Chapter Text

“It feels like this auditorium gets more chaotic every event.” Gun comments to Wine as he looks around at all the people before focusing on his boyfriend.

“Today feels like I'm surrounded by a hundred P’Arm's.” Wine says in reply as he steps back a little further from all the noise and commotion he'd gotten more, but not completely comfortable being around thanks to his boyfriend.

“Excuse me. May I have your Line ID?” A random second year guy asks Wine.

“Then can I have your Line ID instead?” The random guy asks Gun.

“P’Pun, me and Wine will be in the cafeteria.”

“Can you tell our boyfriends where we are?” Wine and Gun asks their senior, and big sister coordinating today's event with her boyfriend.

“Sure.” P’Pun answers as she waves them away as she gets distracted by everything going on. Gun and Wine each spot their boyfriends one more time in all the chaos before going somewhere quieter and without shallow flirts.

Faifa double checks with P’Pun what he and Yotha have to do next when he decides he needs an energy boost by looking at his cutie. He doesn't see Wine where he was last standing with his best friend and then quickly scans the rest of the auditorium still not seeing his cutie.

“P’Pun can we use our phones?!” Faifa shouts questioningly. His voice echoing through the whole auditorium.

“No!” Pun yells back in answer.

“I had you two, but mostly you Faifa put it away for a reason.” Pun says as she finishes texting her boyfriend instructions about the last outside the auditorium that needs to get done.

Faifa and Yotha both eye their bags as they go back to helping with the event. Both dispirited and frowning. The brothers that aren't medically twins act like twins as they mope and look heartsick as they move sluggish from one task to another.

“Enough. You two, with me, now.” Pun says when she can no longer handle her lovesick juniors. Yotha and Faifa run to their bags and follow after Pun as she brings them to their boyfriends.

“No, but these two brothers were going to die from broken hearts before we finished so I had to bring them to you two.” Pun answers.

Faifa clings to Wine as he nods his head in agreement with what Pun said, and Yotha moves a little closer to his Beagle to confirm what Pun said as well.

Two clingy couples because three as Pun’s boyfriend joins them as they explain why they're all in the cafeteria rather than taking pictures in the auditorium.

“I can't believe P’Wa and P'Klao are getting engaged.” Gun says to his Yotha as he relaxes on the couch by his boyfriend's side.

“Do you want that too?” Yotha asks his Beagle as he moves from standing behind and to the side of him to be in front of him.

“Do I want what?” Gun asks his boyfriend a bit bewildered by the question, his eyes showing that bewilderment as he watches his boyfriend move.

Yotha holds his Beagle's left hand and puts the ring he grabbed on his boyfriend's index finger. Both of them are silent under the intense love behind Yotha's actions and the weight of the importance of this moment. When the ring is fully on Gun's finger. Yotha looks at his Beagle with unending devotion as he kisses his hand and the ring now at home there.

“You are taken now, Beagle”

“Don't go anywhere.” Yotha says his voice heavy with emotions. Gun is overwhelmed but happy as he is guided to stand up and pulled into a soft warm hug.

“Even if you didn't do this. I would still only love you.” Gun says as the love he joy at what his boyfriend just did for him, for their relationship finds words. The hug grows warmer and more loving as they wrap themselves in each other's arms more tightly.

Yotha and Gun can hear Wa and Klao arguing as they approach the area set up for their engagement.

Yotha peaks over the bushes he and his Beagle are hiding behind and sees Wa is heading in his direction.
