Chapter Text

Julie and her beloved phantoms where buzzing with glee happily chatting about the school upcoming musical production 

Carrie scoffed in her girlfriends arms scrolling at the script 

" why I am the wicked witch I actually beautiful and not ugly " 

Fkynn just giggles at her beloved 

" well .. honey you have a tendency be kinda wicked "

Carrie stares at her in disbelief 

" how did you end up being  fucking Glinda your the most sassiest person here besides Alex and let's be real hun your not nice almost of time " 

Flynn just smiled at her with a shrug making Carrie smile back 

Alex just scoffed  

" I still can't believe I was casted as tin man of all things I mean I am not heartless " 

Reggie just looked at him very seriously for a second 

" wait you aren't ?" 

Before Alex could attack reggie Willie quickly grabbed him 

as Reggie quickly hid behind Flynn for protection 

" fuck you !!! Reginald your just as cowardly as the lion " 

Reggie gasps offended  

Flynn just rolled her eyes at the two slightly amused 

Luke just sighs heavily 

" I am not brainless sure I might be stupid and impulsive but not brainless " 

" could fooled  me " Alex joked 

Making Julie hit him in the chest 

" stop it alex ! We are all stressed out and irritable so can we please  just rehearse already " 

Julie shouts making everyone go silent and nod knowing not anger her any farther 

" okay so we at the tornado. Right ?" Flynn asks Julie softly

Julie simply nods as the stage crew began to start the wind machine  but as they rehearse

Unknown be known to the rest Caleb was carefully watching from the rosters just waiting for his moment to strike 

As nick quickly watched the scene in front of him enjoying the show

Caleb rolled his eyes at him 

" focus puppet !!" He hisses 

Nick finally turns to the man 

" but why Julie ?"  Nick might no longer be dating her but he still cared for her 

" becuase she there weakness " 

Nicks eyes widen slightly 

" what are you going to do ?" 

Caleb just smirked as moved the wind machines power to full speed causing one of spotlights to suddenly fall 

" Julie watch out !!" Shouted Luke 

But it was to late she didn't move quick enough and was hit in the head falling to ground hard 

" Jules !!!"

Everyone shouted  rushing to her side instant 

Nick had tears in his eyes as he looked at Caleb in disbelief 

" why ?" 

" becuase there weakness is now hurt now there nothing stopping me from getting them back "  he smirked as they continued to watch the scene unfold .

Chapter Text

The first thing Julie felt was a massive pain in her head then she felt something lick her face 

She slowly opened her eyes confused  

She looked down noticing a fluffy black dog Wagging its tail at her happily 

She noticed the name on his caller 

"Toto ? " she read out remembering this is her dog her Toto just like Dorothy 

He then jumps in her arms happily giving her a lick on her face making her giggle 

Before she finally took in her surroundings 

She looked around confused noticing she was no longer in her high school  theater or in the clothes she was previously wearing 

No, she was wearing a blue and white Polk-dotted dress, and her hair was now neatly pulled into two braid pigtails instead of down like before 

" what the fuck " she thought 

As she heard giggling from behind her 

She looked down at Toto  warily 

" Toto I don't think where in Los Angeles anymore "

" where are we ?" She asked herself 

Suddenly a giant pink bubble appeared coming straight toward her, it was getting bigger and bigger when suddenly popped startling her slightly 

A girl in a sparkly pink dress with a tall crown on her head stood in front of her glaring at her slightly 

Julie stared back cautiously 

The girl oddly enough looks just like her best friend Flynn 

"Hello dear,  My name is Glinda are you a good witch or a bad witch ?"

" who, me ?" She asked pointing to herself  as Glinda nodded 

" oh no, I'm not a witch at all I'm Julie,  Julie Molina from Los Angeles California " 

Glinda just stares at her for a moment  

" oh, well is that the witch " Glinda asks seeing Toto in Julie's arms pointing her wand at him. 

"What Toto? No, Toto is my dog " 

" oh well, I was wondering because the munchkins had told me that new witch had just dropped a house on the wicked witch of the east, there's the house, and here you are and that's all that's left of the wicked witch of the east " 

Julie turned to where Glinda's wand was pointing and much to Julie's horror she saw two legs under the house wearing bright ruby red slippers. 

She couldn't help but gasps  

"Oh, my god ...."

Glinda just looks at Julie 

" so what the munchkins want to know is, are you a good witch or a bad witch ?” Julie sighs annoyed 

" but I've already told you! I'm not a witch at all witches are old and ugly " she shouts at her frustrated. 

When she hears what sounds like children laughing. 

" what -in the - what was that ?" 

Glinda just grins happily 

" the munchkins, they are laughing because I am a witch I'm the witch of the north " 

" you are? Oh I am so sorry I just never seen a beautiful witch before " 

Glinda blushes slightly before nodding   

"Oh only bad witches are ugly " 

" this bitch " Julie thought bitterly

" then why did ask if I was a witch? You know what never mind "  Julie just sighs shrugging 

As the munchkins continue to laugh in delight from behind. 

" that's starting to creep me out " 

"Oh, but there's nothing to fear my sweet the munchkins are just happy because you have freed them from the wicked witch of the east !! And now you are their hero, my sweet girl, it's alright you may all come out now there is nothing to fear " Glinda said with her arms spread out as several small people slowly began to emerge from the trees and bushes.

Julie backs up slightly startled 

" wh-why are they all staring at me ?" 

A small girl in a pink dress and a matching sunbonnet slowly approaches Julie with a bouquet 

"Welcome to Munchkinland and thank you for saving us from the wicked witch of the East!"

" Oh, thank you," Julie said taking the bouquet.

" no, it is I who thanks you" a small round man approaches Julie 

" I am the mayor of  Munchkin City, and I welcome you most regally to Munchkin land !!" 

"Yes !! Let the joyous news spread all around  the wicked old witch is dead, at last, is dead !!" Shouted Glinda with glee.

The munchkins all cheered and skipped happily around the land

The mayor:  there once was a wicked witch in the lovely land of oz  and wicker, wickeder, wickeder witch there never was 

Julie just stood there taking in the mayor's song confused but happily listening curious about the wicked witch I mean she did kill her afterall. 

The lollipop guild: she filled the folks in munchkin land with terror and dread 

Lullaby League Munchkins:  one day  in Los Angeles a cyclone caught  a house 

That brought the wicked, wicked witch her doom as she lay flying on her broomstick. 

Julie just stared as the munchkins danced around happily as the lyrics hit her ears she couldn't help but picture it. 

Sunbonnet munchkin:  for the house fell on her head and the corner pronounced her ....

The corner:  DEAD !! And through the town, the joyous news was spread !!

All the munchkins :  Ding-Dong, the witch is dead ! Which old witch? The wicked witch! 

Ding-Dong, the witch witch is dead 

Wake up, the wicked witch is dead

Wake up, you sleepy head, rub your eyes get out of bed. Wake up the wicked witch is dead! 

She's gone where the goblins go below, below yo ho!

Let's open up and sing, and ring out the bells out 

Ding-Dong! The Merry-o sing it high, sing it low  

Let them know the wicked witch is dead !!!!

"We welcome you to Munchkinland!!!" 

They all happily cheered but the celebration didn't last long it was rudely interrupted when a large puff of red smoke and fire came out of nowhere, cussing all the munchkins to panic and drop to the ground in terror. 

Glinda quickly pulled Julie close to her as a woman with green skin emerged from the smoke; she held a black broom and oddly looked like her frenemy and Flynn's girlfriend Carrie Wilson 

" shit !!!"  

Chapter Text

Julie couldn't help but stare at the green woman in horror as she swiftly moved towards the fallen house. 

" Y-you said she was dead !!" Julie gasps at Glinda who just chuckled 

" no, that was her sister, the wicked witch of the east, this is the wicked witch of the west and trust me she is worse than her sister was "

" This fucking bitch " Julie thinks bitterly slightly glaring at Glinda 

" Great just great " Julie sighs 

" who killed my sister ?! Was it you ?!" The witch asked Julie looking her up and down 

 Julie shook her head in protest 

" no, no it was an accident I promise I didn't mean to kill anybody !" 

" well dearie I can Cause accidents too " the witch snarked at her 

" aren't you forgetting the ruby slippers ?" Glinda asked protecting Julie  from her wrath 

" slippers? Yes! The slippers " the witch moved towards the house but in a matter of seconds the slippers disappeared. 

" they're gone !!!  The ruby slippers what have you done to them! Give them back to me, or I'll -" 

"It's too late; there they are, and there they shall stay, "Glinda said, pointing her wand down at Julie's feet. To her surprise, her dull, once checkered sneakers were replaced by bright, shiny ruby red slippers. 

She shrieked upon seeing them on Julie's feet  

" give me back my shoes I'm the only one who knows how to use them they're no use to you !!"

" keep them on, no matter what their power must be very powerful, or she wouldn't want them  so bad " 

" you stay out of Glinda, or I'll fix you as well !!!" 

"Oh! You have no power here "  Glinda laughed,   "Now be gone before someone drops a house on you too!" 

Glinda just smirked eyeing the witch up and down

The witch huffed staring at Glinda 

" you could cut the sexual tension in here with a very sharp knife," Julie thought as she looked at the two. 

" very well, and as for you my sweet, you won't last a day without giving me those shoes, I'll get you my pretty and your little dog too !" 

She threatened Julie with an evil cackle as she disappeared in a puff of red smoke and fire. 

" you can all get up; she's gone !"Glinda said, and all the munchkins rose from the ground 

Julie turned to Glinda in a panic 

" Glinda, what am I going to do ?!"

"Don't worry, child as long as those shoes are on your feet; you'll be safe ".

"I don't know about that she looked dead set on killing me I have to get back home to Los Angeles but I can't go back the way came can I ? " 

Glinda softly shakes her head 

" no, I am afraid not the only way would be to see the great and powerful wizard of Oz himself " 

"Wizard of Oz? How will I do that ?" 

" follow the yellow brick road and you'll find your way to the emerald city it is a long journey "

" but where do I even start ?" 

" just follow the yellow brick road," Glinda said before disappearing back into her bubble. 

" Thanks for the help " Julie sighs 

Julie rushes into her house to prepare for her journey she finds a basket that sits neatly across her bed she quickly picks it up before turning to her nightstand 

Picking up a picture of her and the boys smiling at the picture softly as she put it in her basket. 

Julie turns to Toto opening up the front door to the house turning her back towards it with a sigh 

" come along now Toto we have a quiet the journey ahead of us " 

Toto barked at her as he walked next to her happily following her lead. 

Julie chuckled at him as she starts in the middle of the road making her way around, as the munchkins bid her farewell as She continues her journey.

Chapter Text

Before long , Julie found herself at a split in the road She groans annoyed

" well what do I do now, which way do I go ?" She asks herself

“I've heard that's a nice way ?" She heard someone say she jumped slightly turning to where the voice was coming from , but still she only saw a scarecrow .

" who said that ? Hello ??" She called out as Toto began rapidly barking at the scarecrow. " don't be ridiculous , Toto scarecrows can't  talk  "

" it's fun that way too"  she jumped as she heard the voice again but now the scarecrow was pointing left instead of right . " wait a minute , wasn't he just pointing the other way ?" She mumbled to herself as Toto continued to bark .

" of course , people do tend to go both ways , now of days I hear " said the scarecrow crossing his arms pointing in both directions Julie gasps taken aback by the scarecrow her heart pounding loudly against her chest as she eyed the scarecrow cautiously

" wait ....." Julie finally spoke She tilted her head slightly walking closer the scarecrow This scarecrow looked so familiar

" that can't be right ?" She thought

" Luke ? is that  you ?" 

But scarecrow simply shook his head no and then nod yes. Julie just stares at the scarecrow " okay are you just do that to annoy me ?"

" oh no , at least I don't think I am but I don't think at all " scarecrow said with frown clearly upset

" why not ?" Julie asked 

" I don't have a Brain only Straw " replied the scarecrow "Well how do you talk if don't  have a brain ?"

" i dont know but a lot people without a brain do awful lot of talking don't they ?"

Julie couldn't help but giggle " that's true , oh how rude of me I haven't even introduced myself I am Julie Molina of los Angeles"

" hello, Julie Molina I have no name , but you may call scarecrow "

"Okay , scarecrow how do you do ?"

" well Jules, I'm not doing well at really you see it's not that great being stuck up here all day long with a pole up your back " Julie blushed at the scarecrow's new nickname for her he truly had some of Luke's charm .

" oh that must be extremely uncomfortable here let me see if I can help get you down "

"Oh, that's very kind of you " " uh,I don't know how to ; oh hang on, let try this " Julie says as she bent down the nail in back of the wood , and the scarecrow came falling down along with some of his straw .

" whoop , there some of me again " The scarecrow chuckles Julie panics slightly at the sight " are you alright ? Does it hurt ?"

" oh no , I just keep picking it up and putting it back in again !" The scarecrow laughed gleefully as he  continued to stuff the straw back into his  chest .

" oh , it feels so good to be free-" the scarecrow found himself  tripping over his own feet , and Julie ran to him.

" did I scare you ?"

Julie looked confused "No , I just thought you hurt yourself " " but I didn't scare you ?" Asked the scarecrow hopefully . " No, of course not "

" I didn't think so " the scarecrow sighed heavily , all of his previous hope fading away. " I'm honestly not surprised I mean I can't even scare a crow; they from miles away to pick at my straw and laugh in my face  I'm a failure Becuase I haven't got any brains "

" well what would you do if you had one ?"

The scarecrow smiled

" what would I do ? Well,  if I had a brain, I could ..." the scare crow said as he began to sing taking Julie by surprise .

Scarecrow : I could while away the hours , conferring with the flowers

Consulting with the rain .

And my head I'd be scratching while my thoughts were busy hatching if I only had a brain

I'd unravel every riddle for any individual, in trouble or in pain

Julie : with the thoughts you'd be thinking . You could be another Lincoln If you only had a brain.

Scarecrow : oh, I could tell you why the oceans near the shore . I could think of things I never think before. I would not just be a nuffin' My head full of stuffin' My heart all full of pain.

I would dance and be merry , life would be a ding -a-Derry , if I only had a brain.

" woah ! " the scarecrow shouted as he fell during his dance , as Julie ran to him

" that was amazing ! You know I am going to the emerald city to see if the wizard will send me home why don’t  you come with me ? Maybe he will give you a brain "

" really ? You think he would ?!" " well I don't see why he wouldn't ..." She puased remembering the wicked witch of the east 

“wait maybe you shouldn’t come "

" well why not ?" He frowned

" I have this wicked witch after me I don’t want you to get hurt Becuase of me " The scarecrow scoffed at that

" witch ha I ain't afraid of no witch  but between you and me the only thing I truly fear is a lighted match. “ he shudders Julie pats his hand softly

“ I don’t blame you but if your sure we can start heading there now ?”

" hooray !!!" We're off to see the wizard !!"  the scarecrow really reminded her so much of Luke  from his charms to his childlike excitement ; hell even his voice and to his smile screamed Luke Patterson but the scarecrow wasn't Luke .

Julie chuckled " to oz ?" She asked

" to oz !!" The scarecrow said gleefully as he linked his arm with Julie's with her trying to help him keep  his balance .

Julie and the scarecrow : We’re off to see the wizard , the wonderful wizard of oz !

We hear he is a whiz of a wiz , if ever a wiz there was .

If ever , oh ever a wiz there was , the wizard of oz is one Becuase , Becuase , Becuase , Becuase , Becuase …

Becuase of the wonderful things he does !
