Chapter 1: gossip
Chapter Text
The Hellsing organisation wasn't quite well known to many of the general public. Some, if they even knew the name of the organisation, would probaby have to do an entire rabbit hole deep search just to figure out what they even are. Of course, it was always meant to stay in the shadows for however long Sir Integra wanted to do so.
Not quite so for the organisation's anything-but-ordinary top soldier, Alucard. The no-life king was almost found out by multiple bystanders a couple dozens of times you started working for Sir Integra.
It was safe to say that she'd most likely grown white hairs due to the rage she would get every time the sneering vampire would "accidentally" be seen by innocent witnesses or, even worse, barely being seen by a few news outlets.
It quite literally drove her insane every single time.
Though for someone like you, a person who was, interestingly enough, hired for aberration forensic work and ended up on the higher end of the dozen staff on the lab, you would just feel amused at the sight. they literally fought like mere siblings, and it was almost always one hundred percent entertaining to see. But even if you felt comfertable with Sir Integra, Alucard had always felt....quite terrifying to talk to.
You didn't mind that he was a vampire...that wasn't what frightened you, but the fact that neither of you even locked eyes for a microsecond.
Well, until now that is.
You were off handing reports of a new type of artificial vampire when you locked eyes.
His looked so sad....
A red hue of a sea of lonliness.
"You wanted to see me?"
!!!
"Yes ma'am," You said sheepishly, embarrassed at your peculiar encounter with the vampire king.
He just smirked and disappeared into Sir Integra's shadow, leaving the two of you in the moonlit room.
"I wanted to tell you about our research on the new vampires we found from the past month....and it's not quite good news."
"Hmm?"
"Its like a new strain...almost like a virus...yet not quite."
"Explain."
"Y-yes ma'am, the new vampires are not exactly vampires...they do not have vampire blood. Not a single drop, actually. Almost all of them have noticeable stitches and cuts...it's almost like a kind of like they were once-"
"So human experiments...yes?"
"Yes, ma'am. Precisely that."
"I see..."
You could tell Sir Integra was definitely not pleased, and so were you...for different reason of course. You could hear a quiet sound coming as if from the floor, like stratching.
"Alucard."
Sir Integra called out cooly, as the huge man came into being.
"Yes, my master?"
"You are to help her further research the existence of these creatures and destroy those behind them, it's an order!"
"Yes, my master!"
Sir Integra looked at you and decleared your name.
"My, my, my, it seems you just got a promotion, so do well with it, yes?"
"Yes, ma'am!"
"Heheheh...it'll be quite amusing to work with you girl..." Alucard said, leering at you with a snicker.
"And to you as well, sir"
"Hehehe, I can feel it already."

Chapter Text
The man followed you around the towering hallways and arches of the hellsing manor, and without a single word you could tell he had a grin the entire journey to the lab. As you reached it however, you were somewhat embarrassed at the fact that someone like him, the "big dogs" of the organization actually came down to the puny, small lab that you call your second home.
He merely just looked around in silence as you would peek at him from the corner of your eyes, afraid to look at him directly. This probably continued far more than you wanted to, and accidentally, you ended up bumping into him due to the constant pressure his gaze gave you.
"S-sorry!"
"Heh."
He just sneered and softly nodded. So he was more of a jerk than you thought, at which you huffed without a sound and continued on with your work. Now that Sir Integra knows the takes that your dealing with, you think that the reasoning behind having Alucard as...whatever he was, probably because you could get easily killed f you happen to know too much of the unknown enemy. The thought of it have you a shiver down your spine.
"Human,"
"Y-yes!" You were startled by the sudden choice of words, and quickly embarrassed at your response, but you turned to him.
It's rather rude not to look at the people addressing you all the time right?
"What is the work you do? Specifically, I mean."
"O-oh, I look at specimen from different...beings and see if they were bioengineered or just simply existed through spread of DNA."
"Ah, I see, and my master realized you saw something you were quite not allowed to see, from a outsiders perspective of course."
"Excuse me? Outsider? I was here for more than five years, I know how the show goes around here Alucard." As soon as the last word left your mouth you froze in horror. Only Sir Integra had the bravery (and safety) to say what she thought to the vampire, and this whole time you dangerously forgot that he IS one, like the ones you've been taking data from for years.
"I-I, forgive me for my brashness-"
"Oh no, it's alright dragă, I won't bite for you voicing your opinion, hah! It's even a while since anyone here had the guts to say such things, I'm impressed. My master choose good, didn't she?"
You looked at him and smiled a bit, feeling more relaxed at his lax nature as of now. You wonder if it's because Sir Integra ordered him to...
"She didn't, if that's what you're asking."
"Don't read my thoughts!!!"
"Hah! Then don't have them, dragă mea!"
"Humph!"
You pouted, and sighed; going right back to work.
"What is that? The fucker's cells?"
"You say it so aloofly... it's kinda scary...."
"Hah!"
"I have a feeling it's because they're not real vampires?"
"Your inuition is dead on, dragă mea! Perhaps my master should promote you to a higher position, one that you aren't sitting like a c shaped lump of flesh, hahaha!"
"You flatter me..." You said sarcastically as you swatted him away to focus, but after a few minutes it's too late and you become unable to focus properly, so you end up facing the vampire.
"Is your hair soft?"
He paused for a good second.
"Of all questions you ask me that? Hah!"
"You won't let me focus, so yes, I'm eater curious now...and a whole other bunch of questions as well."
"Well if its you asking them why not? I have nothing better to do as you can tell." He said leeringly with that trademark wide grin of his.
"Wait, but why are you so talkative now? Because of what I said?"
"Well, in a way yes. My master has been saying a lot about you, I sometime wonder if your her child or something like that!"
His hair shined with the dusty light of the flashlight on the microscope, it looked like a peculiar kind of Milky Way, and his pale skin shown too as he smiled, you later realized the gravity of your interactions with your boss.
"She spoke...of me? Wait, what did she say?"
"Mostly of your personality, that even though your job is to be thought of as mundane by most of the soldiers here, you have the most character...and I see she was not wrong in the slightest, dragă mea."
"That...it's Romanian isn't it?"
"I'm surprised you knew what it was? Though...considering everything I'm sure it wasn't that hard to deduct. But yes, it is."
"You're not going to tell me what it means, aren't you?"
"Hah, just a few couple of minutes in and you already know me so well. It's charming, dragă mea. And to follow up on your last question," he got up from the small rolling chair across from you and took the one closest to you, probably around three feet from yours, with a devious smile on his face.
"You merely just interest me, and that is saying something." He supported his face on his hand with a cool motion, the leather from the red trench coat coated in a new darkness away from the artificial light. His whole character, it seemed to radiate...a sort of disparity. Like a deep sickness in the depths of his soul.
"And with every moment you begin to amazing me even more, so..." He leans in closer, his hair touching your sitting palms on the desk.
"You wanted to feel my hair, no? You can feel it all you want, dragă mea. I don't mind."
As you suspiciously touched it, you felt as if it was quite soft, like the fur of something cuddly or like a plush toy, and as you started to, he began to purr softly.
Almost like a cat.
At thee time though , a kind of seed deep inside you, started to bloom.
Little by little, you barely even noticed it.
A grand flower, made by the sturdiest of bulbs.

Chapter Text
It was a strange day for you, or should we say a strange set of days on end. You weren't quite sure why Alucard had taken an interest on you, perhaps he was in fact truly bored, or something else. You don't wanna talk about the "something else", considering the fact that you searched up what he would call you and you immediately blushed so hard you thought you'd end up teleporting inside out somewhere.
The second hand embarrassment is real.
Anyhow, after he let you touch his oddly luxurious hair, you ended up having some courage left to finish the lab tests, with some eerie results.
The human experiments are in fact, or were, human. And considering they were also immortal, something must've been in their systems for that to have taken place.
"Alucard?"
"Hmm?"
"I don't want to disrupt from...whatever you're doing...but I need a favour,"
"Of course, I'm at your will, prinţesă."
!!!!!
"Um! You know what....nevermind!"
You were far too embarrassed to continue, he'll make you blush to oblivion!
"Oh? Is the prinţesă embarrassed?" He sneered as you could clearly feel him behind you, tilting your head towards him softly and slowly.
"!!!"
"I see," He looks to the sample on your work desk and has a face of disgust.
"It stinks, horribly,"
"Stinks? What are you, a dog...." You whispered the last part, not brave enough to make your voice louder, but you can easily deduct that he probably heard you regardless.
"Eh, when you put it like that...actually no!"
Did he completely forgot what you just said, probably in a daydream...
Eh?!?
"Don't come near the desk you'll contaminate it!!!"
You tried to shoo him away but he just ended up smelling the small disk with the corners of his mouth down.
"It stinks of burning."
Eh?
Eh?!?!?
"Burning? How-"
Suddenly he brings the disk to you, but a tad bit too fast, fast enough that you flinched and almost fell off the back-less stool with a little too much ease as you thought about it.
"Whoa, prinţesă, don't swoon that much, heh!"
"Ugh! As if!"
"Hehehe"
You looked at the plate, still in his hand, and sighed.
"I'll never get this done!"
"Oh?"
You grabbed the plate and put it on the work desk, washed your hands on the sink at the anterior side of the lab, and shooed him away from your area, and began to work.
After a couple of hits on the system you made over the years, you came to the conclusion (and alucard' strange odor detection work) that the enemies were...
"Hmm...."
"?"
He looked at you with uttermost confusion, even going as far as to tilt his head to the side.
"They're vampires...ish? Like...mechanical ones. There's plastic on the blood samples, and on the tissue as well, but not from consumption, as they were rather big- are you listening to me?!?l"
"!!!"
"Geez! Pay attention!" You barked at him, you were already questioning Sir Integra's decision of having him as an "assistant"( she actually never said what he was specifically, now that you think about it...), you huffed and continued on.
"There were big chunks of plastic so either they're being operated on plastic surgical devices or whatever is being put inside them to resemble a vampire- in spirit-" You added as you saw the face of disgust on Alucard. "So that's quite it, which means that we... I need to find a way to actually kill them an not give them a chance to recover."
"I'll help you."
"...alright."
"It took you a while to answer.."
"I was thinking about it!!!"
He came up towards you once more from his daily sitting area to look over your work, but also you yourself. He smiled and pointed to your microscope.
"Sometimes I look back how humanity really went from pre scientific to questioning everything with logic, it's quite strange. Like this device, it's something not really from my time, yet it's strange to actually think we never lived with such things as I see it with my own eyes."
"I see..."
"You have a question, yes?"
"Reading my mind once more..aren't you..."
"Fufufufu perhaps perhaps,"
"I don't mean to sound rude with it though, so if it does please let me know."
"Of course, prinţesă. Now on with it. You don't exactly have all day, so spit it out."
"Your real form, is it this?"
"I-"
You gulped, seeing and trying to read his face and dreading that you said something too personal to him.
"It's not, no."
"I see,"
"Would you like to see it?"
"Eh?"
Alucard smiled gently and brushed off a stray hair, "Not now of course, the seals on me don't give me access to it, but if there comes a time I will show it to you, prinţesă"
"T-thank you.."
"Of course."
"O-one more thing,"
"Yes?"
"Draga mea...I know what it means...and its...I-"
"Yes?"
You blushed at his warm stare at you and as you looked away, he smiled.
"I'm guessing you want me to tell you why? Or is it something else?"
"Another time?"
"Anytime, darling〜☆"
You probably blushed the most in your life that day, and the feeling still lingers on your heartstrings, and probably unknown to you..
He feels it too, and knows you do too.

Chapter Text
You'd think that after your talk with Alucard that you would have been extremely embarrassed to talk to him given the obvious romantic hints he always goes you now, either calling you prinţesă or draga mea just randomly or in your ear as he walks towards you and just leaves.
Was he that desperate or what...
You realize that obviously not everyone is treated as such and when the vampire who could easily kill anyone with a flick of his wrist just easily warms up to you and you are seen shooing him bravely, some workers and soldiers of the Hellsing organization will most likely look at you in utter confusion and shock.
It was mostly just embarrassing to you though. As he would do these sneering things you are quite literally finding out at this point what your feeling towards him are now.
Is it love?
A crush?
A liking?
You don't really know or have a grasp of love, considering you've never really been in this kind of love specifically.
Oh, it's Alucard.
"Alucard?!"
"Hmm? Oh! It's you, draga mea!"
Considering the fact that he quite literally has a corpse in his grip as if were nothing more than a short looped bag hand at his shoulderblade, it was an...experience to say the least.
The blood is still running too...
Wait huh-
"It's still alive!!!"
"Eh-"
He wacked the body HARD on the ground, like a hammer you'd get for whack a mole or something, the only thing was that...he was too strong for that.
And heavily, heavily probably unintentionally aimed at the ground next to you, and covering your body from head to abdomen in blood and tissue.
"ALUCARD!!?!?"
"Oh. Ah, I see that I missed."
"YOU THINK?!"
"Hehe-I mean...let me help you get it off."
He dropped the carcass with a "plop!" and went to fetch towels, coolly telling Sir Integra what had happened before also getting scorned as well for not checking his strength and replied with a grunt of acknowledgment and disappeared from the main office with fresh towels to help you clean up....to the best of his ability.
His ability is not great. At all.
"How do you suck so bad at cleaning?"
"As a vampire you don't need to, prinţesă mea."
"That is not an excuse."
"H-heh-"
He focused on the main bloody parts, mostly your face, to your dismay.
"Alucard."
"Yes?"
You beckoned him with your Han to come closer, blushing profoundly as you did. Of course, he obliged.
You whispered,
"Te palc."
His eyes-no, his entire face lit up as he smiled, almost appearing entirely human as he did, and nodded.
Alucard kissed your forehead and held your head softly below his, a sort of hug given the circumstances of his poor cleaning skills.
"Prinţesă mea, I love you too. I adore you, draga mea."
He smiled and continued to hug your stupidly bloodied face as the two of you sat in silence for a good couple of minutes, before you could feel the blood drying on your face as you stole the towels from him and violently cleaned your cervical region, face, and parts of your upper body from the crispy dry blood forming. All Alucard did was smile and place his hand on his face, laying it on top of his sitting knee.
"Oh how I love you so, draga mea."

Chapter 5: Marchen
Summary:
The question is...what Marchen am I talking about... Mwehehehhe 😈🔥
Oh my freaking god I love Alucard so much!!!!
Chapter Text
After your sweet sweet moment with Alucard, you immediately remembered he literally brought a half alive artificial vampire who even if their blood was splattered everywhere, you still had no idea if they were dead or not, and if they would be definetly pisses he tried to kill them.
"Alucard are you sure they're dead after that?"
"Of course draga mea, with that much strength it would kill even the most strongest of beasts."
"Oh."
"Oh."
The artificial vampire....was very much still alive and kicking, somehow.
Its face was nearly skinned off thanks to Alucard amazing and totally the reason why it looks very much pissed use of force, you could practically see its brain if you looked hard enough even from a distance. It's tendons were hanging like if it were mere frayed wires and you shot a look of "I told you so" to Alucard, in which he just smiled dreamingly and lunged at the thing, taking out his first gun and firing ten shots before realizing it was futile when it just starting walking again over and over again.
"What the absolute fu-"
The aberration started firing back punches towards Alucard, sending him back against a wall.
You had an idea of "that thing" you had ready in your lab, obviously at this early your other lab mates wouldn't even be in the manor at dawn's reach, so you ran as fast as you could possibly run to the lab to retrieve the object that hypothetically could kill them. As you ran you realized that the thing was in face winning against Alucard, judging from the amount of curses he was shouting from across the room.
You stopped and got the blade and ran back,
"Alucard!!"
He looked at you for a second with a mild shock and sneered, nodding once before muttering something before twisting to evade the creature's attack once more. Once it was completely busy with alucard' in its complete attention, you chucked the blade you had towards the thing, hitting its shoulder blade nearest to you, before screaming in pain. It made the blade recoil, cutting your arm slightly in the process. After that, before the creature could lay its eyes, or what was left of its eyes, on you, Alucard...
He ate it whole.
Eh?!?!?
Since when was he capable of doing that?!
"Are you alright Alucard!?"
"HmmrrrrrrrhhhRAHHHHHH"
He was quite literally screaming and thrashing about, his stature and body began to change to a thinner and gray haired man, eyes a bloodshot scarlet red hue, and had his sights on you with a leer.
Ehh....you should probably go, considering you now have gash on your arm and you are not protected from him like Sir Integra was. His outfit changed from the classic red trenchcoat to a jet black straitjacket with him twitching a whole lot now.
"Prințesă, you look so gorgeous in dark red, wouldn't you mind me helping you? Hmm?" He sneered and wolfishly smiled, showing his four long canines, in his own gentlemanly way, you figure.
He lunged at you, but not directly at you, landing at your side, much to your initial dismay. He held out your arm (how did he get his arm out from the straitjacket?) like if it was the most fragile thing in the world and slowly licked it, you felt him tremble with each lick until it was clean and cured.
"Not even a scar?"
"Scars don't suit you, prințesă."
!!!
Still as teasing as always.
"Wait what happened? You're different now,"
This is my level 2 containment, prințesă mea. And once I have it like this, my form changes. One more and you'll see what you wanted to in the beginning, my love."
"..I see."
"But that weapon.." He grasped the blade you chucked at the aberration just moments before, and smiled. "I'm supposing this is what you meant when you said you were going to find a way to try to kill them, yes?"
"Y-yeah. Not sure if it worked though..."
"Hmm? Ah yes, I beg your pardon, it didn't seem like we had time to experiment, my apologies, prințesă."
"Next time I suppose."
"Perhaps so."
He smiled at you and pet your head lovingly, seeming to quiet down any fears you had about him.
"I scare you good, didn't I?"
"You did that on purpose, didn't you!"
"Hehehehe, perhaps perhaps,"
"Grr!" You swatted him away as he helped you up, realizing that the both of you were both full of dust and blood from the two of you and some of the artificial vampire's.
"Though I have to say, how was it able to live beyond the bullets you shot through it? If it's not even a mortal being.."
"Isn't that for you to find out, prințesă?"
"Hrrr...stop calling me princess when you want to get something from me!"
"Hahaha!!!" He laughed wholeheartedly, that if people saw how bloodied he looke like thy would've thought he was a psychopathic killer.
"Is that so bad, my love? I could be your psychopathic lover, fufufufu!"
"Stop reading my mind!"
"Hahah!"
Chapter 6: The imaginator
Summary:
Hehehe
**un-limits your third point of view 😈🔥🔥🔥**
Chapter Text
Alucard was never a patient man, and now as a beast, he still isn't.
The first time he'd ever heard pf you was from his master, she would talk about you as a good candidate for higher ranks of the Hellsing manor's lab team, and the more and more she would, the more he would listen. How could someone like you be with such...ease, with vampires. As if they were second hand nature to you.
The more he heard the more curious he had begun to be.
It wasn't until soon, he started asking about your physical appearance and because his master did not care about the implications of such things she just told him about you, your appearance, your state of mind when you did an don't work all the time; everything. When a few months later he realized that with all of what he's heard of you, he somewhat developed a crush on you.
Instinctively he pushed it down immediately, not wanting to think about the implications of such things.
Obviously that plan failed horribly the moment you and he locked eyes that day, and his smirk he gave you then was absolutely genuine. He saw how small you were to him, how you were extremely shy, and how, like what his master told him, the way you reacted like a deer to headlights.
Completely still.
He was completely enamoured with you instantly, he could feel it the way how bile would pile up because he wouldn't say anything. How could someone like him, the no-life King, love you? How could you allow yourself to be that utterly adorable in his eyes?
He had no exact expertise on the matter. Usually when he was, it was arraigned marriages in his time as human, but they would always die in the most strangest ways a few days to a day before their actual marriage. He thought it was, that he was, a harbinger of death before turning into a vampire, so it would be fail he also had doubts wanting to see you romantically.
Again, that changed wen you told him too.
One more e was utterly in love with you, but also in a more teasing way, enough to trick you into thinking he'd kill you when he was in his most powerful by himself alone. And yet it wasn't exactly very tasteful to him, but he needed to see if you'd run or not.
And you trusted him, and it made him very happy.
"Alucard. Aluuucard?"
"Hmm?"
"You were daydreaming?"
"I suppose so. Haven't done that in a while, for a long while..." He pondered a bit before returning his gaze on you. He tilted his head. "There's a crow following us it seems."
"Hmm? Yeah they tend to do that, usually if I'm out in the open."
"You?"
"Yeah, it's quite funny, but if I tell them to stay away if there's chaos happening they somehow understand and leave."
"Quite amusing, yet how did you even catch their attention? The harbingers of death will even follow you, a very amusing tale indeed."
"They aren't or do anything with death, you know? But on my first week here I saved a white Raven who had a broken wing, and ever since they just follow me," you looked at the crows above you two as you walk down the uneven path away from a manor's major building, waving hello to the crowd above. They caw in response.
"So they understand human interaction?"
"They're not dumb you know, their intelligence is of a seen year old toddler, maybe even more considering why they can do."
"Is that so? I never thought of such."
"It's pretty new research, considering your age."
"Oh? My age, you say?" He smirked at you, amused at the sly way you just called him old, though it seems you didn't mean to, as you didn't take his bait.
"I suppose so. Not really sure there's another wh of saying such a thing, no?"
"I suppose not."
"Though I really admire crows. Maybe in a few million years they'll probably become humans of the sky, or something of that kind."
"That is a thought, but even I won't be here that long, so I can't really tell you either way, draga mea."
"I suppose not. But it's quite an interesting thought."
"Yes, it is." He said, smiling at you. He put his arm around you as a test to see if you'd be comfortable with it, which passed, to his amusement.
"Are you turning back to your trenchcoat version anytime soon?"
"Do you want me to?"
"Hmm. Not really, I'm just wondering is all."
"I won't, at least...not yet. We don't know how strong is the enemy really. Perhaps that shit they sent was their weakest or strongest I do not know."
"I see..."
"?"
"I keep forgetting you can read my mind..."
"Heh, then ask away, draga mea."
"D-do you miss your life as a count more than right now as a vampire?"
"Well..." He stopped walking and planet his hands on the two sides of your face gently, "In this life, I have you. So I think that makes very thing else about being like this worth it, unless you were alive during my time. That would be a very different experience indeed, heheh." He chuckled as he motioned you to walk with him a bit more, enjoying it more than he initially did a few minutes ago. He doesn't usually talk this much, even with his master Integra, and even less with anyone else. You were the most special thing ever in his life, both in life and in "death".
"Heh, but I wonder if I could've survived then with no rights..."
"If you would've told me I would do anything for you, draga mea." He cooed at you, smiling gentler as he repositioned his arm on your shoulders, playing with your hair.
"Now who's acting like a crow, heh."
"Guilty as charged it seems" he laughed and made a face of fake disappointment before smirking once more.
"Ahh, you really make my day, you know? Prinţesă mea."
You smile contently as you lay your head on his arm, thoroughly enjoying your short trip through the forests inside the Hellsing estate.
"It's quite a nice night, don't you think?" You told the tall vampire as the two of you just walked around the manor. It was Alucard's idea, of course. It wasn't like you could go anywhere else, considering the looming threat of the artificial vampires from before.
"Indeed." He agreed, looking at the glowing sky of just stars upon stars. He smiled a bit, not noticing how it felt somewhat nostalgic to look at the moon as just something beautiful...not just a condition. Perhaps he did, but kept it deep down, perhaps too afraid to let it out, like many times before.
"Well, we have to get back in a few minutes-" You exclaimed when he hugged you from behind, he didn't really know why, but he felt that if he didn't that moment you would disappear.
After all, they all do.
Chapter 7: Kanariya
Summary:
Jeez it's almost October?! I could've sweared it was just September 1st a few days ago?!
Chapter Text
Alucard was considerably very touchy ever since that stroll the two of you had a few nights ago. It's not like you didn't like it, but it was getting painfully obvious how different he treated you to everyone else, even Sir Integra.
And even she did not give a single shit about it, but much to her dismay Alucard never changed back to his normal state around the manor, so it looked like a mad institutionalized tall man in a straight jacket wandering around.
You could hear her sighing every couple of minutes.
He would always find new ways to piss her off, you think that it was a special talent he had specifically just for her. It was quite amusing as ever though. But considering how Sir Integra is getting more and more hostile towards him, and not in a brotherly sisterly way either, you were quite concerned.
"Alucard, even Sir Integra is actually considering to get rid of you, can you behave just a little?" You told him as you ward Sir Integra sighing her infamous sigh nowadays after walking out of her office.
"Now why would I need to do that?"
"I-"
"Hmm?"
"Nevermind."
"Oho? Cat got your tongue, prinţesă?"
"It's literally impossible to reason with you."
"Not quite impossible," he grinned, and placed his awkwardly lanky arms around your shoulders.
"I just need a small reward, after all I am trapped here, and not necessarily on my own free will. Unlike you, prinţesă mea."
You gulped and tilted your head above to look at him.
"Exactly, fufufufu,"
"Grrr..."
"Well, we haven't had an attack since a week ago, I should've asked my master if any of her meat shields have actually encountered any of those bugs."
"You keep finding a new insult every day, don't you?"
"Not every day, every chapter perhaps."
"Chapter?"
"Oh you sweet thing, you can't even see through the fourth wall."
"This is not a book!"
"Heh."
"Honestly! We gotta concentrate here!"
"I suppose so, unfortunately."
...
...
"What are you two lovebirds doing now? Don't we all have to save living beings, or is that job done without you all nowadays?"
"Hello my master, it has been a while," Alucard smirked while you bowed slightly to her, and her to you back.
"Alucard we literally just saw each other two hours ago, cut the bullshit."
"Heh."
"Anyways," she said, eyeing the vampire with a short side eye. "We got a situation. Some of those thing you two defeated weeks ago got caught up with some of my greatest soldiers. Thanks to your modified blades and bullets," she looked at you and smiled. "We ended up killing them and moved forward, but we still have a long way ahead. If it took you a while to just defeat one, then we need you at your full power to defeat how many still remain." She said, directing the last part at Alucard. All he could and would do was smile wolfishly though, much to your initial dismay.
"As you wish my master."
"Hmph. That is all, the two of you are dismissed, now scatter off you sad little lovebirds"
She huffed and carried on to her office once more.
"I suppose we are needed once again then."
"It seems you have a keen eye, prinţesă." Alucard said with a sneer. It made you grin, which made him sneer even more. What a brat he was.
"Well then, best of luck to you."
"Not just yet, you're coming with me too, prinţesă mea. Perhaps it'll e some bonding time between us, no?"
"Uhuh, sure. You aren't fooling me Alucard."
"I suppose not. You're too cunning for that, prinţesă mea."
He kissed you on the forehead and lips, before varying you bridal style to your lab.
Much to his enjoyment and your embarrassment.
"So it turns out you're getting your wish sooner than expected... Heheheh."
"You still remember?!"
"Of course I would, prinţesă mea. How could I not? For such a wish so innocent I must make true." He cooed, softly brushing your hair with his long fingers. His jet black hair also seemed to engulf you further into his personal space, but you shook the feeling off as he carried you off to the lab, as if you were some damsel in distress.
"Are you not though?"
"Shut up!!!!"
"Heh."
