"Do my eyes just deceive me? Am I seeing a nervous-looking Malfoy in front of me? Or I'm just imagining?" asked the laughing Father, eyes sparkling with amusement as he watched his son fidgeting.

"No," the boy shot him a glare, "I just don't feel like going, I got a bad feeling about this."

"Oh don't be so dramatic." The father said. Draco Malfoy, age 33 gave his 15-year-old son, Scorpius Malfoy a shove as he laughed.

"I'm serious Father! If anything happens to me out there, you're going to live with that guilt." Scorpius muttered as he adjusted his coat.

A laugh followed behind the two Malfoys as they gazed towards their direction, "Oh how cute, Draco's going to miss his little Scorpion." tutted Pansy as she waggled her finger at the two tall blondes.

Zach laughed as Scorpius glared at his friend.

Zach Zabini is the same age as Scorpius, the Zabini heir of Pansy Parkinson-Zabini and Blaise Zabini.

"Shut your laughing Zabini," Scorpius whispered furiously at Zach.

"Oh don't be so grumpy there mate!" piped in Blaise as he and Draco exchanged a manly hug.

Pansy smiled at the two 15-year-old boys and sniffled, "Oh I'm going to miss you two!" She cried as she hugged the two Slytherins.

Scorpius and Zach squirmed out of Pansy's hug but the twitch at the sides of their lips was noticeable.

"It'll only be  three  weeks." Zach pointed out, "— stop being dramatic Mum."

Scorpius chuckled, "Well it's  their fault."  he said as he jerked his thumb at Blaise and Draco, " — they came up with this idea. Bloody Summer Camp with muggles." He muttered.

Draco walked towards his son and threw his arms around his shoulder, "Well it's  your  punishment." he said.

"— If we hadn't received several owls from Headmistress McGonagall about your  mischiefs, we wouldn't do this." he pointed his finger at Zach and Scorpius.

The two Slytherins groaned as Draco and Blaise smirked, "It'll only be in  three weeks ." Blaise reminded.

Pansy rolled her eyes but kissed Zach nevertheless, "Behave." she said sternly, " Both  of you." as her eyes fixed on Scorpius.

Scorpius and Draco shared a smirk making Pansy raise a brow, the two Malfoys really do look alike. Similar blonde hair, long pointed nose, pale skin, stormy gray eyes, and that smirk!

"Is something wrong, Aunty Pansy?" asked Scorpius.

"Nothing," she said, "Just seeing how you being a carbon copy of your Father over there."

Blaise chuckled behind her and whispered, "Carbon copy of  Draco ? Really? I think you mean by him  and  —"

Pansy nudged her elbows at his ribs as the Italian Wizard groaned, "Shut up." She hissed.

SCORPIUS' POV

I eyed Aunty Pansy and Uncle Blaise with amusement, it seemed that he had said something that upset her, judging on the pained face Uncle Blaise was wearing when Aunt Pansy elbowed him from the sides.

I shook my head and smirked. Aunty Pansy was like my second Mother, she's always been there for me ever since I was a baby. The same goes with Uncle Blaise who is also like my second father, whereas Zach is also like my own brother, we grew up together considering his parents and my Father are best mates.

Zach really is lucky to have them as his parents. Don't get me wrong, I adore my father, very much — but I've always wondered what it'll be if my Mother was still here with us.

Me and Father were both close and people always say that I inherited all of his traits, except for some like being a bookworm and all. Yes, my love for reading is the same as my love for Quidditch, I spent most of my time — whenever I won't do some mischief with my mates — at the Hogwarts library.

I've been the top in our class ever since I was in my first year.

Well, our professors did say that Father was the  second  top back in his years, I didn't know who the first was, no professors bothered to tell me.

"I can't believe they're doing this," I muttered carelessly to my best mate.

Zach eyed me and snorted, "I know right," he sighed, "Well, look at the bright side, even though we'll be spending time with muggle teenagers for a three weeks, at least we can  still  be able to do magic." He said, wiggling his eyebrows, as I looked at him suspiciously.

"What are you up to Zabini?" I asked, smirking.

I know that look. That's the look Zach always plasters on his face whenever he's thinking of something.

"Oh, nothing."

"Again, Behave or maybe I'll even consider in confiscating both your wands."

I sighed as I turned around, meeting my father's eyes as he just watched me intently, not leaving that smirk off his face, "I know Father, geez you've been saying that for the umpteenth time already." I scoffed.

Father just watched me as I noticed his face softened a bit, making mine do the same. We stared for a few seconds until he said, "Oh come here.", my arms opened as I rushed between them and hugged him tight.

"I'm gonna miss you Scorp." He whispered, making my heart swell.

"Me too Father.", even though it's not very manly for us to do this, it always makes my heart jump.

Me and Father were always like this even though people could not see it. Both of us have this Malfoy pride always masking us, but whenever it's just me and him, well, let's just say that we can be soft towards each other. My father's like my best friend.

My Father practically raised me on his own, he doesn't even say a word about my mother. I don't even know who she is, I don't even know her name let alone know if she's still alive or not.

"Sorry to interrupt." a voice that came from Uncle Blaise followed by a fake cough, making me and Father pull away from our hug.

Father just glared at Uncle Blaise as he chuckled, "What?" he asked.

I saw Zach and Aunt Pansy stifled a laugh behind him as Uncle Blaise raised both of his hands, a sign of defeat. "— I hate to break your little moment but the plane leaves in five." he said as he checked his watch.

Yes, as part of our punishment , Me and Zach are going to Florida, where the summer camp's located, through an airplane.

Uncle Blaise and Father thought it would be funny that both of us would travel in muggle style. Me and Zach aren't yet of age, we still can't apparate, and that made me groan in annoyance.

Father watched me, a teasing smile resting on his lips as I scowled at him, "Do me a favor and don't paint your face with a scowl when you get there Scorp. You're gonna scare the kids there." He said, laughing, as he pointed his finger at me.

I heard Zach laugh so I shot him a glare, "Shutting up." He immediately said as he raised both of his hands, copying his Father a while ago.

I just rolled my eyes and took my bags, preparing another crushing hug from my Father, which I immediately received, a kiss from Aunty Pansy and a fist bump from Uncle Blaise.

Me and Zach bid them goodbye as we gave the muggle officer our plane tickets and went inside.

I sighed, "This is going to be the most bloody long three weeks of my life."

Feeling the warm summer air was one of Cassie's many favorites. The warm heat of the sun felt welcoming as it kissed her skin, she smiled to herself as she took her sunglasses whilst wearing them.

"You ready?" a sweet voice came from behind as the 15-year-old Cassiopeia turned around to face her mother.

"Yup!" She beamed as she hugged her mother.

"Must you go? You just got here a week ago from school and now you're leaving me again for some Summer Camp?" Hermione said as she frowned, cupping the sides of her daughter's rosy cheek.

Cassiopeia rolled her eyes playfully, "Oh Mum you're overreacting, you specifically know why I'm doing this, plus you chose this camp." she smirked.

Hermione just laughed ignoring the familiar smirk her daughter just wore, " — and besides Mum, I'll only be gone for just three weeks." she continued.

"I know, write to me as soon as you're free, alright?" Hermione said as she tucked the loose curly brunette from her daughter's ponytail to her ears.

She stared at her daughter, Cassie's stormy gray eyes locked on her mother's golden brown orbs, her hair was curly and brunette colored just like her but at the end of her hair, a silver blonde's highlighted naturally.

Cassie's small freckles were visible across her cheeks and nose bridge as she was wearing that familiar little smirk — which Hermione always got bothered by seeing — on her lips.

Hermione sighed as she hugged her.

Cassiopeia will be in her sixth year in Ilvermorny two months from now. She just came back from school a week ago and now she's going to leave for summer camp in Florida, even though she hated to admit it, but her little girl was now growing up.

Raising her all by herself wasn't easy but seeing her daughter growing up and becoming slowly like her, strong, intelligent, and brave, was absolutely worth it.

The older brunette was proud. If she was even going to Hogwarts, she'd definitely be sorted in Gryffindor. Hermione suddenly frowned upon thinking of Hogwarts.

Years ago, they received her letter from the said school, but Hermione owled the Headmistress and politely declined it, saying that her daughter would only be studying in the American School of Witchcraft and Wizardry which is Ilvermorny .

"Are you alright, Mum?" Cassie spoke up, snapping Hermione out of her thoughts. The brunette smiled and kissed her daughter's cheek, "Of course."

Hermione took out her hand as Cassie accepted it, "You ready? Side-along apparition isn't your thing." she asked, giggling.

Cassiopeia shrugged and closed her eyes, "I got no choice, so yeah let's go."

She smiled once again, and with a  pop,   the two brunettes disappeared.

CASSIOPEIA'S POV

When I and my Mum finally arrived at the site, my eyes immediately gazed at the busy children around me.

Parents were hugging their goodbyes and a lot of kids were formed in groups, probably going to summer camp with their friends.

I sighed with that, I do hope I can make good friends this summer, my friends back at Ilvermorny didn't seem to like the idea of joining muggle summer camp and I bet my best friend changed her mind about coming too —

"Cassie!"

I nearly jumped at my spot as I heard my name being called from behind, upon the look of Mum's smiling face, I gazed towards the direction where the voice was coming from and eventually squealed as I saw my best friend running towards me and crushing me into a hug.

"Amelia! Oh my gosh, I didn't expect to see you here!" I exclaimed as both of us pulled from our hug, "You didn't reply to any of my owls so I assumed you backed out," I pointed out as I narrowed my eyes at my best friend.

"Silly! Have you ever heard about a 'surprise'  before?" she rolled her eyes and smirked.

"Aunt Lavender didn't mention you'll come," I said as I gazed towards my giggling Mother beside me, narrowing my gray eyes at her.

"And you didn't bother to tell me either," I said to her as I raised a brow.

"Oh Cassie, don't give me that attitude," My mother laughed.

"Your Uncle Ron owled me last night about it and apparently Amelia here specifically instructed me to keep it a secret until we get here."

My eyes went to my best friend, "You sly witch," I muttered, but she just rolled her eyes and let out a cheeky grin.

"Just shut up and thank me for coming here," she said which made me laugh.

Amelia Brown is my half-blood best friend. She's quite taller than me and even though I won't admit it to her face, my best friend's gorgeous, with straight black hair and blue eyes.

We met in Ilvermorny back when we were still in our first year, she's half-British and she's the niece of Uncle Ron's wife, Lavender.

Apparently, she also got an acceptance letter from Hogwarts years back just like me, but her Mother wanted her to study in Ilvermorny like her.

Amelia and her family always visit England during summer break so it was quite a shock that her Mum allowed her to stay here for 3 weeks.

I'd never set foot in Wizarding London, only Muggle London — well, except for Godric's Hallow, The Burrow, and Uncle Ron and Aunt Lavender's house.

I don't know, but my Mum's really adamant about me not wandering around London's wizarding world. I can't even go to Diagon Alley with the Potters and Weasleys, it seems like she's avoiding something there, but I don't mind really.

"Good thing you were permitted by your parents or else I'll be lonely here," I said as she rolled her eyes at me.

"It's not my fault why you want to join summer camp this year," she retorted, "Damn you and your to-do'-lists."

I just shoved her playfully and I gazed at my Mother beside me, eyes twinkling with amusement, "Okay, I think I'll now leave you two here. I still got work to do, and a client meeting in an hour. I trust you two girls to behave and know where to register and the lot," my Mum said as both me and Amelia nodded.

"Keep your magic away alright? I don't want any reports from the American Ministry about you two doing mischief here since you're in the muggle summer camp."

I groaned inwardly and just nodded, "Of course Mum, we're not that stupid to use major magic here you know, well, only minor ones. In case  of any emergencies —" I smirked, "— and as If I misbehave,"

My Mother just raised a brow at me, every time I let her see that attitude of mine she does that, I'm guessing this didn't come from her, I bet this attitude of mine came from my  father.

"Just behave alright." She said sternly but her eyes betrayed her with a smile.

My Mum hugged me and kissed my cheek as she caressed it softly with both hands, "I'll miss you, and write to me often," she mumbled as I smiled at her.

"Of course Mother."

And with that, she walked slowly near a big tree, glanced sideways making sure no one was looking at apparated away.

I let out a sigh and faced my best friend, "Let's go."

Amelia just nodded and took her bag, "This is going to be an excruciating 3 weeks," she muttered, "I swear to Merlin Cassiopeia, if these muggles make me roll into the dirt, I'll kill you before even saying Avada."

I rolled my eyes at her, "Don't be so dramatic."
