Chapter Text
A little Vililigo hedgehog mutant runs through the forest after being a test subject for a lab nearby. Her parents were killed by a ‘Monstro’ as she worded it in Spanish, her native language. She swore ‘I would rather die than go back to that hell’ She thought in her head in Spanish. She's crying. All of a sudden, she tripped. She rolled down the hill, having grass and sharp rocks, and she hit as she fell, Finally, she stopped falling, landing on more grass with some leaves, next to a sidewalk.
A person sees her “Are you all right? Little girl-” the woman sees the ears “ew, a mutant runt, never mind” then she walks away… the little hedgehog not even knowing what she meant. She gets up, then starts walking with nowhere to go. She walks across the street, not knowing that cars don’t see her. She walks behind some people. A car comes fast, and she sees the car and runs out of the way just in time. She goes into the little convenience store at the end of the street. A sign reads ‘we welcome mutants, ‘huh? What does that mean? What are they?’ she thought as she walked in. She saw some food, hungry, she grabbed the container, then tried to open it, but it was too hard to bite.
The cashier, who sees the mutant child trying to open the container to eat, sees that the child is extremely skinny. “Hey, kid? You need help?” The little child nods and gives him the container, hoping he’ll open it. He does so before, he provides the kid with the food he asks, “Have your parents been feeding you?” The little girl shakes her head “no, dead.” The man looks at the mutant with sympathy and sadness, with shock. He calls a friend, “Yeah, alright, thank you.” he hangs up. “What's that she asks, pointing to the phone. “It's a phone,” he says, smiling. “What's your name?” he asks. “Angela,” she smiles, continuing to eat the food. She points at him, “name?” The man laughs, “It's Delmar, kid.” She smiles back, “I have a friend who going to help, his name is Spider-Man,” he says calmly. She nods
Spiderman comes in, seeing the child on the floor, “Hey little one, do you have a home?” She shakes her head. Spiderman sighs, “I'm taking her to Tony’s place. If that's alright with you, Demar.” he nods. “She's a sweet kid, hey Angela?” She looks up. “It was nice meeting you. Spider-Man is taking you to a safe place. I promise,” she nods, scared but ready.
Spider-Man picks her up and takes her to the Avengers tower. “Here, kid, just stay right here, alright?” she nods. Spiderman walks away, she looks around, walking towards the practice room, seeing a tall buff man with a helmet and a to what looks like giant hammer. “Big hammer,” she says, trying to grab it out of his hands. “Who are you?” he says angrily, but seeing it’s just a kid. He calms down. “Where are your parents?” he says “Gone,” she says, still trying to hold the hammer “Fine kid, all let you hold it” he gives her the hammer but it falls out of her hands because it too heavy “it only can be picked up if your worthy, kid” she nods “sorry” she says “it’s alright, kiddo”
“Angela, where are you!?” Spider-Man calls out, “Over here, Peter.” The man calls out, “Name.” She says bluntly, catching him off guard, “Thor,” he says
