Chapter 1: Introduction: Please Read
Chapter Text
Intro: PLEASE READ
This will be a collection of drabbles and forgotten stories. Many are 100 word drabbles from a FB group I was part of, others are stories I started and never came back to. Each chapter will be labeled with the Title and Character Pairing.
Many chapters will be Harry/Hermione due to the drabbles being from a Harmione group I posted in. There are some other pairings though, and I will probably be adding to this as time goes on. So you can read them all, or find your fave pairing. These stories are all AU, with Voldy-shorts being dead (No second Wizarding war), or never having existed at all. I don't write war-fics. That does not mean Tom Riddle won't exist though.
I may eventually come back and turn one of these to a full story, or I may never come back. Either way, I haven't been able to write for quite a while now, ever since I moved really. So I wanted to at least put something out for all the wonderful people that send me messages and reviews on my fics. Thank you for enjoying my work and sticking with me. You are appreciated more than you know.
It will take about a week to post everything, so please bear with me.
PLEASE REVIEW: I know these aren't finished fics, but please let me know if there are any you like and would like to see more of. I always appreciate hearing from readers.
Chapter Text
Harry didn't remember his parents. Perhaps they had hugged and cuddled him as a child, but it was far too long ago for him to recall. He had been raised by his only surviving family, his aunt, uncle, and cousin. They were not a very affectionate family to each other let alone to Harry, who they absolutely despised. So it came as no surprise that Harry's emotions were in overdrive as he received his first ever real hug.
Surprise, panic, suspicion, curiosity, warmth, softness, comfort, don't stop...
None of it showed on his face of course, he was a Slytherin through and through after all. Granger stepped back from him, her arms slowly disentangling from around his neck, Harry looked down at her as she smiled tentatively up at him and thanked him earnestly.
The curly haired Witch looked down the long set of stone stairs she nearly took a tumble down, and shivered. Harry's quick reflexes the only thing that had saved the Ravenclaw from perchance breaking her neck.
"Thank you again, Potter. You saved me."
And then she was gone. The entire interaction couldn't have lasted more than a few moments, but those few moments stayed with Harry. Stayed with him all through the end of term, and at the train station as him and fellow students disembarked. Watching his housemates greet their families. Looking on as Zabini's mother hugged and kissed the dark skinned boy's cheek, or watching Draco's tall imposing father let down the mask of snooty Lord and smile at his heir in genuine happiness as he casually threw an arm over his son's shoulders.
He now knew what those touches felt like, or at least an approximation. He wanted more.
Notes:
This story was when I was toying with the idea of doing a series based on the senses. This was going to be for the sense of Touch. I also wanted to take a stab at writing a Slytherin Harry who grew up touch starved. One of the few stories where I write Harry growing up with the Dursleys.

Revenge: 100 Word Drabble
Harry/Hermione may change to James Potter/Hermione
"Did one of you get on the wrong side of a pretty Witch? Tall, dark eyes, just been shagged curls?
"No" replied both James and Harry in unison.
"Well one of you must'a done something."
The 2 wizards looked up in confusion just as said witch approached. Before any of them could say a word she stepped forward and pulled Harry into a searing kiss. She pulled away with a mean little self satisfied smirk before flouncing off.
"That little tramp!"
Ginny, Harry's new girlfriend, stormed out of the same building the curly haired Witch just came out of. Sirius doubted she was going to hold that title much longer though. Not by going off the stunned look and half smile on his godson's face as he looked after the retreating back of the dark haired Witch.
Notes:
If I remember correctly, I think this was the first ever 100 word drabble I ever participated in! And it clocked in at 120 words, lol.
What's silly is, I hate cheating, and dislike the type of people that go after people in relationships. However, I just love writing stories where Hermione steals Harry from Ginny... No idea what that says about me, lol. But this is fiction, so no big deal.
I am actually thinking of changing this to James/Hermione in the future. I just love the idea of writing a mean Lilly Potter. You always see her written as a saint, and I kinda wanna turn that around. They got married so young after all.
All my 100 word drabbles will be marked, and may seem a little disjointed as I tried to not go too badly over the character limit while still telling a fun story. I think these little exercises helped me the most with my writing honestly. They taught me to stop over explaining everything. It was also fun being given a theme at times. (when there was a theme) Helped me get creative.
Chapter 4: Ink: Harry/Hermione
Notes:
I usually leave notes for the end, but I had to leave a quick warning for this little fic idea.
I really wanted to write a fic where Harry 'lusts' after Hermione because of her looks at first. Though shallow, I think many women have at some point in their life wished that someone saw them and thought of them as, 'The prettiest girl in the room', or was just instantly attracted to them.
I think its a common fantasy? Lol, Or maybe I'm a just a bad feminist. (Flea bag moment!) And that's what some of these stories are about right? To live out some fantasies, silly or otherwise?

Chapter Text
Ink, parchment, books and sugar quills are what Harry had always associated with Hermione Granger. She was a background character in his life. She had never caught his attention like Cho Chang, the Greengrass sisters, or even Luna’s sunny bright beauty.
No, Granger had always been the quiet, smart, serious and perpetually ink stained Ravenclaw that Harry caught glimpses of in the Library back in Hogwarts. Except it wasn’t the parchment ink on her fingers that caught Harry’s attention today. It was the dark blue stain of a tattoo that caught his eyes. He nearly spilled his tea at the sight of it.
He hadn’t seen the Witch in almost a decade since they left school. Granger had what Ron’s sister would have called a ‘glow-up’. The scrawny, too tall girl, with a literal cyclone of hair was nowhere to be seen. Gone were the days of knobby knees with one sock perpetually falling down. She had grown up, standing at around 5’7 with legs that went on for miles, and soft curves to match. Chic robes that fit, and defined curls that were up in a messy, if charming bun. (1)(2)
Her hair being tied up was the only reason he had a chance to notice the small and simple blue sparrow on the back of her long delicate neck. He wondered how long she had it for. Was it recent, or old? Was she drunk when she got it or did it have meaning? It was just so out of character for how he had imagined the Witch.
Which led to his next problem. Once he knew it was there, he couldn’t help but stare at Granger, and wonder. Wonder what it would be like to lift those wild curls and find that hidden bird. To kiss that stain of ink on her neck, to bite at it, and feel her shiver. Wonder what noises she would make…
Harry found himself obsessing over a Witch he had never given a second glance to. Going out of his way to try and run into the dark eyed woman. Which was hard, as she didn't actually work at the Ministry, it seemed she had just been in for an appointment.
Notes:
1. Tall girls deserve recognition too! So I have gotten a few comments from previous fics about Hermione’s height. I write her and Luna as being taller, and people take issue with it, saying I am writing them to look like ‘supermodels’. I am 5’6, that's not especially tall, but somehow I always end up towering over other women. (especially if I wear heels) As a ‘slightly taller’ girl, I have sat through, and read story after story of ‘short, petite, small chested and adorable Hermione’. I can’t relate to that! I am tall with a bigger chest, and I can relate and write that.
2. The idea that Characters don’t grow is silly to me. I hate fics that show Hermione as never bothering to do her makeup or learn to manage her curls even as an adult. I am a completely different person now as an adult then I was as a teenager! Most people I know are. It’s unfair to keep writing adult Hermione as a prude and boring. She was never either of those things. Stop pigeon-holing characters! Let them grow as people. (End rant)

Debate Night: 100 Word Drabble
Harry/Hermione
Debate Night at the Leaky was simple. A subject was given, and the challengers had to get sloshed before taking their stance and arguing the topic. Loser had to buy a round for the pub. Hermione was about to lose Debate Night for the first time ever in 6 months.
Her challenger was Harry Potter, and the subject, which had been pulled out from a glass jar filled with suggestions, was Higllywitch and why the ban should be lifted from playing it. All Hermione knew of the game was that it was some sort of old school wizarding sport that predated Quidditch. That's it, full stop.
Potter drunkenly climbed to the top of the bar to give his final defense. He smirked at Hermione, that dumb handsome smirk of his, with his black hair all about looking windswept, and Hermione couldn't stand it. She couldn't lose! Without a thought as to what she was doing, a crowd of people behind her, she lifted up her shirt flashing her tits to the stunned wizard in front of her.
Potter stood there gaping as he stared at her chest. His mouth slack jawed, his eyes wide until the buzzer went off 2 minutes later, without a word spoken. Hermione smiled in satisfaction as her winning streak remained intact.
Notes:
Totally went over the word count when I first posted this, lol. I know people would probably think this is OC for Hermione, but I also think you all forget she was placed in Gryffindor. (Though I primarily write her in Ravenclaw) I think a drunk adult Hermione would be hilarious and super competitive, win no matter the odds, kinda gal.
Chapter 6: Kidnapped: Hermione/Undecided, maybe multiple
Notes:
Harry/Hermione or Draco/Hermione or Lucius/Hermione. I haven't decided yet.
AU - Harry raised by Sirius. Voldemort died the night he tried to kill Harry. No second war.
(See the end of the chapter for more notes.)
Chapter Text
"You have kidnapped me?"
Hermione arched a brow at the two wizards that stood before her. Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy, two men she had not seen in over three years. Not since they had all graduated from school.
"Don't be so dramatic, it's not like-" Malfoy waved her off, only to be interrupted by the black haired wizard beside him.
"Yes, this is a kidnapping." Harry nodded his head all while smiling. Malfoy sighed before casting a glare at his accomplice.
Hermione sat back on the dark brown leather couch she had found herself on. Leaning back, she crossed her legs before placing her hands on her lap. Casting a quick curious glance around the room she found herself in, a study or sitting room of some kind it seemed. She finally looked back to the two morons before her.
"You have thirty seconds to convince me not to turn you into rats and put you in a cage for a year."
She smiled up sweetly at the two as she reached within herself and let her magic fill the room. Both men stiffened where they stood as they felt the tendrils of her magical aura wrap around them. She watched in amusement as both men's throats bobbed in unison as they swallowed nervously.
It was terribly crass to boast of one's power, and Circe above did Hermione have magic to spare, but this situation seemed to call for it. She had never been kidnapped before after all. This seemed an appropriate time to remind the two that she was one of the strongest Witches to have walked through Hogwarts halls in over two centuries.
Potter jumped into action first, nudging Malfoy with his elbow before hissing at him, 'Quick we gotta show her.' The both stepped back from her, carefully, before turning to the french doors behind them. With a bit of flourish that looked practiced, they opened the large doors at the same time.
Hermione blinked as she stood and walked to the doorway and took in the sight of the next room. Not a room, a library. An incredibly large, ornate, and beautiful library. She turned her head sharply to Malfoy. He looked smug, if not a bit nervous.
"Welcome to Malfoy Library. The largest private library in all of Great Britain."
Potter made a bit of a ta-da motion at Draco's statement, a giant smile plastered on his face.
Reaching out, she grabbed both Wizards by the ear, pulling them back into the study.
"Ow, fuck! You're bloody strong." Harry whined.
"God dammit Potter, I am going to kill you if this doesn't work." Malfoy muttered, wincing as Hermione viciously twisted both their ears before letting them go.
"Explain." Was all the dark haired Witch said.
Malfoy quickly pushed Potter at her before escaping to the other side of the room. To the bar it seemed, pouring himself a drink while sulking and rubbing at his abused ear.
"It's like this," Harry started, running a nervous hand through his perpetually messed up hair. "Remember fith year, at school, when that school wide scavenger hunt was implemented?"
Hermione frowned while she nodded hesitantly.
"Well it was quite lame, don't you think?"
"What does a silly game that took place ages ago have to do with anything, Potter?" Hermione asked, her patience running thin.
"Calm down love, I'm getting to it." Harry took a step back from the glaring Witch.
"Well you see, the Weasley Twins-"
Hermione almost hexed them both at the mention of the ginger menaces. Nothing good ever came from those two mischief makers. And she wasn't wrong this time either it seems. She listened as Potter explained that the two brothers had been disappointed in the scavenger hunt, and had put their heads together to come up with their own list.
A list so prolific and unattainable, that no one had managed to finish it before the end of the year. As the years went by, the list had spread amongst all of the houses, and attempts had been made, but none successful. Hermione didn't bother to wonder why she had never heard of this mythical list, as she hardly had any friends during her time at Hogwarts. It was completely plausible that this illicit list was real, and she was just never exposed to it.
"Again Potter, what the hell does this have to do with anything? We have been out of school for over three years now."
Hermione held out a hand in Malfoy's direction. The blond was no fool, and quickly made the witch a drink.
"Well yeah, about that. Three months ago, I was at the Leaky and ran into Michael Corner. He had just come back from a holiday in America, where he was able to complete one of the list's harder challenges." Potter scowled.
"That's when we realized the game was still afoot." Malfoy chimed in, as he warily handed Hermione a glass half filled with amber liquid.
They started talking in tandem then, Hermione glanced back and forth between the two men that had somehow regressed back to being teenagers. From what she could make out, they had been tied for first place with the most things scavenged and tasks completed by the time graduation had come. Once they had found out that people were still working on the lists after graduation, the idiots had felt the need to reclaim their titles. The two both worked diligently at their lists, and only a handful of tasks remained.
"Again, what the hell does this have to do with me?"
"Well here, take a look." Harry fished out a scroll from the breast pocket of his robe, and handed it to the angry witch.
Hermione quickly unrolled it, giving it a quick perusal. It was long, very long. Easily four times the length of the original school list.
"Compete in an Ostrich Race?" Hermione looked up from the list to the two Wizards.
Malfoy's face turned red, and he moved to turn away in embarrassment before Potter threw an arm around the bond's shoulders good naturedly.
"Oh yeah! That was fun." Potter chuckled as Malfoy tried his hardest to dislodge the Gryffindor all while furiously whispering, 'We said we would never talk of that again, Potter!'
"Malfoy almost won, Circe it was hilarious! So his Ostrich was named Deviant, right, and-"
Draco cast a quick silenco at Potter, before pulling his robes over his head. "Never speak of it again! You thick headed dolt, do words mean nothing to you?"
Malfoy pushed him over for good measure. Hermione ignored the two and continued her perusal of the list.
"Did you really pose nude for a life drawing class?" Hermione looked up as Potter had finally detangled himself from his robes. He grabbed his wand and dispelled the silencing charm on him.
"Nah-that's checked with a purple snake see? That was Blaise." Potter shook his head, his black hair a wild mess as he moved next to her.
"All the lists are connected, and each person has a unique sigil that works as a check mark." Harry unrolled the rest of the list, and showed all the names of those competing at the bottom, as well as their unique marks.
"Blaise was quite popular in that class, they kept asking him to come back." Draco sniggered.
Hermione noted that Potter's sigil was a triangle with a bee, and Malfoy's a Dragon. Their marks far outnumbered the other competitors. She started perusing the list again, looking for the tasks they had not completed yet, until she finally found what she had been looking for.
'Kidnap Hermione Granger - Return her after 7 days.. (Please return said Witch mostly unscathed)'
Hermione blinked at the task.
" Mostly unscathed? Mostly! I will burn their store to the ground. I will cut off their balls and feed them to the merlows in the Black Lake! Those conniving little-"
As Hermione fumed, several glasses in the room cracked, and one painting caught on fire. The paintings inhabitant ran out of the frame screeching. Malfoy ran over to close the doors to the Library, throwing his body in front of the entrance ready to defend it against the witches ire.
"Hermione, love, darling, please stop." Harry came forward slowly, trying to sweet talk the irate Witch.
"As much as I love it when you go all 'Dark Witch', gods do I love it more than I should, but Malfoy Manor has some pretty nasty Wards. If the Manor thinks you are a threat it will retaliate."
He patted the brunette on the shoulder tentatively.
"Dark Witch?" Hermione spat out, before grudgingly taking hold of her magic, and waving her wand to put out the flames on the nearby portrait.
"Granger, if I didn't know you were a muggle-born I would have thought you some bastard from the Black or Rowle line. Your temper is infamous." (1)
Draco replied from the doors, his arms still spread wide as if to protect them.
Notes:
1. If you have read any of the other stories then you know it's canon in my fics that all the Sacred 28 families have specific inherited magical, physical, and personality traits. Examples: House Malfoy all have the white blond hair, and are able to distinguish precious and valuable things. Whether it be jewels, spells, or people. House Greengrass can make a deal with anyone, and a person from House Nott has one blue eye, one brown, and they only fall in love once.
In this case, Draco is comparing her to the 2 houses that are very well known for their Tempers among other traits.
This is another fic I fully intend on finishing, I just can't decide who to pair her with, so I have kinda stopped. It will end up being a fun story though, with Hermione basically taking over the Malfoy Library, and her interactions with all the people that run into her there.
Chapter Text
"You unleashed a Niffler into Ravenclaw Tower, and jinxed all my books to sing opera, badly might I add. Oh yes, the paper butterflies you charmed to follow me everywhere back in February, and you dropped that peppered toad horn into my potion the month before that."
Hermione ticked off each instance on her fingers. Which Harry found just charming.
"And you are now telling me you did all this to get me to go out to Hogsmeade with you?"
"Yes!" Harry nodded eagerly. Now she was getting it.
She ended up jinxing Harry into next week, but she did, eventually, end up saying yes.
Notes:
So if you have read my fic, Show Me, then you know I love to write Harry as being like his father in school. Have him being obnoxious and pushy in getting his crush to notice him, or being overly affectionate. I most assuredly want to make this into a full length one shot. :)
Chapter Text
Harry suddenly had a plate of assorted desserts pushed in front of him as a curly haired Bridesmaid plopped into the chair next to him.
“Granger, long time no see. What’s this for?”
Harry eyed the pretty dark eyed Witch next to him in surprise. He hadn’t seen her since graduating from Hogwarts.
“It's a bribe.”
Harry couldn’t help but smile as he raised his eyebrow at her in question.
“I assume you saw the Groomsman I had been paired with?” Hermione continued.
Harry nodded, he couldn’t forget his shock at seeing Granger for the first time in five years, walking down the aisle paired with McLaggen.
“Handsy Git won’t leave me alone. Mind keeping me company and keeping the idiot at bay before I end up cursing him?”
With a chuckle Harry leaned in towards the pouting Witch, reaching to play with a tress of her hair, her wild hair that used to drive him mad with distraction back in school.
“I would love to.”
Notes:
This story was inspired by how I met my husband. :) (Though we never went to the same school. He was just a hottie at a wedding, and I was trying to get away from a handsy groomsman)
