at Kara. "What?"

"Savitar..." Kara sighed. "He's you."

Barry stepped back, making Kara's arms fall to her side.

"You said you didn't know who he was..."

"I lied," Kara said quietly.

Barry didn't say anything, he just ran out of the speed lab.

Chapter Text

Kara made her way to the medical room where Oliver was fully sitting up in the bed, his feet hanging off the side as he pulled on a STAR Labs shirt.

"What are you doing?" Kara immediately rushed to his side.

"I'm going home," Oliver said, groaning a bit while moving.

"Oliver, you're hurt, you need to rest."

"I can rest at home," Oliver looked at Kara. "Where's Barry?"

"He...well I don't know," Kara said her guilt had returned making her concern for Oliver vanish slightly.

Oliver looked at her with a small frown seeing the guilt wash over Kara. "What do you mean you don't know?" He asked softly.

"I told him who Savitar was."

"You...?" Oliver's brows furrowed in confusion. "I thought you said you didn't know who he was."

"I lied," Kara let out a small sigh sitting on the bed fiddling with her fingers avoiding Oliver's eyes. "It was a difficult decision to lie but he said that we needed him..."

"Needed him?" Oliver scoffed with a harsh tone. A tone he wasn't trying to use it had just come out. "Kara, what could we possibly need him for?"

"He told me that you died," Kara finally looked up at Oliver.

"And he knows this how?"

"Because he's Barry," Kara said. "He said he was from the future and you died."

"And you believed him?"

"No!" Kara finally looked up at Oliver. "Well not at first but even if he was lying I couldn't take the risk of losing you!"

Oliver stared at her, seeing the guilt was eating the woman alive.

He let out a small sigh. "We'll talk about this more at Barry's loft and once he gets there."

Meanwhile with Barry and Savitar on a random street.

"It took Kara long enough to tell you," Savitar said, stepping out of his suit.

"You didn't have to kill him," Barry said, mentioning Savitar killing Chase.

"Didn't I?" Savitar raised an eyebrow with a smirk

"You don't have to kill Iris or James."

"Don't I?" Savitar said, keeping the same look on his face. "I'm doing what you could never do," Savitar stepped closer to the original version of himself.

"Which is what?" Barry asked.

"Protecting Oliver and Kara," Savitar said with a small shrug. "Something you haven't been doing."

Barry's body visibly tensed at Savitar's words as the evil speedster continued. "Iris and James brought out the evil in Kara who locked her in an electric kryptonite cage," Savitar reminded him. "You weren't there to save her. I was so yes Iris and James has to die."

"Adrian Chase? He put Oliver through hell and tortured Oliver until you and Kara eventually found him but Chase was done with Oliver until he showed up again leading to Oliver's death."

"But why aside from saving Oliver and Kara?" Barry continued to question. "Why travel back here? Why do all of this?"

"Because Barry I wanted to be a part of team Flash but I wasn't accepted but they accepted me," Savitar said, his voice filled with hatred. "Iris judged me for not being the man she claims to love but Kara and Oliver actually accepted me and didn't judge me. To them I wasn't a copy of their Barry."

"So what's the endgame here? You play the villain, save the people I love, and what — hope they choose you?" Barry asked.

"Oh Barry... this was never about them choosing me," Savitar chuckled, putting his hands behind his back. "I didn't save them to hurt you. I saved them because for one damn second... I wanted to remember what it felt like to be human again," he said. "Even ghosts get lonely."

Barry stood there silent before he could even blink Savitar had vanished.

Barry had gone back to S.T.A.R Labs to talk with Kara and Oliver but he had found out that they had gone to his loft so he headed there.

When he arrived he didn't see them on the couch so he headed upstairs where he found Oliver lying in bed with a sleeping Kara on his chest but Oliver was wide awake his bandages were evident.

Oliver's eyes landed on Barry as his hand combed Kara's hair. "Hi."

"Hi," Barry said sitting on the other side of Oliver and he noticed the red kryptonite bracelet on Kara he looked up at Oliver with a raised eyebrow.

"She was afraid of hurting me. I convinced her to wear them," Oliver explained and Barry nodded, taking off his shoes.

"Did Caitlin clear you to come back here?" Barry asked in a whisper so they wouldn't wake Kara.

"No," Oliver shook his head. "But I wasn't going to stay there."

Barry stared at him with a small frown on his face. "Where did you go?" Oliver asked. "Kara told me what happened, she told me what she did and why she did it."

Barry continued to stare at him, not providing an answer to Oliver's question.

"Savitar told her that I died in the future," Oliver told him. "She didn't trust him but she couldn't risk it," he continued.

Barry hummed, turning away from Oliver as he stood up from the bed.

"So where did you go Barry?" Oliver asked, repeating his question from earlier.

Barry stopped in front of the dresser looking back at Oliver. "I went to see Savitar," Barry told Oliver. "I asked him why he was doing everything."

"And what did he say?" Oliver questioned.

"He was doing something that I can't, he was protecting you and Kara," Barry said. "Killing Chase was protecting you. He has to kill James and Iris for bringing out evil Kara," he continued to speak.

"You're gonna stop him," Oliver told Barry. "You and Kara."

"All three of us," Barry told Oliver, moving back to the bed. "It'll take the three of us."
