Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

"Marcy, what?"

The half blind ghost glared at her.

"Feeling regretful? Anna-Banana." The ghost's voice was spiteful. Anne felt a pang of guilt and sadness.

"I've apologized enough Marcy, why aren't you forgiving me."

"Cause you killed me in a blind rage!" Marcy bit out.

"I didn't.. my powers messed up." Anne defended herself.

"Likely story" The ghost's grabbed her face "You never did it on accident. You wanted me dead."

"I don't. I didn't!" Anne cried and couldn't do anything, guilt ripping at her heart. The ghost's let go.

"I'm never gonna forgive you Anne, not even when you're old."

"I'm sorry" Anne gasped out.

"You still haven't even told Sasha." Marcy growled.

"You did it only to hurt me." She crossed her ghostly arm.

"You only regret it cause you have to deal with the blame" Marcy glared.

"Marcy, I swear, I didn't mean to hurt you. I didn't do it cause I was greedy" She cried to her.

Marcy bit her ghostly inner lip. Her form softening then coming back.

"Fuck you."

Chapter 2: Difficult Lyrics

Summary:

Marcy and Anne sing Karaoke. Anne chooses a song for Marcy that hits to close to home.

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

"Woo! Let's go Marcy!" Anne dragged Marcy up to her feet. Marcy laughed and let herself stand and be dragged over to the karaoke machine.

Anne picked up both of the mics and handed over one. Marcy closed her hand around it and pursed her lips.

"Really Anne. I can't sing. I swear." She mumbled. Anne gave her and look and laughed.

"Yes you can! I remember battle of the bands." She hip bumped her.

Marcy sighed and wiped her hand on her skirt. She watched as Anne selected "Control" by Halsey.

She took a drink of her coffee. The sugar and warmth relaxing her.

The lyrics were uncomfortable and close to home.

She felt her bottom lip quiver as she wrapped her hoodie string around her fingers her voice was shaking.

"Oh." Anne covered her mouth and sat on a chair. Realizing her possible mistake.

Marcy trailed off and looked at her.

"I'm fine, for sure. I just" She heard the wordless song continue to play in the background.

Anne shook her head and got up, walking to Marcy. She turned off the song and hugged her.

"I'm sorry about that, I'm so sorry. I thought you liked her songs, they're always playing in those AMVs you enjoy. I didn't realize-" She was cut off by Marcy covering her mouth.

"It's really fine. I just don't like that song anymore."

Anne nodded and kissed her forehead tenderly. She changed the song and hummed.

"We both like this one, though I think you know it better." Anne said. Matcy smiled at her best friend.

"Thank you. Anne." She said and lifted the Mic again. Anne smiled and held the mic firmly.

They both sang the k-pop song. It was in English, but the lyrics were fast. Marcy laughed as Anne tripped over her lyrics.

Anne laughed with her, they probably sounded horrendous, but they were having so much fun.

When the song finished Anne stole a drink of Marcy's coffee and laughed.

"I think you sounded better than me."

"No you definitely sounded better" Marcy punched her shoulder.

Notes:

Chose specifically "Control" due to a thought I had to myself while studying, also it's familiar to a lot of people

I've never been to Karaoke so sorry:]

Chapter 3: Too Spicy!

Summary:

High-school Eda and Raine have a date at Eda's house. Eda is bad as measurements though..

Notes:

First time publishing and TOH fic, I love this show though. Did edit this one a bit and add onto it after using Frantic Fanfic.

Chapter Text

Eda and Raine were having a date night.

It would be super romantic and sweet, Eda wanted to cook for it. She had got her family out of the house. She's a teenage witch who will have a romantic domestic date with their partner, Titan damnit!

Plus, Lily was at training for the EC and her parents were on a date of their own.

Eda couldn't cook very well, but she stole a cookbook, and all of the recipes were creative and seemed interesting. What she didn't see herself messing up with was adding way to much specter peppers.

They were dried, and the human recipes called for a tea spoon of chili powder. Should be the same thing as half of a dried Specter pepper. Right?

Right?

She coughed softly, titan it's potent. She'll be fine!

She leaned on the counter and sighed. She pulled her hair up into a thick ribbon and put it on low. Then she headed upstairs to get ready for her cozy little at home date.

She had a white button-up and a black pair of suit pants. She looked smoking. She brushed the grey hair from the curse behind her point ears.

The stress of the curse has been causing a lot of grey streaks in her hair. She checked the time and stretched. She doesn't feel feathery. She feels great.

She rushed downstairs, plated the food, and got it on the dining room table that she had set with a candle and some flowers.

Then, the witch she had been waiting for knocked on the door.

Raine had been fidgeting with a petal on a bouquet of flowers they had in their hands.

They were wearing a flowy button-up and a brown pair of slacks. Around their neck was a gold necklace. Eda blushed and leaned on the door.

"Hello, Rainstorm." She flirted. The witch snorted a laugh. They handed her the bouquet and kissed her cheek.

"Hey, Eda. Can I come in?" They said warmly. Eda took the flowers, blushing more, a lot less charming than she was hoping.

They sat down, and Eda watched as they picked up their fork and took a bite, matching their pace. She did, too.

Immediately, they gasped and coughed and picked up the napkin and coughed into it. Eda lifted a brow, and then she also coughed.

"Crap! I knew I did something wrong." She also coughed, the spice causing her eyes to water.

Raine, after coughing and wiping their eyes, laughed.

"It's fine, Eda." They laughed and coughed some more.

Eda smiled and laughed. She got up and threw her food in the trash. She would give the rest of it to Darius. Her family wouldn't eat it.

"I'll try to finish it, but I'll need milk, lots of it." Raine said. They got up and kissed her forehead.

"You don't have to do that, Rainstorm." She said and held their hand.

"I'd hate to waste food, plus it tasted amazing. Just less Specter peppers next time." They told her. She snorted softly.

"Aw, you're gonna inflate my ego even more." Eda kissed them. They laughed against her lips and kissed her again.

"Good." They said and went to get a glass of milk.

Chapter 4: Soft Down

Summary:

Marcy and Polly in a life or death situation.

Chapter Text

Marcy grabbed the Pollywog and held her close to her chest.

"Are you okay, Polly?" The teen asked pressing into the stone wall behind them. The tadpole looked at her.

"I almost died!" The baby said. Marcy nodded and side shuffled slowly on the narrow stones.

"Okay, just stay calm! I'll get us to safety." She exclaimed shaking a little.

Polly trusted her and relaxed.

Marcy was internally thinking to herself that this was the end. She was too clumsy for this!

Marcy shook her head. No! She'll survive. They'll survive.

She fastened Polly to her and continued to shuffled. Ignoring the terror in her, that any second she could fall and meet their demise.

Polly closed her eyes and eeped when she thought they were done for. Polly had got them in this mess.

Polly had been messing around and fell. Marcy trying to retrieve her ended up like this.

Now their here, and it felt like an awful terrible movie. Marcy screamed when she lost her footing.

She gasped and looked at Polly.

"I can't.. I'm sorry" She cried.

Polly frowned slightly and hugged her. They fell.

Landed on a soft down. A squak sounded. Marcy gasped and got them situated.

"Thank you Joe!" She hugged the bird.

Chapter 5: Blistering

Summary:

2 in one! This one is angsty and Canon divergent. I think I could expand on this probably

Chapter Text

The sludge hit them. They cried out in pain and grabbed the area.

The Green disgusting shit strung out. Raine cried and glared.

"Get out of me! You disgust me." They bit out.

"Sure I do" the British voice emitted from the skull to their ears.

They screamed and tore at the exit wound trying to get him out, even if the pain hurt so bad it stung. The sky poured down rain.

Raine screamed in pain as it burnt third degree welts onto them. They crawled towards a door.

Belos pulled them away from it. They needed out of the boiling rain! They couldn't die like that.

"I fucking hate you!" They yelled. The cynical male laughed.

"If I can't win I will make sure you can't either."

Raine cried and grasped at the dirt it was hot like everything else. Raine screamed.

They couldn't move, and no one was here to help them. No one but Belos could hear them. Raine sobbed.

They laid in pain. Unable to struggle to their feet. They had to accept defeat.

A cold thing pressed to their face.

They flinched and moved away from it.

Their body was on fire. Everything hurt. Something was constricting to their skin.

"Oh thank Titan you're awake." A surprisingly soft tone came from a familiar voice.

"Eda..?" They mumbled. They opened their eyes though even that felt difficult.

"Hey.. Rainstorm." She said and kissed their cheek that was stiff with something.

"It's some sap.." Eda mumbled. "The infirmary is still out of commission were working with what we have."

She looked like she had some bandages on her face and gauze on her arms.

"What happened to you..?" Theu mumbled. Their voice so raspy.

"I--"

"She went out to get you." A teens voice said, Luz stood their and was mixing something. She looked tired.

"It was reckless, I know! I just.. knew something was wrong." Eda mumbled softly.

Luz sat on a chair and yawned.

"Get some sleep kid, I'm fine." Eda said softly.

"You've barely slept either."

"I'm fine, I'm an adult. Go to bed." Eda mumbled. Luz glared and left without much more argument.

"She's still mad at me." Eda sighed.

Raine touched her face that had soft tufts of feathers.

"You're fuzzy, maybe you should rest. Plus I need a cuddle buddy." Raine offered.

"You're badly injured."

"So?" Raine laughed. Eda cuddled up and smiled softly. Raine let out a little ouch but laughed.

Chapter 6: Prom Dress

Summary:

Sasha goes prom dress shopping with Maggie.

Notes:

One shot with my Scars Au! Though it doesn't have to be technically.

Maggie and Sasha are friends though Maggie isn't always nice about her opinions

Chapter Text

Sasha laughed it off. The insult. Frog, was it really that distracting. She glared at Maggie.

"I'm just saying it's unflattering with the scar, ruins the dress on you." The red head put a hand on Sasha's shoulder.

"I think it looks pretty, plus I'll just keep my hair down." Sasha said and took out her hair tie and shook out her blonde hair.

"Yeah, but you'll know it's there." Maggie pushed the two shorter pieces that framed Sasha’s face behind her ears.

Sasha was getting a little pissed. Less insecure about her scar, more just annoyed. The dress looked fine on her. So what if you could see the scar on her back.

"Brad will like it. This shade of pink matches the flower he's getting for corsages." Sasha sighed. "I'll show it to him. Scoot." She mumbled to Margo.

She took a photo of the dress on her and the back of the dress and sent it to Brad. She waited for him to respond, the three dots bobbling up as he typed.

-

Braddd: woah nice

-

She sighed and began to type

-

: my scars not ruining it right? Does it look good still

-

She bit her thumb nail. He typed, then stopped typing, then started typing again.

-

Braddd: I think it's hot.

-

She sighed and typed back:

-

Thanks<3

-

"He says it's fine." She said and grabbed her t-shirt and shorts.

"He's a guy. He likes it cause it gives you cleavage." Maggie said, leaning against the wall.

Sasha rolled her eyes and went to get out of the bold pink dress. It's just prom, she'll dance. Look great and hope that the dress doesn't actually look like shit on her.

Chapter 7: Morning

Summary:

Anne wakes up early

Notes:

Basically this is a: Marcy is dead, Anne is a copy

But it is not apart of my Scars AU

Chapter Text

Anne woke up. Her heart pounded heavily in her chest. Everything around her was getting illuminated. She softly pushed her hair back. Feeling leaves that are attached to her head like she was a tree.

She sighed and got up and flicked on the light in her bathroom as she entered. She closed her eyes to calm the throbbing in her head from her head ache and the bright light.

She rubbed her eyes, looking at herself.

"Oh, it's you.." she looked at the cracked and colorless thirteen year old girl.

"I don't have time for this guilt." She splashed her face with water. "Can you talk to Marcy..? Or no, because I have our soul." Anne grabbed her moisturizer and sunscreen.

The deceased looked at her. Unblinking, expressionless. She could be a statue.

Its movements copied hers as she rubbed the moisturizer into her skin. When she dropped eyedrops into her dry eyes. And as she got sunscreen on her face and where her shirt and jacket wouldn't cover.

"I'm calm. Why are you still here?" She stared at the girl. Its expression never changed. Straight mouthed, dull round eyes staring at her with a no feeling.

Anne sighed and gently fixed her hair and turned off the lights. Then, she turned it back on. Her reflection was back to normal. She smoothed out the sunscreen, so it looked good.

She sighed and got lip balm on.

Anne checked the time and sighed.

"5:30. Frog, it's too early." She sighed and went to lay in bed. Kind of.

Maybe she could actually have breakfast this morning.

She sighed and got up. She shrugged off Marcy's jacket and left it on her bed. She padded downstairs. Her mom was in the kitchen making coffee. Guess she's opening today.

"Morning." Anne mumbled, grabbing an egg pan. Her mom hugged her softly.

"Hey, sweetie. Why are you up so early?" Her mother kept a soft tone.

"Bad dream. It was too late to go back to sleep." She shrugged, patting her mom's hand. Anne was taller than her now.

Anne got two slices of bread, eggs, and an avocado half. Got it prepared and seasoned.

She plated it toast, smashed avocado, fried egg, and hot sauce.

She sat by her mom on the couch and began to eat. Beside her, her mom sighed.

"I wish you'd eat something more filling." She said, concerned. Anne shrugged.

"It's fine. It has grains and protein and stuff. Don't sweat it, momma." she leaned on her mom's shoulder.

Her mom softly played with Anne's hair and sighed.

"Okay. I love you, sweetie." Her mom didn't argue despite her worry.

Anne finished eating and washed her dishes before heading up to her room to finish getting dressed.

Anne got on the casual uniform, her socks, and Marcy's jacket back on.

She checked the time. Grabbed her backpack and her phone, and then ran down to get her sneakers on.

"I can drive you to school if you need, sweetie." Her mom said. Anne smiled.

"Sure, thanks, momma."

Chapter 8: An AU

Summary:

What if Anne, Marcy, and Sasha came to Amphibia when they were a lot younger.

Here's Anne!

Chapter Text

Anne ran over to her Hop Pop. The girl was only six years old.

"Pop pop!" She screeched a little, hitting the arm of his chair and giggling. He lifted a brow.

"Yes, Annie?" He petted the little girls poofy hair. She was too heavy for him to lift.

"Momma says the eggy is hatching! Watch watch! Watch!" She said happily.

He widened his eyes and softly got up.

"Let's go then." He said, going to watch Sprig hatching.

The family was already cuddled up on a bed.

The egg was bumping in the bucket of water.

Emerged was a small baby, wiggling in the water. A little ball like thing with a tail, eyes, and a mouth.

Anne watched and looked at her baby brother.

"He looks so cute!" She exclaimed and put her hand on the bucket that her momma steadied.

"Careful, he's fragile."

"Why does he have to stay in the bucket?"

"He needs liquid. He doesn't have the ability to produce it himself yet." Her dad said, ruffling her hair. He had red hair and a hat on his head.

Her mom had pink skin and blonde hair. She looked nothing like her parents.

"Anne, you'll be such a great big sister. Someday, you'll be able to help us run the farm when you're older." They'd always tell her.

She believed them, but she was already starting to get bigger than them.

Her momma and daddy, even her Hop-Pop, couldn't pick her up anymore.

Isn't she already big? She looked at Sprig.

That's alright. At least she's big enough to hold him.

Chapter 9: Cross Over

Summary:

I wrote this in five minutes with frantic fanfic with characters given to me by my parents. Simon Petrikov and Dipper Pines driving somewhere.

Notes:

NOT EDITED LITERALLY JUST THE THING I WROTE YESTERDAY
like said written in literally 5 minutes (maybe less)

Chapter Text

Simon started the car, looking at his mirror and driving and shit. Dipper huffed.

"Are we going to go?

"Yeah give me a minute." The man adjusted his glasses and pulled out of the driveway.

Dipper leaned back, weird ass 13 year old.

"Soo.. have you ever met a zombie before?" Dipper awkwardly tried to small talk.

"When I wasn't myself.. probably."

"Cool. Cool.. I raised the dead once."

Simon looked at him briefly before staring back at the road.

"You're a smart kids, huh?"

"I uh.. like to think so, sometimes I just don't know anything it feels like."

"So.. we're trapped in this world.. any of it familiar to you?"

"No, I got an email on my school computer and it exploded and boom" Dipper said

"Same."

Chapter 10: Sidetracked

Chapter Text

"Where are we?" Amity asked, looking around. They probably shouldn't have come here. Her and Luz were curious though.

Amity walked hand in hand with her girlfriend and looked around the bricked walled room. It looked like a dungeon.

"I think It's a dungeon." Luz said and ran her hand on the loose stones and press one inward as it willingly budged inward for her. Before them a secret passage opened up. Woah.

The two kept walking. The place gave Amity the creeps, so she was hoping Luz would hurry it up. Luz slipped her arm around her waist.

"You can calm down. Don't worry. We won't get lost, Ams" Luz smiled.

"If you say so." Amity let her lips curl into a smile at Luz's reassurance as their footsteps clunked against the floor and caused an echo.

The two girls were still on Hexside campus. Still clothed in their uniforms.

While snooping through places for somewhere quiet to chat they got sidetracked by this place.

They had no clue Hexside had a dungeon. Luz thought it was cool.

Amity leaned her head against her shoulder.

"This place smells like it's gonna give us something worse than the common mold."

Chapter 11: reflecting and not abstracting

Summary:

Zooble and Kinger hanging out in the circus, they might be awkward and sad.

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

"You know." Zooble mentioned looking at the chess piece. "it's weird we've seen rabbits, frogs, and [!?#$] like that but never like the basic cat or dog"

"that's because they abstracted before you came." he said, surprisingly sane even though the lights were only dimmed. they blinked.

"Oh." they said "[!?$%]." Zooble sat up straighter.

The dumb dumb sauce was slightly wearing off but that was yeah. weird. "I forgot you've been here for so long."

"Hm?" Kinger nodded "what do you mean?" the man's eyes smiled for him. guess there went the sanity for a sec.

"Do you remember the adventure with the spa? And Jax locked Ribbit in the sauna? it didn't hurt the guy but they were pissed and they tried to recruit you and Kaufmo to lock him in the basement in the next adventure." they asked quietly.

Kinger was quiet and tapped his assumed chin area "I'm sure I would Zooble."  he said simply.

Zooble sighed and nodded, of course.

Notes:

they were.
