Summary:
Rhaenyra entered next, followed closely by Daemon, both their faces etched with worry. Rhaenyra’s eyes immediately sought out her sons. “Aemond? Aegon!” she cried, rushing towards Aemond and Aegon. She knelt before them, her hands trembling as she examined their injuries. Daemon’s gaze shifted to Aegon, noticing the blood still dripping from his nose.
“Show me, show me.” Rhaenyra demanded, her voice tight with concern. Daemon knelt beside his children, his hands gently touching the ugly purple Aegon’s neck as he assessed the damage.
Aegon groaned, wincing as he removed his hand from his nose. Blood smeared across his face, causing Rhaenyra to gasp. “Who did this?” she demanded, her voice rising in anger as her gaze swept over the children.

Chapter 1: ACT ONE
Summary:
So I've completely rewritten this fic, or at least some parts of it because I had trouble with the plot. My small reading brake really helped me a lot so I have decided to revise almost everything. But the basics are still the same, it's a child swap AU. Rhaenyra gets Aegon and the others, Alicent gets Jacaerys and the rest like that.

I tweaked with the timeline a bit for the sake of the plot, also because the show timeline is confusing. It starts with Aemma's death and all, the war in the Steptones happens before it. So Daemon never got exiled, he just marries Rhaenyra and moves to Dragonstone a month after Viserys married Alicent.
